I got information by dialing 1502 from my mtnl phone, regarding free garuda post paid FWP (fixed wireless phone) under the scheme “Landline + FW Plan”. They said me to visit mtnl sanchar hut at Idgah (near filmistan) Delhi, for getting the garuda number. It’s quite far from the place I stay. I went there on 15-09-08. I waited on the counter for an hour, filled the form and then came to know that the person whom the form was to be submitted was absent. I went to the officers room, I met Mr. Sharma who told me the FWP set I want is not available in stock. I would request you to enquire in detail about the case so that the customer is not misled.

Same happened to me, just after the 4th day of launch of this scheme on 16 august, on 20 th august 2008, i submitted a requested for free RW cdma phone with my land line at sanchaar haat dwarka, sector-6, i was given no receipt and was told, your booking number is 1, dated 20 august 2008, but there is no set to give, so we will call, when set will be available, more than 2 months passed no call or no instrument.
please tell us the minimum phone montly rental scheme ?
right now we are using one india plan of 180 rs montly
so you are requested to inform us as soon as possible

How can I get my mtnl telepnone call detail for the m/o jan-09.Plz give me suggestion abt this.I want this detail not along wid bill but separetely.If I go MTNL Office Can I get this detail hand to hand.
Kindly dont take the Garuda Fix terminal of MTNL as their battery backup is so so poor. It can not hold battery upto one hour. When i purchased this set that time mtnl's customer care, website and person at sanchar haat told me that the fax service will be available at Garuda Terminal but fax service is not working. I call in customer care they said that ur fax machine has problem while i purchased it new and working at another no. and a no of SANJAY STORES, GOVINDPURI alotted me and many call of sanjay store I m recieving.

So finally MTNL's Garuda is bad option.

our Internet has not being working since last 3 month .This month it has work for only four days .Inspite of our repeated complains nothing has happend. Even we have spoken to your engineers but no action has been taken .Since we are suffering very much we want to disconnect our internet.

    phone is dead

    My phone is dead from 8/09/08.I booked the complaint on 9/09/08 & today is 12/09/08 nothing is done uptill now.The service provided is very poor.Previous month also it was dead for more than 5 days.Atleast we should know up to which date it wil be solved.
    I will be very greatfull to you if it is solved today....

    My name is Pawan Bhatt (Phone No.[protected] and I am a resident of L - 1/10, Budh Vihar, Phase I, Delhi – 110086.

    I installed a MTNL broadband connection on 15th July, 2008. However since 6th August, 2008 the same is not working. I registered a complaint about the same on 7th August on 1504 (broadband comp. no.) My complaint number is 4836. I was informed that the problem would be rectified at the earliest.

    However there has been no rectification of the complaint. I spoke to the following persons and informed them of the problem on a number of occasions:

    Mr N. K Joshi, G.M (North) on [protected]
    Mr Rakesh, Area Manager on [protected]
    Mr Mehta, Area Manager on [protected]
    Mr Gupta, Site Incharge on[protected]
    Mr Vishvkarma, Manager on [protected]

    There have been visits to my residence by Mr Satvinder Singh (lineman) to attempt rectification of the problem. However at all visits he was simply unable to identify the problem and this has added to my frustration and lack of belief in the abilities of your technical staff.

    Today is the 4th of September and despite my repeated attempts to contact all possible concerned authorities and persons, the problem has still not been resolved. As a result, I feel harassed and grieved to have to run from pillar to post to get the complaint resolved.

    I wish to begin proceedings for termination of the broadband connection as there is no use of installing the same and I do not think that I should have to pay one month's bill when I was not even able to use the services.

