This is to bring you in the kind notice that, kanjawala Roads condition are very bad, Most affected road from Rajiv Nagar (BegumPur) to Begumpur Chowk, there is some part is newly RCC constructed, but it looks very bad quality was used, so it also damaged with in 2 month. There are more then[protected] commuters are using on daily basis, even it is connected road of Delhi Haryana ruler area. Councillor is not showing any interest on this way. So my request in, you please take some necessary action on urgent basis.

AS I AND ALL THE RESIDENTS OF THE AREA VERY MUCH PROBLEM OF SANITATION , CLEANING AND ROAD DEVELOPMENT WORK ETC SO MUCH SO THAT THE DIRTY WATER ALWAYS OVERFLOWS FROM THE DRAINS AND STARTS FLOWING ON TO THE STREETS AND ON ROADS WHICH ARE LEADING TO THE PROBLEMS OF DISEASES AND COMMUTING IN THE AREA.
WITH COMPLAINTS FORWARDED TO THE COMMISIONER OF MCD AND ALSO TO THE SHAHDARA NORTH ZONE OFFICER REGULARLY BUT NO ACTION BEING TAKEN EVEN BY THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW YOUR KIND ATTENTION TOWARDS THE NON PERFORMENCE OF MCD STAFF( WORKERS) AND ALSO OF JUNIOR ENGINEER APPOINTED HERE FOR THE WORK BUT THEY ARE NOT DOING ANY WORK OF CLEANING.
THERE IS NOT ANY PROPER DRAINAGE SYSTEM EMPLOYED FOR SRAIN WATER FOR EXIT. THERE ARE NOT SEWER SYSTEM BEING INSTALLED TILL NOW WHEREAS ALL THE SURROUNDING AREAS HAVE THE FACILITY OF SEWERS.
MOREOVER THERE IS NOT ANY SECURITY IN THE AREA AT NIGHTS.
THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE IT ASAP.

I am resident of Vatika appartment, MIG DDA flat, Mayapuri.Garbage collection van of MCD is coming in this colony every alternate day.but it enters through Gate no 2 and goes out immediately through Gate no1.It does not pass through Gate 3 and Gate no 4.garbage is not collected from flats falling on these lane.staff on these van should be instructed suitably.

REG: BLOCKAGE OF SEVERS IN MANSA RAM PARK A-110 LANE, NEAR HARI KRISHNA
PUBLIC SCHOOL

The severs in the A-110 Mansa Ram Park, Uttam nagar, are blocked for the last about two months, due to which LATERINGS IN OUR HOMES HAVE BEEN OVERFLOWING, FOR WHICH WE ARE SUFFERING VERY MUCH PROBLEM. Complaints have been lodged by our Resident Society also.

I on behalf of the ResidentSociety and our neibhours, once again lodge complaint for over flowing of sewers in our locality particulary A-110 MANSA RAM PARK NEAR HARI KRISHNA PUBLIC SCHOOL.

Kindly arrange to vacate/clean the sewers IMMEDIATELY so that we can get rid of this basic need problem.

Despite order of MCD that no digging work will be carried out in Delhi during monsoon season, digging work is still going on near DDA SFS flats, Opposite DDA Community Centre, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075. Please pay attention in this regard. It is lot of inconvenience during rainy day as all the muddy water is exploring on the road making it nearly impossible to pass through that area on rainy days.

This is too much...today they[dogs] caught my grandmother while she was going to temple at 5:15 a.m.
And scribble her till the end of street[TOTA RAM BAZAR]. She got series injuries at her eye and stitches.
I want to ask when will you take action..? Until someone die..??

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my building is Blocked & Over flowing since last 5-6 months. Even after a repeated number of complaints to local authorities , there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewerage keeps coming out of it and has made the whole premises inside my building & on the road outside of my building very smelling foul. The problem of water not being disposed out correctly can also give rise to some disease. Due to this sewer problem my toilets are also not working properly.

Whenever I go to ask about the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. I just can't understand what to do. They were completely not concerned about my helplessness of not able to use the toilet at all. What I am supposed to do?

Now Sir/Mam, disappointed from all the sides and being very badly stuck in this problem, I have come to you. Please help me out of this situation and take necessary action to correct this line permanently so that it should not cause problem after every month. I'll be really very thankful to you for your great & kind support.

i am resident of Gali No.1, Drum Market, Sri Nagar, Rani Bagh, Delhi-110034, i buy plot in 1959, since then till today no road construct in Drum Market, after so many complaints and request to all political leader no action has been taken FINALLY three month back work started labour digged the road, fixed swearag and put KACHI RODEE after that no body came to see the development of road, we the resident of Gali No.1, Drum Market requested to your goodself please look into it otherwise no option left to go to court of law.

