congratulations, to all the high ranking MBA"S employed by MARUTI UDYOG LTD for lureing customers to buy cars from MARUTI. Selling EXTENDED WARRANTY for 3to 4 YEARS for cars not capable of running for even one year.

dear sir i repair my claim zen in raviratna bharuch they receive money rs 2700 only and they not pass my noclaim bonus in new policy is that ok but show room does not give me it detail bill and depreciate money since last ten months why they only intrest intheir money only not customer return money i have only pay challen only they claim it by them selves only which part was charged or which one is new we doesnot know because we are not technician so i require deteal about my tranction in my policy

I have purchase a WAGON R (LXI) model in 2008 bearing number DL-5C F 1586 from Delhi (Fair Deal Cars Pvt Ltd). Now I have come to know the dealer has taken Transportation charges from me for which a local receipt without any formal letter pad available with me.

Secondly car is having warranty of three years and giving some trouble in suspension as wellas radiator fan making undue noise.

What is the procedure to take back the payment made on the name of Tranportation charges and how th get replaced defective suspension and fan.

I hope you will certainly take action so that customer is not cheated for the one reason or other in the interest of your valubale customer.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently purchased Swift(VXI) model from bangalore Sagar automobiles showroom.
The car has just run(5000km) within a year.I had a problem with my car clutch and it stopped somewhere away from my city.Later when i called the showroom they said it is a problem with clutch and it should be replaced and no warranty would be given.
The car is just 1 year old and how come the clutch got breakdown?
Why there is no warranty for it.
Also the showroom people did nt communicate with me properly when i had stuck in the middle of the road.

Maruti Udyog Lt — BAD RESPONSE

Respected sir; i have purchased a car WAGONR LXI DUO from ktl lucknow on 7 dec.2009 but after 3 days unfortunatally car is burned out with short circuit on10 dec.2009 at 11pm .I have complained to ktl general manager mr.sen gupta on 11 dec 2009 as that time he said to me that on the behalf of insurence of your car the money will be refund to you with in one month. But they are not taking seriously to this matter and when i talked to him he always says that your problem will be solved by MARUTI UDYOG LTD. Kindly resolve my problem i will be highly thanksful to you.

I had given my Maruti 800 to Vipul Motors, Malviya Indus Area, Jaipur for routine service.

After given it to service centre i got a call from services assitant Hunuman Rathore, he inform me that apart from the routine service there are few parts are also need to be replace and your car would be perfectly alright and you would not be bother about any part replacement for next 2 years, i asked how much it would cost to me, he informed that the total cost would be around 4000/-, when i ask for some discount he agreed to give discount of 15%.

After 2 days when the car was given to me the total billing amount was more than 6500/- and the total discount was given in that bill was marely 6-7%, apart from the excess billing there was new problem started and the car was started to make noise like a tractor and the collent was also leaking.

When i infomed to the Hanuman Rathore about the new problems which was not there before, he asked me to bring the car again to the service centre, when i went there he informed that the hose pipe and timing belt has been cut therfore has to be changed and the problem will be resolved, he charged Rs. 1200/- again for both the things, however the problem was due to mishandling at the service station, although i paid the amount since the service centre was not releasing the car without payment, after making the payment i noticed that the noise for which timing belt was replaced was as it is.

When i ask Hanuman Rathore that the problem not resolved, he replied that the problem will be resolved once you get the chamber replaced.

I never expected such a horrible services from an authorised service centre, If this is the level of sevices from an authorised service centre, than i must say that such a centre should be closed immediately.

Pls do the needful in this regard to refund my money back and resolve the problem immediately.

If my money not refunded and problem does not gets resolved in next 7 days, i would be forced to consider legal action against Vipul Motors & Maruti Suzuki.

Subject: Poor service provided by your service center. (One up motors, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh)
This is to bring your kind attention towards poor service provided by your service center One Up motors, Transport Nagar Lucknow. Replacement work was done on front suspension arm of right side and some repair work was done in the steering. Before service I had only and only problem that on high speed, when brakes were applied the vehicle use to start bumping. So I informed same at service station and they recommended me some replacement of parts and repair work in the steering. After servicing, I started facing same problem as well as a new problem such as my car started bumping continuously at 60km to 70km/hr and certain irritating noise is coming out of steering on turning. So I again informed about the problem at the service station but instead of tackling with the problem they told it’s due to tyre and cannot be corrected only solution is to get tyre replaced. I have another problem that the charges being offered for service packages are too high, than the service provided to the car and such kind of work is harmful for the prestige made by MARUTI SUZUKI in the country. I would be highly obliged if you look after my problem as soon as possible.

