I wonder, why despite having zonal offices of MCD, there has been a problem occuring for 13 years???
I myself am facing acute parking problem in Vigyan vihar. There has been a lack of self-descipline amongst the people. All have got there kitchen gardens made in front of their houses and park the cars at common areas, deemed as theirs as the place happens to be in front of their houses. More the no. of years a person has spent in the colony, more is his or her monopoly to be the deciding person in the area. So much so, that the influential builders in the area would openly tell you to go to MCD and complaint as if they own the department. I don't know, why MCD never bothered to emove these kitchen gardens in the first place. At least this will create more of common area and then spread the awareness that the common area is COMMON!!

MCD — illegal commercial activity in south ex-1.

I would like to draw the attention towards concern authority that illegal commercial activity of CAR DENTING WORKSHOP under the name of ISLAM'S MOTORS CAR PURCHASE AND SALE is going on for last several years at C-1, HOUSING SOCIETY, SOUTH EXTENSION PART-1, NEAR ALLAHABAD BANK, NEW DELHI-110049. Actually, they have divided their premises into to parts. First part they have showed as the office and in the second part they kept their tools and equipments. Due to that we are facing lots of problems like tariff jams and most importantly noise pollution. Several times, we call the police but there will be no result.

Its my request that kindly take the strict action and close down that shop as soon as possible.

I want your Attention towards illegal mobile tower installed on top floor of BC-48C ( Janta Flats ), Shalimar Bagh which is already in use for the past 2 years. On its installation a complaint was lodged with MCD. The tower is in up gradation and even after behaving unwillingly, the neighbours are not showing any positive response to our threats. I want you to look into the matter and take corrective actions.

Every day we are facing the attack of stray dogs. Even in day time, I have seen children are being attacked by dogs. I have spent nearly Rs.5000 for treatment of my guests and me to save our lives after getting bitten by dogs.

Due to some interest of Managaka Gandi to Dogs, public are suffering from stray dogs. If she is realy interest in stray dogs, let her open a farm for stray dog at her cost or let those dogs stay at her house, why public should suffer for some one mad personal interest.

Govt has to take serious action ASAP on this issue ... or after some day youth like us take the rule in hand .

Please help us also. We have about 20 dogs living in our place. the create problems. I ve been attacked last week. I am so scared now. My neighbours called the gouverment many times to remove the dogs and rats from the area. We are waiting for some months. NO REACTION. I dont dont how to live in this country. In this connection it is added that there is a PARK in front of my house no B/194 and lane in front of this house .. Previously there were less vehicles but now the no of vehicles has increased and causing touching of vehicle in front of my house and causing dispute always.along with accidents also.
It is also added that there is a road 17 feet as against sanctioned road of 25 feet in front of this house . The road is occupied by your park which required short.ening of wall of park.

There is a Park in front of My house no B/194 Prashant Vihar which comes under DDA and Colony Prashant vihar comes under MCD . The Park in Front of House no B/194 has become a SHAMSHAN GHAT which has not been cleaned for the last 4years as MCD horticulture deptt. People says that this does not come under MCD and cannot be cleaned as comes under DDA. This Park creates lot of mosqoutoes during summer/rainy seasons causing malaria/dengue during the season. Therefore this is essential to clean this Park on Priority basis.
In view of above it is requested that this work may be earmarked and instructions may be sent to do the needful.
An early action is always appreciable and I will be grateful for this work

I want to complain about the road near parade grounds..near model town the road on which the "prachin shiv mandir" and "hanumaan mandir" is located... the footpath is covered with and only ...
there are slums of rickshaw pullers and all and there's no facility for them whatsoever. Crossing that stretch of road is such pitiable experience...when one comes from the university to model town via vijaynagar. Iam sure something can be done about it.. Its so close to police lines.. Its really sick that such condition exists in the capital of the country.

I want to complain about the road near netaji subhash marg Darya Ganj, ..opp to ploice chowki main crossing on which the "Jangeer Chicken Corner" on the footpath is covered half footpath with and only .. used to serve chicken. we cant cross the road people stop there car and drink wisky also in front of police chowki.

I have a park in front of my house in the evening the park is fully converted into vegetables market and so much noise pollution creating there, they all drunk after somtime they fighting together and abusing loudly. its very cheap for our famliy members mostly my mother and sisters. and second thing is in our block every park has been fully maintained except our park beacuse some shopkeeper says if park mantained then his shops not seen properly. I reuest you please maintain this park as soon as possible and give some another place to vegetable shopkeeper around the block.