      I had a dolphin numbers [protected] and [protected] of government servant scheme. As my bag was stolen prior to dicember 2008, I had lost both my mobiles. I had made a complaint to the customer care no. of dolphin to discontinue my mobile no.[protected] and also to stop the service of another no. [protected]. Further I had asked the executive that if it was necessary to make a writing application, he said no need for that at all.
      Now, these numbers are not in use and i don't have any sim of these numbers and MTNL send me a bill of Rs. 1036/- in the month of August 2009 for the mobile no. [protected] and prior to that they are not dispacth me any bill and suddenly send the said bill. Further, when I askd in MTNL office that my number is working or not, they said you have to pay bill first. Kindly discontiue both the numbers stated above immediately and inform me further details.

        I have a BB connection on the tele no 25687491 and 25699471. The broadband is regularly getting disturbed since 05 aug 08. bb on 25687491 is almost nonfunctional. Complaints to the sdo Mr saini[protected] and on 1504 have borne no results.He refuses to meet in person and does not attend his telephone..i am surprised that can it go on like this endlessly and still they can get away with it...

        May i request you to kindly look into the problem and rectify the same at the earliest as same is causing great deal of inconveneance.
        meine broadband liya hai mtnl ka jiske speed batayi gayi hai 256 kbps magar downloading speed to sirf 20kbps hi aati hai kyu jabki ham mtnl ko bill poora pay karte hai plz solve my speed problem

          his is to inform you that I applied for Mumbai MTNL broad band internet connection on my phone[protected] last 1month. I book my complaint every day but your staff cancels my complaint every day and status of my complaint shows as sorted out. Your service engineers Mr.Patel [Mob.: [protected]] came and changed modem but no result. As on date they have visited number fo times but no result. Since then, my phone is dead. I would request you to kindly do not bill for internet service untill this is perfectly fine.
          please sort out this problem immediately and oblige.

          If you do like this manner we surrender our Mumbai MTNL connection and install any private connection.

            Hi,

            Currently I am using MTNL's trib 590 Nu plan but from last month i am not getting any net connection. I have logged a complaint but there was a no response from the service center even after calling them regularly.

            From this experience i got to know difference between a Private company and a government service provider.

            Thank god i am not employed in government sevices.

              recently on 14th August 2008, I saw an advertisement, that MTNL has slashed Triband registeration and installation charges. So I called them up on 15th August and applied for new connection and they gave me booking id as 48000043. I asked for their Triband Combo 512 KBPS plan for which they charge Rs 1299. I finnaly got the connection on 24th August 2008. To my utter shock the speed I have been getting since then is just 256 KBPS for which they charge Rs 599. Since 24th August i have filed numerous complaints but so far nothing has been done. On top of that, within 24 HRs they close the complaint ID stating at least its working. And as per their service technicians this speed is normal speed and you can not get more than this untill you know some one from Higher authority in MTNL. Most recent complaint number is 40900012 filed on 28th August 2008. Please if anyone can help me with this.

              Very -very bad service from Mtnl. They are not able to solve customer's problem. I am facing frequently disconnection problem with slow speed . I have complained more than 20 times but no proper action taken.


              I am totally disagree with mtnl internet service.

              i installed internet on[protected] from that day i am thinking that i take very bad decision to have mtnl connection its service too bad it disconnect after every 4 to 5 minutes i did complaints many time i complaint to the SDO gole mkt but he take no interest on it and he started not picking my phone . i also call to mr kulwinder area manager but he never pick phone. now i am thinking what to do no action is taken by mtnl

                On 26 August, I found the services of my phone has been barred & accordingly I complained & complained no.[protected].
                On 27th August whiling checking the status of my complaint, I found that some miscreants from the mobile no.[protected] has registered in the disguise of my name that Sim has lost which is totally false & done with malafide intentions to harras me or otherwise.

                Accordingly I agian regisered a complaint & complaint no. [protected].
                But to my surprise, I while checking the status of my complaint I found complaint has been registered with false & baseless facts that I found my sims card & i faxed the details. which is blunt lie & it seems that the MTNL's agent who has rigistered the complaint is accomplice of the that miscreant whose moble no.[protected].