Subject : Service Issue.

I had given my WAGONR for service on 11th feb 2010 and on that time they have taken my car for servicing. When I took my car back there were lots of dust and they have not washed my car neither they have put Greece in the respected places nor they have check my battery, air & water level.
On 18th I gave my car back for servicing and on that time they have not made any paper like JOB CARD or any priority check paper now when I gave my car for servicing on that time my car cover was present in my car and at the time of delivery I have not found my cover. Complaint to MR.HETAL SHAH, MR.MAYUR JADEJA, MR.SANJAY PRAJAPATI, MR.BADAL PRAJAPATI, but they are all not customer care or service industry person they behave like they are recovery person they said “AAP KO JO KARNA HAI KARLO KUCHH NAHI HOGA” when I hurt this from this guy’s I was shocked. Look at the way they are treating to the customer.

Only I got response from Mr.Vikram Patel. He was very kind and nice person.

i have alto -std car of maruti. i have given it for service at maruti dealer on 23/01/2010 but when i got retern my car than my central lock was not working. than i have complained to dealer for than but they have bot given me responce. than i have registerd my complain to maruti customer care ( complain no.: [protected]) . when i called to customer care regarding complain than they reply your complain was closed. than i request them reopen my complain. after some day again i called them regarding comlain and again they tell me your complain closed. this activity heppen 3 three time.

very poor customer care dept. at maruti. if thay do not want slove the problem then why they are taking complain.

i am request to maruti pls stop to take customer complain so people like me do not west time.

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd — Manipulation in selling maruti car by dealer

I had booked a Maruti SX4 car with your dealer Fair Deal Auto Pvt Ltd, Sec 10, Noida on 20thFeb, 2010 and gave them a cheque of Rs 5000.00 and all the papers required for finance. On 22ndFeb 2010 they also took my Esteem car for exchange for Rs 2, 20, 000.00 (including exchange bonus). They promised me to give the delivery on 24thFeb but I told them if not possible on 24th them make on 25th or on 26th but not later. I also told them if there is any problem for finance at least inform me so that I can buy the by paying you form my banker or cash etc. Since I was suspecting car price increase in the budget. They did not inform me any thing. I kept calling them about the status of car delivery. Each time they told will inform you after some time. We are about to have the sanction form bank. Eventually car prices increased and they could not deliver the car till 26th Feb. as committed. They told me they are not able to get the loan sanction form the bank. There is some problem. I asked them then why you did not inform me earlier about the same. I could have given you the payment and taken the car. Now car prices have increased why I should bear the increased cost for your fault. I told them to cancel my booking. After an hour they called me and gave an offer to bear the 50% of increased cost. I said agreed. Mean while I told them when I am bearing the increased cost get my car loan done and give me the delivery by 4th March 2010 since there were holidays in between. They committed to do so. Finally I myself had to follow the bankers to sanction my loan without their help and got the sanction on 4th March. When I told them to give me the car. They replied we do not have the car in stock. Their behaviour, especially of sales manager Mr Sushil Kumar was very rude.

