congratulations, to all the high ranking MBA"S employed by MARUTI UDYOG LTD for lureing customers to buy cars from MARUTI. Selling EXTENDED WARRANTY for 3to 4 YEARS for cars not capable of running for even one year.

RE-IMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES DUE TO NON DELIVERY
OF VEHICLE EVEN AFTER GIVING AVAILABITY

Sir,

1. I, Wing Commander CK Verma of 2228Sqn AF got issued local purchase order No.LS[protected] and Authority letter no. AL[protected] dated 06 Mar 09 for Zen Estillo VXI ABS (for Rs 3, 43, 368/-) after I was given written and confirmed availability of the vehicle as desired by me (photo copy attached). After completing all the formalities on 06 Mar 09, I am shocked that till date PASCO AUTOMOBILES (Maruti Dealer) has not provided me the vehicle. The same case happened with me when I booked the vehicle in the month of Nov 08 and had to wait for two months before cancelling the complete Purchase order (copy attached).

2. I have incurred heavy financial losses besides undergoing the mental agony for last for more than six months. The details of my losses are as under:-

4. I have also complained to the Customer Care of MARUTI twice on mail and once on the Toll Free number. The complaint number is [protected].

5. It is requested that losses incurred by me (Rs- 19, 350/--) may be re-imbusred to me by 30 May 09, failing which I will be left with no choice but to take up the matter through consumer forum.

We, Avant garde Hospitality Pvt Ltd Based in Bangalore has purchased on Maruti Omni on the first week of February from Bimal Auto Agency, Indiranagar Bangalore.(OMNI LPG STD BS III (5 STR WITH IMMOBILISER) . But the from the day one it started showing problems and we gave the vehicle for rectification thrice. Last time we given was on 15.05.09 and we got the vehicle on 16.05.09 evening claiming that all problem has been rectified. But still the problem persits and it used to stop during the running. Dear Sir,
For my car ZEN-LX, 2005 R.C. No.UP 25 Q 7030 I have already done insurance by ICICI LOmbard from Sumitra Motors, Shahjahanpur, U.P. for[protected].In the meanwhile I received a reminder letter from Coral motors, Bareilly Insurance Division for renewal of my car insurance. My thanks n regards to his team for reminding me.I called today on Mobile no. [protected], Mr. Aslam regarding discount on premium amount other than NCB becoz during renewal year 2007-08 they offered & gave me 50% discount on service charge of car twice equal to 100% discount on one service.That, s why I asked regarding discount at dealer level.But since my insurance was already done, he talked in very harsh way like dealing with a lay man.This seems to be very serious matter becoz maruti is known for its best dealing with their customers & so is on the top among automobile industries.
I am shocked really shocked by his such type of dealing.
Kindly look into the matter & do the needful to prevent further mishappening becoz such type of people in MARUTI are spoiling the bright and customer friendly dealing image of maruti.
Plz inform me for the action taken against him.

Contrary to our high expectations from Maruti Udyog Ltd., the treatment we have received from you and your associates has been appalling. I have purchased a vehicle of type Maruti Alto LX on 30th November’ 2008 of colour Pearl Silver with Chassis No.: 1223146, Engine No.: 3561093, Registration No. WB 24 K 2943, from your authorized dealer Mohan Motor Udyog. I met an accident with my car on 06.06.09; the car got damaged at left front position.
The car handed over to Maruti authorize service centre Mohan Motor Udyog, Kolkata on the same day. As per the Insurance (Bajaj), they gave clearance for the repairing work on 9th June’09. I have tried several occasions to contact the authorize representative Mr. Rajinder Singh of Mohan Motor Udyog Kolkata but in vain. He never showed gesture to lift the phone call.
Finally I had to go through via media to know the status of my car which was handed over to the said agency and could know that they will take another 10 days time(altogether it is more than 3 weeks time) to handover me the car even though it was a matter of a week job. It appears to me as a trouble which M/s Mohan Motor is creating with motivated way as I will have to pay the EMI without enjoying the car for June-09. I believe, somehow it is not matching with the reputation of your esteem organization.
In view of above, the matter is being put forwarded to you for a fruitful outcome and with a hope that the EMI for the said month with be paid by M/s Maruti Udyog Ltd.
You early action on the issue is highly appreciated.

Maruti Udyog Ltd / Swift Dzire — MILLAGE DROPPED AFTER 2ND SERVICE FROM 19KM/L TO 10

MY SWIFT DZIRE WAS PURCHASED IN JUNE 2008 FROM RANA MOTORS, DELHI.
THE 2ND SERVICE OF MY CAR WAS DONE IN FEBURARAY/MARCH 2009 AND SINCE THEN THE MIEAGE/ AVERAGE MILEAGE OF MY CAR HAS FALLEN FROM 19KM/L TO 12.5KM/L FOR OUTSTATION AND WITHIN CITY FROM 15 TO 10KM/L. INSPITE OF THE REPEAT SETTING BY RANA MOTORS. AS I WAS INFORMED ON MY IST COMPLAINT TO THEM THAT THE SETTING WAS DISTURBED AND THE CAR WAS DELIVERED TO ME WITHOUT CHECKING THIS POSITION WHICH WAS DISTURBED FOR THE RESON BEST KNOWN TO THEM. HOWEVER EVEN AFTER REAPEATED COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO OR THEY ARE NOT SETTING IT PROPERLY FOR RESONS BEST KWON TO THEM, AND THEY ARE WAISTING MY VALUABLE TIME EACH TIME SINCE I AM HARD PRESSED FOR TIME DUE TO MY BUSY SCHEDULE. NOW MR. SRIVASTAV, GM, RANA MOTORS HAS AGAIN ASKED ME TO BRING THE CAR TO THEIR WORK SHOP ON[protected]TOMMORROW).