This factory singly, have made the area virtually uninhabitable. The noise from the factory machine, have turned this quiet neighborhood into a factory area.
Since the above activities are prohibited by law, one would expect the Police to enforce the Law. But no! The Police want us residents to lodge a written complaint before they take any action.
Complain against these law-breakers? One has to be mad or suicidal, or both to do that.

the living of a simple man in delhi is very hard. i do live in navin shadara, there are two shopkeepers having 6 employees at their shop. the owner and servant daily tease the ladies of house and just disturb daily by their activities. they take their goods upto half the road and it is very hard for us to do even daily activities. today’s morning when i said him to stop the wrong activities they all beaten me and gave a bunk on my eye. the commercial use in resindial area shoul be stopped.

GULAB BAGH, NAWADA, BEHIND KUMAR DAIRY, DELHI is a residential area but here many carpenter, who servant of furniture shop use half road for this work and have made the area virtually ininhabitable. they are use furniture on the road
in the morning & polish them full day by chemicals which made a strong bad smell
therefore we are not be able to take fresh breathe.they are tease the ladies of house and just deisturb daily by their activities. they take their goods upto half the road and it is very hard for us to do even daily activities. when we want to stop the wrong activities do they all beaten us. the commercial use in residential area should be stoppen atleast in gali where people are lived. there is so many child

I`m a resident of Asha Park, Delhi 18 and have a illegal furniture factory in operation almost 24 hours. They have their machines running making humming noises at even 12 in the night making it almost impossible to sleep and get any rest. They always have their rickshaw waalas ferrying off their sofas & bed all day around causing a distress on the roads and damaging my cars. & to top that they have 2 phases electricity connections and have allowed a dhobi ( press wala) to settle exactly in front of my house. this dhobi has always has someone or the other talking loudly and using abusive language. I have filed a written complaint about this about 9 years, but our ever- so- great ( always looking to make the money from the plaintiff) plocie force did nothing. they came and took a bribe from the Dhobi waala and went on their way.

Do you people think that even this forum can make any difference to any of the illegal things going on around us ???

This is in regards to a mad dog on our stairs in our building. Everybody who is coming to our home the dog attacks on the person and bite them as this is not a pet dog then we should get relief from this kind of dog. This dog lives in front of a flat owner in our building on first floor and they use to give him the foods etc but they keep him outside their home and if he wants to make him pet then they should keep him inside their home. that flat owner also having another pet dog in his home and that also attacks the people in our building area as they use to make him without chain at the time of his evening walk.

I am a residant of school block part-II, where lots commercial activities have been going on. They usually load or unload their trucks in the evening when our female memers go out for purchasing of household items. Trucks walas they totally block the gali(near by Goel Exports, school block) that even a cycle can't pass, and their workers make comments, abusing without taking care of anthything.
As everybody konws that they are of gunda's kind of nature no one does anything and even go to police for complaints as everybody knows nothing will be happened.

I want to draw your attention towards illegal milk dairy in our locality.
Dairy owner got a place to shift his buffalows to commercial dairy area but he has sold the plot allocated and keeps the buffaloes tied up in the Street.
The Dairy which is located Najafgarh Park Colony Najafgarn, right in his house causes sewer blockage and flooding of the street during rains.
One of his buffalo hit a small child on street who was sevrely injured. On complaining to the Dairy owner he always abused.

Many Complaints had previously gone to MCD but no response, there is no action on that.

This particular dairy owner openly declares that he will keep buffaloes tied up in the street and threatens dire consequences if anyone dares complaint.

Sir we request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. All the neighbours are ready to collect the money and help MCD to evict this bullying Dairy from the colony.

There is road sweepers are not come since 25 days and one month ago some MCD persons came and clean the water drainage (Naliya)

since that day the mud put in front of mine house and on roads, no body come to take off that mud as well as nobody clean the roads too.

Then why the MCD pay full month salary to them or those sweepers whom on duty in this area and not clean the roads or say not on duty and get the free full salary.

Why?

Please look in to the matter and take the action against the wrong persons and oblige and requested you to please order to some of your sweepers for clean the roads and takeoff the mud from in front of mine house.

I live in north delhi and the roads there are full of path holes, muds, pebbles & stones. Some of the roads in mukherjee nagar were repaired just a month or two back and now again they are again badly damaged. we were told that after elections everything will be fine but no one has even turned up even once after the elections. Roads to Nirankari colony are damaged to an extent now that at some places there is no existence of road was ever made. It is worse than the village's road.