I was DSA of ICICI BANK LTD., Maruti company and ICICI BANK JOINTLY issued scheme of MARUTI FINANCE & accordingly all the commission will be routed through local MARUTI DEALER namely, JAMU AUTOMOBILES . As I have been already explained telephonic that -
While our journey dated 13.12.2009 from Bhopal to Nagpur, near a village of Malegaon, an uncontrolled tractor trolley suddenly turned toward our vehicle Maruti Esteem (RTO’s registration no. MP04CC9563) and collide. I tried my best to avoid possible mishap, but in vain. The driver had left his tractor trolley as such at accident-spot and immediately run away whereas, my parents were seriously injured. Thereafter, a F. I. R. under Section 154 Cr. P. C. were launched by me in nearby police station (copy enclosed). The injured parents, after first aid had sent back to the Bhopal through a private taxi. The accidental vehicle kept safe in police custody. Simultaneously the information of incident were telephonically intimated to M/s. Bajaj Allianz Company.
Day after accident i.e. on 14th Dec.’2009 my parent admitted in Aushyman Hospital, Bhopal, where doctors had referred my mother (62) for operation of her left shoulder and father (68) for his head scanning and ICU.
Thereafter intimation to the insurance company Mr. Prageet Verma, server had made a visit at police station on 20.12.2009, where he completed necessary formalities before accidental vehicle. In reply of his a quarry, I express that I am willingness to take back accidental vehicle at Bhopal so for I can look after injured parents and job too.
Meanwhile, on 16th Dec.’2009, Mr. Kashmira Singh had telephonically contact to me and introduced himself that he is owner of “Jhanvi” Service Station; Situated at Main road Bagdona, Dis. Betul (M. P.) and his service station is authorized by Maruti- Suzuki Company. He was also added that being local person he has influential connections with local bodies, police, and insurance company therefore, he is competent enough to dissolve the such problems if in any appeared in that remote area. As he is expert and experience in such accident which appeared often in that accident prone are. When I shown my wish for taking bake of accidental vehicle at Bhopal, then he firmly promised me that “sir ji, let me give a chance of service, your vehicle will be complete by all means it will be hand over to you at Bhopal within fifteen day ”. Under the crucial circumstances I allowed him to take charge of accidental vehicle with instructions that he will be liable for any further damages. He promised me that he will take specific care while towing of accidental vehicle from police custody to his authorized service station, while repairing at his service station and while home delivery so further damages cannot take place, even if it is occurred he will liable for same.
As per his telephonic conversion held on 24.12.2009, it is appeared that he had released the accidental vehicle from police custody on 22.12.2009 and consumed more than two days for towing. As per his version it appears that the vehicle was pulled on road in such a way that the front side, clutch plats etc. of vehicle get damaged.
On 28.12.2009, I and my elder brother had made a visit at his Service Station, Bagdona, Sarni, Dist. Betul. It was shocking to see the condition of the vehicle. It was observed that-
1. The front- left tire was fully damage due to rubbing.
2. The wheel base of back side of car was badly tilled toward front to right
3. As per his spot version the clutch plat is fully damaged therefore replaceable.
4. As per his version the gear box is jammed therefore required to be open and repaired.
5. The air conditioner and radiator was found damaged.
6. Unknown dents/ scratches on whole car body were found.

Whereas, all above spare/ parts were in good and working condition, before and after the accident. The car was stated after accident too. I raised objection before Mr. Kashmira Singh about this damages. He bluntly replied that “these damages are side effect of towing same will be adjusted in his estimated bill which will pass by insurance company as such”. I requested him that I have no other alternate of convene therefore I am suffering from huge financial losses daily therefore please hand over the same within fifteen days as per his earlier promises. On his request I paid him a lump sum advance of Rs. 5000/- but no cash receipt has given by him. Further, on 05.012010 an advance amount of Rs. 20000/- for purchasing of parts has also been given to him.

On being request, insurance Company had provider a copy of “damage/ assessment” of accident (copy enclosed) herein after called as “server assessment Certificate” (SAC). The SAC is based on estimated bill dated 28.12.2009 sent by Mr. Kashmira Singh.

As per the SAC it appears that Mr. Kashmira Singh had indulged to manipulate condenser assembly of Rs. 10738/- radiator assembly of Rs. 2604/- . Some parts viz as mentioned at s. No. 5, 6, 12, and 17 had writ-out rejected in SAC because they was not damaged in accident. The items mentioned in SAC at S. No. 11, 15, 18, 24 to 30, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41 had not considered because they are irrelevant. Further, Mr. Kashmira Singh was also failed to provide bill paid for laboure, towing, denting and painting, which are assessed by insurance company as per their estimation.

This is noticeable that the damages which were observed by us on 28.12.2009 (as mentioned above) neither Mr. Kashmira Singh had mentioned in his bill nor insurance server had noticed in his report or in SAC. This is clearly indicates that Mr. Kashmira Singh had made great mistakes while towing and repairing the vehicle. Therefore, he is liable to bear the cost of damages occurred due to his careless mistake.

He never produced any bills/ documents till now, whereas repeatedly same was requested. Since long back Mr. Kashmira Singh, is forcing telephonically for lump sum of Rs. 54, 000/- deposit in his account without any bill.

As per his recent threatened telephonic call he warned me that another estimated bill of lesser amount will submit to the insurance company. It is beyond to understand that how a service provider can issue various bills of different amount for same cause? One estimated bill was submitted by him on 28.12.2009 to insurance company, second bill of lesser amount is under preparation whereas final bill is still awaited.

