Dear Sir,
There is a blockage in the drains (Nalli) in A-block Jeevan Park, Uttam Nagar area. The nalli water is overflowing on the road in front of the houses. Its creating health hazard. The area is stinking all the time. No safai karamchari comes to clean the nallis due to water overflowing all the time. Request you to look in to this matter and get the drains cleaned so that it stops breeding of mosquitos and can avert the possible EPIDEMIC.

I called MCD complaint # [protected] and filed 2 complaints for catching the stray dogs in our locality @ Ashok Vihar, J-Block, Phase-I.

MCD complaint # 3124 dated 11-Sep-2009
MCD complaint # 4859 dated 2-Dec-2009.

But these complaints are yet to be addressed. These dogs create lots of menace in the locality and are dangerous.

The sewer line has been installed/repaired again in B block motia khan from gurudwara to my house B-116 double storey motia khan pahar ganj new delhi 110055 in the year of 2008 after that the street has been left kuchha after comlplition of the work till date the street has been lying kuchha filled with the same malba like an divider inbetween the street nobody has been turned up till date to check the street all the new sewer main hole cover is been lying broken in different angles you can't even walk in the street the old age people and kids usually slips and got hurt by the sllippery mud in the street no body is to take care for the workdone/undone by mcd people/contractors.

It's been almost a year that I've filed for mutation of a property in the name of the widow of a property-holder. Submitted all relevant documents but there is no response. The dealing clerk at the Lajpat Nagar office in connivance of his immediate superior has stalled the file in order to extract money.

Near my place there is unnecessary parking of cars on both sides of the lane. The lane is about 3m to 4m wide. M. B. S. Nagar new delhi - 110018 is all the car owners who has no space to park on the road or in their house thay park their car vechile on the street has diverted to the streets of m. B. S. Nagar. These car covers up more spaces along the street for there turning gets lesser space and because of this an accident can occur......

REQUESTING IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THE MATTER

SUBJECT: UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION IN SFS FLAT No. 198 ASHOK VIHAR PHASE-IV DELHI AFFECTING THE STRUCTURE OF THE BLOCK

I wish to bring to your kind notice a case o[censored]nauthorized construction being presently carried out by the owner Sh. R.K.TULI in the Flat No. 198 in SFS flats , Ashok Vihar Phase-IV, Delhi-10052, for the favour of immediate action to stop the same.

The salient points of the damages caused / being caused by him are listed at the end of this letter

This is a flat on the ground floor and any structural changes done by him are bound to adversally affect the safety of the flats on the upper floors . My flat No. 202 is directly above the flat under complaint and is under the risk of such damage.

Our efforts to persuade the owner of the flat for stopping / abandoning the work due to imminent danger to the structure of the block of flats have had no effect and he is continuing with the construction activity , which if not immediately stopped will lead to risk to all the flats in the block. .

I may also bring it for your kind necessary action the unauthorized structural changes made by him in the earlier affecting the structural safety of the his flat and consequently of the flats constructed above.

I therefore request you to immediately take necessary action to stop this unauthorized construction in flat No. 198 and also ask the owner to dismantle the preparations already done.

In view of the risk of his reaching the stage of making an irreparable damage to the structure any time now the same is to be stopped immediately.

- He has first un-authorisedly occupied more than 500 sq. ft. of the common space into his own area by constructing a boundary fence made of steel grill in the front side of the flat

- He has constructed about 10 ft. x 10 ft supposedly a bath room in this space which is towards the front face which is on the MCD common area of the flats. He is constructing a water tank on top of the unauthorized bathroom constructed by him right on the front of the flat, which is going to spoil the view of my first floor flat.

- He has extended the drawing room by another 10 feet in length thus taking about 120 sq. feet into the covered area of the flat

- He has arbitrarily cut the common drain pipes coming from the roof and upper floor flats and diverted them by 2 feet. He has also shifted the gutter. Thus he has occupied and the 50 sq. feet of area to include into his own bath rooms, kitchen etc.

- This way he has increased the covered area of the flat by about 300 Sq. Ft.

- He has disturbed the load bearing beams and columns and walls for making alterations in the interior of the flat which has certainly weakened the structure on which flats on 1st 2nd and 3rd floor are resting and are likely to suffer damage.

