Dear Sir,
In most of the areas of Delhi, there are the property brokers who are running their businesses from the residential area. Without their help you can't have the accomodation in that particular area. They are charging on their own. They are raising the property rates on theirselves. The Societies/MCD should not allow them to run their activities like this.

They are most common in Mayur Vihar area. Request you to please intervene.

I would like to bring to your notice the encroachment made on roads by the Building Material Suppliers. They put all their material on roads causing unnecessary problems to public like obstruction in moving on roads, parking of vehicles etc. One such case is of the road going through Nanak Piao Gurudwara towards Kalyan Vihar, there is one Singh Building Material supplier, all his material (bricks, rodi, dust, sand etc.) al lie on road causing traffic jam and unavailablity of space to park the vehicle of local residents. I think MCD Should take necessary action and get the road clear from the same.

Encroachment in MCD park in dilshad garden : We are the residents of H Pocket dilshad garden.we want to file a complaint to the concerned authority regarding the encroachment taking place in the park (Near BSES office) and the adjacent area by the people of Sai chowk. the complaints had been lodged to MCD department and the complaint no. 4182 is dated on 13/10/2011, also we have lodged a complaint to Seema puri police station on date 13/10/11 on which building works had been stopped by the police.also we would like to bring this into your notice that on every Thursday night a huge prayer takes place and because of this UN-identified peoples roam around the area and possibility of theft cannot be ignored.
residential families around the park are facing huge eve-teasing and snatching.
motive behind this encroachment and prayer is to build a temple for raising funds.
We would like to request you to take quick action regarding this encroachment.

I am a resident of Mahipalpur. there is a small street no. 5 in L block (nearby Bramhakumari Ashram) which has no light pole and street light. at night people face many problems due to extreme darkness. chain snatchers take advantage of it and snatches chains of females passing by from that street in nights. there has been many chain snatching incidents happened so far. it is not at all safe for women going alone from that street in nights. would request to authorities to look into this matter and provide a solution of this problem. I am sure if that area would be lit properly such incidents wont happen so frequently and girls will feel safe.....

Please advise me how i can change the mother name in my TWINS kids (boys) birth certificates.


At the time of delivery in Hospital (Mata Chanan Devi,Janakpuri) we wrongly mention mother home name Sanjana Marwah in admission form.


Now we want to change as per my wife passport name Sonu Marwah.


When we contact with our local MCD department in Rajouri Garden they ask me for submit the Hospital Correction Letter and NOC along with copy of my wife Passport,Bank Statement and Bond which we already submit six months ago.


After more then six months chasing him every week they told me my file is reject and now i have to contact with other person in MCD at Minto road.


Please advise what we do now??????

IT IS BEING FOUND THAT HE HAS BEEN CONTINUOUSLY ABSENT FROM HIS DUTY. MOREOVER THE PROBLEMS BEING FORWARDED TO HIM REGARDING THE BROKEN PULIAS SINCE PAST 2 MONTHS IN OUR AREA SEVERAL TIMES BUT IT IS NOT BEING REPAIRED OR RENOVATED.

MOREOVER ONE PULIA WAS BROKEN IN JYOTI NAGAR AREA ON KARDAM MARG WAS BROKEN DOWN 10 DAYS BACK BUT IT WAS RENOVATED IN A WEEK TIME. WHAT MCD HAS TO SAY ABOUT THE PARTIALITY BETWEEN KARDAMPURI AND JYOTI NAGAR.?

I REQUEST HIGHER OFFICIALS TO TAKE UP SOME STRICT ACTION FOR THE PROBLEM.

I would like to bring to your notice that we are facing severe stray dog menace in our street and surrounding our entrance gate through out the day which makes it very difficult to walk/stroll in the street. They always spoil the whole street by doing /spread garbage everywhere even at the entrance of our house. They always bark at the passers-by and sometimes they bite the people and children. Please help us to get rid of this stray dog menace and take immediate action by sending MCD Dog Squad to catch them. My residential address is as under:

For instance each has six no of dors and shops causing great troubles to their neighbours in parking our bikes and disturbing the conducive atmosphere.

I bring to your notice that I am residing at Block no A-8 house No. 84, 1st floor Sector 16 Rohini Delhi there is no sweeper come since 15 to 20 days and all roads are not clean, 25 days ago mcd persons came and clean the road side water drainage (Naliya) but after 25 days steel all mud there no one pick up we have big problem with that mud
So we are requested to the concern mcd officers look in to the matter and clean the roads with pick up that mud from in front of mine house

This is to inform you that the sewer lines in our colony is overglowing since 3-4 months but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of me smelling foul. Also due to upsurging, sewer water comes in home too. I would request to kindly take strict action against these corrupt government official.

this is regarding heavy commercial activities in C block, lajpat nagar-II residential area where its very difficult to live for families. Every place & corner of the colony has been fully occupied by car repair mechanics, residents are not able to even move out of their houses. All the parking, children parks, roads always engaged by these workshops & the environment of the colony is becoming bad day by day. Few years back these workshops / activities were sealed by the MCD/Police & lots of people had submitted their affidavits that they will not run any business which is against environment or as per govt rules/norms but nothing changed & the situation is pathetic these days. It is very difficult to explain the situation in writing I hope you may visualize the condition, here are few pictures of the spot for your reference where you can see they have not even leave the main entry of a Govt medical dispensary if someone try to tell these people they start abusing or fighting.