Is there any one in government or any department who can take responsibility and work on this complaint to do something to help us.

Hi Sir,
I am Rakshit and staying at Q-34, Malka Ganj, Delhi. In our area, there is no public lighting in the any of the stairs of the blocks. In some of the blocks, people have installed lighting in the block stairs with their own private funds. But in my block's stairs facing Mother dairy, there is no lighting.

My request to the authority is to please provide lighting at the said location, as it is not only discomfort residents in our area. But it has become an heaven for slum people to have drugs in the dark area near stairs.

I, being a responsible citizen and a taxpayer wants to request to the authority that my request should be considered. For further information I can be contacted at my address.

I am a resident of West Punjabi Bagh and I want to draw your attention towards the divider on the Punjabi Bagh Club Road which was recently constructed by your Department by replacing a lower height bricks with a considerable high bricks. It has become very difficult for people to go across the road as the divider is quite high and especially for the elderly people it is a daunting task to climb that divider to cross the road.

It would be grateful if you make on the divider certain pavements by replacing the bricks with concrete pavements of less height so that people can cross the road easily and also to avoid any eventuality of an accident of any person because of these sky high dividers.

during every small rain water logged in front of F 25 MIG FLATS HARI NAGAR, OPP BSES OFF new Delhi 110064. About 7-8 year rain water drainge line construct but due to non cleaning these lines and no linkage to main drain water remain logged for several days and create lot of problem to public. though several time complaint to MCD staff but no action taken we also complaint to several authourities and local representative but no action taken similiarly in the back lane dirt with water remain in the drainage without proper out flow . will authorities take some corrective measure and relieve us from these complaints.

this is to inform you that there is no light in front of F 25 and F 26 and near pump house and on back lanes...pls improve the light facility so that it becomes easy to commute in dark. there is a big pole installed in park on front side but the lights installed are not working . we have spoken to various departments regarding the issue but its not looked into regularly...please install the lights on urgent basis

Garbage or Waste

Garbage is not collected by MCD Sweeper and kept in front of our premises. They charge extra money from us per month but still never clean streets properly.Mosquitoes are in area never any effort by MCD of area .

Arya Samaj, Vasant Kunj, is located in B-2, near Muscan NGO, in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. Besides, there is also 'MUSCAN' - A school for mentally retarded children.

We have some problems of street lighting on the road leading to these institutions and nearby Sector B2 dwellers, from Sector B1, Vasant Kunj. In the night time, when it is dark, it is impossible for ladies to use this road as the social bad elements from nearby juggi colony, drink and make nuisances on the road. In the past there were some mis-happenings.

I am attaching a google map for your guidance. The road in reference is hardly 300 meters and shown in red color on the map.

We request to get feasibility done and provide street lights on this road. This may require installation of 3 or 4 street lights. We have at our own put up some wall lights which are not sufficient to light the road.

We are not getting supply of even a single drop of drinking water in our locality of Parampuri, Uttam Nagar since last over two years. The survival of living life is too much tricky due to non availability of drinking water in streets of our area. The life has become worst by using salty water by using hand-pumps, while pumps are dry due to gradually going ground water level down day by day. And being a working in Govt. sector, we have to go out for office early in the morning and come back late in the evening. To cop-up our livelihood we have to fetch drinking water from main Najafgarh road which is not viable daily. I can pay more than one lakh asi an income tax to our Govt through TDS on my salary income every year but not able to get single glass of drinking water from our Government. It is our humble request by folding hands to the competent authority to look into the genuine problem of drinking water in the area of Parampuri, Uttam Nagar at your early convenience please.

Over-flowing sewer line

The sewer line over-flow in the street with house B-33, SANWAL NAGAR NAER SADIQ NAGAR, NEW DELHI-49, for the last 15 days. As a result, sewer water is flowing back into the houses which is creating an unhygienic condition.

But there is no possitive responce. Now we are using the road only 10 feet rest road have incorched by the other residencial. The roads in Nil block, Malviya Nagar are unothorisly occupied by shops and extension of the residences, making ramps and straircase right upto the half of the road width in some case and MCD and Police have not taken any action in removing them resulting in more coverage even by the law abiding citizens who otherwise feel befooled by the concerned departments. this has resulted in frequent brawls over petty issues pertaining to parking and even in some cases it is very difficult to drive through a lane where even two vehiles can not pass side by side.

A timely action will give a lot of relief and mental peace to law abide citizens and create the feeling of brotherhood in neighbours.

