Dear sir,

I had bought a nokia 5320 from Hot & Spot dealer in kachiguda, hyderabad on 23rd of december 2008 for an amount of Rs.10, 250/-.
There were a problem with the instrument i, e "No display backlight". so i went to nearest nokia care at R T C "x"roads Called "NAVDEEP MOBILES". I had hand over an instrument with them and my Job Sheet No.[protected]/090116/38. dt. 16.01.2009. Please find following details as per given :-

If this kind of service provides by the company for which no body knows what is happening, then how can we trust you for future business.
I am sending this, anticipating some strict action against concern person and do the needful so that i can get my instrument at an earliest. Please consider this as an urgent.

my phone also have complaint that its display not working sometimes but music and others working.that is display remains dark.
My phone also works well except this backlight. I have used it for more than 2 years in good condition. On reading the complaint of Sheik, I think, giving the phone to the service centre is not going to help me. I have exceeded the warranty period. Now it acts like a brilliant blind man.

    I have today received an SMS on my cell phone informing me that my number has won 365, 000.00 pounds and two Nokia phones in the on-going Nokia/UK promo.. Further I should contact Jerry White at [protected], nokiaukdesk @hotmail.com. Although I have sent an email asking for a confirmation, I would lkie to know the authenticity of this SMS to me

    Dear Sir / madam,
    In Feb 2008, I recvd an SMS abt winning a large sum in GBP and later after arriving home in India, I followed it up and got a clarification mail after my details were supposed to have been verified.
    A choice of despatch was given, to which I was replied that the winnings and a Nokia N95 can only be sent to me at UAE.
    After may e-mails from me, and there being no response at all, even to phone calls, in June 2008, they agreed to send the winnings to me in India. So a sum of GBP450 was transferred by me to one SUSAN MILLER, UK by Western Union Transfer on 11th June(from Dubai Intl. Airport) and payment receipt too was received by e-mail.
    Subsequently, on 13th Jun a so-called British Inland Revenue Service, Berkshire e-mail was received intimating me about my subject shipment from FedEx Express being stopped for payment of GBP 970 being tax from a non-Uk resident on personal winnings. This ref was queried from The UK Govt. Customs & taxs Deptt and confirmed as a fraud.
    The following are the particulars of persons / so-called officers based in UK- who seem to be defrauding the International Mobile Users for their selfish gains:-

      i had taken a nokia 7210 supernova on 6th jan and it has showing problem of automatically restart and i sent it ti nokia care center on 22 jan . but still i had not receved it back wha t the [censored] was going on to the quality of nokia handsets . i used that set for 14 days only and it takes more than 25 days to repair . what the [censored] i do with that handset..

      can u pls tell me whwn did i receievd the handset back

      Nokia — phone rebooting automatically

      i purchased nokia E63 last month, its memory capacity is 8gb but i m not using even 512 mb of memory, even then my phine gets hanged, it restarts automaticaly. i have tried to get in touch with customer care but no response, could u please help me what to do ?
      Something is seriously wrong with nokia phones( s40 series). Most of the handsets available in market with this software firm shows complaints like automatically restarting and all.
      am using 7210 supernova but its automatically switch off then if i press any key its switches on how do i rectify this problem

      My name is prabhu kumar N.V. from bangalore I recently brought nokia 7210 Supernova -- Imei no :[protected], This has got lot of problem from the day one .Its getting hanged very often & it will take minimum 4 - 5 hours to get charged, no battery back up i mean it will stay 3 to 4 hours not more then that .First of all in my busy schedule i taken out time to get it repaired as its a only communication device which i have got, I went to the seller who is "THE MOBILE STORE " these guys only sell the product & they told me to contact customer care people & i went to Gandhi Bazar Nokia Care & the kind of responce which i have got was very poor It was friday whrein i went at 10:30 am & they took my new handset & made me waited till 12:30, If this people call most trusted brand i really dont believe & after that it was not at all got repaired .they have asked me to go to malleshwaram branch .I went to malleshwaram branch its again too small office with three people sitting in customer care, They took around 1 hour 30 minutes (Job sheet number[protected]/090723/97) & they have told that it will be rectified on the same day . I waited & after getting my handset back I found additional one more complaint that is my radio is not working with addition to old problems.I am planning to go for the consumer court because of the poor customer care & wasting my time for Nokia's manafacturing defect .If i dont get responce within 24 hours time then i will go to the court of law against this multi national company which is untrusted brand .
      I dont want to get repaired anymore i need a fresh piece & this mail am sending it to only nokia customer care if i dont get a positive responce i will mark this mail to all the handset providers in india & the other countries ...

