Regarding about my Breeza car no is DL2CBC0634 earlier was in your service center Nexa body shop in MOTI NAGAR actually was accident due to negligence of front one but now its recover by insurance but on that same time I was going your body shop & submitted my car its front one its totally damage but now I recover my car from you Nexa Body shop Moti Nagar so my back right side tain light body damage & my roof is also tempered its in bad condition also my roof light is hanging its totally loos not fitted my back pillar is tempered I don’t know what the hell is going on I was given my car for front repairing not back & not inside so can you please explain me why company employees doing this all with me it’s really shameless & also you humiliate & harass me now its your biggest company also even I am also represented you in court behalf of you side handling your legal activities now then your staff doing this with my car after knowing this also I have many times to GM approach & contacts but your staff is very Rudd & not cooperative also speaking terms is not good whatever its your washing staff or else worker no one is helpful even one of your mam Priti in Body shop she said what I am doing I am sorry its not our mistake its not my work this type of answer expecting your client from you even you have handling my car after my accident last 20 days in your body shop then if I am asking why my car roof & back side & back pillar tempered because inside & back work is not mentioned not in insurance so why I asked you why ?? so they said I don’t know what can I do anything else apart from this now it’s strange means this type of behavior you used with your clients now you can with whom I am speaking with for my tempered & Damage things whom one is answerable .

Please tell me who one is answerable of my questions & who is reliable I am also sended you my car tempered pics hope now after seen this you can imagine & rectify my problem if possible.

Your good self is requested to kindly provide some one good at least talk & work with politely & mannerly so that we would be so thankful & oblige.

    I, Renjith, had given my Ciaz car for repair at near by Authorized service center 2 weeks ago because of an A/C issue. They reported that the A/C fan has to be replaced and it is not availalble near by. They have ordered it from Delhi. It is not delivered yet and I am not comfortable waiting for so long and I am not feeling confident that I will get the Fan delivered and replaced in 2 or 3 days. It is very unfotunate that such a big car company is struggling to replace an A/C fan within a reasonable time and make a customer happy. Feeling disappointed.

      This is to intimate MSIL for final reminder that if the defective steering column of my Baleno alpha is not replaced within 3 weeks of this complaint, i will be bound to file a case against MSIL for mental and monetary harassment regarding selling defective and dangerous to drive product and you will be required to provide compensation as well as replacement of the defective product as i have all documentation of your fraudulent activities regarding selling many defective baleno steering made during 2017. Resolve this issue withing given time and consider this as final intimation.

        I have a Maruti Dzire Reg No CG04LT5797 for which i went to claim my insurance policy for minor damages on 30/05/23. My policy is valid till 03/06/23
        The Insurance representative there Sanju Rao convinced me to not claim my policy as it would take away the 20% rebate and other benefits on policy renewal which he assured me would be similar to cost of repair if paid for in cash.
        Now after i paid for repair work in cash, which is around 3500 rupees, and asked about rebate on policy renewal, he told me that it is 20% upto 500 rupees only and now i cannot claim my policy because repair work is complete and there is no damage

            Sir i purchased this vehicle access 125 in feb 2021. since that day, this vehicle is embarrassing and hurting me by stopping any day anytime. all have been done ..fuel pump change filter clean. in market it suddenly stops and then do not get started by any means..after hours..it start again..please help me ..take this scooty back and return my money..i will purchase activa..no service enginer or spare part can rectitfy ..

              I have maruti suzuki swift dezire car - HR69E4327.
              My car was accident and I gave my car in (MIMA) MURTHAL AUTO PRIVATE LIMITED workshop in 9 March 2023. They said that we repair your car in 25 days but when I asked about my car after the 25 days they said that it was not repaired. Then I asked when will you gave my car and why it was not repaired on the given time then they do misbehave with me and said that ' ki utha k lejao apni car '
              Now I asked to you that is this is the service of maruti suzuki Brand or I think this is the poorest service which is given by your workshop and till date due to ego issue the don't repair my car.
              Sir kindly help me because it is my earning source and I take my car through loan so if I don't have car then how I paid my emi on time.

                  I made a booking for a Maruti Brezza ZXI (Automatic). Booking number SOB22003999 at SAI SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED, Thrissur, Kerala State.
                  Booking Order form number 11923, made on 26/12/2022 and paid a booking amount of INR. 10000/-

                  Since then I send several emails to ATM Queue and was allotted CRM#[protected] and also provided copy of payment and booking order form.

