I HAVE BEEN TRYING HARD to get my fone transferred...i m giving the email details which i sent to mtnl general manager

I, Khurram Mashkoor, telephone number 26986252, had applied for a telephone transfer from batla house(okhla exchange) to shaheen bagh(sarita vihar exchange).
The application was sent from okhla to sarita vihar exchange for appropriate action.Lineman from sarita vihar(telephone number[protected] called me up and confirmed about the address.He told me the adddress as B-129, 1ST FLOOR, THOKAR NO. 8, SHAHEEN BAGH, NEW DELHI -110025.But my actual address is B-129, 2ND FLOOR, THOKAR NO. 8, SHAHEEN BAGH, NEW DELHI -110025.Because of this 1st floor and 2nd floor thing, lineman asked me to rectify this mistake from okhla exchange.
I went to okhla exchange and enquired about the problem, and they agreed that they misread the address in the application form and rectified the problem and gave me a copy of the transfer order with the correct address.Next day the line man again called me up from the same number and told me the address is still the same, i told him it cant be as i have the copy, but he refused to take the action.
This time someone from the telephone number 26942727 called me up and called me to the office in sarita vihar.After a long enquiry i was being told to visit Mr Chander (telephone number[protected].after visiting him and showing the copy of the order he assured me of an action 10 days back.since then there has been no response from ur side.
Sir/Madam, I have been an mtnl customer since 1986 at the same address, earlier it was in my father's name and now it is in my name bcause of my father's death.I work for jet airways as a cabin crew(id no.[protected] and we have to communicate with our base through email.i wanted an inter connection immediately and mtnl is the only option.It has been a lot of trouble for me and i want an action to be taken.
Sarita vihar office has cancelled the tarnsfer and sent the file back .They say that i dont want th connection as the reason for cancellation.
I dont know how but the system still shows my address as 1ST FLOOR as i do have the copy of address as 2nd floor! !!
This confusion and carelessness on the part of your staff has created a lot of trouble already and u will lose another customer.

MTNL — MTNL Broadband and IPTV
I personally think that IPTV service is a failure, being a consumer myself. In the last 5 months, there has been hardly a day when I did not face any problem. On lodging the complaint, IPTV people say everyhting is OK with IPTV its due to broadband problem and when MTNL is contacted they say everything is OK at their end its IPTV problem. I finally wrote to the head office but to no avail. My complaints have been closed without setting the problem right and I received a call from MTNL that your complaint has been closed as told by you, whereas I never said such a thing. Their representatives/babus have no ethics, no politeness, they talk as if they are providing these services for free. Their way of talking is very rude, they have no sense of responsibility and they are least concerned with consumer grievance, they are just concerned with closing the complaints received irrespective of whether they are actually addressed or not. I asked them to either address to my complaints or I do not want to continue with their services, so they disconnected my telephone, broadband and IPTV connections. You can now think what sort of service they are providing. This sort of attitude is not going to take MTNL/IPTV anywhere and they will lose their popularity, all their talks of quality and consumer complaint redressal are mere face wash and have no weight. It seems as if the MTNL babus independently decide to close the complaints, to save their jobs, without actually taking any action to address the complaints.a harassed consumer,
