Hi. This is Siva… [protected]

This is regarding my MTS Tamil Nadu mobile number: [protected].

 I had given a complaint regarding Network coverage problem for past 8 months…. There is no response from any one.
 There is no coverage in my residing place.
 I had even send mail to NODAL, APPELLATE spoken to Mr.Martin Thomas also…. There is no response from any one.

There is no action for the complaints,

2. [protected] Sep182,5006,Dec216

With respect to this information I had send again to NODAL, APPELLATE mail at the time January 2010.
 Mr.Karthick (Senior supervisor) from [protected] called me regarding this issue.
 He told me that the network person’s will visit my home and check for that and the person also visited and checked the Network.
 Mr.Karthick had called again and the new Tower will be Lanunched.
 After a week I called to him he said the new Tower Lanunching will take some months and assured me that Some Booster’s in my home.
 Then I called him on Feb 2010 he told the new Tower will be Lanunched as soon and conforming that on March 1st week.
 I called Mr.Karthick he informed me that the Network team is not Processing the Booster’s or new Tower Lanunch.
 Mr.Karthick infoemed me he could not able to solve my problem.

Totally I had No proper response from customer care officer`s

MY MTS DATA CARD NO .[protected]. MY PROBLEM IS MY NET CONNECTION IS VERY SLOW. I INFORMED MY SERVICE PROVIDER, BUT THEY CANT SOLVE MY PROBLEM. MY ADDRESS IS RATHKHOLA, PO. RABINDRA SARANI, SILIGURI, DARJEELING, WEST BENGAL. WHAT CAN I DO NOW..
MTS a fraud company providing worst services i ever seen, telling 3.1 mbs speed but connectivity speed is 10 kb, they charging 1122per month for registered complaint they wont solve anything, so TELECOMMUNICATION AUTHORITY look into this type of fraud company
my mts datacard no is [protected] name arvind sharma .. i complained alot like jan/1966 this is one ofmy complaint regarding network issue but some closed my complaint without resolving it.. my issue still not resolved...
when i call customer care they just want 24 hour time .. but so solution from their side..now i want my money back ...from mts

I have taken MTS internt broadband connection on 8/02/10 no is big bazar (howrah) MDN-[protected] with myHCL ME laptop.but it is not woring on15/02/10 to still now .I request to MTS person Mr. imran([protected] )i call hem every day 3 or 4 time he tell me that "plese you send your docoment on this address" (MTS.PS.SRIJAN THCH PARK. BLOCK .DN-52 9th FL.SALT LAKE CITY SEC.5.KOL-91 BEHIND WIPRO.) I was send my docoment on 16/02/10 by dtdc courier(K[protected] . To day i call to mr. Imran but he can not answer that why my connaction not started.plz tell me what i am doing now??????????????????.Regards Atanu Malick-[protected]

      I had bought a laptop from ezone at alwarpet where there was a cross sell of mblaze data card. It was working fine for 3 days post which the connection has been cut.

      There is no contact number provided in the product package. i had to run around to get a number to call mts. Post this every time i called them, i was told it is mts mobile number and not internet center and i had to call another number.

      I was not allowed ot talk to a manager and THEY DO NOT HAVE AN EMAIL ID TO COMPLAIN!!!!!

      on trying the internet number for more htatn 10 days, i have not been able to talk to a customer service officer. call drops after the ivr mode.

      request that my complaint is forwarded to mts and mts pays for the breach of service.

      My add is 381 Shobha Nivas Kamatghar, Bhiwandi. My MTS Mblaze connection Gets Frequently lost and after 3 days i have hardly connected. so please i want a solution.
      Sir/Madam,

      I have a MTS Mblaze premium Modem with me. (my MTS Mobile No: [protected])

      1 month i had done a mBrowse(1x) recharge of Rs.349/- (MLoad Night[10 PM to 7 AM]) and i got an activation 16 digit PIN number. i used the following method for activating the mBrowse plan :

      [For Mblaze Customer: Go the device Interface/Setting and ensure that Modem is in Hybrid mode. After selecting Hybrid mode select RCV/STV Activation icon and enter the 16-digit code and press Activate. Your Recharge is now done.]

      I got a message saying you will get a conformation soon...after several hours i got a message saying ur recharge is not succesfull!...i tried again a couple of times later, and had been trying ever since but still i'm not able to access the net. I tried calling the customer care, the automated machine asked me to enter my mBlaze mobile number and when i entered it saying my input is not valid!

      Can you please look into it and reply as soon as possible...

      When I purchased it, that time it gave 100kb/s to 200kb/s and now its two months later and its giving 0.8 to 50kb/s

      Hi,

      I've taken MTS-Mblaze.My MTS Number is: [protected].

      When i took the connection they promised me the speed of 9.2 MBps.
      But the speed i am getting is below 1 MBps(Attaching screen-shots). I've raised two complaints but they were automatically closed without a resolution.

      My Previous complaint# : DEC/86 & DEC/845.

      MTS agents (Shiva and Shyam) through whom i've taken connection is also not picking my call after the connection.

      Btw I've asked for e-bill of my data card which is of 1499 which is also not provided to me.
      Kindly take the necessary steps.

      hi i was using same devise working fine ty.

      Worst Data card

      They told 9.8MBps. But the speed of the usage is very worst. The usage speed is only 56KBps. Very worst speed.

      Poor network range

      Hi All, Please don't buy MTS data card, it's total waste, while purchasing they told 5 to 7 MB ps but after getting it its not even 1 MB ps, some times its going below that in KB. i registered many complains, but so far no use.