An early and serious action by the department will be in the interest of all and also stop the corrupt officers from corrupt practices.

This is to bring to your notice that the drain in front of the MIG flats 38 and 37 shiekh sarai phase -1 new delhi, has stagnant water .So as a resident of the flat 38-c, I request you get the drains cleaned .

This would prevent the mosquitoes germinating in the stagnant dirty waste water and would prevent the diseses spread by the mosqueto bites.

A need full action is expected from your end to ge the drain cleaned as soon as possible .

Till a few months back, we were fortunate to have an inspector coming to the premises at A-Block, 7 Raj Narain Road, Civil Lines, Delhi-110054 to spray insecticide. No one is visiting any more. Mosquito breeding in the area is becoming a major problem, particularly in the wake of filth piling up in the uncovered and uncleaned drain behind on Bela Road just below the National Highway. This drain has remained an unattended project for several years now and seems to be getting no attention. The Municipal Councillor for Ward No 114 has apparently stopped taking phone calls adding to the distress. I wonder if this agency is functional at all. Please help.

The roads leading to IGI Airport & Gurgaon are in pathetic condition Because of that everyday there is massive jams during office hours. Road at Dhaula Kuan & then at crossing at Subroto Park when we take left from Dhaula kuan road.

i want to complant for poor condition of road that is keshopur depot to raghubir nager ( nala road) . water blocked for last 2 months. no one officer had seen this.

Sir I would like to draw your kind attention toward the constructions activities in our area i.e. East Guru Angad Nagar, Delhi 92 Near Fire Station. Builders are constructing the flats and minting money. I don't understand that what laws say about this other hand people have opened junk shop (kabari shop) and other wood workshop. I am a resident of Mahavir Enclave from last three years. This is to inform you that the road condition of Dabri Palam road is so bad that no one want to visit our place and it is difficult for us to leave our house with Car. people can not go out because of the bad condition of this road and this is very unfortunate that MCD is not doing anything for this road from last three years.

This road was constructed few months back however the material was so bad that in just one rain it got washed off and you can see path holes on the read clearly. This road is not good even to drive a car.

MCD should do something about the road construction as govt is spending lot of money to bild these roads. Even our prime minister has shown his concern regarding the anomelies in road construction.

I would like to register the complaint against my neighbours S/o Kashi Ram’s, House No.-1, Humayun Pur, there is a BLOCKED PIPE LINE back side of their house sine 1 year. The whole day the filthy water keeps coming out in the lane. The dirty water from the Pipe Line made the whole lane smelling because of dirty water. I am resident of Madipur Village near Punjabi Bagh.I was trying to reach MCD dept for bad road condition of phirni road Madipur in front of WZ 286 Madipur Village.Many times when we went to ask our local Councellor for same they says that this road is under BJP and some says this road in under CONG candidate .I am addressing this in general forum in fron of our INDIAN Govt can anyone help us from your team to rectify the bad condition of this road rather making it as a political issue.I have seen many user addressing there issues here on site but not sure whether some action is taken or not.If someone really respond to my querry then I will really say that our Govt is really reactive.

I am Sure No action will be taken but still I want to register and Complaint about the road from Noida to Okhla(Kalandi kunj). There is lot of Traffic snarls occurs due to Damage of Road in the evening. So If the Road are Repaired or Constructed, Traffic snarls can be Avoided.

The condition of road leading to Shivaji marg is very deplorable. Its is difficult even for the vehicle to drive cross that way. There are potholes on the roads, the roads are not uniform further the condition is deteriorated in times of rainfall.

Dilapidated condition of road in front of Deen Dayal Upadhya Hospital and the road on the Nangal Flyover (while coming from Kirby place side) is so bad that even if somebody wants to walk on that particular stretch of the road, will take atlease five minutes and slip several times. the condition of the roads of village ranhola (near nangloi) is worst ever, just after the completion of the lagislative election all the village roads has been dugged, that roads made in very proper sence just before the two or three months of elections, how can the public consider it, as the election stunt or the wastage of the public money, millions of repees used to make the roads and again to dug it out, anyway now the condition of our village road is very bad even any four wheelar or two wheelar is hard to cross, its impossibe to cross in night, its become worst in rainy or spring season, every day huge amount of damrage occured in passerby vehicles, all the nalis are blocked due to it and all the waste drain comes on the dugged roads that results in coming dirty water in taps and the way become muddy that is dangerous..who is responsible for it.All the roads of Ranhola go on inviting the accidents and same has occured many times.
