Recently purchased Micromax Q5 series mobile, in that air tel net worked 10 days after that it was stopped , air tel says it is not their mistake. Micromax not responding. Please give me solution.

Micromax Mobiles — Mobile Phone not working

I have purchased a Micromax mobile phone Model No. X220 on 06.08.2010. Within two months, the mobile started giving problems. On contacting the Authorised Service provider in Chennai on 30.10.2010, M/s. VConnect Solutions, Nungambakkam, Chennai, they listed the following complaints.

1. Filip not working, (2) No Ringtone, and (3) Keys Not Working.

The Sevice provider has also stated that spare parts for the mobile are not available. In the given situation I don't know whom to be addressed to set right the above defects, since the exact e-mail address of M/s. Micromax is not available. Kindly help me in this regard.

i nitin chaudhari purchase your Q1 mobile on 6/11/2010 then this day i have istalled memory card but memory card in playing mobile then mobile autometicaly swith off.i go this purchase from mobile shop please give me rplacement of our mobile from your dealer, he not give me replacement of our mobile, so plaese give me replacement of our mobile from your service center. please do the needfull, my mobile no.is [protected]

I am a regular user o[censored]r Q3 set & satisfied with it & also recomended so many people to purchase Micromax. Suddenly the set dropped fr. my hand & the glass broken. I contact with nearest service centre " aditya jyoti & co.", kolkata & I am really surprised with the answer that they have 2 indane & only after 15 days it may come. So many customer was desatisfied with the service specially non-availablity of spears.
U must agree with me that after sales service is main nowadays, otherwise ?
I hope, u must look into this matter & will be more carefull about customer service & will take action sincerely.

i posted the complain regarding micromax services one month back but unfortunately, i did not get any further processing till the date. i dont know, how to proceed it to take action to the micromax service person against the complain registered. anyhow, i want back my handset what condition still it is. i just got fed-up and not expecting further any the repairemennt.

Micromax — mobile malfunctioning

i bought new micromax Q5 handset 3 months back.it was working properly for 2 months then it started giving trouble , its speaker and micro phone is not working properly.

have purchased micromax mobile phone on 21.06.2010 from Nakshatra, Dadar It isnot working properly since 12.07.2010 I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

i have micromax Q5 handset in this handset Nimbuzz software not workng shows TESTING YOUR CONNCTION .
if any body activate ur handset Nim bizz software plz let me know how to activate

It will getting problem same day, memory card which is not supporing the cell.After complainng show room said that port pin is damaged and pay to 500 Rs. not working properly since 20-NOV-10. same day I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I hv purchased Micromax mobile model no. Q3 on date 10/07/2010 from m/s ASMIT MOBILE REPAIRING, Ordnance Factory Badmal(stall no 10)Dist- Balangir(Orissa) vide Bill no.229. Know It is not working properly since 24/09/2010 then I'm contact to service center and report there in 26/09/2010. The service center is setting something and returned me . After that again same problem automatically hang and switch off, again I contact to service center he was told it is take time one mont, I am sending this mobile state service centre, Bhubaneswar as per his commencement i hand over the mobile set on 13/10/2010 to M/s. RISHIKA AGENCIE, BOLANGIR and collect after one month on.10/11/2010 . Again it was same problem after 2/3 days and not function till today even the mobile keys are not function. I brought new Micromax Mobile Q75 15 days back from bangalore, but on 29/11/2010, but it suddenly got switch off. And inside the mobile shows that Made in Chaina. And i saw same so many complaints from others, now my opinion that Dont go for MICROMAX mobile. It is a fraud company. I wasted my money on this mobile. This mobile is best for small children to play.

i hav micromaxx Q5fb there is problem in track ball. service center does not replace the track ball and they charge Rs-400 for the new one. the said mobile is in warranty period becoz i hav purchase mobile in Aug 21-2010. please help me and reply to me on below id

I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 16.11.10 from WS Retail Services Pvt.Ltd(flipkart.com), online. It'camera not working properly if i receive. I am going to service centre M.S.B.M.Services (ludiana-ph.no.[protected]and he said that your handset is ok but after few discussion he said that yes your handset is faulty then wait few days but today i call at service center he said that wait between 10-15days now I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
