I am a M blaze customer using thew number :[protected]
I recharged my account with 3 GB , on 21st June 2010 8.54 AM

Suddenly when i was browsing , i got the connection disconnected , when i verified i see 0 MB available for browsing
I suspect something wrong the bill processing or rating caluclation for the usage , as in the 9 days , i was in a remote town for 5 days where i cant even connect with 25kbps and rest of the days ,my usage was less than 1 gb . Please verify this and do the needful

FYI : Even i log i see many short term connectivities ( like 2 seconds ) used 100 MB or more sometimes , which is logically not possible , I have taken those screen shots and saved in word document for reference

After complaint to customer care Nodel officer , appelate authority , and followup with 10 mails , no valid response and they literally cheat to grab the money
What can be done for this ?

or jab mera first bill aaya bhi nahi tha usse pehle mera data card close kar diya tha. mai 28/02/2012 lagatar MTS call centre par baat kar raha hu magar
koi bhi call center person sahi se answer nahi de raha, jab bhi mai MTS Call Center mai baat karta hu to bow mujhe yeh kehe ke tal daite hai ki Aaj hamar System down hai, or mai aap ko 15 mint mai call back karunga magar na to unka call Aya or nahi meri problem Solve hoie hai. aaj 28/02/2012 se 17/03/2012 ho gaie hai, na to meri problem solve hoi or bill bante ja rahe hai, or me lagatar MTS Call center per phone kare ja rah hun. mari app se yehe vinti hai ki aap mujhe jald se jald meri is problem se nijat dilbaow. aap ki aati kirpya hogi.

      ihave purchased a broad bond device of mts on 14/05/2010.which was defective and confirmmed by company's service engineer.on 15/05/2010 they given this device to company's service centre and delivered after removing the defects on 2/06/2010.after wards a received a bill for that period. on 05/06/2010 a have make a complaints for the same mr rahul( customer care centre) have assured to waive the bill.on 10/06/2010 when i again contacted for the same mr ranvi senior to mr rahul has again confirmed the same.but 21/06/2010 onwards broadband is not working.they people tell that bill not deposted.again 22/06 mr hemant,me balvinder on 24/06 confirmed the same but till date broad band is not working.

      I am Using MTS data card since 2 month .
      I have three issue .
      1. Speed problem which i am facing since beginning . I have
      launch complain many time but no one resolve my problem. their
      executive make always excuses.
      2. Bill revocation for first month which i have paid.As my data card was not run 10 to 15 days in beginning. and same i have filed complained against this but their executive told me . sir we will adjust in next bill or will deduct form bill it self. Half amount should be refund as i was unable to use
      my balance data up to 25 GB form 40 GB's Plan.
      3. After review the services of MTS i have change the Data Plan timely on 15 dec 14. form 40 GB plan to 10 GB and amount for this plan was Rs.550. I have change plan after the discussion with their executive he has told me your next bill would be accordingly .i.e Rs 550.
      But i got bill again Rs.1000 for 40 GB Plan. after this have discuss again with executive and launch complaints (complaints No. 1251740) but they have deny any revocation and make excuse like your cycle start will be start next month.
      Hope you understand my problem and give the feedback as they want to cheat me.
      Hope all o[censored] guise help me to resolve my problems.

        Iam , rahul purohit from jaipur, and i have a serious complaint, against mts, telecom operator.
        i have resigned on 14 th dec 2007, and had requestd the hr department to clear my dues
        but to my great dissapointment. i have not recieved the amount till now, although iam continously
        writing mails to the corporate office in gurgaon,
        few employees who are on a senior designation has tampered with my records , they tried to
        change my resignation date from the resignation letter and have made fake debit enteries in my account
        for which i have solid proof with me ,and have even mail it to the company officials including there
        pan india ceo, mr. rozanov who sits in gurgaon. but still i have not got my payment which is around
        Rs 75000, kindly help me in getting my hard earned money. ihave attach the necessary documents
        in which the employees have tried to tamper,, especially theresignation letter in which they tried to
        change the dates e.i from 14thdec to 11thdec

          I bought MTS data card on 13th June 2010 & I got 7 days free with it. Now I recharged it online for Rs. 598 & received a 16 digit activation code. But the code does not work & my recharge does not go through.

          I call their customer service every day but there is no resolution. They keep telling me to try tomorrow but their tomorrow never comes!!

          I just called the magain & they have given me a complain number. But I have no faith in this company anymore.