- He has arbitrarily shifted the wall of the flat on the back side which is in the service lane by 2 feet at his level thus effecting the structural safety of the flats on the higher floors including mine Flat No.202 on the first floor.

- He has been making changes in the interior structures almost every 2 to 3 years and this time he is doing for the fourth time. Every time he makes changes in lay out opens certain new windows, closes some others without caring about the super structure on the new openings being made by him.

- All this he has been doing in spite of objections from RWA and without consideration of the structural safety of the building and of the fellow residents in the block.

- Since he has moved out of the flat temporarily because of major work and alterations in the flat he makes himself inaccessible to any kind of contact by not answering phones.

- Since the flat is just facing the main gate No. 2 of the SFS Flats pocket of Ashok Vihar Phase-IV, the MCD Officials making even the routine survey/inspection of the area cannot afford to miss. This leads to the suspicion that this is with the connicvance of the concerned MCD Engg. Officials.

Respected Sir,
I want to draw your attention towards the water logging because of clogged drainage in G block Preet Vihar in front of house no 356 till 360. The rain drainage nallis have not been cleaned since last 4 years resulting in water stagnating and overspilling on the road. Else where in the colony there was a cleaning drive last year and drains were redeveloped along with removal of encroachment on the road but strangely this strech was omitted!

I want to draw your attention towards the illegal commercial and residential constructions at Yogmaya Complex at Mehrauli New Delhi.1 Mr. Shashi Sharma constructed a commercial building at yogmaya complex 9 months back but it was demolished by MCD but later on he again constructed a three storey commercial complex on unauthorized land, and he has given this building on rent for commercial use just because of that our road is always blocked because people come to this commercial complex and parked their vehicle on the road, we are suffering a lot because of this unauthorized commercial building.
2. Another resident Mr. Kamal Sharma resident of Yogmaya Temple Mehrauli has constructed a unauthorized construction three months back and covered a big part of road and just because of that road became so narrow that it is difficult to take our light motor vehicles to our residence and just because of this illegal construction our road is always jammed ,not only he covered the road but made a extra large balcony which is blocking the road and nearby residents are suffering because of this unauthorized construction.
3. Same is the case with Mr. Inder Narain Sharma and Rajiv Sharma property builder of this area and resident of Yogmaya Temple Mehrauli both of them have raised an illegal construction 5 months back.

I will again request you to take a very strong action against these residents of Yogmaya Complex Mehrauli

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been living in Karol Bagh since last 30 years and the condition today of this area has gone worst.
Today, when we even try to reach home between 4 PM to 10 PM it takes a lot of time, efforts and even a lot of damage to the car and sometimes to the person also.
The roads are all occupied by street hawkers and the car parking allowing only 1 car to pass with difficulty. All the so called MCD authorized parking around the Ajmal Khan Road area park upto 2-3 lanes of cars on each side of every road and to my knowledge parking slots can only park 1 car each side of the road.
Also, the vegetable sellers by 4 Pm occupy the whole road with their carts in Reghar Pura area and close the entry to the streets. We have tried to talk a number of times but nothing seems to improve. The cops are paid Rs. 30-40 everyday by each Vegetable seller so the Police helps them instead of asking them to leave. By the time it is 11 Pm, the roads are emptied by these Vegetable sellers are filled with vegetable stinking garbage left for the cows.
There has been incidences when these vegetable sellers have beaten people for asking them to leave or even for simple arguments as majority of them are backed up by criminals from the neighboring areas.
With Police making things more difficult for us, we have no idea where to ask for help.

I Am Residing at LIG colony, Prasad Nagar, Karol Bagh. we are facining drinage problem in our colony. The seewage line connecting the house hold line are not cleaned regularly. Due to which waste water is not going out properly. instead it is coming back to flats. it may cause serious health problems later. The ground floors flats are only facing this problem. we have make the house hold sewage line to be cleaned in every alternative day. causing lot of waste of time and money. if the duty of workers entrusted for the job done regularly we might have not faced this problem.

