MTNL Landline — Phone is Dead

Dear Sir,

I Dinesh Chand Gupta facing problem in my MTNL Landline since August 2009. My MTNL Number is[protected].

The person who is corrects these faults always says to us that do not complaint at 198, I will do it. He has not done it till now.

You can check our last month bill, Its with zero call charges. If I am not using the phone then why should I pay the rent also.

Please correct the issue asap.

I suggest you file complaint under TELECOM CONSUMERS PROTECTION AND REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES REGULATIONS, 2007 with the NODAL OFFICER.

If the Nodal Officer does resolve the issue within 10 days than file appeal with APPELLATE AUTHORITY.

my phone is not working and due to this internet is also not working

Sir, My telephone no 22486391 is not working from last 15 days. i complained on 7-1-2010.
my complaint no is 1573 . sir i m senior citizen and i am so troubled without my telephone. I went many time to your office and sanchar hat, but nobody heard my request and correcting my telephone. therefore i request you to kindly take action against consultant members of the office and make my phone work as soon as possible.
Also, I will not give this month bill because of the above problem that I told you.

MTNL — Dead landline from past 10 days

Sir,

My MTNL landline is not working (Dead) from past 10 days.
I have log a camplain for the same on 31st Jan 2010 (Camplain no :-1129).
There is no one from the mtnl attended the request till now as my internet facility (MTNL broadband) is also effected due to same and i am not able to attend to my customer throug mail from past 10 days.

Please look into the matter as MTNL are no capable of handling there clients

I appreciate if this will be resolved as soon as possible.

My telephone no. 27438223 is not working since 1st Feb. 2010. Repeated complaints are being made on 27432198. Nobody has come to attend the complaint or rectify the defect. MTNL is not entitled for any terrif till phone is connected or repaired.

I stay at Nilgiri 802, Anushaktinagar, BARC Complex, Mumbai-400094. My phone number is 25480180. I have to agree to the fact that MTNL is THE worst provider as far as customer support goes. For the last 4 months (starting from November 2009 till now) I have six disconnections causing my phone line to be dead for at least one week each time. Each time I complain at 25482198 they give a docket number and after about a week the line gets al right. But again after a few weeks history repeats.
Last time I called some person at the Mankhurd exchange office. He said some thieves steal the cables and causes these frequent disconnections. They have nothing to do about it and we, the customers have to bear with it. So, I have to bear with at least one "cable faults" per month for my MTNL phone connection because the cable gets stolen at regular intervals and these MTNL guys are so incapable to do anything about it.
No doubt MTNL is a great organisation and has brought quality broadband service to us Mumbaikars and Delhiites at reasonable price. However, their attitude towards customers should see a sea-change. Instead of considering their customers as botherations or nuisance and thinking that they are doing a favour by serving us, they should value their opinions and problems.
I know my phone connection will be al right by next week, but will be again dead next month. However, just thought to share my views with others here who must be suffering equally, if not more, from the day they chose MTNL.

I am facing lot of disturbance in my landline [protected] even due to this i am also facing problem in my broadband.

even i tried to complaint through 1500 and 22221500 but still no one is there to rectified it.

My telephone no.22326477 is dead from last 10 days we have made several complaints on computerised complaint system but no results.I do not know whether my line is dead or instrument is faulty.

MTNL — TELEPHONE LINE NOT CLEAR

WE HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE UNCLEARANCE OF THE LINE MORE THAN A MONTH AGO & NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE DEPARTMENT.I WANT CONSESSION FOR IT ,OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE APPROCH THE CUSTOMER COURT.

i have a landline connection of mtnl no is [protected].. there is a line disturbance in my phone last 2 years.. i have complaint for this a lot of time but nothing is done...please take action in this matter as soon as possible... thanks

MTNL — Phone not working but they gave me the bill

my tel no is 29945890
from past one month my phone was not working,
i have made nearly 10 complains
at last they fix it out but i got the monthly bill of 720/-
without using broadband or telephone at all
don't know what to do.

MTNL Landline — Landline telephone dead since last 4 months

This is to bring to your notice that I have been cpomplaining since last 4 months, regarding DEAD MTNL phone line, but no response.It indicates the poor service of MTNL.My landline number is[protected].

MTNL BROADBAND & TELEPHONE — PHONE DEAD SINCE 2 WEEKS

Phone Dead since last 2 weeks. No Broad Band working since then. In spite of complaints logged on line and on 198 and personally to Telephone Exchange sec 3, nothing happened so far.

To my shock reference MTNL AM/GM office nothing can be done as there is a cable fault and when the same will be rectified is not known to them. Person in charge of cable is on leave.

This is really shocking the MTNL with so much fan fare is working like nomads. No responsibilty. Today when so much is depending on NET, they have no clue as to when the same will be rectified.

MTNL — Landline phone dead since last one week

My landline phone no. 25573797 of MTNL is dead and not working since last one week. I have complained many a times to concerned official and also to customer care department but to avail no help. I am suffering a lot due to this.

I am chougle muzammil having a complaint about mtnl.I have register a for a new mtnl connection of phoneline and internet and its a combo 495 plans I have register before 1week no one has come from mtnl for connection my connection work order no is 3908 & 3909 and my mtnl number they gave me at registration is 25550013
sir pls check whats the matter and take deep action on mtnl