          If my issue does not get resolved by 16th April (like what they have promised), I will surely take this company to consumer court.

          mts broadband is a cheated company — mts broadband - Recharge not getting activated

          I recharged 600/- RS on 30 th october, i given complaint on this till no response . Every day they are telling me tommarrow u can get the amount, but the problem not yet get resolved.while i try to call the customer care no one pick the phone for a lomg time.

            This is not a Rs.50 connection which i can bear i had 2 MTS BLAZE no [protected] for which i have paid rs.4400. Your nodal officer says that this cant start anymore, this is permanently disconnected, just because of your wrong identification. I am not just a poor customer i am an SEO and if my both numbers will not start, then please refund my money as this is not a small amount for me. I am suffering from last 20 days.

            RS. 4400 IS NOTHING BUT LET ME SHOW HOW IT COSTS TO YOU BY MY NEGATIVE MARKETING ON INTERNET. eg

            Same experience with me. I bought from Croma Aundh pune branch. 1st one week it works fine.
            Once free usage is over.. I gone to recharge online.. it shown invalid no.. I contacted croma for the same.
            They are not able to solve my problem. Toll free nos are available till 10am to 6pm, very much untrusted brand. I never suggest to buy this.. Croma assure me that.. this monday will solve my issue.. Let's see.. how it works..

            i have purchase 19-july-2010 mblaze premium with 3.1 speed on 2400/- when i use this device that's download speed 18-30 kbps that mean total speed approx 256 kbps. Its very slow according to cost when i complaint on customer care no. then he told me that our executive visit your house. bt anybody not coming my house till data. please consider this my problem because my money is lost my time is lost.

            I am santanu ganguly and my modem no is [protected]. I bought the mblaze connection on 3rd March and also recharged on 5th June. At that time also my connectionwas great. But all of a sudden my desktop broke down and after repairing my machine when I tried to recharge my connection it showed "Remote computer did not respond". I went to the West Bengal head office and they told me that it is permanently disconnected. I asked them if you really disconnected my connection then why did you allow me to recharge this on June. They were simply speechless. They were not able to show ant documents that their officer went to my place not even I got any call in my cell.

            Such a cheating company, I am a student and I can't afford to loose 3500 Rs, within 7 month. Very very bad company. Plz don't buy their product as they cheat with their customers.

            Such a cheater. Business can't be increased without honesty. I need a solution. My dear all deprived friends lets make an end of this bloody business.
            I got a MTS connection and paid 500 rupees for a 3GB one month validity offer. I bought the connection together with the laptop on the evening of 29th March, 2011 with specific instructions for activation with effect from 30th. They have activated the connection from 28th of March and disconnected on 27th saying it was end of validity period, exactly on the day when I had to do some important data transfer.

            How can activation start before purchase of the Data card? Calling the dealer and the call centre has been a waste of time. Call centre cannot help me in this matter, so who can?

            Companies seem to be getting away with such malpractices and are becoming like our government, totally corrupt.

            My data-card speed is also pathetic now. Actually MTS BTS ( Base Trans-Receivers) are very limited in numbers, so every BTS have to cover a big area and so a large number of customers, so the limited bandwidth with 1 BTS is divided among the users.

            Now their customer base has increased to a big numbers, to they have to decrease speed of their old customer, to provide bandwidth to NEW customer. so nothing is wrong in it.

            The Company Delivered this product in my office at nangloi by their field boy.That field boy said that your vefification will be done on 23.05.2015 and he collect copy of my driving license and a passport size photo from me and he said that after verifiaction your doongle will be start.

            But, until now the verification not done and my dongle is still not activate till 26.05.2015.Now, I am dialing on mobile no. that described on bill but that mobile no. also is not working.

            Please help me in this matter.

              I purchased MTS Data card this month . there was lot off assurance given abt good service and fast connectivity. but afrer purchase i realised that how bad is this product. connectivity is very poor, cutomer care dont attent ur call. sales representative make fakes promises before sale and after sales they dont attend your call even.
              bloody data card...don't buy this...very bad customer service...no value for your complaints...

                  I got a connection of MTS no.[protected] and from the very first day I suffer with network problem.I complaint every month and company desolve the problem without solve it. And my last comlaint no.is May/1981.                     I purchased three no of handsets from a retailer in kolkatta one year before . i have recharged 499/- in one of my sets ([protected]). suddenly after 13th May 2010, my set ([protected]) [that is gifted to my mother , staying in jhargram], call rates are charged as per roaming chargesl.. when complained to customer care they refused to accept the complaint saying that the mobile was in roaming towers, but my mother and the mobile([protected]) was in home network till date.
                    can MTS charge roaming call rates within west bengal..
                    Pls take any measures to get a solution and restore my loss.....