        Dear Sir.
        I am Mr. Mukesh Kumar Rohilla R/O Rz-219 , Lokesh Park , Najafgarh,
        New Delhi ,Pin No.110043. have purchase two of mobile connection From mobile
        connection Re-tailer in Najafgarh In November 2009. But from November till Now
        the connection has deactivated four times although i have submitted my documents
        two times .After that now I have registered my complaint which No. is Jan/1870
        and registeed on 20 Jan 2010 at. 10.56 am. they assured me that after address verification in maximum time 72 hrs. the connections which are [protected] /[protected] will be activated. Then after so many request /complaint after the maximum time the connections are not activated when I call them after 72 hrs. Mr. Rakesh Kumar an customer care executive reply me that we count 72 hrs according our office time 9.00am to 6.00pm .It means 9.00 hours per day means with in 8days that will be activated and tomarrow will be off there and 31 will be sunday both days will be less from this week.

        Now i personally request you that kindly look at the matter and take nessesory step
        due to it.
        pls do the same and oblige me.

          Dear Sir,

          I appreciate your response and the information provided.

          The information you are giving is not up to my expectation.

          Firstly when I called so many times in the past few days no one was willing to give me this information and told me always that I have no need to submit fresh copies of my ID proof documents. When asked them that shall I again submit the documents, your executive told no need for that.

          Secondly this is third time my number has been temporarily barred. When it got barred First time in month of December I submitted the required documents on 24th Dec 2009 at " R.K. COMMUNICATION, 68/5375, REGHAR PURA, KAROL BAGH, NEW DELHI-110005" and the contact person over there was "Mr. Hemant Vijay". After submitting the documents the number got activated. But it again got barred in second week of this month and after contacting the customer care it got activated. At that time also they did not asked me to submit the documents.

          Thirdly you are saying that your company had sent their representative for physical verification. But I am sorry to say that this totally false statement. I have checked with my society records regarding this and I have found no such record which could justify this statement.

          Now the number got barred again on 19th of this month and I called numerous times to your customer care and no one asked me to submit the documents again instead they are telling me same thing again and again that your complaint is under process and it will get completed within next 72 hrs. This is the last update I got from Mr. Rahul, a Team Leader of your customer care on 21st Jan 2010. He assured me that problem will be resolved by 24th Jan 2010. And today I am receiving this message that I need to submit the ID documents again.

          Please note that the documents submitted to you ( My PAN Card copy & Voter ID Card ) are sufficient proof of my identity. I am surprised what else document you need for verifying my identity. Now it seems that you have clear intentions to just harass me for this petty issue of no relevance to the matter. Its your office which is always at receiving end. Now I do not have any extra documents to prove my identity. How ever in case you still need any verification just go the police station and verify my credentials. Or should you prefer that I bring this matter to the notice of TRAI and consumer forum.

          Now what assurance you can give that after submitting the same Identity proofs third time again will solve the matter. I am afraid when I submitted these documents twice before could not persuade my ID to your office.

          I am an aged man of 63 years and getting such treatment which is not justified for me at this age and is really hurting me. It seems as if I have committed a blunder by purchasing this connection. In fact I am emotionally connected to purchase as I gifted this to my sweet daughter, so that I could interact with her as and when I feel so. I am sure you will now understand the harassment I am feeling.

          I expect your immediate action to resolve this matter at this stage so that further complications are not created. I am sending a copy this conversation and earlier ones to your corporate office in Delhi and last but not the least to TRAI.

          I WISH TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE REGARDING THE ABOVE MENTIONED COMPLAINT NUMBER WHICH HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED FROM THE PAST 48 HRS. WHEN I MADE THIS COMPLAINT ON 19TH JAN 2010 IT WAS PROMISED GIVEN TO ME BY MR. PRANAY ( CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE) THAT I WILL NOT FACE ANY PROBLEM OF TEMPORARY BARRING OF MY ABOVE MENTIONED NUMBER AND THE PROBLEM WILL BE PERMANATLY SOLVED WITH IN NEXT 12 HRS.           To follow up the matter I again called yesterday the 20th jan 2010 in after noon and asking about the status of my complaint. But what I got was no response from your customer care but only some more time of about 24 hrs to give me the solution and moreover again one promise was given to me that now I had no need to call the customer care again instead I will receive the call from customer care . I said OK I will not call in the next 24 hrs. so I called today i.e. 21 jan 2010 and talked Mr. Yogesh of customer care and as usal he is unable to help me and responded me to call after 2 hrs as their system are under maintenance . So I asked him to connect me some one to his senior. He connect to me Mr. Prakash who designated himself as Team Leader of Mr. Yogesh. I told him the complete problem and he again told the same thing to call the customer care number after 2 hrs. But I insisted him that why should I call every time. So he again promised that they will give me a call after 2 hrs.

          That’s why I thought I shall approach you to seek some help to resolve this matter. now i understand that you will use your good office to resolve this matter whithout any further delay.

          however in case the matter is not resolved whitin reasonable time i shall be left with no other option but to approach the concerned authorities as the matter has been over dealyed since one month when this number was barred first time.

          dear sir,
          Being your customer; I want to complain about my MTS mobile phone.it is being closed for past 15 days.I had given the complain to customer care about this matter but no action has been taken.My first complain waqs done on 19-jan-2010, and the complain no is (JAN[protected].and the second complain no is (JAN[protected].Besides this I was regularly complaining about this matter to the customer care, vishal malhotra, jagdeep, varun, subhash, aarti, and team leader prakash they all unable to help me out .My mobile is being closed for past 15 days and I cant talk to any one.

          I hope you ll tak an action towards this problem and solve it out as soon as possible

            mts mblaze is promissing to give downlooding speed of 3.1 mbps but i am actually getting just as an average of 100 kbps. i have complained both to retailer and compney but nothing happned.