A PROPER INSPECTION OF CAR IS REQUIRED TO BE DONE BEFORE DELIVERY -NOT BEING DONE.

THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO VALUE THE TIME OF THEIR CUSTOMER, WHY SHOULD THE CUSTOMER WASTE HIS TIME FOR NO FAULT OF HIS AND WHY NOT A HEAVY PENALTY BE PUT ON THEM FOR THE TIME AND HAARRASMENT AND UNNESSCARY TENSION AND WASTE OF CUSTOMER MONEY.

with due respect i beg to state that, i bought one pre-owned Maruti 800 AC car(PB65D0760) from DEWARS GARAGE LTD, MARUTI TRUE VALUE.4, COUNCIL HOUSE STREET, KOLKATA-700001, WEST BENGAL on 10.12.2008 at evening (approx 6 pm) by Rs. 1, 58, 000.00/-, which was previously owned by Mr. Neer Sen(Punjab).
But till today(22.07.2009) i do not get the R.C. Book / Tax token.
The fact is that 7 months has already gone. But being a buyer i am not be the legal owner of the above stated vehicle.
Due to the harassment of traffic police, i am not availing the car.
So i am now in severe mental pressure.
Hundreds of hundred time i appealed to the relevant authority(Sales Executive Mr. Suman Roy.).But all were in vain.
As a defense personnel i am appealing you to take this matter seriously.
I want immediate necessary action from you regarding this matter to let me free from such mental agony.

Tried to contact to the service centre but it was already closed. My question is why they delivered the car without proper cheking? Is this type of free service they r doing?

I have purchased Swift Glam vide invoice dated 20.8.09. On 6.9.09 I figure that there is some noise coming out from the base of the car. i happen to take it to the dealer Mktg Times at the same moment. My luck that Mr Daljit Singh happen to inspect my car himself. I was told that water has gone inside and hence the bushes have dried due to which this noise is coming. I was told to bring the car the next day as it would take some time to get the bushes creased. All my thank to Mr Daljit Singh for taking the pains of giving me excellent service. Had it been any worker, maybe he would have tried doing some instant remedy and i wud have landed to the service station 20 times.

But here i am wanting to point out that a car of 2 weeks old - how does it start making a creaking noise and how do the bushes get dry. We talk of PDI. if this kind of PDI we are doing no doubt people run for imported stuff... My worry here is what next...would some responsible person anser to this and give some customer satisfaction that you have not spent Rs 5 lacs which have gone down the drain pipe...

I have purchased maruti 800 vehicle from rsn motors hubli (karnataka) and i very proud customer of maruthi.I have purchased vehicle in 2004 marutho 800- fi and from then onwards there was no such complaint in the vehicle.I have been servicing only through your authorised service centre since i am also working in world no-1 company of service industry.
After just 5.5 yrs of compltion, i have taken my vehicle for regular check up and servicing.To my surprise your authorised workshop supervisor shown me the vehicle underneath of the engine and i was shocked that below near to engine mounting area whoe body part is rusted and he has advised me to repair it immediately to avoid major accident in future and he has told me that approximate cost of this would be rs.12000/- .I was planing to take again new vehicle in the month of jan-10 and with this quality of maruthi iam realy planing to change my plan to other model if you are not shown any concern and help in getting it replaced by new one.Customer like me are having more faith in maruthi one in better quality and mtlage.Since iam satisfied customer in performance, i lookforward your help since total body underneath got rusted which is not acceptable to any customer like me.Hope you will reply to my mail within two days after receipts of this mail with solution to my problem.

FOR 2 YEARS from day one and has been regularly serviced by authorised

service agency (SEVA AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD Nashik (M.H.). First time I have recognized problem in my car that is related to silencer.. When I drive my car & give accillator. That time I am feeling some noise inside of silencer. I have discussed with Mr. Niraj Jadav (Works Manager), service agency (SEVA AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD ) Nashik (M.H.)about this problem. He told me that problem is occur because of some parts are corrosion inside of Silencer. But I have used my car only 9000 K.M only.

As I know from Dealer and other source. All The parts are Quality passed & life of parts should be more than of 5 years.

My Self Narayan Bhikaji Khaire, I am working as marking office in multinational company from last 30 years. My self also know about quality process of components. We also give some commitment to customer about parts liability .

Maruti Udyog Calicut Branch — irresponsible handling

Experience of soreness.
My endeavour with Maruti Udyog Calicut branch is a reminiscence of a
Govt enterprise where you are under their mercy and being treated as some sub standard customer, either they have not entered into this competitive era or they still prefer to remain with their prehistoric virtues where customers abide to their cynicism.
My only wrong doing as enlightened by them is booking a car, Swift Dzire Zdi after paying a measly sum as the booking amount and going through their booking formalities on the 4/7/2009. At that time the expected date of delivery by them was after 6 to 8 mths. Having waited for 3 months I decided to check up. The senior sales man who did our booking turned out to be incompetent in responding to my request. He had the art of stalling me every time I called him with some excuse. So my next aim apart from my daily schedule of my work became to constantly try to attain information of some kind from them. After fruitless attempts a break through occurred only to find out that the initial waiting period of 6 to 8 months now turned out to be a yr, their reason, Maruti is not able to maintain their promise. Meanwhile they did not have the courtesy to inform me. After confronting them with this unexpected delay, when you have other agencies who are queuing up to provide the same car in the stipulated time of 6 mths, may be with some extra cash to stimulate them, the staff’s response to the statement was to go to that dealer and get the car. I think having waited for 3 months and after repeated attempts from my side to finally get this remark of cynicism was quite immature from them.
All I have to say to Maruti Udyog – Calicut branch is “Grow up. Being a professional act like one for the badge that you represent is quite a heavy one in its legacy.”
