[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION & CUTTING OF TREE

In E Block New Rajinder Nagar New Delhi-110060 a house is being constructed on E-195 New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi -110060 after cutting a jamun tree without any clearance from the concerned authorities.

First the top half of the tree was cut while retaining the trunk and the construction work revolved around the trunk. Once the construction hid the half trunk, than the trunk was removed.

Now the house has been constructed and MCD has given clearance to a 4 storey house with flats - it is very clear that all conncerned MCD officials have been bribed because of the number of storeys constructed and if I had gone to the rear end of the house, doors had been left on all the floors, opening to nothing - very clear that balconies, which were not approved in the layout, would be constructed after receiving the completion certificate.

A few days back one could see steel balconies constructed at the rear end at the first, second, third and fourth floor!!!

My question is to the forum is how corrupt can a organization be - as if the other residents of the Block have no eyes -

1. How can a jamun tree be cut with no permission/clearance?
2. How can MCD give a completion certificate to a 4 storey building? That is one reason why one can see a rampage of illegal constructions in New Rajinder Nagar.
3. How can MCD miss seeing doors opening to nothing - a clear sign that some illegal construction would be done after the completion certificate

CAN WE SEE SOME ACTION TAKEN OR WILL THIS COMPLAINT BE HIDDEN UNDER THE MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST MCD