            I am getting a speed of only 13 to 20 kbps... yours is still better
            i feel completely cheated..
            i too an victim of speed i got good speed for couple of days from the day of purchase last week in Bangalore but from couple of days i too getting 15-20 K Bps of speed i launched comp regarding this lets see what reason r they going to give...tank u
            i am getting 5-10 kbs ... is this call as broadband ... my phone net is faster than this so called as mblaze "broadband".
            ppls, please be sure that you have set your MTS modems state to Broadband ( not 1x or hybrid).
            in this speed it works from 512Kbps to 2 Mbps ( depends)
            Here are few tip to fully utilise MTS internet.

            1) User a good configuration ( hardware )computer.
            2) Use Windows 7 iff possible ( works best with Win7 ) Win Xp is hell for MTS.
            3) Download latest MBlase application for win7 from MTS site.
            3) for downloading softwares use uTorrents software or for rapidshare downlaod use MajorShare.

            I use MTS from Last 2 months. Its not so good but not too bad also...

            I have some hacks of MTS.

            I have purchased MTS MBLAZE, the speed i am getting is 27 kbps and its an unlimited plan of 999, however I came to know its not unlimited, data they give is 30 gb and in that first 15 gb the speed is 3.1 and later it wil be below 145 kbps, however I am unable to use any data with the speed of 27 kbps. Guys for god sake don't purchase MTS, good to go for Reliance. I previously used Reliance net connect its really great to use, I made a mistake of purcahsing MTS.

            Check my complaint where in I have attached the screenshot of net speed.
            i was using mblaze on vista and it was working quite well. But from last some time i shifted to win xp and i cant tell the experience. Its horrible. somebody pls help me. dont suggest me to change the os
            I have purchased MTS MBLAZE on 05/08/2010, and its an unlimited plan of 999, however when I unable to open any sites after 16/08/2010, then I complain regarding this then I came to know its not unlimited, data they give is 30 gb and in that first 15 gb the speed is 3.1 and later it wil be below 145 kbps, however I am unable to use any data. Before purchasing I took all details from MTS customer care but at that time they not give any such details. Guys for god sake don't purchase MTS, good to go for others.             its totally bull
            I am using mts mblaze for one month now..using the 999 plan...the download speed is between 160-170 kbps anytime(i m using internet download manager for downloading)...and while dowloading from torrent i am getting minimum of 140 kbps dowload speed and maximum of 210 kbps!!
            i m from noida.
            Always use the Broadband mode while surfing or downloading!!

              maine 1 mts ka phone ajmer se purchase kiya tha. aur bhot achraj ki bat hai uspe mts lika hone par bhi us me mts nahi chalta tha, customer care par gaya to pata chala ki mts likha hone par bhi us me RAINBOW ki sim chalti hai aur customer care rainbow ki sim dene laga . to ham chale aye phir shopkeeper se pata kiya to pata chala to usne distributor ke pass bheja ab distributer bolta hai ki phele distributor ka mal hai,cusomer care se sampark kiya gaya to usne rr ent. ka no. bataya va par bat ki to pata chala ye co.har mahine distributor badalti hai.......ab me kha jao ab to ye soch raha hu ki mts ki jaga airtel hele lu!!!!!!

                  I am a subscriber of MTS India and recently I have activated and changed one caller tune from another.But both the caller tunes are being heard simultaneously in turn which I do not want in any way.So I called up The CCEs for help in order to deactivate the song which was previously activated.Time and again I called them up for help,because of the CCEs contradictary suggestions,I have to loose a fair amount of money.But nobody guided me in the right way and the problem is still persisting.Everything went in vain.I have lost hopes completely.I do not know where to go and whom to complain.Even I do not know the complaint which I am making over here will be entertained,if at all for the ends of justice.

                    I have taken 2 New MTS Sim Cards,the numbers are-[protected],[protected]
                    From last 1 month my number is not being activated. i contacted the shop "Harsh Telecom" in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 ,New Delhi from where i have purchased the sim, he gave me the number of Old Kondli outlets ,i contacted him also he said that it will be activated in next few hours, but nothing has been done so far.
                    I also went to one of the outlets of MTS in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 ,New Delhi for getting my number activated,but they said we will help you only when you will purchase a new connection from our outlet.

                    I just want to say 1 thing, For a new Company like MTS if these types of services will be provided to the customer then who will take the new Connections of MTS.

                      I m purchased mblaze on 10th December, 2009 and i am recharge it with Rs.299/- which is top-up balance of Main Account balance .. I use it 1 month ... and the 10th of January my plan (i.e. mblaze15 --- 15gb free for 30 days) is over and I m using just Rs.5/- from main account... then I will recharge it with "mblaze night"(Free usage in Night wroth 10 gb) on 12 January,2010 at 8'o clock in the evening.. At this time i check my Main Account Balance is Rs.294. and Data balance is 10.2 Gb.. and i m just check it on 13 January 2010, it will show Rs. 0...

                      I call the customer care .....
                      they says that it will deducting for usage of 147mb on 13 January 2010, at morning 11'o clock..
                      But at this time I m in the R.T.O. office and i carry the MBLAZE modem with me....

                      I m just saying that deduction is made by the MBLAZE... So i m not sure that MTS is more reliable.... I m very lucky that i m using a prepaid broadband connection ,,, otherwise it will deducting so many amount in my account....



                      MTS-MBLAZE is not reliable..........

                      Mblaze has pathetic service level. For the 1st month the internet worked perfectly fine,
                      its my second month with mblaz usb modem, recharged 2 times for 498/-. in the second month but only the mblaze home page pulls up.

                      Customer care sucks...
                      I think they installed a second hand IVR.

                      Services centres in the city try to bully customers. Just want to get rid of it.

                      Dont worry< i am not expecting any money back.

                      thanks for the not working services.

                      Advice: Dont ever think of starting a business with mblaze internet connection, or you soon go bankrupt because of the internet not working and the communucation at fault.

