this is regarding heavy commercial activities in C block, lajpat nagar-II residential area where its very difficult to live for families. Every place & corner of the colony has been fully occupied by car repair mechanics, residents are not able to even move out of their houses. All the parking, children parks, roads always engaged by these workshops & the environment of the colony is becoming bad day by day. Few years back these workshops / activities were sealed by the MCD/Police & lots of people had submitted their affidavits that they will not run any business which is against environment or as per govt rules/norms but nothing changed & the situation is pathetic these days. It is very difficult to explain the situation in writing I hope you may visualize the condition, here are few pictures of the spot for your reference where you can see they have not even leave the main entry of a Govt medical dispensary if someone try to tell these people they start abusing or fighting.

Request you to peruse this problem in a serious manner & help us to resolve the same before its too late.

Dear Sir, This has reference to the above mentioned subject, I would like to inform you it's been more than 6 months mcd dogged more than 2km main road near to karkardooma court, due to which we are facing many problems(not able to drive, waterlogged, no option to take long route etc). Further I would also like to inform you that wedding session is on its way and many banquet halls, grounds are on the same passage, even my own sister's marriage is also on the same passage. I would sincerely request you to please look into this matter as its already been half year since we are facing lots of problems.

Hi,

I want to register a complaint against the encroachment by the home owners of C-7/124/Sec-7/Rohini. The residents of the above said house has built a wall 5 feet outside there home compound and not only that they have also build a fecing on the other side of the house which is more then 5 ft wide.

I would request you to help us in getting rid of the same, since the parking of the vehicles has become very difficult.

BUT DESPITE BEING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS MADE TO VARIOUS CONCERNED OFFICIALS BUT NO ACTION BEING TAKEN UP ON COMPLAINT AND THE PROBLEMS IN OUR AREA PERSISTS AS SUCH AND SAME

THE PROBLEM SO MUCH WORSENED THAT THE DIRTY WATER ALWAYS OVERFLOWS FROM THE DRAINS AND STARTS FLOWING ON TO THE INNER STREETS AND ON MAIN ROAD(KARDAM MARG) WHICH MAY ALSO LEADS TO THE PROBLEM OF HAZARDOUS DISEASES. THE PROBLEM SO MUCH SO DEEPENS THAT THE WATER GOT INTO THE HOUSES WHEN IT RAINS.

THERE ARE ALSO NO ARRANGEMENT OF DUSTBINS IN OUR AREA FOR GARBAGE DISPOSAL.



THERE IS NEITHER ANY SEWERS BEING EMPLOYED FOR RAIN & DRAIN WATER FOR EXIT WHEREAS ALL THE SURROUNDING AREAS AROUND KARDAMPURI HAVE THE FACILITY OF SEWERS.

I WOULD HEREBY LIKE TO ASK THE QUESTION TO GOVERNMENT OF DELHI THAT

WHY THERE IS SO MUCH DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN THE AREA OF JYOTI NAGAR AND KARDAMPURI VILLAGE?

WHY ALL THE DEVELOPMENT WORK AND ALL THE BUDGET BEING EXPENDED ON JYOTI NAGAR?

WHAT IS THE BUDGET FOR THE DEVELOPMENT WORK FOR KARDAMPURI AND HOW MUCH BEING EXPENDED?

WHY THE EMPLOYEES OF MCD OR ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT BECAME SO FEARLESS AND ASHAMED THAT DESPITE BEING VARIOS COMPLAINTS THEY ARE NOT READY TO PERFORM THEIR DUTIES?

We have seen the pathetic condtion of almost every road in Monsoon but i would like to bring the kind notice that the some roads nor been properly repaired neither initaited for recarpeting by state government or muncipal corporation..I have been using this road(Anand Parbat towords Jhakira since 5 years this road never repaired properly during this period. Now some work has been started on Jhakira flyover as the flyover is around 50 years old..

Why the goverenment is so unconcerned for such issues since many years on the hand as citizen we are not aware to whom we can raise such issues..

Plz see once this strech also considering taruma people facing daily while crossing these stretches..