                My no. [protected] has not been acivated till date inspite of repeated requests.
                i hav lost my phone w550 i sony ericcson...
                my phone no. is [protected]..
                plz deactivate the no. & help me to find the phone...

                    Last one month I am facing our landline phone dead and instrument not working properly. Since last week was full of dead (still not working). So many times I complaint, if it is O.K. in one day in the next day it was dead or instrument was not worked.

                    If you do like this manner we surrender our MTNL connection and install any private connection.

                      I am using this MTNL telephone for the last 20 odd years. The said line is in the name of my mother Mrs. Annie Fernande who is 80 years of age. I had applied to MTNL for their Triband services on 17 Jan 2008 and received work order no. 1225 dated 18 Jan 2008. After that i have made numerous calls and visits to the helpline nos and to MTNL telephone exchange at Wadala.
                      On 08 August 2008 I receive a call from the number 24715990 saying that my triband connection had been activated. Without any intimation or phone calls a person saying he is from the telephone company says he wants to come in to the house to activate the services and he may need to take the modem which belongs to me to make the necessary changes.
                      My mother, being a senior citizen refuses to let him in. He then gives my mother telephone no. of a Mr. Kamble Mobile no.[protected] and asks to speak to him and fix and appointment when the undersigned would be at home.
                      Several calls made from the 9th of August to 14th of August gets no result.
                      Finally on 14th, I who also used to work with a privated INternet Service Provider have done the necessary settings and started using the service on 14th August. On 15th August (Independence Day) a person calls from telephone no.24123713 and speaks very rudely and threatens my mother that the line would be disconnected and that we have done something illegal.
                      I have subsequently also received a call from the same no. and was asked to give my password, which i then gave. The line was disconnected from 15th and till date has not been activated. I have used the service for 2 hours after waiting for more than 7 months.

                      I have taken the Broad Band connection in Oct'07. From Nov'07 to April'08 We were out of station but we were paying the biils. When we camoe back on End April'08 our broad band connection was not working. I give verbal/written complaints to Dwaraka Exchange office but no cation have been taken. Then I have contacted Mrs Sharma PS TO GM Jankpuri more than 10 times in 20 days to get this repaired.
                      I have hardly used this 20 days and I have got the bill for Rs. 2800/- when I asked the clafication it has been tolled that that bill was correct and I have paid the bill.
                      Subsequently I have chaned my Broad Band plan to Rs. 899/- that free downloading.
                      Since one week my Broad Band is not working. On 27.08.08 I have personnly visited Dwaraka Exchange office and got my complaint registed with Mr. Verandra Singh SDO where in he has promised to send the person immidiatly. On 28.08.08 my massanger has visited Mr. Verandra, On 30.08.08 and 01.09.09 I have called Mr. Verandra where in he pramisses the same every time But till date no bady has attended my complant.

                      I could not understand the attituide of MTNL staff.

                      This something which can't be aacepted.

                      I hope MTNL management may take sutable action to reslove the custamar problems.

                      I have started using MTNL's Internet braodband, 199 Plan, from 19 Aug, 08. but in the bill of Aug MTNL has asked tp pay the wrong amount. They have asked to Rs. 300, while after the connection I didnt use the Internet so much and for one week it was not working.

                      and when I called on 1504 and 1500 and asked the executives to tell my account usage, they replied that they dont have my account details. and give me few other numbers to call upon.

                      and the MTNL is such a third class department where no one picks the phone.

                      I hope that the MTNL management will take the necessary action to resolve my problem.