                        I would like to bring to attention that the services of MTS MBlaze USB modem services in Jaipur is not upto the mark and the signal is extrmely poor or non available as such one is not able to connect to the internet service as provided by them. they have taken consumers for a ride and launched their product without any proper service backup. there is no solution available with them to this problem. I have purchased their modem on the 25 th of nov 09. and to this date they have not made any seroius effort to resolve the issue.

                        I really don't no on which basis they are giving the advertisement for recharge of Rs 999 unlimited download. After recharging they will only provide 30GB for one month and that too they will divide that 30GB in two ways i, e 15GB for Hybrid and 15GB for 1X speed.
                        poor speed...no signal... dnt purchase mts

                          MTS has a message card which costs Rs 31, under the previous offer this card provided 1000 free sms which was valid for 1 month. All of a sudden MTS changed this offer and never let us - the consumers - know that. Unlike the previous offer no 1000 free sms is provided instead only 600 is provided and its not even free. Those sms would cost me 10 paisa each and it would be deducted from my main balance. Normally without any pack each sms costs me 50 paisa , with this sms card only the price rate of sms is reduced and that also for just a month. First of all I dont think I'm getting a fair deal , secondly they kept me and all the users in dark without giving us any info regarding this change.

                          MTS — Apply Processing Charge without information

                          Before some day I bought a Rs. 50 recharge voucher, talk time written ther 45.33 but when i recharged i receve talktime 43.33, And now i call to customer care and want to know talk time amount of recherge voucher Rs. 100, and she say to me first 90.66, then she hold my call & say to me 88.66, this is illeagel, without any declaration mts apply the Apply Processing Charge & the customer care executive dont no about this? What is this? This is a childhood play ground?

                            Hi,

                            MTS deactivated my incoming and outgoing calls on 23rd of November, 2009 without giving my prior intimation. Then after called up on customer care and raised the complaint they promised me that with in 12 hours I would have received a verification call from there department and after that my services will be reactivated whereas I had already received a verification call from their department. But now it's being more than 30 days, I have not received any call from their side. This is height of my frustration, Also as you know very well that changing number and give away is a very difficult task.

                            MTS is worst internet service in all over india. first 2 or 3 recharge they will provide .256 kbps speed but after that 64 kbps speed. I complain many times but they only told resolved in 10 working hour and without resolve the problem they close your complain and send you sms your problem is resolved.
                            mts company is deducting the balance intentionally as I have not activated the service and the charge for the service was deducted and after calling for deactivation they have still deducted charges for the renewal for the service.

I have taken MTS internt broadband connection on 22/11/09 no is [protected].but it is not woring in my house due to poor connectivity .I request to MTS customer care that kindly send some one to rectify this problem ,and wrote a mail to nodal.[protected]@mtsindia.in on Thu, Nov 26, 2009 at 3:47 PM. then i got a mail that we will rectify this problem and i got a Complaint number NOV/9029.I got a call form Mr. Rajender mobile no [protected]. he assure that your problem will solve in 10 days but i didn't get solution.then i send 2nd mail on Wed, Dec 2, 2009 at 10:17 AM then i got call from Mr.Lalit Joshi mobile no [protected]. He assure that out network team will visit to your house then one person come to my house and chek the internet connection that its working or not and he told me that i have send the feeback to my senior but i didn't get any solution. I have made payment of 3100 rupees for this connection and monthly recharge is 799. I spoke to customer care and told him that internet is not working in my house and after one month you will disconnect this service if i will not recharge this connection then they told me that we can not do any thing.                               Internet Connection — connection need to be changed to another location

                              broadband internet — broadband not work properly & other

                              i m living a small village near rewari distt. in haryana. my phone no is[protected] with broadband internet connection. but its not work properly. i have many call for correct this problums to the bsnl employes but there is nothing response.
                              I am having BSNL Broadband connection at my residence. There is no provision to track the broad-band usage. Incidentally, my usage was within the broadband rental (Rs.250/month). But for the month of Feb-08, I find broadband usage chargge of Rs.504/- which is highly unjustifiable as there much lesser usage compared to previous month. There is no proper response from BSNL and nobody is owning the responsibility.

                              Dear Sirs,
                              From 27/7/08 I am finding the problem. Normal mails are
                              sent and allowed. I am using BSNL Internet at home plan for Rs.250 p.m. My landline No.[protected]. While attaching
                              Resume for any vacancy that has not been attached. If I try 100 times one time it is OK. The system, modem etc. if brought to opposite house or any other area that attachment is being sent properly. While it is in my house I find this problem. I am contacting customer care at Thanjavur for the past 3 months.

                              from last 10 year and before 3 year i have taken Broadband Connection On this number
                              from starting 2 year broadband internet working on this number very good But From last few "Months" I'm having problem with my MTNL Broadband.

                              Everyday most of the time it just keep trying to connect to internet and i get "Authentication Failure" or Connection disonnect It works fine for some around 5 to 10 minutes it will disconnect after 10 minutes not workingcontibuisely. But whenever i start my computer most of time i never be sure that internet will work or not, and most of the time it take hours to connect to internet.

                              When i complaint to 1504, they register complain for problem in line/cable, but no lineman comes to correct anything when i call them they just say you phone is ok so your line is also. I ask lineman to replace the old cable (it has multiple joint in it), but they say that they don't have new cable to change.

                              There are too many complaints i made on 1504 but they allways put call on hold or disconnect the call or says that we will solve your complaint as soon as possible but no body will come to solve problem.and when i complaint agin most of the time lineman and area manager says please disconnect your broadband connection we will not able to help u.So I am requeating you to please resolve my problem as soon as possible because if problem will come continuisely then i have to take the decision for disconnecting your mtnl phone.I[censored] help me in this problem i will realy very thankful to u.
                              if you can, please let me know how to resolve this issue.