                      I'm really frustrated with the fraudulent service of MTS.

                      I had bought the MTS MBLAZE premium data card on 15 th april 2010.

                      I had a 10 GB regular balance + 15 GB Promotional balance to start with.

                      I have until now transferred around 9GB of data. I have the connection log to back me up.

                      In the connection log also it is showing a total of 9 GB data.

                      But my data balance is now only 5GB.

                        MTS Mblaze Internet Modem — cheating costumer

                        i shyam mohan purchase a mts internet modem for rs.2300 on 5th sep 2010, and also recharged it for rs.999 for one month unlimited plan.
                        they r offering 3.1 mbps speed.
                        but i got only 500 kbps maximun speed.
                        i complaint many times to their customercare. it is so difficult to get connect with their customer care executive and while getting connected the answers are wrost.
                        and for the last 6 days i cant open or download a single page and i complaint many times to customer care.
                        but there was no use.
                        so am advising all o[censored] who reads it to avoid purchase m blaze.
                        this is the most wrostfull modem i hd everseen.

                        anybody going to buy mts mblaze please enquire about it please

                          I am a customer of MTS Mblaze and have purchased an MBlaze on 28 January 2010 from a certified dealer (Mr. Bhavesh Solanki, Kensha Mobile, J M Road, Pune [protected]) in India. My MTS MBlaze was working perfectly fine for about 2 months with above-average speed. Then on 26 March 2010, I recharged the MTS MBlaze. Ever since, it stopped working.

                          Since then, I have been following up with the MTS India Call Center No. [protected] for a resolution, because when I tried to connect MTS Mblaze Internet, the pop-up says the user is not authenticated on the server.

                          Till date (17 April 2010), I must have made at least 20 calls to MTS for my problem, but it never got resolved. It is so frustrating, because even the supervisors (Spoke to 3 Supervisors at the Call Center - Names: Sujo, Randeep & Rohit) at the call centers were clueless on how to resolve my problem and have been giving me only empty promises since 26 March 2010. The problem they say was that my MTS MBlaze No. does not exist in the MTS Database!

                          What surprises me is that if my records never existed in the MTS central database system, how could I use the MBlaze for almost 2 months - isn't it a gross security flaw, given the stringent laws in India lately on usage of internet?

                          Each time I call the Helpline no., the only response I get is - "Sir, our back-end technical team is looking into the matter and we PROMISE that we will revert to you with a solution. Promises, EMPTY PROMISES is the only thing I got from them. This is the most unprofessional organization I have interacted with in the last decade - even the state run BSNL is not such a bum as much as the back-end people at MTS!

                          What's also surprising is that I even sent a mail on the India MTS Customer Care ID [protected]@mtsindia.in on 29 March 2010 and a follow-up email on the 30 March 2010, and have not heard a word from them yet!

                          Also, the dealer has given me a number of his, which he never responds to! Nobody picks up the phone. The dealer is as pathetic as the MTS MBlaze device!

                          Poor Service along with an extremely Lax Attitude is the feedback I have about MTS India. In case, anyone from MTS is taking this up seriously can please reply your comment on this with contact details and I will get in touch with them.

                          right absolutely right ... and i was thinking that mts is responding like this only on me.
                          i purchased mblaze also and getting bandwidth of only 55-100kbs (5-10 kbs downlonding speed) . and i thought mlaze is giving 3.1 mbs of bandwidth lol...

                          tuck mblaze .. . this company isn't going to last very long bro. if this problem persists.
                          good guys, you are atleast getting 55-100 kbps, but i am getting speed of 27 kbps, so you can imagine, how much i will be cursing MTS company.
                          MTS customer service is very bad and do not followup the customers and don't maintain proper customer records.

                          I am Prasanna from chennai. I purchased the MTS Mblaze from Rege enterprize -chennai delivered by mohan [protected] on July 31 2010. Actually mohan said that MTS as launched rs999 plan now and in their outlet this offer is special like until 30gb the speed is 3.1Mbps. Actually when I enquired with other dealers and customer care on the same day thay said that 3.1MBps is until 15gb and after that it will work at 144kbps. I asked mohan regarding this and also asked for demo, he said that our product work great when compared with our competitor like tata photon+ and reliance. Then the time is now 7pm and its too late and the offer is only valid until tonight so it is not possible to show demo and then if we need demo means the will not be no more valid on tomorrow. so he forced me to purchase that day itself.