                  Its today 10th May 2023, more than 5months passed and i still have no news on when I will get the car!
                  Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I just received a generic email from Sai Services branch saying that my booking is in the waiting period! There is no mention as to how king is the waiting period or when the car will be delivered!! also i tried contacting the sane email address for Sai Services but no reply.

                  I request for a definitive answer from Maruti Suzuki as to when can I expect the delivery. It’s been 6months I made the booking and still no sign of delivery. Please let me know what queue number has been allotted against my booking,

                    MARUTI-SUZUKI's SMARTPLAY STUDIO Infotainment System is Defective

                    I purchased New BALENO DELTA Model in March 2022 (Regn No: DL2CBD2383) and found the SMARTPLAY STUDIO Infotainment System deployed as an OE by company is DEFECTIVE. Not only in my Car but all SMARTPLAY STUDIO Infotainment Systems are DEFECTIVE.

                      I purchased my new suzuki acess vehicle TN07DB0628, in october 2022. Just after 6 month april 2023, it was not starting.

                      I went to natwest chennai service center, from april-may they were not able to resolve the issue, and then i complained to Head office. Immediately i recieved a call from service center and they said that this is battey issue we will resolve in 3 days.

                      I am waiting from last 10 days they are delivering the vehicle with new battery, they gave old battery which is also not working.

                      I called them and they replied that you complained to head office, now we will play politics and won't resolve the issue

                        Unable to Cancel the Car Booking that Booked Online

                        I booked the Maruti Grand Vitara Car on 6th February 2023 at Vipul Motors Jaipur. I want to cancel this booking.

                        I made this booking online but now I cannot cancel it because I am not receiving the OTP while cancelling the booking online. For this issue, I sent mail to [protected]@nexaexperience.com but there is no resolution provided in the last 15 days.

                        Kindly help me to cancel this booking and let me know how...

                          प्रिय सर/मैडम,

                          मेरा नाम तेजवीर सैनी है। मेरे पास 'मारुती सुजुकी Alto' गाड़ी है जो की मेरे करीबी रिश्तेदार ने मुझे उपहार मे दी थी।
                          जिसे April 2022 मे "RANA MOTORS, Gurgaon" से खरीदा था। जिसका गाड़ी नम्बर RJ02CG4347 है ।
                          नियमानुसार कार की तीन सर्विस कंपनी की तरफ से मुफ्त होती है । मैने अपनी कार की दो सर्विस बिना किसी रुकावट के करवा ली थी। लेकिन तीसरी सर्विस से पहले कार के 'Fuel Pump Motor' मे खराबी आने लगी। जिसकी सूचना मैने तीसरी सर्विस के समय MG MOTORS, ALWAR के कर्मचारियो को दे दी। वहाँ कर्मचारी, जिनका नाम दीपक है, उन्होने मेरी शिकायत को दर्ज किया और कंपनी मे Spare Part ना होने के कारण मुझे 5-7 दिन बाद आने के लिए बोला ताकी वो उस Spare Part को Order करके मँगवा सके। कुछ दिनो बाद MG MOTORS, ALWAR के कर्मचारी ने मुझे फ़ोन करके बताया की आपकी कार का SPARE PART मंगवा लिया गया है और आप कार लेकर आ जाईये।
                          जब मै वहाँ कार लेकर गया तो वहाँ उपस्थित अन्य कर्मचारी ने कार को देखकर कहा की आपने बाहर से FITMENT करवायी है और मुझे मना कर दिया गया।
                          सर अगर Accessories Fitment से ही परेशानी है तो ये सब मुझे पहली और दुसरी सर्विस के समय ही क्यो नही कहा गया ।
                          सर अगर आपकी कंपनी Base Model से लेकर Top Model तक की कार बनाती है तो Base Model मे तो Accessories Fitment बाहर से ही करवाना पडता है।इसलिये मुझे परेशान क्यो किया जा रहा है ।
                          आपसे अनुरोध है जितनी जल्दी हो, उतनी जल्दी इसका समाधान करे ।

                            With reference to booking number SOB[protected]dated 13 july 2022). I booked Maruti brezza ZXI+ (5MT/magma Grey) with Pandit Automobiles Pvt ltd Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. Its almost 10 months since I booked and have not received delivery of car. Initial, delay in delivery was informed as 3 months during booking. however, a letter (refer attachment) was sent later for more delay without any timeframe.