I have taken 2 of MTS mobile connections on about one or one and half month before but the retailer had activated it same time with the submition of the documents which required then after three of the days both of my connections no. is [protected]/[protected] were disconnected from network. then after I go the the retailer, he advised me to submit the documents once again then also i was agree and submitted my documents once again then after three days, the connection will be in activation with out any address verification/confirmation .Then what i saw on my cell the sms was there that for your address verification pls contect customercare on [protected] with in next 24 hours. i contect there so many times on same days they assure me that your address verification is complete now you won't any problem in future .then after near one week what i saw the network have disconnect once again then i contect on customercare two times they assure me that with in two hours connect will again be activacted.but after four or five hour the connection is not working also . now pls tell me this that a new company which esteblished newly how can it grow in future.if the employees do so with every customers then who will purchase their connetion.

                              I have installed internet service connection in my office situated at 30F, Vasudeo Mansion, 7A, 1st Floor, Cawasji Patel Street, Opp. Yazdani Bakery ,Fort, Mumbai 400 023 provided by your company. i.e. IOL India Online Netcom Ltd. My username is “mungekar”

                              1. I say that your company IOL India Online Netcom Ltd has received entire payment from me by way of cheque for 6 months well in advanced.
                              3. I say that since last 10 days I am unable to connect my internet hence I contacted your technical assistance team who time and again assure me they will solve the issue immediately as there is some technical fault in system.
                              4. I say that till the date the said problem remains the same. Your companies technical Assistance failed and neglected to either to look into the problem or solve the same till date.
                              5. I say that since last 10 days I am continuously calling your technical assistance or the director. Till the date I have called 100 times. Many times your representative keeps my call on hold for more than 15 min. Many times they assured me to solve the problem.
                              6. I say that your companies technical assistants and representative daily assure me that their engineer will come immediately and solve the issue but till the date no one either call me or solve problem.

                              I made a recharge for 248 rupees for 7 days.. but i made a wrong recharge. i call up the customer care center and they ask me to get the transaction number in the time of recharge. they said my transaction details will be posted in my email but there is not mail. so is there any other way to get back my money or to credit it to my mts internet account.,

                              I bought MTS Mblaze intenet connection on 11/03/2010. I am so pleased with the performance of the Mblaze instrument for the first week’s after that it was unfortunate that I face only troubles nothing else. My line got disconnected on 19/03/2010 and on the same day when I discussed about this issue with the sales guy, he brought it to my notice that I have submitted stamp size photo instead of passport size and asked me to submit passport size photo(note: When i submitted application with stamp size photo no concern was raised)

                              I am struggling yet for the past one week to reactive my connection but in vain.

                              I bought a MTS connection 20 days back. I recharged my connection on the 14th of April.
                              I got a 16 digit pin number but it dint get activated. I called the customer care and they said it will be resolved by 19th April, 2010. It dint get resolved. I called them again on 21st April, 2010. Another customer care executive answered my call and said that he can see the earlier compllaint but he did not have any answer or solution. Then he started acting as if he could not hear my voice. But i could hear some one standing with him and whispering something. I am sure he could hear my voice. He just said it will take 3 more days and hung up the phone.
                              Please help me in getting back my money. I feel cheated and terribly disappointed.

                              I've also faced the same problems with MTS Blaze Broadband.

                              1. While getting the connection, the executive installed the USB modem and did recharge for 999 from website saying it's an unlimited plan. In few days, my balacne showed 0. Came to know that unlimited recharge can be done only at retailer not online. This was done by their authorized executive not me...

                              2. Everynow & then the broadband stops working, you have spend more than 20 minutes to reach to customer care executive on line because their customer care IVR goofs up while verifying the data card number and you reach to customer care executive after a tough time re-entering your MTS data card number with frustration.

                              3. After 1.5 months, my broadband stopped working completely. They said my place is 9 KM away from the signals/towers.
                              a. I don't know how it worked for the first 1.5 months
                              b. While giving the connection they were dying to give connection & not even informed me that the area doesn't cover the MTS signals

                              I can see a lot of complains for every chain but not sure if any gets resolved. Anyone has any idea who controls this & take this forward? OR is it just a kind of blog to throw your frustration out...??

                              I think MTS is a fraud internet company it just gives the connections and than than ready to collect the monthly charges. People please tell everyone than not to take connection from MTS if possible send emals to everyone who you not not to us MTS and everyone should band this internet provider. whenever we call them for complaints they just keep giving some mobile number which are not in use at all. I think we should sue the mobile companies who provide such kind of mobile numbers which are not answered by anyone.

                              I have purchased MTS data card (no [protected]) on 13/08/2010 in pune, I am struggling to get it functional. it shows "remote computer did not respond" message on connection. I approached alI the ways to MTS customer care. I am very disappointed by the poor service by MTS customer care centre. Firstly I had to wait for 20 minutes each time to get connected to the techical suport, each time there are promisses to send some one to rectify to my home.
                              But niether the modem is functional nor some representative has even called me for the problem. Very interesting- I have raised official complaint (compl no: C[protected] for my problem.

                              I am planning to throw away this USB modem, and will not recommend to any one to go for it.

We have requested many times to the customer care but they also do not help.                               I am anxious too much for the service of MTS Broadband.
                              Myself Siddhartha purchased a broadband connection from MTS and my internet no is [protected] but sorry to say that this is one of the poor service I used ever.
                              To activate Internet connection I produced my documents four times to the concerned office and they missed the documents every times. When I enquire about the progress of my documentation they have told me that we unfortunately missed up your document and you have to produce ones again the said document. This one of the irresponsibility by a reputed co. I did not see ever in a service provider telecom co. This type of negligence forced me to go to the consumer forum
                              Please help me or suggest me the next course of action.