                      I applied for a triband connection 20 days back. The landline connection has been provided 10 days back and now internet deptt. is refusing to give internet connectivity. The reason they are saying is non-feasiblity. I want to raise this complaint, Why feasibility was not done before. Now the cheque has

                      We are using Tribrand for the last 2 years and now the service is worsening. My connection is tripping every 3rd minute and we are fed up by raising complaints. It is now a week and the problem is unresolved. The call centre people do not bother. MTNL1504 request gives contact numbers which do not respond. We are in a hopeless situation.
                      THIS IS TO DRAW UR KIND ATTENTION THAT WE ARE ONE OF THE MTNL USERS USING THIS SERVICE SINCE 20YRS AND WE FEEL VERY REGRET TO SAY THAT WHENEVER WE CALL CUSTOMER CARE FOR ANY OF OUR QUERIES THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE TALK SO RUDE AS THEY ALWAYS SHOW THAT THEY DNT HAVE TIME TO TALK, AND MOSTLY THEY DNT EVEN PICK.
                      THIS IS BASICALLY THE INCIDENT OF TODAY ITSELF, THE LADY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND TALKED TOO HARSHLY AND WHEN I ASKED HER NAME SHE DISSCONNET IT .

                      SO WE HOPE U WILL UNDERSTAND AND FIND THAT LADY AND BASICALLY GIVE HER INSTRUCTIONS, WE CALL AT 197 ON 15-MAY-2009 AT 11.15AM.

                        dear sir through your portal i would like to complain about the poorest of poor network coverage of mtnls trump and dolphin mobile services in paschim vihar outer ring road area, in new delhi. this service is so poor that you can imagine we cannot talk clearly as signal is not there even on the fourth floor, and such was the condition, not even this bad as it is today, when mobile services were launched in india and delhi, imagine we get signals on our mobile from area which are atleast four kilometers away from out location like vishnu garden, khyala, mangolpuri ind area, nangloi, rohini etc instead of getting it from paschim vihar, we have complained so many times to cgm gsm in cgo complex but all in vain, can your portal help us in any way?

                        SUB : REQUEST TO REPAIR BTS EQUIPMENT & AC COMPRESSOR INSTALLED AT PRAYAG LOKDHARA C.H.S. LTD., LOKDHARA COMPLEX-I, KALYAN(E)– REG.

                        REF: Our complaints letter dated 20/2/08, 11/3/2008, 5/9/2008, 20/9/2008, 14th November, 2008 (MTNL Mumbai… complaint online.. Ref. No.45114), 26/11/2008 & 5/12/2008.

                        With reference to the above subject letter dated 20th February, 2008, 11/3/2008, 5/9/2008, 20/9/2008 and 14th, 26th Nov. and 5th Dec., 2008 regarding repairing of AC compressor of BTS equipment antenna has been installed in Prayag Lokdhara CHS Ltd., Lokdhara-I, Kalyan (E) 421 306 since April’2007.
                        Since February 2008, as registered by our complaints to your office for repairing of BTS equipment & AC Compressors installed in our society are not attended properly from your side till date. The above-mentioned complaint of reparing of AC Compressor is still pending.

                        Again, we have received a complaints from one of our member, who is living on top floor, SHRI S.K.BHANDARE, B/4-704 that the BTS equipment and antenna are not working properly & its sounds also comes very loudly, now a days. And due to the above problems, the complainants (top floor) are not getting proper sleep in the night.

                        Once again, we are requesting you that kindly make necessary arrangements for reparing of BTS equipments and shifting of AC Compressors from terrace (existing place) to top of water tank/BTS CABIN, etc. and also fixing silent instruments which will not disturb anybody in our society.

                        Unless and until, the above dated complaints are not attended properly from your side. Please note that in future, we will not entertain any of your official for the maintenance of BTS equipment & antenna from your end and this may lead to cancellation of our contract of installation of BTS equipments & antenna.

                        Hence, it is therefore requested to kindly repair the AC Compressor of BTS equipment at the earliest. This is for your information and n/a please. Assuring you of our best co-operation in this regard.

                        Very True MTNL has worst service. You can't imagine that any mobile operator can provide worst network coverage in Metro City like Delhi. Service as poor as like mobile service just launched India. They are neither interested in improving service.

