TOO SLOW SPEED

recently on 14th August 2008, I saw an advertisement, that MTNL has slashed Triband registeration and installation charges. So I called them up on 15th August and applied for new connection and they gave me booking id as 48000043. I asked for their Triband Combo 512 KBPS plan for which they charge Rs 1299. I finnaly got the connection on 24th August 2008. To my utter shock the speed I have been getting since then is just 256 KBPS for which...

Sim card deactivated on false complaints

On 26 August, I found the services of my phone has been barred & accordingly I complained & complained no.[protected].
On 27th August whiling checking the status of my complaint, I found that some miscreants from the mobile no.[protected] has registered in the disguise of my name that Sim has lost which is totally false & done with malafide intentions to harras me or otherwise.

Accordingly I agian regisered...

Phone Dead & instrument not working

Dear sir,

Last one month I am facing our landline phone dead and instrument not working properly. Since last week was full of dead (still not working). So many times I complaint, if it is O.K. in one day in the next day it was dead or instrument was not worked.

If you do like this manner we surrender our MTNL connection and install any private connection.

Soon reply is appreciated.

No broadband connectivity

I opted (unfortunately) for a MTNL Boradband connection as I was having a landline connection from MTNL already. But i am feeling so sorry and cursing myself why opted for this service provider. Since installtion, everytime the connection will give error and u will have spend hour and hours to be lucky to be connected with net. MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION

I am using MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION (TELEPHONE Number:[protected] with 256kbps unlimited plan and it really not working . The speed is so worse that even a web page not open. First, they said that there was a prob. with the modem, so they replaced the modem after 3 weeks, and now after replacing the modem, it still not working. I am sick and tired of launching complaints to 1504.
The service is all time worse....

Frequent disconnection/ No connection

Dear sir,

For the last one month I have frequent disconnection in my broadband (line no:[protected]and some times there is no connection at all for hours. When ever I place a complaint some in-competent lines man comes and checks and says that it is due to rain and dampness in the line. Why can't you send some competent person to check the CPE/MODEM and the line. It this continues I will be forced to look for other service...

POOR CONNECTIVITY AND SERVICE

I am using trump connection for last four years and the service has just gone worse.Nowadays the call doesnt get connected and if it does then half of the time you end up saying "hello hello" as one side or the other doesn't get your voice.Everytime the call gets disconnected after sometime.You doesn't expect such a low grade service from a brand like MTNL.If they don't have infrastructure to support this many customers...

Wrong billing

My broadband connection on 22099348 started on 16th may 08. It was 199 Plan in this Plan I used less than 400 mbs then I convert it to 799 Unlimited Broadband Plan and it started on 1st june 08. Frequent disconnection of internet

Guyz MTNL boasts of providing the cheapest Internet services, which is somewhat true, however; the quality of serices is extremely poor. broadband not connecting for over 3 months

Inspite of repeated complaints and call centres issuing numerous complaint nos(f312, f368 being 2) broadband is not connecting for well over 3 months and no one has turned up to attend the complaint . We have being paying bills regularly and that includes the broadband rentals as well. All calls to the departments (at least 80-100 )are fall into deaf ears and no one seems to be interested in doing anything to help if connected complaints...

Duplicate Billing

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please check my bill no. [protected]..I have paid my earlier bill five times of Rs.896 due to stupid online bill payment site. It does mentioned I have paid but doesnot show credit. You have earlier ignored my March bill in which I paid twice to the same problem but you never gave a credit.

You guys want us to pay on time. I prefer online payment but with your useless online bill payment service...
