[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 25-1-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, saharanpur. It isnot working properly since 20-03-09. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

No updates and status from Micromax about this complaint . how poor service they provide.
I will go to consumer court or else they have to change my phone with new one.

sir, i had a micromax q3 but frm a long time i, m trying to connect my mobile to laptop but i m facing a lots of problem. its pc suit is also not working properly pls tell me what 2 do. if the user will face this type of problem then any one will buy these product. pls solv my problm $ send the correct pcsuit on my email id- [protected]@gmail.com - i hope u will reply soon
i purchased micromax x360 . it shows headphone sign always . i send it to raipur service center they takes 1 month when i receive my mobile it doesnot show headphone sign but headphone doesnot work.. please help me what can i doo

This is to bring in your notice that on being impressed by the ads . in media, I have purchased one handset of micromax X250. I faced problem in Back panel wich is very loose in locking...i also had words wid the dealer (HotSpot) situated @ Subhash Nagar. He say dere is no problem in the back cover...bt u telll wen u placed ur mobile in ur pocket the backcover is automatically removed or u forced it to open...

Pls. see my problem nd solve it as soon as possible..

i m very much disappointed with the services of MICROMAX MOBILE I have registered a lot of complaint but no action has been taken so far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem. I have faced many times of problems in last 2 Months about my Micromax X360 set like Keypad, Sound and Battery backup etc. I bought Micromax x360 set on 7th feb, 2010, during the period, I faced many problems of worse keypad service, a very little batry back up and 3rd class sound quality, i m very disappointed by the quality of your product. Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible. If, I got negative response. I have last solution to solve my problem, to go consumer court for file my problem.

the back up is very bad, i[censored] use internet in pc via pc suite then it switchoffs.
I bought a micromax Q3 in october but due to disfunctioning of keypad and hanging on gprs i gave it to service centre .In 4 months my set was at service centre for 2 months!!!
Then they said the software cant be updated, LCDs are failing, then they changed the whole board but then the LCD behaved like a CRT screen with horizontal lines on shake!!!
When i opened the camera then it got hang alsomany features were vanished .Immediately thereonly(in service centre) i asked for DOA(replacement). i got a new mobile but i found the same problem existed and battery back up time reduced from 4 days to 36 hours in standby mode drastically. so i didnt use it for GPRS or internet. After somedays i went to dealer and told about the battery. I got my battery replaced but the battery back up time again reduced to16 hours!!!

what should i do now????Coz neither the service centre nor the dealer solved my problem.They only took my mobile and said we are checking but i what did i get?i couldnt use the mobile...

help


my suggestion is

DONOT BUY ANY MICROMAX MOBILE...i[censored] do i m sure u will repent within next 15 days
i have purchased micromax mobile before 5 months my complaint is, if we shake my phone it will get switch off please replace me the new phone, iam in davanagere

Micromax making us fool.they didnt supply mentioned accessories and all Phones are Factory defected.
Micromax also accept this.
So please solve our problems and return this product from market.

I Mukesh I bought a mobile (Make : Micromax Q5 fb) Which was purchased on first of April 2010 from the dealer "Mobile Gallery" in 'Malleshwaram'. At the time of delivery he gave me a mobile box which the seal was broken i informed the dealer abut the broken seal, he informed that the seal would be broken because i need to show to the customer, and he deliverd the same mobile set to me.......and he charged me 4500/- rs for the same.
The dealer even did not check weather all the feature of the mobile is working or not.... and i did not purchase the memory card at the time of purchasing the mobile ..... he just inserted the sim card and he gave the mobile phone to me......and today (7/6/2010) i went to the same dealer to purchase the memory card and he is inserting the card and the mobile is not reading the card.......and the dealer informed me that its the fault with the mobile you need to contact service center abut the same.......informed the dealer abut the seal which was broken at the time of dilevery and also informed him that he did not check weather all the feature of the mobile is working or not......infromed the dealer that i took the mobile and today i am buying the memory card and its not working.........i told him to get that mobile exchanged or get it repaired immediately and he telling that i cant do immediately or u can direct contact the service center.....However i have given the mobile to dealer to get it serviced and he told he would take 3 to 4 days... I dont know wat to do with this dealer who has cheated me. Its not even my fault nor i damaged the mobile but i am suffering now with the problem........I want help......

I purchased the Q5 Model on 09-May-10 from Spice, Sarita Vihar New Delhi.
From the 1st day, complaint to the shopkeeper about the issue of ‘No Airtel SIM working’ . And they suggested to show the issue to the Service Centre.

Accordingly Prince communication open the Job sheet on 26-May-10. And after continuous following the executive Neha from Prince communication [[protected]] and Madhu & Chitranjan [[protected]] from Gurgaon. No positive response from them till date. Still my phone is in Service centre for more than 3-weeks. Also it will take a week time to delivery beyond my expectation.

Request u to resolve the issue by EOD and replace with new Handset as requested to Chitranjan.

I had bought a Q3 micromax mobile on 19th june 10. In my opinion its working fine. Yes its headset volume is low.Not a worst mobile...
