[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — health hazard in neighbourhood | |||
Respected Sir, We are resident of Devdoot Apartments, DDA SFS Flat, Block No. D, Vikas puri (Near Kamal Public School), New Delhi -110018. We wish to draw your kind attention to the slum (Jhuggi) cluster, which has been concentrated behind kamal public school at the same block facing our & others society. It is to bring into your notice that above stated slum is over populated which has led to disturbance in the areas narrated below. 1) The anti social the activities e.g theft, burglary etc in the area is increasing so concerned residents of the area feel unsafe. Thus, chain snatching, evening teasing increased rapidly. (That you can cross check with nearby vikaspuri police station). 2) During the day, especially in the evening hours, the slum dwellers gather on the park (the park is in between the two society) after drinking alcohol in the drunken state they create new sense and fight badly as such it becomes very difficult for ladies/children to pass that area even ladies can’t stand outside their own houses .when the residents raise objections, they react badly fighting and giving threat to the residents which leads to miserable state of affairs. 3) These slum dwellers use to keep loitering on the street of locality, uttering abusing language and fighting vigorously 4) Now even they already occupied 40% area of park & slowly slowly remaining area become garbage dump yard & their children use to sit in the morning & adults use that area for peeing. 5) As you know during these monsoon time dengue & other cases are raised alarmingly, we made many verbal complaints to the concern authorities but nothing came up. 6) Even we made a complaint to MCD people who came up for checking water coolers & etc in our society, but they simple walk away by saying that this is not their work. Due to the above stated problem the life of residents of Near By Society of Block No. D, Vikas puri (Near Kamal Public School), New Delhi -110018. has become miserable and restless. In the view of above, it requested that necessary action may be taken to shift this slum cluster and remove if from here as early as possible. this is bring to your kind attention that plot no. 10A/10, shakti nagar, new delhi-110007
(near parnami mandir) has become dumping ground of garbage as the land of this plot is left vacant(without construction) for the past 2-3 yrs and the land is not yet cleaned even once by the land owner, due to which the land has become home for flies & mosquitoes. even the mcd employee(jamadar) throw all the garbage there. it has become the breeding ground of diseases in the neighborhood causing concerns for serious health hazards.
I hopefully request the authority to look into the matter & oblige.

This is to infrom you that there is a park adjoing to Kusual Cinema(Land mark for this area), has become so worst, just because sweepers/scavangers tend to dump drain and sewage silt in the park, Every day throughout the day, pig (animal) just keep straying in the park because of this spreading filth, Living here has become impossible, Acrid smell emanate from the day rain falls. Tow times I have lodged verbal complain here to Nagam Nigam Parshad, but except assurance, I got nothing, It has been more than one month, the condition of this area going worst.
Warning: If soon any action is not taken to clean this park and bring higenic condition, it is taken for granted, lethal disease will take birth and endvaour the people.
I request you to take immediate action in days not in month.

MCD & DDA — Health Hazard Alarming Situation
This is a complaint towards Flat Number 39A of Block FG-1, that is not occupied ny the owner for over a decade. The house has turned as a garbage centre in front and back. No ventilation in th house has left the flat in misrable condition. Water drainanage pipes coming in the backyard make the garbage smell to its best with mosquitoes and other insects increasing their population. The wter drainage pipe is blocked by the garbage so the water cannot flow and as it is there for couple of weeks, it has resulted in seepage to all the building. Water meter area has gone in depth. This house is turned in a serious health hazard situation, as all the other residents window open in the backyard. It is requested to kindly instruct the owner of the house, to either get this occupied, or take immidiate step to get this house clean and renvated, before any mishappenng occurs due to health hazard alarm. This is a HIGH ALERT CALL, and a copy of the request is being send to all the concern authorities to take appropriate and early action, or else any loss in the building and health hazard situation will stand towards concern authorities.
