Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that Mr.Rajeev malhotra has done illegal-unathorized contruction at BF/5B D.D.A. flats munirka .The same should be demolished as :-
It posses a great threat to the entire building and therefore a threat to the people residing on ground floor.

My 90 years old grand mother stay alongwith my mother and i am not in delhi to report the matter to local police . I want a peaceful and safe place for them.

Request you to demolish the illegal- unathorized work done in balconies as soon as possible.

Request you please advice the Municipal Corporation of Rohini Delhi to eradicate the rats in Sector 8 c-7 block Rohini as they are creating lot of Nuisance and invitation to plague in near future.

I USED TO PARK MY ACTIVA AT MCD PARKING AREA AT NETAJI SUBHASH PLACE OPPOSITE BIKANERWALA ON MONTHLY RENTAL OF RS. 150/-. BUT I AM NOW IRRITATED BY THE MISCONDUCT OF GUARD THERE DAILY AND DAILY. THEY CONTINUOUSLY START SPITTING AROUND ME WHEN I GET THERE TO TAKE MY ACTIVA BACK. I PAY THE RENT ON TIME EVERY MONTH. BUT SINCE I AM A SIMPLE LIVING PERSON,. THOSE DOGS CONTINUOUSLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME AND USE ABUSES LIKE CHUTIYA, BAHAN KA LODA, MADARCHOD ETC. ETC. AGAINST ME. THEY ARE REALLY BASTURDS AND NO BETTER THAN ROAD DOGS. CURSES BE ON THOSE SECURITY DOGS. THANKS.

Dear Sir,

Being a responsible citizen, would like to bring the same typo issue to you about area in delhi , Sarai Rohilla Rly Station,New Rohtak Road, New Delhi - 110005.
This is already very busy road & encroachment on footpath at Bus stand make it worst .There are 20-25 jhuggis on footpath & also few Paan Bidi shops .
Many cases of civil unrest being brought in notice to SHO Sarai Rohilla but dont know what a brotherhood our Delhi Police have have with slum dwellers .

During peak hour of day the road is very rushy & being among main railway station at back there is huge pedestrian mass on road ,thanks to slum dwelleres they encroached footpath causing on average 2-3 accidents daily.

But its india , reponsible people are blind about their reponsibility .

I hope that my complaints will have a atleast a nano impact on authorities to have any legal action.

I am resident of F-23,Nafees Road,Batla house,Okhla-25.Our area sever blocked. After complain there men came and clean it,but next day same things happen, sever blocked, sever water is running in our toilet.Last two weeks things not changed same situation.

Please do some things!.

The female karamchari in I block is mehaving with the residents and even using abusive language. For every festival and occasion they will come and ask for money from eveybodies house. If somebody refuses to give the money they will use bad language and start abusing everyone. This type of behaviour cannot be tolerated anymore by us. Either change her duty or we will file a police complaint against this lady.

i m randhir kumar residing at niti vihar ward no.33, gali no -8. p.s.-aman vihar. my neighbour mr sajjan kumar e-48, niti vihar gali no.-8 is making illegal construction and has blocked th gali. so,the people residing in gali no.-8 has to face lots of problem.
so, i request you to take appropreat leagle action against illegal construction and open the gali for general public.

THE MCD STAFF REFUSE TO CLEAN THIS PATCH SICE MOST OF THE OTHER HOUSES HAVE CEMENTED SERVICE LANES.
AS A RESULT THERE IS HUGE GARBAGE WHICH HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR MONTHS.

FRIENDS COLONY EAST COMES UNDER A CATT. FOR PURPOSE OF HOUSE TAX BUT THE MCD STAFF DO NOT BOTHER TO CLEAN THE SERVICE LANE SINCE THE SAME IS NOT CEMENTED.
THE SEVER LINE AT THR BACK ALSO REMAIN CHOKED.

We would wish to bring to the kind notice of MCD that there are more than 25 dogs in our colony.They have made our lives miserable.We can not get out of our houses . Our children can no longer go out to play.The dogs have bitten many innocent residents and also many children . Kindly ask MCD to send their Dog Squad team to remove these dogs from our colony.We hope MCD will take action very soon .

Paper formalities have been completed by West Zone of MCD and orders passed during March 2009 to demolish the unauthorised construction at GH-13/301, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 110087.
Field staff does not execute the orders and no positive response from senior officers. Reply to RTI says no Time limit to execute such orders. On top of it Local Police harasses every second day.
Everybody seems to be hand in glove for the obvious reasons.
Can any body help me?

Pul Qutab road,Delhi is declared as non hawking zone by the MCD,but still the squatters & shopkeepers in front of Mata shera wali market,are continuing their businesses on the road,from Sadar bazar chowk to Sadar bazar railway station.Because of them,there are lots of traffic jams,overcrowding,due to which pick pocketers are running their crew.I request you to please take a strict and immediate action against these people to remove them from the road.Sadar bazaar,Delhi-110006

Stray dog menace

It is 2 inform u that we have already made 2 complaints,
regarding stray dog menace.AND this is very bad that no action has been taken up so far.

Kindly plz remove the stray dog from our pocket. Its a humble request.!!!!!

we reside at E block chittaranjan park since the last 10 years and our house faces a huge park.the park was divided into two by constructing a wall in between by the rwa a few years ago and half of it is used for weddings and the other half is for the elderly.there were some swings put up for the children which were uprooted and destroyed a few days after they were installed to facilitate weddings.the rwa members are fully aware of the situation and so is the local mla but nothing has been done so far which leads the residents to believe that there is obviously some foul play involved somewhere!
we have repeatedly complained to the rwa to stop public functions in the park but to no avail. it is a nuisance... there are weddings sometimes 3 days in a row with loud music till late at night. the garbage is never cleared up but is pushed to the sides of the park for the next wedding!it is filthy, dirty and attracts flies and mosquitoes apart from the stench that it emanates.we have been putting up with this endlessly now and want to know what can be done to stop this.how are so many weddings allowed to take place?why is the garbage not cleared up?who is answerable for this?why is a residential park with houses all around it allowed to be used for random weddings in the first place?WHAT CAN WE DO TO STOP THIS AND MAINTAIN THE PARK AND BEAUTIFY IT.we would appreciate a response and some positive action from you to help us solve this problem.we hope that this is not treated like most complaints in our country are --unheard and un unadressed and ignored.

We would like to bring to your notice that the residents A-159, SHASTRI NAGAR, DELHI 110052 have encroached the road in front of their homes with huge stairs for their entrance, which has led to the shortening of the space available for parking and public movements.

You are requested to please control and demolish the so called illegal/unauthorized encroachment of public/govt. property.

Subject: Selling and storing inflammables, eatable, explosive and hazardous substances, in the basement without obtaining license or in contravention of the terms and condition of the license.

Sir,

The owner and occupant of basement at J-131, Vikas Puri, New Delhi has started a huge departmental store covering the entire basement of about 4000 sq. ft. and has been selling and storing all kind of flammable, eatables, acids, explosive, gas filling capsule without any license / permission from MCD &DDA department and in violation of the conditions of license. The said is also in violation of the building bye laws.

Sir, it has also come to our notice that doing the commercial activity in basement is strictly prohibited by M.C.D but that the said departmental store not even he has taken any kind of permission from the fire departmental store are at the risk of loosing their life.

In spite of several complaint to the concerned departments and personal meeting with the honorable Commissioner MCD, no action has been taken till now. J E of this area visited this said departmental store and told me that proper action will be taken as the said departmental store is not having any type of food and fire license.No traffic controller is there to direct the traffic on road in front. So, Kindly direct the department to take serious action reguarding this store.
