A high mask light installed in DDA Park (Mandir wala) MIG Flats is not working since last five months.Complaints have been registered on different platforms but nothing has happened....

Patel Nagar, Delhi 08, is a residential colony with no unauthorized commercial activity except the following: an auto repair shop, a black smith shop and a kabaadi-waala, all co-located within a few meters of one another. These three shops, singly as well as together, have made the area virtually uninhabitable. The smoke & noise from the auto shop, the glare and gases from the black smithy and the constant burning and smelting from the kabaadi have turned this quiet neighborhood into a factory area.
Since the above activities are prohibited by law, one would expect the Police to enforce the Law. But no! The Police want us residents to lodge a written complaint before they take any action.
Complain against these law-breakers? One has to be mad or suicidal, or both to do that.
What's the way out?

Dear Sir,
I want to draw your attention towards illegal milk dairy in our locality.
Dairy owner got a place to shift his buffalows to commercial dairy area but he has sold the plot allocated and keeps the buffaloes tied up in the Street.
The Dairy which is located (1/6442, ST. No.-5, East Rohtas Nagar Shahdara Delhi-32) right in his house causes sewer blockage and flooding of the street during rains.
One of his buffalo hit a small child on street who was sevrely injured. On complaining to the Dairy owner he beat up the father of the child and threatened with a knife.

Many Complaints had previously gone to MCD but no response, some persons are coming from MCD takes money from Owners and get back without doing anything.

This particular dairy owner openly declares that he will keep buffaloes tied up in the street and threatens dire consequences if anyone dares complaint.

Sir we request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. All the neighbours are ready to collect the money and help MCD to evict this bullying Dairy from the colony.

I want to bring in your kind attention toward the unauthorised use of flats for Dairy shops. With my home there is a " Chaudhary Dairy", C-73-X, Block-A, DDA Flats,
Jahangirpuri, Delhi-110084
MCD officials comes and take some money from that shop every month to faciliate that owner to run that shop. He use to make Ghee on furnace near the window of my home and block all the road with his Dairy assets. The drain is blocked because of his useless material thrown out of the shop. I made many complains regarding this matter but no action has been taken yet. Sir you are requested to take an action immediately against him and govt. MCD officials as soon as it may be possible for you. I shall be thankful to you.

Sir,
Today morning all roads entering to Defence Enclave (Sainik Farms), Khanpur were blocked by putting big pipes. How can the roads be the personal property of the farm holders and make end up in having such nuisance for the people who use these roads daily.

Since one month we are facing the problem of water, its really to difficult to live without water. In 24hrs they are supplying the water for 30mins, and only in the night and sometimes not even for 30mins. As we are working people it would be difficult to get up in the mid night for water. Kindly look into this on priority as we are not able to survive.

Dear Sir,
I stay in Najafgarh near CRPF camp. I want to bring to your notice that the condition of Roads in Najafgarh Zone mainly Jharoda Road from CRPF camp to Main Najafgarh, Thana Road, Gaushala Road are in pathetic conditions but MCD is not serious in repairing it. Now Rain has stopped and Delhi govt has said earlier that from 1st Sept 2008 all the roads in Delhi will free from Pathhole. But There is no where you will not find...

The gutter in front of our house is ove flowing for the last 2 months. I have made a complaint in your zonal severage office in SOUTH PATEL NAGAR NR MOTHER DAIRY, COMPLAINT NO IS 3425 DT 25.8.2008

Inspite of repeated visits to this office, no action has so far been taken. There are small children in our home and MCD will be held responsible in case of anything like dengue due to flood of water accumulation in front of mu house. Most urgent action is required on top most priority to avoid DENGUE.

Drive against mosquitoes when our own premises are breeding places for mosquitoes, NO USE. Dengue menace cannot be contained by merely emptying coolers etc but by making outlet for rain water to go out just outside our own homes. Please see the area just besides the boundary wall of park in front of B-73, Lajpat Nagar-I (Near Gufa Mandir). One rain and it gets full for days !!!

I am a resident of D-73 Malviya Nagar. Six Ten is operating from D-74 (next door neighbour). They have parked their poly bags container right in front of our entrance door and blocked the way.
We cannot park our car/vehicle and cannot take them out in case of emergency. Plus it is the breeding ground for mosquitos and in view of the spread of dengue in delhi, it is a major enviornmental hazard and health hazard for the residents of D Block, Malviya Nagar. The main road in front of our house is covered with polythene bags. They never keep their premises clean and and dustbins are just put on the road itself. We are therefore forced to live in this stinking environment and no fresh air is available for the residents. it is the breeding ground for rats and foul smell from waste veg and fruits.
Urgent action therefore is required.

i am here, on the behalf of some residents of GALI NO. 6, CHANDAN VIHAR, SANTNAGAR WEST, BURARI ROAD, DELHI- 84, to inform you about a residential multistory building which is underconstruction by a private builder. According to people here the building is going to touch up to FIVE STORIES. It has a basements also which is the basic cause of anxiety of residents here. they says that builder is not taking proper safeguards nessessry for a sound basement, specially if it going to bear four or five stories over it. The present condition is: 2 floors are completed with linter and the basement is full of water which is oozing from ground as water level here is only 20 to 25 feets.People who know the things much better than me are telling it is going to be a permanent feature, that water will always here to invite mosquitos to breed as it is doing now.