                              I have been trying to Use my MTS Braodband from 10th of March 2010.
                              But unable to do so As the connectivity is so pathetic. that it never stays connected for more than 10 mins.

                              I got the referance of MTS from my friend on 10th of March 2010 and got a Number of a dealer

                              When I called him he said he will send a Engg to my home for the testing..
                              The engg came and said that the connection would work great here,
                              Then next day:- (12th March)
                              The person came to my office to collect the documents and said all good things about the connection...

                              And he gave me the connection..

                              For installing the smae on my laptop took around 20 days fro them and about 6 different people visited to install it.
                              At the end I googled the error message and found the reo[censored]ion my self,

                              After this it never worked and had a pathectic service all together.
                              It disconnects itself. every now and then.
                              And the most foolish thing which I did to avoid recharging every now and then,was I recahrged by paying 4000+ rupees. for 6 months...

                              I have made several complaints till now But this is the one I remember is - C[protected], For which no one came to visit for aroug 1.5 months and then finally shashidhar (Field Engg) visited and said that there is no problem.. And now at the same place I purchased Reliance Net connect and it work Awesome and never disconnected till now.

                              Please accept my complaint and take relevant action so that I could get my Money back....from MTS Braodband.

                              hi, this is ranjeet singh from panipat. this is to inform u that i had purchased a mts high speed broadband data card for internet purposes but this is proved to be totally wastage of money. copmlaints regarding the connectivety were lodged with the company on 3/08/2010 wide complaint no.1323 and again reminder on 14/08/2010 wide complaint no.2367.but till date there is no solution to the problem.                               MTS Mblaze — DISCONNECT BEFORE VALIDITY

                              My last recahrge on 19th or 20th of October had a validity period till 19th of November with a balance of Rs 195.15. I started using the balance memory on 18th Nov at around 9:00 pm. onwards after using for some 2 hrs. it stopped with a balance of 0.00 when checked. I was not having any facility to call the customer care at that point of time, subsequently on my call to the Customer Care ( discussion with Mr. Manish) today I get an answer that as it is not in the validity period it can't be adjusted. As per Mr. Manish status shows I had a balance of Rs. 162 which was not used whereas on my checking the balance at around 10:30 the latest message was of Rs 119 only. How come there can be a difference on latest balance to customer.???

                              MTS Wireless Broadband — Bad service

                              This is the worst service.. after downloading 12 GB, according to their meter reading, which is 1.5 GB filesize on your computer (divided by 8), you will start getting speed of max 144 kbps, again which is 16 kbps effective download speed.. I am talking about their unlimited plan of INR 999, you end up paying Rs. 600 for a GB.. so think on this.. Dont make your decision considering the reebok offer

                              MTS — Did not recharge after payment

                              We tried to charge our MTS Blaze internet with the unlimited 999 plan. So far no money has been added to the account. No one will help with this by phone and we have to take another three hours of our time to go the office personally because they do not even have a phone. Can you believe it the office branch in goa has no phone! We drove one hour into town to charge the phone because the internet charge site does not work.

                              MTS Broadband — Broadband internet service

                              I have purchased internet broadband service from the company; as per the deal with the company with out completing my 2GB usage they have disconnected my port and also the said company have not given wel-come gifts as mentioned in the kit provided.
                              My port is closed since last 5 months instead of repeated complains on mail no one from the company is replying.
                              I have all the details along with two nos of invoices provided by the company on one connection are with me.

                              Please look in to this matter as helpline numbers are not giving any reply on the same after calling for almost at-least 100 times; every time this people disconnect the phone line with out solving the issue.

Then i called Mts Customer care Lastely They told me on Jan 20th 2011 that "YOU HAVE TO BUY NEW DATA CARD". I am Frausted, Please help me in getting back my money.                               MTS — RECHARGE Issue

                              My name is Amit Kulwal and my mts broadband number is [protected]. I made a online recharge of Rs. 999 through rechargenow.com on 11th Feb 2011 around 1:30 pm , but after punching my card details and secure id, the page failed and did not received any confirmation page of recharge. Again after 5 mins, I recharge with other card and same thing happened. Around 1: 53 pm, I received 2 sms messages from the bank about recharge success.

                              I contacted the customer care regarding reverting one of the transaction and complain was registered : C11/21063505. Today I got the feedback saying its cannot be reverted and the executive Laxman says it is my fault that I recharged it twice.

                              I request them to either revert one transaction or adjust the amount with next month validity, as my Internet usage does not go to that extent. But they said my fault that i recharges twice and they cannot do anything in this.

                              i am very much unhappy taking connection of MTS MBLAZE USB INTERNET connection. .
                              i have phoned to the customer care in phone no. [protected]. but they talk to us very late. and make unnecessary words so that our mobile bill can go up..
                              My problem is when i start internet connection, it stars for maximum 5minutes, in rare case 2 hours.. it disconnects immediately. and when i click on connect, it is not connected. then i close the window of mts mblaze. and again i click on the mblaze icon on the desktop, then window of mts mblaze open, then i click on the connect then a message comes on the window of mts mblaze at clicking on the picture of world that "the modem (or other connecting device ) is already in use or is not configured properly." then internet is not connected . then i have to restart the computer, then the internet is on for maximum 5 minutes.
                              Another problem is that i purchased this on[protected]. it has unlimited facility for internet connection for a month, but it showed that it can valid till[protected] that is below 30 days. It is appropriately only 22 days, not 30 days.

                              Sir/Mam,

                              I have purchased MTS internet USB 2 to 3 months back. Using it now and then. Regularly recharging.

                              Receiving calls till I recharge my connection. But after that , when there is problem, neither MTS toll free nor the local engineer in-charge / sales person respond properly.