                            i would like to know that, if any customer refused to take extended warranty and accessories from dealer. Do Maruti/dealer delay the delivery of car?

                            As same is happening in my case. Pandit Automobiles was forcing to take extended warranty and accessories initially but i refused.

                            Request you to kindly look into the matter and help to delivery the car ASAP

                              This is to inform you that my suzuki access 125cc (purchased in October 2022) latest launching green and white colour freequently stopped automatically during slow down and a different kind of sound occurs while driving ... We have informed these problems to suzuki access executives at showroom where I purchased..they have attended some service but the problem occurs repeatedly and I haven't get any satisfactory service from them and my more valuable time wasting every time..

                                I had travelled to Isha Foundation (Chikballapur) along with my wife, daughter & her mother on the 22nd April 2023, evening and during my return from the uphill terrain on the 22nd April 2023, at Isha Foundation (Chikballapur) i encountered a issue with my engine ceasing to start as the battery had drained out, during navigating through the rough road at Isha foundation (Chikballapur) & had to call up the Maruti Suzuki road side assistance at about 8.30pm, i was assigned a technician who was Mr. Nazeer Ahamed with the reference number 31294567, this technician call me and asked me what was the issue and without any physically identifying the cause of the problem promptly told me he will have a towing vehicle sent to have the vehicle towed to the nearest Maruti Suzuki service center and will have the vehicle delivered on 24th April 2023, I was contacted by Mr. Uday Kumar and told me he will be at the Isha foundation in 20 minutes. As i was the sole person along with family (3 ladies) stuck in the dark (As there is no lights atop the Isha foundation post everyone leaving) and waiting for 1 hour for the towing vehicle to arrive, i had the security guard push the vehicle along with my family down the hill and have the vehicle started, and it actually did. Once the vehicle had started, I immediately called up Mr. Uday Kumar to have the service of towing cancelled but he told he's travelled 8 km. I told him i will speak to Maruti suzuki road side assistance and if they tell me to pay i will have the payment done, but when i contacted Maruti Suzuki road side assistance they told me to wait for the call back and since nobody called back i proceeded on my return journey, but when i reach the foothill of the Isha Foundation i was literally waylaid by Mr. Uday Kumar along with another unknown person and his towing vehicle and he demanded i pay him Rs 1500/- as he had travelled 8 km. I immediately called up Maruti Suzuki Road side assistance and explain the situation but again the voice on the other end told me to wait for a call back. As it was over 9.45pm and nobody from Maruti Suzuki Road side assitance calling me back i had to negotiate with Mr. Uday Kumar who had waylaid me and my family and told him he needs to provide me a bill and he promptly did (the bill was under Sri. Maruthi Towing Service Chickballapur - 562101 with the mobile number [protected] & [protected].

                                I am astonished to know that Maruti Suzuki road side assistance charges it's customer Rs. 1500/- without even touching the vehicle and no service done. I am totally disappointed with such a illogical and careless attitude of Maruti Suzuki Road side assistance.

                                    Greetings !

                                    This is to inform you that i have given my car on last 2.5 months back for an accident repair to the workshop .

                                    The work shop person promised me to give my car back within a month .

                                    I would like to inform you that still my car lying with the workshop for 2.5 months.

                                    i can able to understand that when could i will get it back ...

                                    every one promised me along with your TSM Mr Vikas also, that they all are trying to resolve the issue within a short period .

                                    As i would like to inform you that as i use Taxi to go for an far distance for which i pays worth @ 2 k on daily basis .

                                    i am going to suit against you all for the mentel harrasment.

                                    if all the above issues persists then how can we be sure that the service center is capable enough to service the car, how will we sustain in the after market, as this is also the major factor while choosing the car to buy.

                                    it took me some time to raise this issue to customer care team as before i was trying hard to convince the service center team to repair the vehicle properly or not but eventually today as my father visited there their GM Mukteshwar Chaudhary started shouting by using unparliamentary languages for which i have to bring this into your attention.

                                    Please look into this matter and support, Also i would request you to arrange the full audit in order to find out if they are processing the service and repair job done