Request you to peruse this problem in a serious manner & help us to resolve the same before its too late.

Dear Sir, This has reference to the above mentioned subject, I would like to inform you it's been more than 6 months mcd dogged more than 2km main road near to karkardooma court, due to which we are facing many problems(not able to drive, waterlogged, no option to take long route etc). Further I would also like to inform you that wedding session is on its way and many banquet halls, grounds are on the same passage, even my own sister's marriage is also on the same passage. I would sincerely request you to please look into this matter as its already been half year since we are facing lots of problems.

Hi,

I want to register a complaint against the encroachment by the home owners of C-7/124/Sec-7/Rohini. The residents of the above said house has built a wall 5 feet outside there home compound and not only that they have also build a fecing on the other side of the house which is more then 5 ft wide.

I would request you to help us in getting rid of the same, since the parking of the vehicles has become very difficult.

WATER LOGGING (even on non rainy days) ON THE STREETS

PROPER DRAINAGE SYSTEMS
INSUFFICIENT EMPLOYEES FOR CLEANING AND SANITATION IN OUR AREA
CLEANIN OF DRAINS BY JCB MACHINE
NO SEWER SYSTEM INSTALLED
SOME PULIAS OVER THE DRAINS ARE JAMMED
SOME PULIAS OVER THE DRAINS ARE BROKEN
ROADS ARE UNDER DEVELOPED AND HAVE DEVELOPED PITS
KARDAM MARG NEEDS TO BE WIDEND

BUT DESPITE BEING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS MADE TO VARIOUS CONCERNED OFFICIALS BUT NO ACTION BEING TAKEN UP ON COMPLAINT AND THE PROBLEMS IN OUR AREA PERSISTS AS SUCH AND SAME

THE PROBLEM SO MUCH WORSENED THAT THE DIRTY WATER ALWAYS OVERFLOWS FROM THE DRAINS AND STARTS FLOWING ON TO THE INNER STREETS AND ON MAIN ROAD(KARDAM MARG) WHICH MAY ALSO LEADS TO THE PROBLEM OF HAZARDOUS DISEASES. THE PROBLEM SO MUCH SO DEEPENS THAT THE WATER GOT INTO THE HOUSES WHEN IT RAINS.

THERE ARE ALSO NO ARRANGEMENT OF DUSTBINS IN OUR AREA FOR GARBAGE DISPOSAL.



THERE IS NEITHER ANY SEWERS BEING EMPLOYED FOR RAIN & DRAIN WATER FOR EXIT WHEREAS ALL THE SURROUNDING AREAS AROUND KARDAMPURI HAVE THE FACILITY OF SEWERS.

I WOULD HEREBY LIKE TO ASK THE QUESTION TO GOVERNMENT OF DELHI THAT

WHY THERE IS SO MUCH DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN THE AREA OF JYOTI NAGAR AND KARDAMPURI VILLAGE?

WHY ALL THE DEVELOPMENT WORK AND ALL THE BUDGET BEING EXPENDED ON JYOTI NAGAR?

WHAT IS THE BUDGET FOR THE DEVELOPMENT WORK FOR KARDAMPURI AND HOW MUCH BEING EXPENDED?

WHY THE EMPLOYEES OF MCD OR ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT BECAME SO FEARLESS AND ASHAMED THAT DESPITE BEING VARIOS COMPLAINTS THEY ARE NOT READY TO PERFORM THEIR DUTIES?

We have seen the pathetic condtion of almost every road in Monsoon but i would like to bring the kind notice that the some roads nor been properly repaired neither initaited for recarpeting by state government or muncipal corporation..I have been using this road(Anand Parbat towords Jhakira since 5 years this road never repaired properly during this period. Now some work has been started on Jhakira flyover as the flyover is around 50 years old..

Why the goverenment is so unconcerned for such issues since many years on the hand as citizen we are not aware to whom we can raise such issues..

Plz see once this strech also considering taruma people facing daily while crossing these stretches..

WATER LOGGING IS GENERAL IN RAINY DAYS IN DELHI BYT WE HAVE BEEN FACING THE LOGGING OF DRAIN WATER EVEN ON RAINY DAYS. ON RAINY DAYS WATER LOGGING INCREASED TO A SUCH LEVEL THAT WATER GOT ENTERED INTO THE HOMES.EVEN AFTER STOPPING OF RAIN THE WATER LOGGING PERSISTS FOR DAYS.
THE "PULIA "(STREET NO 3) OVER THE NALLA HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO HALF AND HAVE NOT BEEN REPAIRED STILL AFTER COMPLAINING. THE SAME HAPPENED FOR WEST JYOTI NAGAR AREA TWO DAYS BACK BUT IT GOT REPAIRED WITHIN TWO DAYS. WHAT A PARTIAL BEHAVIOR? MOREOVER EVERY PULIA IS BEING JAMMED WITH GARBAGE.
IT IS REALLY VERY SHAMEFUL MCD THAT THE EMPLOYEES ARE WASHING OFF THEIR HANDS FROM THEIR DUTIES BY SAYING THAT OLD KARDAMPURI VILLAGE DOES NOT COMES UNDER THEM. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE AREA STARTING 50 MTS( WEST JYOTI NAGAR) FROM KARDAMPURI COMES UNDER MCD?
THEREFORE I LIKE HIGHER AUTHORITIES TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION ASAP........
