i received an e-mail too, he told me that i am winner and i have to paid 330 $ to received the funds,
it is true? plz advise me

I received a text from +[protected] German number witht he same thing. Perhaps someone at Nokia can take this up with the relevant authorities in Germany, however it is probaly a pay as you go number and the users, untraceable - anyway, if you get anything like this, place it inthe bin and do not reply - utter rubbish and a scam!