                              I have opted for weekend pack. Recharged for Rs.295. Last week and this week also not able to use internet. After connecting , while doing some financial transactions, browsing important content suddenly connection is not there and MTS not working. When contacting toll-free MTS person is so sure and advises to just un-install MTS software from my system and re-install(as if that is the only help they can do). Even after that it is not working. Local engineer/sales person when contacted, tells, he is out of station and meets later. Retailer also advised engineer to attend, buy your person is too busy
                              to attend.

                              So for past two weeks(of the four weeks we get for week end pack), I am not able to use internet facility, inspite of subscribing. MTS is not able to help any way. More over for calling toll-free of MTS , losing money regularly (otherwise subscriber has to again waste money by taking MTS phone to utilize free toll-free).

                              In this context request MTS to attend the issue immediately and compensate by allotting extra two weekends of internet usage and oblige.

                              I am Dharmendra yadav, recently i bought MTS MBLAZ on 14 August 2011. I paid 1500 Rupees instead of paying Rs.999 because your your dealer and marketing executor did not tell me the exact plan and its profit but i needed internet connection soon and i didn't go for details at that time. When did i connect MTS BLAZE to my PC, it was not showing any network signal. From 1st day ie 14th august to till now i am getting same problem, It is not connecting yet if it gets connected then it is for few minutes with Speed of 0kbps to 100 Kbps and that is fluctuating along with network.
                              I made complaint about this in customer care, and they gave me the time for resolution till 23 august but i did not get the resolution, when i again made call to customer care, they said that '' sir your complaint has reopened you will get resolution very soon..
                              Now it is more than 15 days and I don't know when would i get resolution.
                              Please sir, see to it...

                              MTS Broadband internet — internet connection

                              The internet disconnects on regular basis. Even after a recharge of rs 998 which is valid for 3 months i am facing disconnections on the very same day of recharge. This has happed a hell lot of times now. The internet connects for some time and then suddenly its disconnect showing mininum or no packets recieved. I had important work pertaining to my job which i could not send over becsuse of this issue. I am very unsatisfied with this kind of service. Hence, lodging this complaint.
                              It is very sad to note that MTS is not able to properly attend the problem. after my above request, MTS persons called up atleast 5 to 6 times and told they will rectify the problem. Sent local engineer also. Poor guy he is. Even he is not getting proper reply form MTS.

                              My request is to rectify frequesnt disconnection while doing browsing or doing financial txns. MTS is telling they can't give free usage for rectification of this problem(first MTS person informed they will credit some 1 or 2 GB for checking up with their engineer and also DATA CARD).

                              Now they have bluntly telling they can't credit anything and customer, means myself has to bear the cost, even if the data card is not working properly. Only on further recharge MTS will check working of data card and rectify. Customer should keep on losing in all the ways if one opts for MTS (MOST TEMPORARY SERVICE).

                              Please advise what is to be done. JUST KEEP LOSING MONEY THROUGH MTS.

                              i had bought an mts broadband, which is not working @all.i came to know that it has been registered in somebody else's name & activated long before i even bought it,this was their first fraud.their engineers had come to my place to find out the problem but they could resolve it.i wasted a lot of money in it,the mts was in the service centre, since more than 2 weeks,they gave it back to me, but still it is not working.pls help me.
                              I totally agree to all the complaints and feel pity which includes me. I took MTS datacard last month and it worked fine till one month, I recharged with Rs.798 and there starts the problem, When ever I try to connect, I could not connect to the network and the customer service is one of the worst I'd ever seen and in my life; words like worst/disgusting/pathetic/terrible would no match to their service. I believe MTS should be word to be used when ever you want to use for some hell service.

                              broadband internet — Deactivation despite Credit Balance

                              I am really pissed off with Hathway's awful service.

                              They have taken money twice from me last time. My account shows a credit balance of Rs 2113. But they de-activated my account on Dec 9.

                              Their tele-calling executive harassed me for payment twice last week and I received one SMS asking for payment, despite this credit balance.

                              Their customer service phones are not being answered: The mailbox is full, thank you - is the message.
                              I tried several times on Saturday and Sunday.

                              Their SMS is just set to autorespond without human intervention or service. In 96 hours I haven't received any response from them.

                              Yesterday on 12 December I got through an Executive on the phone and related my problem She asked me for my cheque number. I told her to check my Account Status Online which shows Rs 2113 Credit. She promised to have the service started in 4 hours. No luck again for 24 hrs now.

                              I just made an online complaint through the form on the website, but I wonder whether it will be answered.

                              Hathway is pathetic and sucks big time.
                              As i am using mblaze broadband connection i dont carry regular speed where as my MDN NO is [protected] i request you to correct its error and problems, thank you.

                              My suggestion to all the people who are reading this is not to take the services of MTS. If ever you face a problem and is not resolved within the time period provided initially by the customer care it should be immediately escalated to the nodal authority. If there is no further resolution of the complaint after the time period provided by the nodal authority it should be further escalated to appellate authority. Simply calling up customer care department or awaiting the responses will end your life.

With no mistake on my part the service was temporarily withdrawn suddenly(my address is not recorded in MTS records it is not my fault).                                       Recently i have been distrubed from a list of mobile numbers used by same person (suspected based on voice). Normaly at night he is callsing to my mobile from different numbers and during conversasion he is using very rough language.