                          I opted (unfortunately) for a MTNL Boradband connection as I was having a landline connection from MTNL already. But i am feeling so sorry and cursing myself why opted for this service provider. Since installtion, everytime the connection will give error and u will have spend hour and hours to be lucky to be connected with net. No. of complaints were made to Sarsawati Vihar Sanchar Haat as also on 1504. The lineman came; the land card of the computer is faulty (new compact pres. PC), then, the windows are corrupt, your shut down system is not proper, there were the replies given to me by the lineman. Motherboard (becoz land card is attached to it) got changed, windows re-installed and everything done but the MTNL guys are really hard nuts to crack. No response although visists on your aggressive chasing to your machine but of no use. I am fed up and going to write to other forums/ministry and refund of my monthly internet charges. please help if the things can be set right with your intervention.

                            I am using MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION (TELEPHONE Number:[protected] with 256kbps unlimited plan and it really not working . The speed is so worse that even a web page not open. First, they said that there was a prob. with the modem, so they replaced the modem after 3 weeks, and now after replacing the modem, it still not working. I am sick and tired of launching complaints to 1504.
                            The service is all time worse.

                              For the last one month I have frequent disconnection in my broadband (line no:[protected]and some times there is no connection at all for hours. When ever I place a complaint some in-competent lines man comes and checks and says that it is due to rain and dampness in the line. Why can't you send some competent person to check the CPE/MODEM and the line. It this continues I will be forced to look for other service providers. The online portal to register complaints also says that no broadband is registered on this no.

                              I am having a brodband connection against the above telephone at my residence at WP-162-B, Pitampura, Delhi 110088. I received telephone BIll No. [protected] dated 9.08.09 for Rs. 2948.00 for the month of July 2009.

                              I was shocked to see the exhorbitant bill for Rs.2382.00 towards internet charges. If you refer my earlier bills for the month of May and June 09, the detail broadband billing has never crossed Rs.199.00 and 408.07 respectively. I hope there may be some technical fault while calculating.

                                When contacted ur call center.. agent Kishori at around 11:58, she was so confused & ws time & again asking the same information which i hv provided earlier on the same call... she ws lacking concentration on call... when asked her to trnsfr the line to her senior.. she refused with a very rude tone... & just disconnected the call...

                                when contacted again immediately... spoke to ur senior CSA.. mr. Ronald John, again he repeated the same mistake... time & again asking the same information which i hd provided to him on the same call... asked him to trnfr to his TL, , nitin... (the so called TL) was again another JERK... people like him will definitely not take dolphin any where... ppl like him handles a team... is a shocking news... god save ur co.

                                  ट्रंप कनेक्टीव्हिटी दिवसेंदिवस आगदी खराब होत चाललेली आहे . मह्त्वाचे कॉल लागत नाहीत नेहमी प्रमाणे उतर असते की कनेक्टीव्हिटी नाही वगैरे ठराविक साच्याची उत्तर मिळतात. कॉल चुकून लागला तर मध्येच तुटतो अनेक वेळा पुन्हा कॉल करावे लागतात. सुरवातीला १ पैसा सेकंद साठी एकच दर लोकल आणि रोमिंग साठी होता नंतर लोकल सठी वेगळे कुपन रोमिंग साठी वेगळे कुपन रोमिंग साठी कुपन घेतले की लोकल चे कुपन आपोआप रद्द होते असे काही न समजण्या सारखे प्रकार आहेत
                                  MTNL सरकारी आहे व ह्या स्वभिमानापोती ट्रंप चे कनेक्शनघेतले होते परंतु असे लक्षात येते की नुंबर ट्रान्सफर फॅसिलीटी आल्यापासून ह्या असुविधा जास्त जाणवू लागल्या आहेत ह्याचा अर्थ असा घ्यावा की ग्राहाकाने कंटाळून प्रायव्हेट मोबाईल कंपनीकडे वळावे शेवटी असेच म्हणावे लागते की सरकारी कंपनीचा कारभारच असा असतो त्याला MTNL ही अपवाद नाही.
                                  असो कृपया कंपनी डायरेक्टर साहेबांनी ह्या कडे लक्ष द्यावे म्हणजे आम्ही ग्राहक अभिमानाने सांगू शकू की आम्ही MTNL चे ग्राहक आहोत कराल एवढे आमच्यासाठी आणि देशासाठी.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have surrendered my landlind telephone no. 28490782 with MTNL, Gokuldham on 05.04.2008 and asked them to return my deposit amount Rs. 3000/- for the same.

