Dear sir, i have a shop in kucha natwan chandni chowk there is a major problem because of rain water collected outside my shop .when the rain stops the water remains there for 3-4 hours so it is very difficult for the custmer to reach there . my address is 1027/1, choudhary nihal singh market, kucha natwan chandni chowk.

My residence is 1266, Rang Mahal, Behind Novelty Cinema, Delhi - 06, and below my house there is a sewer manhole. This Sewer Manhole is blocked and there is over flow of dirty water from the mainhole due to this there is always dirty smell and water logging and increasing of the mosquitoes.
So we are in very big trouble we request u to plz solve our problem as the mainhole is in front of the entrance of our house. I have already made 3-4 complaints but no attempt has been made by MCD. I hope mcd will take rapid action in this complaint.

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my building and all street is Blocked & Over flowing since last 2-3 months. Even after a repeated number of complaints to local authorities & M.C.D. Office, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewerage keeps coming out of it and has made the whole premises inside my building & on the road outside of my building very smelling foul. The problem of water not being disposed out correctly can also give rise to some disease. Due to this sewer problem my toilets are also not working properly.No body in the street member used their toilets.
Whenever we all people go to ask about the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. I just can't understand what to do. They were completely not concerned about my helplessness of not able to use the toilet at all. What we supposed to do? The Mr. Devi Singh is our street cleaner man also we had requesting so many times to him the rain pipe was blocked the dirty water will be overflow and standing in front of my house. I am unable to enter in and out my house due to we are across the dirty water.