                                      MTS has got mafia habit may be because they are from russia. i called up MTS customer disservice / harassment to block the advt SMS i was getting, so for doing that they repeatedly automatically subscribed me to caller tunes and when i unsubscribed the next day they subscribed me twice and charged me twice for caller tunes again, i unsubscribed and called up the harassment wing of the mafia telecom co only to have further harassment in the evening by again subscribing me to to caller tunes, in all together they looted 50 rupees and loads of harassment in 3 days. complain no. is JUL/687 . what a shame ? and the customer service again calls up and behave like cops, r these guys using the russian mafia techniques or the kgb mercenary methods in treating customer

                                      I have already lodged my complaint to appellate officer, regarding what went wrong. I was charged Rs.15/- towards " get your e mail in your mobile charges Rs/15/-. However, after that no information from the service provider (M T S) on what is to be done next to get the mail.
                                      After contacting the customer service (at least 6 executives, 3 senior executives ) over the phone and talked for minimum 3 hours over phone. No result. Will you be charging from customers like this, may be 1000 customers (that makes 15000 rupees) and is this the way you earn money instead of providing services! !! . You can beg for money. On the top of it you gave me a number stating that this is my complaint number and you yourself telling that you resolved the complaint.
                                      I need a solution within 48 hours. If I am not addressed , I have no other option, but to approach consumer court.

                                      I am a coustomer of mts mobile company. I use this service approx 2-2.5 years. 14 april 2011 the company deduct my balance for Rs-30/. When i check my balance on 16 april,2011 and call to customer care they told me that you have activate a "husband and wife jokes" service. I asked them that who says to activate this service? They repy me that ok it was our fault but you have expired 24 hrs. from balance deduction, so we can't return your money. because they have a system that if the balance is deduct wrongly and customer call within 24 hrs. they can return it.
                                      After one month 14 may 2011 the mts company deduct my balance again and i call them on that day and they return money for Rs-30. and i say them that i want to deactivate that service on that time and they told me that ok i done it.
                                      Today again the mts company deduct my balance for Rs-30, and i call to customer care at 9.04am to 9.14 am, 9.14am to 9.23am to return my balance but thay do not return my balance. When i end that calls i saw that three sms are send from 55777 and deduct again (Rs-15, Rs-15 and Rs-10) total Rs-40.I call to customer care again and they told me that you have activate two callertunes at 9.15am and 9.18 am. I told them that on that time i was busy to call with your customer care so how can i activate that service on that time. I want to return my money but thay did not agree with me and cut the call.
                                      So, i think consumer forum is the only way to get return my money. so, i request you to help my problem as soon as possible.

                                      My name is R. Somasundaram. I recharge sorry purchase to day of Rs.55.00 of airtime so as to enable me to talk STD mts to mts free. And I received message from mts as detailed below. Last month also I availed this plan.

                                      "Purchase of 55.00 of airtime by [protected] successful[protected]/0313 10.17.26 A.M. ---Priority-Normal"

                                      But it is not working practically. My balance amount is reducing when I talk with my daughter's cell No.[protected] who is in Bangalore. Please rectify this defect and inform me for action taken in the matter. Thanking you.

                                      I have taken mts prepaid mobile No.[protected] in the plan 147 on 8-2-2013. It was said that To this plan 2400 minutes local calls and 600 minutes STD calls free. In the mean time it was also said that generally mts to mts local call free for one year and for other mobiles 1/2 paise per second. Further I have paid Rs.55 as rate cutter for mts to mts for STD. In the above circumstances I have paid Rs.150 as top up for full talk time plus Rs.10 in lieu of talk time Rs.6. Now ie. at the end of the day 21st, Feb.2013 in my mobile balance is Rs.140.65. I want to know on what basis my prepaid amount decreased as above. The deduction made in my balance for what purpose?
                                      I think that the mts mobile administration is doing some fraudulent activities to cheat the customers. Further I cannot know the details of free calls account. For these purposes I tried to contact the authority competent through customer care No. but in vain. The computer voice is suppressed the contact number of higher authority competent. So I have pushed to make complaint here.

                                      I expect that the higher authorities of mts mobile should be contact me and let me know the all details as said by me as well as all tariff details. I want to receive all call details including free calls by written from the administrative authorities of mts mobile.

                                      In the above circumstances if the authorities of mts not respond to this complaint I will not hesitate to move to the consumer court and take the matter to the media also against the mts.

                                      I am Roushan, resident of east delhi. My MTS mobile no is - [protected].
                                      I am a Marketing Manager in a MNC company due to which i have to travel a lot and due to this i am using this of mine MTS mobile no whenever i am in delhi.
                                      This time i came to delhi on 21st August 2013 and recharged my mobile with Rs 50 (coz at that time they were promoting full talk time in Rs 50 recharge).

                                      On 23rd Aug 2013, i received a sms on my MTS mobile regarding deduction of Rs 5, i immediately called to cust care exe to knw that why they deducted this money, so he told me that some event masala event is activated on my no. I told him that i did not activated any service but he told that he cant do anything except deactivating the service. I told him to deactivate the service, he told that he deactivated that service and after that i disconnected the mobile.
                                      Today i.e. 25th Aug 2013, when i checked my Mobile balance, it showed deduction of Rs 10. Again i Called to cust care exe and what i got to know from her is that that particular Event Masala service is still activated on my no. Means the earlier cust care exe did not cancelled that services earlier.

                                      I just wanna ask the MTS that is it the services which you guys are providing.
                                      First of all you activate any services from your side and then start deducting money... Acchha tarika hai Customers ko BEBKUF bana k paise kamane ka...
                                      I just wanna know that without my acceptance how a service got activated and even after converstaion with your cust care exe for deactivation how it did not got deactivated.

                                      It simply shows that the MTS Company as well as the Cust Care exe of the Company are liar...they are simply a CHOR who steal the money of their customers.

                                      Other Customers, its a request from me that kindly chk your balance on daily basis coz ye Sale MTS wale aise he Sare Customers ko BEBKUF bana k har customers se Daily Rs 5 or even more Earn kar rahe hai...so Guys be Careful from this CHEATER Company and even more CHEATER Cust Care exe of the Same company.