Today I went to Bhaja Govindam Restaurant (Next to Delite Theatre on Asaf Ali Road) for lunch and parked my car in the parkig area opposite Delite Theatre. On return, I was made to shell out Rs. 25/- only (which is more than the prescribed MCD charges) as parking fees and threatened by the goons of the Parking Contractor that they would be getting me challaned through the Traffic Police Constable sitting at their booth. They also hurled filthy abuses at me and threatened me with dire consequences. I looked towards the Traffic Police Constable for help but he seemed to be enjoying his time with the Parking Contractor.

Sir,

I am resident of B-27, phase-2, vijay vihar, rohini zone. This letter is to bring to your notice the recurring OVER-Flowing Manhole/Sewer in front my house and all the streets of C and D Block of vijay vihar.
I request the higher officials concerned to look into the matter. In years of my stay at my current address not a single month could ever be observed with this over-flowing of the these SEWERs. But this time the situation has got worst. Many severs chambers don’t have lid making it dangerous for passerby especially children. These concerned Manholes is strategically located at the crossings, and frequently used major streets. Every time blockage occurs, we have to put bricks to gain access to our house s. Everywhere there is bad smell. It has become difficult to pass from these roads.
The commissioner may kindly explain his stand point in view of the hardships being faced by the residents, as there are Hundreds of in this locality.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Varun Batra, r/o A-7/10 Rana Pratap Bagh,Delhi -7, want to kindly drag your attention towards a garbage dump outside my residence gate.

Actually there was a sewer outside our neighbour's property ( Ch. Ishwar Rana - A - 7/9 ) which was used to drain the excess water. This has been blocked by our neighbours for their personal and foolish reasons.They have also encroached the pavement outside.

Our constant requests have fallen on their dumb ears.They are not ready to clear it at all.

I got rid of that landfill dump on my own twice but they filled it again.This attracts unnecessary rage.

This leads to water logging in front of our gate which as you know is a health hazard.Also entry to our house has become very difficult.

I am attaching some pictures with this mail for you to see how things look like here.

I kindly request you to help us getting rid of this problem as I am sure your timely action will be highly beneficial .

We were allotted our flat in Vasant Kunj 20 years ago. Since then nobody from the MCD has come to clean our sewer lines. The outlet from the WC has got choked and blocked on many occasions and we have had to find labour to come and clean them at our expense. Our sewer line is blocked again and I request you to send a qualified and efficient person to clean the line and prevent any backfow of effluent. The adjoining flats too are facing the same problem. It may be necessary to use a high power suction machine to deal with the problem.
We pay you our property tax and the Jal Board charges for maintenance of the sewer lines. Why is it not done?
This is a major health hazard and can result in outbreak of disease.
We expect a prompt and efficient response to our complaint.

As per the parking officers/executives

MCD has authorised a parking lot/ outside the main road B-2 BLOCK PASCHIM VIHAR. which was supposedly a bus line few days back and to some extent parking area of residents and there respective guests. NOW guess what even the guests are harassed for paying and also the house owners. Police says to complaint over the internet. !!
Its so dammn fooolishness of MCD who ever authorised the road and private property fronts of the people of Paschim Vihar

had a word with the contractor of the MCD over the phone
according to him he says dont take or else take the ticket .. he was rather in a very confused state.

i am writing you with hope of ray that may you do something to give ud relief from the cluthes of muncipal corporation ludhiana as i stated above regarding the construction of bridge here in ludhiana (campa cola chowk ) it is hell to live here no higher authorites are listening to us as the contractor is close to chief minister parkash singh badal he dont bother when asked them when they are going to complete this project no date is there as the date they start the job was to be complete in 2 years but its already 4 years no court or ne body fine this high profile builder. he even didnt make any slip route for local resident now these days we have only 2 routes to enter city ( bus stand ) is from gill road via dana mandi via dugri road and the other one is from jagraon bridge and both route are full packed having countless numbers of vehicles lanes
so there fore i request you please do take action against this builder n mcd of ludhiana

I am residing at H.No. E-18A, Gali No.10, Subhash Vihar, North Ghonda, Delhi-53. Renovation working is going on at this property due to which some "Malba" is collected at the outside of the house (at corner) and lateron it is lifted by "Trauli". I myself regularly try to clean all the garbage if any put in the "Naali" since the work of renovation is goingon. There is no blockage in the "Naali" and...
