The dogs here are creating menace and even bites people.
They have created nuisance by damaging people's property and vehicles specially 2 wheelers.
So I request you to. See over the issue.

I would like to bring to your notice that we are facing severe stray dogs menace in our street and surrounding our entrace gate through out the day which makes it very difficult to move in and out of our building entrance. They always spoil the whole street by doing /spread garbage everywhere even at the entrance of our house. They always bark at the passers-by and sometimes they bite the people and children. June 2011 bite me and Day before yesterday, one of the dogs bite my friend also, he is getting injections. Our children are not safe due to them. Also their loud and strange noises during the night disturbs our sleep and distracts our kids sleep and mind through out day and nights. Please help us to get rid of this stray dog menace and take immediate action by sending MCD Dog Squad to catch them. My residential address is as under:

This is to inform you as under:

That this residence/house at C-5/28,SDA,IIT Gate,New Delhi was in the name of Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhawanti Malik since 1972 who expired way back in 1991 & 1992.This fact can be confirmed by your from Death Certificate Cell who issue these Certificates.

However,after their demise,this house was demolished in 1995 and re-bult in 1995 and given to rent upto the year 2006.Huge money to the extent of some Rs 5 Crores was minted and then perhaps some dispute arose with the MCD Authorties and this house was subsequently sealed.This remained for quite sometime.Needless to mention that this is a residential area and no commercial activity is permitted.

However, it was astonished to gather that this house is still in the name of M/s Santosh Sethi & Bhagwant Malik,who as you know got expired way back in 1991 & 92 but some vested interests were minting huge money by fabricating false documents in the name of deceased ones.Incidentally,both ladies had obtained USA Citizenship long time back.

Thereafter,again some Vested Interests demolished this House in 2009 and are still carrying out the huge Constuction which is still going on.Again,palatial building has come up at C-5/28,S D A I I G ,New Delhi.Surprisingly enough,again this house is in the name of the departed Souls e.g Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhagwanti Malik.Indeed,this is beyond our comprehension as to how this is happeining time and again. Again and again, the deceased persons become alive to facilatate the task of Construction again and again.Certainly,monetary interests are of Vested Interest are dominant here. Your Inspection will support our contention.

On checing,your Property Tax papers at your MCD Cell, it was observed this House remains still in the name of Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhawganti Malik.Obviously,there is no Will.Else,some one should have brought so far on the Table.This was never done.Obviously,some Vested Interests are working against the Law of the Land and MCD.

On checking with DDA,it was also observed that Original Papers are still in the name of Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhagwanti Malik.This Lease Deed is dated year back 1972 and there is no mutation so far.Only a letter from DDA,New Delhi asking for various documens to do mutation but none came forward to file for mutation thereafter.It is just possible that somebody is doing serious mischief and playing with theDDA & MCD & Building Bye Laws.


Therefore,you are requested to pl be good enough to take appropriate remedial action in the early course in order to address this issue and preserve beleguared Govt's Interests.

Hello,
Most of the roads in palwal are in completely broken stage .Especially road from Railway Station to Bus stand is completely broken and one can not even walk on those roads so it can be imagined how rickshaw and autos are going over that and accident van happen at any time.The major issue is the roads are in such bad condition from ast 3 years and not a single attempt is done to make that again.It is getting very risky and irritating o travel on these roads and because palwal is district so atleast these basic condition in district of haryana should be good.

Please provide me way to reach out MCD people and follow up with them to check the status of road construction.

i want to bring in the notice of concerned officials of MCD & public functionary i.e. the commissioner, MCD, The Mayor, Delhi, Lt. Governor of Delhi, Chief Minister of Delhi also Hon'ble Lokayukta, Delhi & C.V. Commissioner, N.Delhi through this complaint that huge illegal, unauthorized & dangerous building constructions on more than 30 plots those are as : C-136, C-34, C-47, C-46, C-37, D-12, C-8, D-1, D-41, B-35, B-11, B-17, C-15, C-46, C-130, C-118, C-112, C-137, C-57, C-10, C-35-A, B-35, D-11, D-92, D-90, D-89, D-87, D-86, C-75, C-76, C-77, B-61, D-88, are being carried out without sanction building plans, for which several complaints were lodged with the Dy. Commissioner, MCD, Civil line Zone, Delhi & higher authorities vide D.D.Nos. 16131, dtd. 31/10/11, 17/10/11, 9443,dtd.22/6/11, 5432, dtd.11/4/11, 9443, dtd. 22/6/11, but concerned officials of building Deptt, C.L. zone even Dy. commissioner MCD, Civil line zone, Delhi have not taken any action against the above reported illegal & dangerous constructions in spite of repeated several complaints intentionally & with the ulterior motive and due to the corrupt nexus amongst the MCD officials of C.L. Zone, building contractors& builders & public functionary. with result no any action is taken against any illegal & unauthorized constructions. it is humbly prayed to the concerned higher authorities & public functionary that prompt & necessary action may kindly taken in the cited matter in the interest of law & public.

Sub: Pathetic Road condition at Moti Ngar Red Light


Dear Sir,



I would like to draw your attention at the pathetic condition of road at Moti Nagar Red Light.



Since last year after the rainy season, the busy road junction had developed a very big crater like pot hole, which has become bigger after the rainy season of this year.



It is so surprising that being a such busy road and an important junction of west Delhi, it has still not come to the Kind Attention and notice of MCD or even the hon'ble Counsellor Mr. Ved Prakash Gupta till date.



Due to this very Big Crater, always, there is a huge traffic jam at this red light and so many minor accidents have occured which may become fatal also.