WATER LOGGING IS GENERAL IN RAINY DAYS IN DELHI BYT WE HAVE BEEN FACING THE LOGGING OF DRAIN WATER EVEN ON RAINY DAYS. ON RAINY DAYS WATER LOGGING INCREASED TO A SUCH LEVEL THAT WATER GOT ENTERED INTO THE HOMES.EVEN AFTER STOPPING OF RAIN THE WATER LOGGING PERSISTS FOR DAYS.
THE "PULIA "(STREET NO 3) OVER THE NALLA HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO HALF AND HAVE NOT BEEN REPAIRED STILL AFTER COMPLAINING. THE SAME HAPPENED FOR WEST JYOTI NAGAR AREA TWO DAYS BACK BUT IT GOT REPAIRED WITHIN TWO DAYS. WHAT A PARTIAL BEHAVIOR? MOREOVER EVERY PULIA IS BEING JAMMED WITH GARBAGE.
IT IS REALLY VERY SHAMEFUL MCD THAT THE EMPLOYEES ARE WASHING OFF THEIR HANDS FROM THEIR DUTIES BY SAYING THAT OLD KARDAMPURI VILLAGE DOES NOT COMES UNDER THEM. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE AREA STARTING 50 MTS( WEST JYOTI NAGAR) FROM KARDAMPURI COMES UNDER MCD?
THEREFORE I LIKE HIGHER AUTHORITIES TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION ASAP........

I am resident of Ramesh Nagar ,Ghungroowali Gali .Their are 10-15 Stray Dogs in our locality and they have created lot of disturbance in the area .We request you to take some necessary actions against this .They try to bit the childrens and ran after them without any reason.Childrens are very much afraid and not able to p[lay in the park even.

Hi,

There has been unauthorised use of land/pavement by the daily vendors in the dabri extension area, which is increasing day by day as there is no vigilance from MCD. The whole residential area in dabri extension is turning into commercial place due to no control over the daily vendors in the locality and around the dabri drain. Would appreciate MCDs immediate attention and strong vigilance in this area to ensure there is no misuse of the land. Please have your officials visit this area immediately.

Dear'sir , NDPL dig gali no 11 jai mata market tri nagar in feb 2011 and pay road cutting to MCD. we many time complaint to mcd for road repair but road is not repair till 16/09/2011 and we also complaint for broken sewer main hole cover but the officer say s that abhi tak koi accident nahi hua hai abhi time lage ga. our old complaint no is.[protected].

We the residence/people of aforesaid locality are bring to your kind notice that we had requested the Dy Commissioner, MCD, Rohini Zone, Delhi regarding mushrooming o[censored]nauthorized Construction at Residence No. 3588, Raja Park, (L Type Corner) (New Style Beauty Parlour) in full swing and the entire construction of walls (from 1st floor to top floor) is erected on the Chhazas (Balcony) dangerously and the same might invite unavoidable disaster and may cause human losses as the entire load is put on the Chhazas.

It is to inform your good self that area JE had visited the site and had cup of tea with the owner of the aforesaid property. It seems that the palm of JE has been greased; hence he is not bothered about the aforesaid unauthorized Construction and allowed to go scot-free. It is worth noticed that he has also advised the owner to complete the construction at the earliest before the higher authorities come into action.

Unfortunately the MCD officials have failed to perform their duties. A person cannot be allowed to work if he has by negligence, apathy or connivance allowed unauthorized constructions to mushroom in the city.

Vigilance Department may check the involvement of the area JE of Raja Park who is encouraging the unauthorised constructions and created unaccounted money and disproportionate of properties.

Your Excellency may ordered/call the record and reports on the aforesaid property to check that whether the prior approval has been obtained by the owner of the aforesaid property No. 3588, Raja Park, (L Type Corner) (New Style Beauty Parlour) from MCD, If Yes, who has given the approval of the aforesaid ununauthorised construction? And If MCD has not given the permission, then what action MCD has taken to stop and demolished the aforesaid Unauthorized Construction

This is to bring your kind attention that sewer line in front of D-79, East Vinod Nagar, Opposite Upadhayay Public School, Gali No-3 is blocked due to sewer line blockage. Moreover, almost every One month it is blocked in the vicinity of that above mentioned address.
It is becoming a very embarrassing problem for all of the resident living in this area and the whole area has been converted to a foul smelling dumping area.
