MTNL - TELEPHONE — PHONELINE NOT CLEAR
I have been consitently launching telephone complaint "Lot of disturbance in the line and not able to hear a single word" since past 9-10 months, Every time new complaint no get generated, . Support person attend the call out of 20 once and says " we dont have a replacement, thoda time ruko"If MTNL is not able to provide proper service to the customer, then better they shut down the shop.
The only option is left is submit the applicationa to higher authority and get refund of rent which we are paying every month without utilizing its services,
my phone is dead within two months & i will pay my bill also please start my phone line imedieatly my number is 24013086 thank you.

well my no.[protected] is dead for so long but only once a man come & saying it carrying earthing so we have to change from the floor outside. But then no body came. dear sir, my name is krishnaswamy, and my land line no is[protected], the second line is[protected] which is on my wife's name. the first line is not working for the past 2 months which is rather erratic, that is not the word. many complaints lodged till date, but no response. yesterday i had been to mtnl office at sakivihar. personally met mr.mundal, who in turn directed me to mr.singh for further action. i met mr.singh who listened to me patiently and noted all the details, in front of me he spoke to the concerned person and he told me the complaint would be attended immediately before you could reach your home. i am sorry to inform you that till now no one came to my house nor the telephone defect is rectified.in this connection i would like to inform you that my telephone rent for the above period should not be levied. at this point i would request your higher authorities to look into this matter personally to give suitable instructions to the concerned person failing which i will be forced to take up this matter with higher ups .i do appreciate to take the necessary steps to please the customer rather than ending up to an unpleasant situations. with regards krishnaswamy

MY phone number 26988624 is dead for the last five days. I have lodged the compalin on 198 and nothing had been done so far. Even i tried to contact official Of MTNL Okhla exchange but there is phone ringging but they bother to attend the call. Even though there number is giving on your website in case of complain is not atttended you can not conatct senior official.
Hope that you can kindly look into the matter.

MY Phone 26180260 installed at Flat No-24,Sector-8 R.K.Puram is fully dead since last 15days. acomplaint already lodged with MTNL. No action has been insiated by the concrned cell.Please intervene .
My landline is also dead from 3day and no action has been taken by MTNL even after complaints.

301 - 2000 = Rs.1.20
Above 2000 = Rs.1.00
NOTE: 1) This facility may be extended to the customer who opts for this and there should not be any outstanding apperas against such customers.
2) This additional line will be linked with the main line & will work as long as main line works and will be disconnected as and when main line is surrendered or recovered for non-payment.
3) This line can be either Local & STD or Local & STD/ISD, depending upon main line.
4) For ISD line additional deposit of Rs. 3000/- is to be levied.
If a MTNL customer who is already having two connections under any MTNL tarrif scheme before[protected], and one of his connection is for more than 5 (five years).
Why this Loyal Customer is not allowed to convert his existing second connection to this
“Additional landline to Loyal Customers of MTNL Mumbai” scheme and benefit with the lower service charges and free calls.
Can any one take it up with the MTNL authorities and answer this?

My telephone No. 27113524 is out of order inasmuch as that there is disturbance all the time. Compaints made in this regard has fallen on deaf ears. I, therefore, request you that the complaint be attended on priority basis. I am a senior citizen and has to contact the medical officers for consultation.
I have logdged the complaint for my telephone no[protected] since 21/11/2009 complaint no 554 on which no action have been taken as yet. Kindly expidite the same