Besides PEOPLE ARE ANXIOUS THAT WITH AN UNSAFE BASE BUILDING CAN FE FALL ANYTIME. They all are having a good flourishing bunch of childrens who always play in street, under the hazardous shadow of this, socalled, monsterous building. and the continously logged water is a clear threat to the foundation of adjacant house too.

Dear sir, you are reqested only to examine whether the fears of people are true or not. Chandan Vihar( west sant nagar) is one of about 1500 colonies which are underprocess to be authorized soon, thanks to delhi government.

In G-17 pocket, sector 15, rohini there are a lot of ades mosquitos which are responsible for dengue outbreak.It seems there is fresh water collected in underground drains. We are sitting on a impending dengue outbreak. pl help!!!

Dear Sir,
I want to bring to your kind notice that the roads in Najafgarh particularly Jahroda road and the circle road in main Najafgarh is so bad that it looks like we are travelling in a river site on boulders. No action has been taken from the MCD so far.
So please take this problem seriously and try to construct the road ASAP.
One should not politise it and make a sincere effort to construct the roads.

I the undersigned am resident of E-264 Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar IV New Delhi-110024 and had filed a complaint regarding problems due to incomplete and defective construction of open nala. I thank you very much for acknowledging my complaint and sending concerned officials from project construction department. I deeply regret to inform you that till date they could not resolve the issue. What they did is purely eye wash. I had been given name of Mr. Deep Singh with Mobile Number [protected] to follow up. I don’t know what capacity this gentleman works with MCD but he was not able to even attend the problem even once. I once again brief the issue for your kind perusal.

For the last approximately 14 months construction of open nala in front of our houses was going on causing hell of problems to us. For the last one month we have not seen labor working any more apart from the fact that the patches have been left open incomplete:

1. This nala has been excavated from Lady Sri Ram College Boundary to Garhi Chowk. A portion near House no. E-264 Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar IV is still not covered.
2. Apart from the above, the nala slope (Levels) are irregular. We have never seen anyone measuring levels/gradient/slop of this nala. It is high at certain locations retaining water in pockets.
3. Tiles which have been fixed on the foot path are broken.
4. The opening of nala is prone to accident. Four accidents (one senior citizen and three children falling in the nala) have already been occurred. Now being monsoon there is more danger.
5. Due to uneven levels the water is stinking and mosquitoes have been increased posing threat to life.
6. May I request you to look into this matter seriously and save us from life long problems?


We have been given to understand that this project belongs to Executive Engineer, Project MCD, Jal Vihar, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. We sincerely request you to ask the said officer or any other concerned authority who so ever is responsible to immediately correct the faults and complete the project without any further delay and damage.

The sewer line of Sant Nagar Extn, New Delhi-18 in the street with House Nos.1-30 is over-flowing for the last 7 days. As a result, sewer water is flowing back into the houses which is creating an unhygenic condition. Number of complaints were made at the Ravi Nagar Complaint centre, but to no avail. The last complaint was made on 19.8.2008 with complaint no.274, but no action has been taken yet.
Hoping for some miracle on the part of mcd to allievate us of this miserable condition.

This is to inform you that their's an unathorised construction going on at Residence of Mr.Joshi, 7/39, Vikram Vihar, Lajpat Nagar-IV, N.Delhi-24. He has covered a part of Public FootPath by making some permanent pillars and also by removing a part of his wall to make way for his new door which opens on this foot path, which is also not allowed by LNDO dept .

He has also dumped lot of building material and Malba on this footPath and even on the main road also. You are requested to kindly look into this matter at the earliest. A compalint regarding this has already been done to CMO vide compalint no. CMO/PGC/2006/524997.

i have lodged complaints regarding non availability of street drains in our locality. my complaint number to d.c. (narela zone)
is 3809.i dont know wat the hell mcd is doing.

The parking attendants at "MCD Authorised Car Scooter Parking, Defence Colony, Near Gummand" always demand extra for car parking between 9 am to 12 pm. The parking ticket clearly shows:

Parking Time - 9 am to 12 pm
Car 10.00

But they say if you park the car for more than 2 hours we will charged INR 20.00. When asked for the 20.00 rupees ticket they refuses and they will not give.

Can MCD STOP THIS illegal charges.

Its feels most irritated while writing this complaint as I am staying in supposedly one of the most pouch localities in Delhi. I am a resident of D-1 and approach roads here are simply pathetic and sad to mention but the icing on the cake is the bar shop which is right on the nose of the locality and where people drink in the car and make a mockery of locality. MCD had just reconstructed the road just 6 months back and god know how many lacs of money was spend but all of it got wasted when the entire mail road was dug and still continues to be bigger ride than Appu Ghar. God know when will MCD get up, maybe when one of their known will meet an accident there.
