I bought a Nokia mobile model 2630 from a friend who visited me in Italy from london during the new year celebration, since he left for london I have not been able to power the hand set, it kept on requesting for RESTRICTION CODE which I dont have,

I am really fed up of visiting these so called Nokia Care centers. I bought a brand new Nokia N81 from a Nokia Showroom(Nokia Sector 22, Chandigarh) for Rs.14, 200 about 20 days ago. Only a week after the purchase the Navigation wheel stopped working all together. And just 2-3 days after that phone camera also stopped working.