                          Then after 15GB me spped ent down and working at 55kbps only. I enquired regarding this with that same person and he said that he will check and call back me shortly. I followed him and asked again about my issue he keep on said for more than 5 days he will resolve the issue and he had spoke to correct person to correct it but issue is not resolved.

                          I my selft contacted customer care and informed about this but they said there is no such offer so i asked them to transfer to higher manager. The agent said that manager is busy and they will call after 2 hours but they have not at all called me. Again I called after 2 days and said about my issue and regarding the call back but they have no records about my call. the customer service agent is not to professional and have technical idea.

                          Till today my issue is not resolved and that dealer Mohan is still saying the offer persists and he will resolve or correct it shortly.

                          Make sure before purchasing the MTS Mblaze from dealers are authorized and check the website before buying.
                          I am kannadasan from Bangalore. I bought MTS Mblaze on sep 2nd 2010. Fisrt problem is Activation, I kept on follwing up for 2 days to get it activate. I called to customer care of MTS minimum they take half an hour to reach them. secondly the speed. Previously I used dial up connections with airtel and Vodofone, Now MTS broadband is lesser than those dialups.. this is really pathetic.. When I call them up for the speed complaint they tried consoling me by telling to delete temp files, Clear cathce.. (all known by a basic computer user). I still kept calling.. finally after few days they disconnected my service on sep 14th.. After long time i reached them again telling my service was disconnected they told my dealer didn't submit my documents so you cannot avail the service.. I am again running behind the dealer now.. simply MTS sucks..
                          I have bought the MBlaze on 17th October 2010. within 1 week the shorcut on desktop stopped reading the Mblaze.exe file. i uninstalled the program from the contorl pannel and tried installing again. the error message appeares that, the file cannot be copied..it is by use ina another program. I called the customer care and they replied that the issue is not with modem. its with my brand new laptop which i bought a week ago.
                          Its been more that 45 days that I bought a MTS coonection, but still I havent received the Reebok shoes that I was supposed to get . And its very to weired to hear that ther is shortage from the Reebok side.
                          My experience with MBLAZE is horrible.

                          The service that the company provides is really very bad.Very poor service.I find lot of time wasting in speaking with the MTS Customer care executives and the resolutions each executives provide is different.


                          I have already thrown out a connection and by july when my balance expiry reaches, i have decided to throw away the second connection too.

                          My data-card speed is also pathetic now. Actually MTS BTS ( Base Trans-Receivers) are very limited in numbers, so every BTS have to cover a big area and so a large number of customerr, so the limited bandwidth with 1 BTS is divided among the users.

                          Now their customer base has increased to a big numbers, to they have to decrease speed of their old customer, to provide bandwidth to NEW customer. so nothing is wrong in it.

                            I want to draw your kind attention that MTS Company Permanently deactivate my Internet Modem(MTS No:-[protected]) without informing me through any of the medium(Mobile,Email etc.),which i buy from CROMA Vashi -Palmbeach Road with my Lenovo laptop in jan 2010,although i have submit all the documents to one of their employee who collect my registration form to activate the connection ,He wrongly fillled my landlord address and not mine for verification purpose despite the fact my address is clearly mention in the agreement which i have submit,its clearly mention seperately the owner and my address in front of my name ,now when i call to their call center and visit their gallery they said me that its permanently deactivated and they can't do anything in this regard,I am using the same connection from last 2 months with proper talkups(no outstanding) and if they have not verified my connection they should not have to activate my connection ,i am using that connection during feb-march-2010 and than without informing me they have deactivate it ,Its very bad experience,Please do something in this regard ,I beleive in the system and feel that its very good platform to raise the complaints for People of India.

                                  First you know about a network, that they giving which type of service, it means CDMA or GSM. MTS is giving CDMA services only.They can't convert to GSM.                                     Mr. Diptiman mitra from MTS MOBILE came to my office in the month of November (2009) with the offer to become DSA of MTS INTERNET SERVICE to sell there broad band data card connections, My condition was very clear i was interested to do so but i was not interested to pay any deposit to them. i had meeting with one of his senior Mr. Aman Pal Singh at there corporate office Andheri (E). since they was not agree to make me DSA without deposit, so topic got closed. Again in the month of December Mr. Mitra came out with a proposal of becoming Sub DSA where deposit is not the criteria because i need to process my application through one of his DSA. I started selling connection and i sold 5 connection in the same month. As per his promise i was suppose to get my money on 10th of January. As per his promise i was suppose to get 850-/ per connection break up as 350/- at time of sale and 500/- after activation which will come in payout. But i am very sorry to say till date i have not received any money from them all though i have paid to my sales person. If i give a call regarding he did not even receive my call also and if i give a call to the DSA through which my forms got processed they says they have also not got money from company, i doubt then with out money how he is running his business. Even my clients are also facing problem regarding services, network etc... I need to know when i will get my payment......