As a tax payer and a responsible citizen of Delhi, I do hereby request you to rectify the defect caused so as to avoid invonvineance to local user and commuter and help in saving the money incured on the wear and tear of the vehicle and and time lost in manpower hours while they are stuck in the traffic jam due to poor road condition.


By rectifying and improving the road condition, you will be contributing to the nation.


I thop that this voice will be heard and action will be taken immediately.

Hi,
I brought a land address as J-85 saurabh vihar jaitpur badarpur in August 2010, From there I am unable to constuct my home as construction is not allowed in jaitpur.
I want to make 1 room, And I don't want to pay corruption charges to policeman like people are giving 5000 to 10000 to construct their houses, Please help on this.

I would like to draw attention of the Municipal Corporation of Vasant Kunj toward the ill maintained drainage. In C-8 the drainage is blocked and water is overflowing and stagnant with bad smell. It can cause disease in the area. Even though it being a posh South Delhi area; it fails to get any treatment of that sorts. It has been brought to MCD attention a number of times but no action has been taken. It causes a great deal of inconvenience to all - the visitors as well as the residents.

Therefore, it's my humble request for the authorities to kindly look into the matter and take some actions towards it .

This is to bring to your kind notice that an unauthorized Diary is operating in our residential area which is causing unbearable nuisance to the residents and has a great potential for spread of epidemic diseases like Dengu, Malaria and other water borne diseases.
While we have been regularly taking up with local municipal bodies and many verbal and written complaints have been forwarded by all the residents it appears the dairy owner has been successful in running the diary consisting of over 12 animals by placating to the demands of some unscrupulous officials jeopardizing the health of people residing within close proximity of the diary.
The excreta of the animals is regularly being dumped in the drains meant of carrying rain water and other waste thus blocking them which further aggravates the un hygienic conditions prevalent in our locality.
You would appreciate that as per extant ruling of Hon’ble High Court operating of Diaries in residential areas has been strictly banned and despite this the Dairy owner is running an unauthorized Diary with complete impunity in tandem with local municipal authorities.
We would earnestly request you to instruct your officials to immediately take remedial action and direct the diary owner to relocate the diary to some other non-residential place so that we are able to live in complete hygiene and are not effected with some serious ailment owing to gross dirty conditions of the locality.

This is to bring into your notice that Mr. Anil Dabur resident of A- 378 Kalkaji double storey, New Delhi- 110019 is constructing an illegal construction at his premses, which is completely unauthorized as per the MCD and construction norms. Further, please be informed that the issue is critical as unnecessary construction may lead some major losses for the neighbours as well incase of any natural crisis as earthquake etc....

I am also sending an e-mail communication to the top management of construction and MCD, would request you to take an appropriate action againt the person(s) involved and stop the construction at the earliest.

I want to draw kind attentions to the concerned department or its highly officer in charge, that we are facing the huge problems and tortured by the MCD department employees/Sweepers in the area posted at New T block, gali no- 6, near metro pillar no 707, 708 Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059, (Ward No 136. Matiyala Uttam Nagar) has been complaining to the MCD in respect of the broken roads and water logging in the street and the area. We are daily facing the problem of throwing of garbage near to our homes by MCD sweepers from the last 10 years. Daily sweepers collect the garbage from all the houses and accumulate them garbage near to our homes. Then they pick the plastic things from it and left the remaining garbage over there. This left over garbage get accumulated day by day and gives a very foul smell to our residents and passer-by. The Sweepers posted in that area do not work properly or regularly, draining is regular overflow here in the street. When i launched Complained over the phone 3-4 times most of the time i got reply from them that they are out station, sweepers are out station, Garbage trolley is not available, tomorrow he will send sweeper and many same such replies, but No action has been taken in spite of regular complaints to the area MCD Inspector or other high officer. And please soon do something about the drains, water logging, open plots full of garbage and the dirty, harmful smell and yes the broken road.

It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that kindly do the need full to remove the difficulties by given the order to clear the drain in the street of New T block, gali no- 6, near metro pillar no 707, 708 Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059, Matiyala Road (Ward No 136. Uttam Nagar). We hope for fast & permanent response from your side so that we can have safe and healthy life in future.

i reside in kalkaji DDA flats. on the way to govindpuri i have seen tha garbages r scattered all around..wat the hell is this..isnt the mcd responsible for cleaning this..??then y is dis happening..please have a look on the road and let our city be clean and green..please clean up the streets and make the people educate and understand that they shouldnt do dis..n i think if there is a proper system of dustbins and all they ll also co-operate wid the mcd ppl...

Is there an outlook on when the Bijwasan Flyover is expected to be complete? Its now over 1.5 years since the crossing was closed, the work seems to be moving slowly.

For those residents wanting to go to the Bijwasan Railway Station or the Dwarka Sec 21 Metro station, can the MCD consider creating an alternate road connection for the interim? There is an existing road that runs parallel to the railway tracks on the New Palam Vihar side, from the Gurgaon Railway Station all the way up to the Chiranjeev Bharti Railway Crossing in Palam Vihar, if this road can be extended for the last 2-3 kilometers, the residents will have respite for the short term, and in fact with the "world class" railway station planned at Bijwasan, it might be a good idea to improve the road connectivity to this station in advance from Gurgaon, Najafgarh, Bajhgerha and nearby localities.

The Dwarka Expressway is also under litigation, improving this road for the near term will be a boon to people trying to get to the Bijwasan and Dwarka Metro stations.

The last 2-3 kilometers are in Delhi, the road till Gurgaon appears to be in place, though in bad shape.

From karampura to inderlok roads are very badly even we cant drive the vehicals on 10 km speed.

And worst thing is from more then 8 months both sides roads are tottaly damage but no mcd officer take action.

More then 1 lakh vehical crossing this area and bound to use heavy damage roads.

Please do something and help us.
