I HASEEN AHMED KHAN SON OF RAFIQ AHMED KHAN AGED ABOUT44 YEARS IS A RESIDENT OF L-78,PHASE-3,SEELAM PUR 3, DELHI WHICH FALLS UNDER THE MCD CONSTITUNENCY NO 248 NAMELY WELCOME SEELAMPUR.
i am a valid voter ofthe above said mcd ward and my electrol no is dyr1000876.i am a candidate of peace party .party nominated me as candidate vide their letter 24 march 2012 address to chief election commission delhi vide their letter dated[protected] .this party is not recognizes but registered vide no56/53/2008/js-3/pps,12feb 2009.
i filed my nomination in the officeofsdm shahdaara nand nagri vide nomination paper no 17 on dated[protected] at 14:52 hrs.the nomination filed by me was for the dmc ward 248 namely welcome seelampur.afyer submitting the nomination paper i got a reciept of the same.as per act/rule 12 persons who are the voter of ward no 248 prposed me as a candidate .the electrol no ,name ,father name ,address and name of the ward were duly filed in nomination form.at the time of nomination 1 officer whose name is not known to me raised an objection that in 1or2 proposers data is not matching.than I requested him that we have applied for the voter certificates in sdm office and they will deliever it before5 pm .so heallowedmeto submit it before 5 pm and i submitted prposer certificate issued by sdm before5pm.the scanned copy of the same is attached with this complaint for your ready reference.thedate for scrutiny wasfixed for28march 2012. i wascalled at 2:30 pm and i wasshocked when the concerned officer told me that your nomination stands cancelled dueto the non matching of electrol nos with thevoters name .he did not show me any paper orany document which is canceled by them.when i again asked them to show me the papers ,thebehavouir of the concerned officer was very rude andthey used unparlimentary language on me as well asfor my whole community.
today dated 30march 2012 i attended theofficeofsdm and asked him to return my nomination paper and thereason forthecancellation of my nomination but he refused to deliver any paper oreven showing any paper and asked meto getoutfrom his premises and said "jaa jis marzi election commission pe chala jaa .kiski himmat hai ki wo mere se baat kar sake".
sir,themain reason for cancellation of nomination is that i am a hard worker from last 25 years in this area and everyone knows that if i contest theelection than i will win definately.therfore a drama has been fabricated by the area mla shri vipin sharma with the sdm mr bhatnagar who have very closefamily relationsfrrom last 5 decades. families of both are basicallybelong from shadhara.
GROUNDS: how thecertificates which areissuedandcertified by thesdm officecan be challenged??.you are requested to direct to sdm shadhara/election officer east to entertain my nomination..

A lot of garbage was dumped under naraina flyover.and its very difficult for the pedestrians by the odour and bad smell coming out of that dumps.near the naraina guan sabzi mandi market very dirty water and garbages were flowing around.so its very difficult for people living there.everyday the mcd staffs were there to clean the area.but nonone cleans it.kindly do something.plsssssssssss.....

Sweeper is not picking up the garbage in front of the buildings. i.e. 298, Pocket 6 Sector 2 Rohini Delhi 85.
He is demanding for extra money to do that. Shopkeeper at the ground floor are spreading their litter on the footpath. Please look into the matter.
Shops are illegal, they are not registered, in the residential complex.

I want to inform you that selling of tobacco, smoking in public area is being done in residential area near Bikaner Choice, Pocket-6, Sector-2, Rohini, Delhi-85.
Residence are very disturbed by regular smokers, they park their bikes in the way of pedestrians. Even at night they consume alcohol with cold drinks, abuses each other loudly. Despite of several warnings to shopkeeper he sells tobacco products. Women even avoid to go from there as eveteaser sits near the shop and smoke.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
I want my identity to be hidden to avoid any mishappening.

We want to pay your kind attention towards dirty position of Kaithwara Colony which comes in Ward 251, and under of cleaning responsibility Shri Meena Ji- Sanitary Inspector.

This colony position is very dirty. We noticed many times to Shri Meena Ji – Sanitary Inspector & Sweepers directly but no any action taken. MCD road sweeper not cleaning road properly, They used to dump the garbage or gather the garbage near the corner of the house which makes environment and passage of the people in a worst position.

The Road and Street is full of Drain water at all time. Garbage sweeper - he never comes regularly to take the garbage from the house. As you all are aware that the houses or this area is really narrow we all don't have so much space where we can put our garbage & should wait for the sweeper to come back after his enjoyable holiday.

Why these are not taking care by our MCD team? why one o[censored]s has to lodge a complaint about the work? I am a working man I know & realize my job responsibilities, why not our MCD team.

I request you all to take some actions and try to improve the above said. We all need your help due to some bad habits of the people we all are suffering and our MCD is the only hope.

Kindly revert as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

I live in #57, FF, I.P Colony, Sec:30-33, Faridabad and facing a stressful period due to stray dog. The stray dog is being supported and fed by our neighbor, who lives in Second floor. He already has 5 dogs (stray inside his home) and is a defaulter of electricity, banks and colonizers.

The stray dog does not let anybody step up to our house and he barks on us and my young child. with repeated request to the neighbor, he is not supporting us to fed him on the staircase, thus the dogs is a permanent resident of the staircase. He keeps on howling and growling night and day and is torturing us.