Illegal construction has started above said property and they have also covering the balcony with making room (Over) on side street which is already narrow. So it will create unhealthy and dangerous conditions for the neighbourers. MCD department came for other property and crossed this site, it seems owner has "settings" with department and violating of the building bye laws. We all Warning him but owner still doing the construction work in full swing with help of Builder.

On the row of WZ-524 street almost 7 constructions like WZ-581- WZ-582 from mcd office Rani Bagh to Capt. Satish Marg has been going on. we are also going to report to media for disclosing "Builder Mafia"...

In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that the directions may kindly be sued to stop the construction.

PLEASE TAKE ACTION SOON !!

This is to bring your kind attention that sewer line in stno-17 uttam nagar rajapuri NEW DELHI-59 is blocked and over-flowing due to sewer line blockage.
It is becoming a very embarrassing problem for all of the resident living in this area and the whole area has been converted to a foul smelling dumping area.
no body has come for cleanliness of sever.
I therefore request you to please take an immediate attention as the situation is really getting worse. Local authorities are not helping in this regard.

Dear Sir,

I, Vivek Kalra R/o A-4/102, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 have purchased the ground floor of the property bearing no. B-4/99, ground floor, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 measuring 150 sq.yard.

After purchase of the said property, I came to know that Sh.Vijay Gulati S/o. Sh. M.R.Gulati R/o.B-5/121, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 Who has been the owner & Builder of IInd Floor of the property. The said person had build up the first floor also of the said building wherein Sh. Amarjeet Shani has been the occupant.

Said shree Vijay Gulati had got the site plan sanctioned from DDA & your office but has violated the terms & condition of the sanctioned site plan and illegally extended the front portion & rear portion of the first & IInd floor.

Shri Vijay Gulati was required to raise the construction as per sectioned plan. The foundation of the said building was laid as per the sanctioned plan and the foundation and strength of the said building is not as per the construction illegally raised. Said Sh. Gulati is required to remove the illegal constructed and extended portion at the first and the second floors of the said property. In the first and the second floor, the front portion is extended 3 fts and the rear portion is extended by 4 feet’s, illegally.

Moreover due to the said illegal construction, the entire roof of the ground floor i.e. the floor of the complainant has become week since water is seeping and leaking into the roof of the ground floor besides extra heavy load, due to the illegal construction is being borne by the foundation of the said building.

The undersigned is apprehending the entire building might collapse and the foundation of the building might sink into the earth.
At the same time, Sh. Gulati is further planning to raise illegal forth story on the third floor.

You are requested to removedemolish the said illegal portion at first and second floor of property, B-4/ 99, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 & also not to sanction the further construction at IIIrd floor of the said property.

Sir there was a dustbin in mandawalhi sabzi mandi but from few months it has been disappeared. Now people started throw the dust in that place where the dustbin was. Now that place gives a foul smell that is intolerable. May I request to MCD to arrange to place the dustbin in that area as early as possible. I will be highly oblige to you.

i want to bring to your notice that from past 15 days there is a leakage of purified and clean water which many people are deprived off from mcd water pipe in mukerjee nagar(opp to reebok showroom/at the junction of road to mukherjee nagar and parmanand). I wish the issue is treated with priority as huge amt of money is just spent to purify and supply clean water.

MCD department already stopped the construction once but they gone beyond the order absolutely violation of the building bye laws. The said owner still doing the construction work in full swing.

In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that the directions may kindly be sued to stop the construction of 3rd floor (4th floor) and demolition of balconies on 1st and 2nd floor also with immediate effect.

Domestic waste carriage van comes in our street no. 4 after 3/4 days and that too does not stop at gates to collect waste. It goes on running in speed and crosses the street as early as possible to avoid the collection of waste. This is because they want to harass the residents of street no, 4 so that we start paying some amount to them on monthly basis as is being done in street no.5. In street no. 5 it comes on regular basis and collect wastes door to door. Sometimes it do not ring the bell to avoid waste in this street. When ladies in homes object to it they behave in a very erratic way and misbehave.

Recently MCD constructed drains for rain water in A Block Prashant Vihar, Rohini, Delhi-110085. After the completion of drains, they have been left open since the past few weeks . Now the water and garbage has started accumulating in the drains resulting in mosquitoes breeding. MCd should atleast cover the open drains with cement slabs . This is causing dengue, malaria and other diseases in our colony. We request MCD to cover these drains as soon as possible.

The streets in Main Market, Laxminagar, New Delhi, are very dirty & smell like hell. the sweepers also come & put the garbage on the corners of the streets & that keeps laying over there only for many days. That is the only area in Delhi where most of the students reside, which calls for special visits by the MCD people. I don't know why but MCD has never bothered about this condition of the area. I hope after reading this one, it will wake up & consider this area also a part of Delhi & take proper action!!!