                                    Initially they told me that you will get directly at your home within month. But even after that I have not receive the same I wrote to helpdesk mtnl Mumbai requesting them to return my deposit amount and they have forwarded the no to contact for the same. I myself went to Gokuldham exchange and asked again to return my deposit amount immediately but they are not giving proper answers and finally they asked me to contact Goregaon telephone exchange for this again I wrote it to MTNL but no response.

                                    I was confused and did not understand what to do. Scanned copy of application and receipt attached.



                                    Kindly help me to get my deposite amount Rs. 3000/ with MTNL.

                                      From the Past one month, internet services on my MTNL Garuda is not working. I have made several complaints to there call centers, but no reply. The only reply I get is that the Server is having some problems.

                                      i booking garuda WFT sine 16/02/09 but data cable for internet use is not receive plz solve my problem my wft no:[protected],

                                      MTNL Garuda — Plan Not Activate

                                      I have Garuda Mobile I was activate my mobile on[protected] in vidyarthi plan but till now it is not activate. I was call customer care they allways say server is not working and tell misbhiwave.
                                      what should i do? can you help me? regarding this complaint.
                                      i am not getting connected to the internet through my garuda no.24524393. Whenever I am contacting MTNL customer care number, I am getting the uniform reply that thereis some problem with the Server/ RF signal weak like that. As a customer i am entitled to know the reason for the complaint.

                                      I am using mtnl garuda internet connection my garuda no. is [protected]. now it is not working properly when it get connected after 2 two minutes stop working. Because of this i am facing problem today i went to the sanchar hart district center new delhi. there no body is going to take the complaint of my. In the bills of the garuda also having problem after paying bill they are showing the pending amount. I dont understand what to do. If they can not manage the facility govt should withdraw his hands from this.

                                      Please tell me the solution.

                                      I am using MTNL GARUDA Mobile since last two or three year, My mobile No. is[protected]. I am deposit the cash amount Rs. 300/- (three Hundred only) in your cash counter MTNL office of GM (East), Karol Bagh, New Delhi on 19/01/2010. But by mistake your Counter clerk deposit the my cash payment another wrong Mobile No[protected]wrong No.)
                                      So I request to you please Rs. 300/- deposit in my account Mobile No.[protected] in your record. I am already given write complaint (with photo copy of my cash receipt slip ) in your MTNL, GM (East), Karol Bagh, New Delhi on 25/02/2010. I am requested to you please look the matter and after correction please intimate me by E-Mail or Mobile contact.

                                      I am using a garuda internet. my garuda internet no: 20477526. Now Garuda Internet speed is very slow for last two days.

                                      MTNL Garuda — Security Money not refunded by MTNL Since 28/3/2009

                                      I have submited request for termination of CDMA phone no#24992273 dated 28/03/2009 account no-[protected] Recpt no. 2SLS/00017446/09 at Hauzkhas delhi sanchar haat . but till date , I have not recieved any response . I have dailed 1502 for the complaint and the given the no.[protected] . I have tried many time to this no but no one is picking up the phone . please help me to get my secuty mony .
                                      sir irecharged my internet on 25th june since then it is not working i complaind on 1502 then comp to sanchar hatt sunder vihar then comp to low rf coverage section -compno.233678dtd30thjune2010 .andcompno.233791 dtd02july2010.but till date no one has responded .my mobile no.20365446. i want that mtnl authorities should look in to the comp. thanks