Kindly take an action and guide us to overcome this menace.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that gutter is still blocked and the dirty water is coming to our rooms along with dirty smelly, due to this problem i had personally visited to our area manager (sudeshwati's office) for the complain but still now no body turns up to clean the gutter, aswell through written complian. Now the stage is that we are unable to clean the utensils.How much more we have to face

Kindly,instruct someone to take some action on them.Due to this all internal pipes are blocked.

its more than one month problem is not recitifed.....look this matter seriously and solve this at the earliest

Dear Sir,
The following clarifications required:
- How the residents of Kalkaji Double Storey, converted the government land into residence as part of their property without taking permission in writing from Government / Departments?
- How the residents of Kalkaji Double Storey, obtained CN No. (new quarter number) from the concerned authority / departments against public toilets ( after destroying the public toilets, constructed new house and obtained CN number from the Government / Authorities?
- How the residents of Kalkaji constructed 3-4 storyed without taking permission in writing from Government / Departments?
- How the residents of kalkaji , Double Storey, opened commercial shops / doing commercial activities in a residential colony without taking permission from the concerned authority / departments in writing?
- Why the concerned authority / departments not stopped while doing the above such illegal activities?
As per APPENDIX XXXI-A of
LEASE AND CONVEYANCE DEEDS IN RESPECT OF DOUBLE STOREYED `O’ TYPE BUILDINGS IN VARIOUS REHABILITATION COLONIES IN DELHI
In 1952, the Government has built a double storeyed building with a common passage and staircases for going to the upper floor and a lavatory block in the corner under section 8 of the Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act 1954 (hereinafter referred to as the `said Act’ provides that a Displaced person shall be paid out of the compensation pool) the amount of net compensation determined under sub-section (3) of section 7 of the said Act as being payable to him and subject to the rules that may be made under the said Act, the Settlement Commissioner of any other officer or authority authorised by the Chief Settlement Commissioner in that behalf may make such payment in any one of the forms mentioned there or partly one and partly in any other such form.

The Government has agreed to sell and the allottee has agreed to purchase tenement and undivided 1/104 share in the brick built staircase and undivided 1/104 share in the brick built lavatory block in the said block no. A for Rs.3513.60.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said transferred premises unto and to the use of the said allottee subject to the exceptions, reservations, conditions and covenants herein contained that is to say:
- The said allottee shall not make any alterations and/or additions to the said transferred premises either externally or internally without first obtaining the permission of the Government in writing.
- The said allottee shall maintain the said transferred premises in a sanitary condition to the satisfaction of the authorities concerned.
- Not to make any alterations in the existing plan or elevation or any structural alterations in the building standing on the demised premises or in any part of such building without the written consent of the government first had and obtain or permit the said building or any part thereof to be used for any purpose other than that of a residence.
- Not to sub-divide the demised premises or building or staircase and lavatory blocks erected thereon or any part thereof without the prior permission of the government in writing

As per schedule `A’ , description of the structure of the premises:-
- All that ground floor / 1st floor brick built tenement consisting of two rooms only.

It is, therefore, requested to kindly clarify the above mentioned queries and take necessary actions against concerned local authorities / responsible staff.

Complaint against street dogs
Hi Sir/Madam,

My name is Sunny Singh would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which E Block GK 2 areas people facing in these days. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I come late night from my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. I have fallen on the bike two times as well. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

we are residents of dori walan street no 2 kishan ganj delhi and our mcd office is sadar bazar.

THere are few street hawkers who have permanant flowers shops on our street footpath. They are now becoming the get together place for many anti social elements. These hawkers have also placed their permanant wooden sheds on middle of street. Inspite of reguler request to them to wind up their shops when they are not in or open take their products when the shop is not on, they dont listen to us.

We would like to bring to your notice that there are a number of stray dogs near N and A blocks of Satyawati Colony, Ashok Vihar Ph-3.

These dogs keep fighting among themselves over their territories and chase people on vehicles causing a sense of panic among passerby and residents. These even used to bark whole night causing so much discomfort and noise pollution. Moreover, their number is also getting increased day by day.

We request the Dog Squad of MCD to kindly take necessary action and stop the menace immediately.

Complaint against sewer blockage
I would like to drawn ur kindly attention towards the inconvenience faced by the residents of gulabbagh and sainik nagar of sewer blockage and the not cleaning the drainage by ur appointing person. Periodically you can see backflow of sewer in this narrow lane, leaving no option but to cross it while sinking your feet in it. Not surprising residents often complain of clogged drains and sewer backflow....

This is to inform you that the sewer outside our office is open since more then two weeks.I think local authorities are waiting for some mishapping or big accident.

Due to heavy rush on this road anything can happen any time.

And after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of me smelling foul. Please help me out of this situation. hello sir my name is puneet iam resident of f-15 sector 15 rohini delhi.sir i have an complant against the resident of f-15/35 sector-15 rohini delhi.sir the resident of this address is make illeagle construction on his bulding he made full 4 story building with the basement and 2 shops and 1 comercial office in our resdential area which is totaly illeagle. he also start one meat shop in his building without any mcd licence and he jam the side passage of his building with iron gates and that is the place of public and mcd.due to that gates the childrens and ladies are not able to pass that way for going to market or park to play.sir this letter iam writing to the MCD COMISSIONER OF DELHI AND CORPORATOR OF OUR AREA.sir plz come heare once and see the area you will also feel that this is totally illeagle.iam expacting gud results from you.we are depend on you sir plz give us faver and stop these wrong activities.iam not giving my full details in it due to personal reasons i think you understand that