                                      I have purchased mblaze premium on 13/03/10 and I have recharged 789/- for 3GB plan on 23/03/10. After using for a 2 days for one hour a day on 25th the unused data in my account shows 0 Data and I am not able to connect to any other sites. I know havent consumed full 3gb data and I also have the log in mts connector showing 250mb data transfer they have issue in the collector(which collect the data transfer for each account) I know this because I am an Engineer and I work or Broadband router.

                                      I have raised complaints against this and one more shocking thing is there consultant called me once and I said I was busy and call me back he didnt call me back I have raised another complain of putting wrong acceptance info in my prev complaint, even on the second complain the mts guys didnt called and I have also got to know that they have put comment on the second complaint that he had called me this is really frustrating and none of them are honest not even nodal officer customercare.[protected]@mtsindia.in, nodal.[protected]@mtsindia.in I have sent mail to these email havent heard from them apart from automated emails.

                                      I am warning you guys if you are planning to take new connection with MTS dont do it since they are new in market they dont know how to handle clients and they think what ever they do it will never get noticed.

                                      If this will not get resolved I am planning to put case on them for 420(cheating) on me I will fight till I get justice.

                                      We have to raise our voice when ever we see these kind of issues. Please help me getting justice against this.

                                      MTS — Fraud Billing

                                      I had purchased MTS Mblaze on 8-Jan 2010. According to the company offer i should get 15Gb free for the first month but after using only around 7.5Gb i was not able to use it any more when i called the Customer care they told me in their database it is showing 15Gb used so i requested them to please verify once if there is some mistake but they told me that there is no provision of cross checking.
                                      Then on 7-Feb 2010 i again recharged with 898 for 5Gb then again after 14 days that is on 21-Feb 2010 after using 3.8Gb i was not able to use the internet and they again told me that your 5Gb is over.During this time even I was not able to check my balance it was showing error and when i complained about that then they told me that your problem will be rectified in 3 days(My complaint no. is c10/7006). But it got corrected after 25 days.
                                      Then again i make a top-up of RS.300 as my previous balance was finished in 14 days so i was left with 16 days validity and according to their billing which is 50p/Mb i should got 600Mb but again after using only 400Mb i m not able to use my internet. After that when i called them and told them that i will complaint against your company in Consumer Court then they told me that there is no fault from our side. This is the irresponsible response i am getting. Now i am seriously thinking about giving the complaint in Pune Mirror(Newspaper).
                                      If possible please help me as soon as possible i want strict action and my money back againt this FRAUD COMPANY.

                                        I had purchased MTS data card on 14/07/2007, and from the first day i am in trouble, i made complaint against low internet speed at mts customer care center, and after some days one of their technical support executive visited at my home and he also face the same problem as i told in my complaint, but at his end he made a wrong statement that the customer is already getting 500 kbps speed and they close my complaint, but the fact is that i am getting 50 kbps to 100 kbps speed maximum time and maximum to maximum 100 to 200 kbps which fluctuate very fast, i am not able to download even a single song as it take 10 - 15 min for 4 mb song. I again made complaint for the same, and they says to give one more day to resolve the issue but the next day i got a message that your complaint is resolve and we have closed your complaint, but when i check the same their is nothing done i am getting the same 50 kbps speed and no one taking this seriously, and when i tell that persons that i want to surrender the number and i want to return the device which has no meaning for me then they told me that their is nothing like policy for refund, when they have no coverage then they have no right to sell their product

                                        MTS — Data Card Issues

                                        First of all I had got the data card and never came in my name instead it was registered to some other person when i called up customer care they told me to go to the MTS Store with a id proof and photo and get it changed to my name and when i go there they say they cant do it .
                                        Now I have internet speed problems . They promise upto 3 Mbps until 10GB usage after which you get 144 Kbps for a recharge of 999
                                        But all i get is 144 Kbps all the time and when we call up customer service they send a technician and network team and closed the complaint before the technician or network team came and again i call up next month it s the same problem i dont get any support till i have 10 gb usage left once it is over they tell that i have used all the 10 gb hence i am getting slow speed . But even on the first day of recharge and even now i am still getting the same speed . And their technicians are the biggest liars they never come to ur place and report to the customer service team that user is out of station.
