Maruti suzuki Udyog Ltd. — poor services
I am owner of Alto car no. PB 10CD 5176. It was purchased in Sep 2007 and company has provided me Estented warranty of my car. In Feb 2010 while AC check, i had to pay for the cost of valve, gas, oils etc. I was told that ONE VALVE got leaked.Now, on 17.4.2010, again ac was not working and I was told that hose pipe got leaked. I had to pay again the cost of material and i paid rs. 1886-00 in cash to the driver of Swani, who dropped my car at my residence.
Now, the question arises, why a costomer need to pay for cost of material which is being replaced not being damaged becuase of accident but general wear and tear.?
Its suspension pins are still making noice but dealer has not changed it. why?

2. That when i come back to get my said vechile believing that my vechiecle is now well checked after free second service the person employed in that office including NIRAV SHARMA and ARVIND told me that your vehicle has got these quotings and for which you have to pay the sixteen hundred rupees but when I asked them why you are demanding these amount whenever infact I wanted only free second service, then thay told me to pay sixteen hundered rupees othervise we would not deliver back your vehicle to me. concequently I had to forcefully pay the said amount. Not only this I had to pay also 450/- for Oil treatment which was infact not done by that office.
3. That my said vehicle has sofor run not more than 6000 kms and acc. to maruti company rules it does not recommended for any extra treatment of any part of my vehicle during the free second service period.
Therefore hoping that you will surely take stern action against them for cousing financial and mental loss to me and shall also intimate to me as earlist in this regard. In case of failure to take action against them, I will have no option, but to go to the consumer court.

Maruti Udhyog Ltd- Durga Motors Pvt ltd — Paid Service complaint
Today I have come to know that Durga Motors Pvt Ltd, Secunderabad has been closed permanently hence am not getting revert fro them even after writing mail to the dealership.My earlier mail request to the dealership is attached below.

After the service problem of Engine shut down while driving on Gas mode was not resolved.
Apart from this bracket of car stereo is loose/broken hence am not able to fit stereo fish plate.

Today (23/07/2010), I approached Maruti Srevice Centre (Sai Service Station, Cheranalloore Road, Edappilly, Cochin-24) around 4.50 pm for servicing my maruti 800 car.The rear left brake shoe of my car was broken and that wheel is not revolving.So I kept the car in my home and approached the very nearest service station for repairing the wheel and for servicing. I have seen their advt “Free pickup and Drop facility” is providing by them.
Immediately after entering into the service station, I reported the same matter to the front office customer care executive. He called somebody and handed over his mobile handset to me . That person asked me about the location of my home.I told him that it is very near to that Service Station.He told me to wait in that office itself.
After half an hour, around 5.20 pm I again approached the front office customer care executive.He again called the previously called person and told me that he is very near to that office and will come soon. I again waited there for 20 minutes more and left that office without saying anything to anybody.
I have been waited there for more than 50 minutes in that office.Only thing I am expecting today is to pickup my vehicle from my home, which is very near to their service station. I think it is very easy to arrange for them. But I was not found any effort from them.
The only intention of this mail is to inform the matter to you. I am sure that you will take necessary steps in future for avoiding such incidents.

i met with an accident due to a tyre burst and my new ritz wasnt in a condition to be driven to the workshop, i towed the vehicle to the workshop of the authorised dealer from whom i purchased the car, vitesse andheri, but they refused to take the vehicle in their custody citing overload! its been over a week now and my new ritz is lying in the lane near their workshop. i simply dont understand why maruti sells so many cars when it doesnt have the infrastructure to take care of them later.

I, Santosh Akela purchased Maruti Ritz in the month of January 2010. Since then whenever i take my car to Rahon Motors Ghaziabd for service, always i am disappointed because of poor service. I was facing pickup problem which has not been solved so far though i've taken my vehicle thrice for the same problem. And Today it was rediculous as Authorised Maruti Service people are careless about customers products. ROHAN MOTORS LTD has crossed their limits in their poor services. They have lost my Key of my car and not even bothered to search for it though i was there with them. No one is bothered to attain customer. This is rediculous. And if this is the situation for your services. then definetly one day maruti closes in India. Please response to my concerned.

On 25/07/20101.when i went for pad free service they did only oil change and washing and charged rs 2505.When i told my problems about car, i requested but nobody listened me.Even they received my car at moarning and promised to deliver me at 06;pm but they delivered at 08;pm,

Tr Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Maruti Udyog Limited) — non-receipt of vehicle registration certificate/card (RC)
I had purchased Maruti Alto LXi on 28/02/2009. The registration no. is DL-5CD-8942. The engine no. mentioned on the RC was wrong so I didnot take delivery of RC from the dealer M/s. TR Sawhaney, Gokulpuri, Delhi and requested them to get the RC corrected. After almost one year after regular follow and several visits they asked me to come with vehicle at RTO at Loni Border. I visited them and their person went with me to the RTO and got the vehicle engine no. & chesis no. verified by the RTO inspectors. M/s. TR Sawheny has still not provided me the original RC though I have regularily followed up through visits and phone calls. They say they will provide in a weeks time but that week has not come till date. Please look into the matter and intervene.I would be very thankful if you could kindly get me the RC of my vehicle DL-5CD-8942.

I am having a WAGONR DUO which have run approximate 80 thousand km, I gave my car in COMPITANT MEHRAULI DELHI for service and for replacement for some parts . The amount of all service was 20 thousand but my car still having some problem related to RPM increase which was not before service. As per the service advisor one more parts needs to be replaced costing around 3 thousand rupees. I am not satisfied with the service provided by COMPITANT MEHRAULI.

I, Pankaj Vasant Jadhav, had purchased a ZEN Estilo (VXI) Financed by SBI. State Bank of India had sanctioned this case on 28-Aug-2010. But due to late administrative clearance by SBI (State Bank of India), the documents for RTO registration were yet to be not completed in the allotted period of time. The vehicle has only TC number (MH – 31 TC 109). The vehicle was insured by ICICI Lombard Insurance and after approval on 28-Aug-2010, was delivered to me on 29-Aug-2010.
After 1st Free inspection on 09.10.10 by Maruti Authorised Seva at Wardha, I faced a major accident on 21-Oct-2010, near ACE Refractories Ltd., Butibori due to bursting of front right tyre (MRF), it is really surprising that a vehicle which had only run hardly 1500 Kms had to meet with an accident because of a tyre-burst. This clearly shows that the vehicle, specially the quality of tyres was not checked prior to delivery.
You will agree that, in these times of sky rocketing prices, how difficult it is for a salaried person to own a car of his People like me can think of owning/buying a car. Only once in our lifetime and when we are delivered a sub standard quality, it really hurts.
The case is still under, the SEWA Automotives Pvt Ltd., Nagpur. This accident has given me and my family a lot of mental tension and harassment which I am unable to take any more. I would seek your kind intervention in this case to help and assist me to get the best possible worth of the money that I have spent to own a vehicle.
I would, therefore, request you to Cooperate for the same and take this application as a complaint.