Recently he is informed telephonically that Rs. 300/- will be charge if vehicle is not pickup from his service station personally. He also warned that” Jab bhi tum yahan aaoge to Mai Tumko lekh lunga” Thereafter He forcing for collect the vehicle personally. Now I am afraid, what is his intention behind calling me in that remote area for collecting the vehicle? Shall I need police protection? Whereas, Muruti- Suzuki Ltd., known for their better services and customer satisfaction. Why he is forcing for payment before producing any final bill? Why vehicle is not delivered to me at my home? I have many times requested him that due to my circumstances I am unable to take over vehicle personally.

My humble request/ pray is that:-
1. Kindly, provide the original copy of final bills alongwith supporting bills/ documents viz. warrant/ guarantee of replace parts/ service. Work done list.
2. Mr. Kashmira Singh is liable for damages occurred during repair and towing.
3. Vehicle shall be delivering at my home please. Sir, as I afraid to receive personally it.
4. The matter shall be finalized before proper authority of Maruti Service Station situated at Indore. As, I am willing to pay amount after receipt of the proper bill.

i purchase that car from above said dealer and at present in radiator fan of car does not work it may be jammed and i have extended warrenty of my vehicle also. when i meet today to the supervisor (service)of above said delaer he said that the part do es not cover under warrenty when i saw the extended warrenty clause to him in which its clearly display that all internal electronics parts are cover under warrentty then he say that we does not cover these things. i asked only one thing that if warrentty does not work then what is the meaning of extended warrentty and the said amount rec. against that warrentty.

I am facing CLUTCH SHUDDERING issue in my car, the warranty of my vehicle expired on 28th Feb. 2010 and I did not worry about this because I had extended warranty up to 28th Feb 2011.

I am facing this issue from quite a long time and I did not knew that it is due clutch shuddering because it wasn’t happening all the time, after getting my vehicle serviced it would work fine so I thought it might be because of grassing and oiling the parts. Now it has turned out to be a major issue where I am not able to drive the car in normal roads. I work for MNC Company and due to my tight Schedules I was not able to take the vehicle soon to service station.

I took my vehicle to Pratham Motors Queen’s Rd Bangalore on 11th march 2010 to get the issue fixed since I have extended warranty with them. That is 11 days after initial warranty expired.

One of the service technicians by name PRATHEESH.K took the vehicle for a test drive and sad it is an issue with clutch shuddering and sad this is not covered under warranty, he refused to take over the issue and get it fixed.

I went and spoke with Mr.DHARMENDER, General Manager Pratham Motors Queen’s Rd Bangalore.

He as well refused to take up the problem by pointing fingers at other Dealers.



He stated that the problem in my vehicle was due to overriding, keeping leg on the clutch while driving and/or driving with hand breaks ON. I took my car back and consulted my technical friends who are working in automobile industry and confined that clutch shuddering has nothing to do with the way the vehicle is driven.



I came to know that Mr.DHARMENDER was trying to evade taking the responsibility.

I made a telephone call to Mr.DHARMENDER and asked to give a letter confining his decision; he promised that he will give a letter confining his decision and asked me to come to the work shop at Queen’s road to collect the letter.

When I went there he started to explain me everything with the mind set of miss lead me, when I again asked him for the letter he made a telephone call to someone by name SAMEER stated explaining him that the issue is with the clutch of the vehicle and Mr. SAMEER endorsed Mr.DHARMENDER without seeing what my problem was.

Mr.Dharmender gave me Sameer’s cell No, I called him and explained everything, but he said the same as Mr.Dharmender said. Mr.Sameer is a TSM in Maruti.



I am totally frustrated with the kind of customer service I experienced from the staff of Pratham Motors Queen’s Rd Bangalore, and the issue with my vehicel not been fixed when I have warrenty.

I am writing this letter to you with a hope of good response and customer service from your end.

Omni Cargo Of Maruti Udyog — Defective Vehicle

We purchased a omni cargo van manufactured by Maruti Udyog through its Dealer Ms Batra Auto co. 14/1, Mathura Road, Faridabad. The Rohan Motors Dehra Dun is giving us the estimate of Rs. 4500. As to the point I have used a maruti 800 3 years which was of my brother the y have given that me to get learn how to drive that car was brought in 1994 an we have not give it to repair for 3 years.