      nokia super nova 7210 — phone get swicth off

      I Prachi mande. I Purchase nokia super nova 7210(IEMI no.[protected]) from mango store at Thane on 14th January 2009. Cash memo no. 30670/ET1/[protected]. My phone work properly up to 2 month. One day suddenly it get switch off and doesn’t get switch on . I tried so much to switch on the phone finally I gave it to nokia care at mulunad (Mumbai) they gave it back after 10 days at that time it work properly but after 1 day phone get switch off again. So I gave back to nokia care for same problem. Same thing happened twits. I unaeble to use this phone due to this problem.
      its better u make a FIR in the nearest police station, and ask them to locate it . . Nokia do not provide any such service

      nokia super nova 7210 — Phone got slow suddenly

      Hello i am having Nokia super Nova 7210, using it since last 2 months. Wel yesterday suddenly the phone got slow, slow in the sense, when i click on menu the Menu is loaded very slowly and on cliking the message icon i go into message after 10-15 secs, which is very slow........so today morning i switched off the phone and again switch it on. Now the Phone is working fine... kindly tell me whts the reason behind this........

      Auto restarts prob data may be deleted back cover not received. Music player doesn't open. Sometimes inbox message automatically deleted. I have given my handset four times to repair in nokia centre but it always creat problems.This is under warranty peroid. I want to replace my handset. Pls suggest me.....

        I purchase nokia 6110 navigator in last august.From the month of september my phone creates problem.
        The soun of my phone was pathtic whenever i want to listen music it creates noisy sound like grrrrrrr-trrrrrrr when i complaint in nokia care then they told me it was ringer problem and they change my ringer
        but my problem doesn't solve.then they told me that it was chip level problem and they sent my set to delhi on 19th december till that i am waiting for my set.

        nokia 6110 navigator — very very very bad services,

        hi i am manoj kad, from pune. i purchased a nokia 6110 nav phone from priority dealer on 18 th apr 2008,
        while using phone i found that phone is not working properly. it have many problems, so i told about it to dealer that it is faulty but the executive of company told me to use phone for 2 days more, and this problem bec of it is new . so i use it for 2 days, but it has same problems, i went to dealer, i ask him to repalce phone but he rejects and told me to submit it in nokia care center, so i submit my phone on 22 nd apr 2008, the people working there tthat u will receive phone after 15 days, so i went there after 15 days, and collect my phone, but phone i got is not repaired, it has same problems, so i again resubmit my phone, they told me that phone will be sent to main office for repairing, came after 30 days,
        after 30 days i went there, and collect my phone, but while using i found that phone is not reapired properly, it has same problems, so i submit phone on same day with same work/jobsheet,
        i also complaint to nokia site, then i receive a call from nokia care center, and they told me tha t problem is not solved, u will get a new phone within next few days, ( ph no : [protected])
        but till date i did not receive a phone . ( 16 th apr 2008)
        my phone have following problems : phone get heated while chargeing and using it, keys are not working, phone get restarted while using, gps is not working, slider is not working, phone get hanged while using it,
        from above problems i came to desigion that company is cheating with consumers, so i want to claim on company for my time and money wastage in this period, in this period i don't want to purchase a new phone but due business i purchase a another phone from a diff company, this happens because of companys services, i want a new phone or my money back fr company, and all money wastage that on calling customer care & alll other, and i also feel that company is not manufacturing phones with quality, or quality controll dept is very very bad or company will supply repaired phones to consumers, for a consumers who pays thousands of rs for purchasing a new guranteed thing but nokia fools consumers,
        so i want to claim upon nokia company for cheating with consumers, 1) give me new packed piece or
        give me my money back with intrest
        or give me my money of nokia phone 6110 and the phone that i don't want to purchase, or loss or problems that i have faced because of nokia company's services,

        i have purchased nokia6110 on 8/06/2008 and now its not working, so please help me out as customer care has denied to give us the standby.

        NOKIA-Navigator 6110 — Replacement of faulty handset

        i've purchased a new NOKIA-Navigator 6110 on 1st July 2008 at Delhi, but on 18th Aug 08 i faced some kind of charging problem as it was not getting charge inspite of charging for many hours. I gave it to nokia care in dilshad garden * got back the set after 15 days but again with same problem. again i gave back & asked to replace the set...my wait went to 15 days & i got a new set as said by nokia care centre but i found out many phone no. already stored in it & problem of charging still remains the same...i gave the set back to same nokia care on 3rd oct. 2008 * till now after so many visits & enquiries, i am unable to get solved my problem.

        It really takes a toll mentally & officially..

        nokia 6110 navigator — Replacement of phone

        I purchased a brand new Nokia mobile handset 6110 Navigator through Nokia authorised dealer in Bangalore on 9th June, 2008. The IMEI NO. for the same is : [protected]

        After the purchase of the said Nokia handset immediately after one week of its use there was a problem with the keys on the right hand side of the keypad (the upper level keys) due to which i have hardly been able to use the phone. I have deposited the phone in your Nokia care center four times. First two times it was deposited with Nokia care center at 90, Bhagat Singh Market, near Gole Market New Delhi-110001, they retained the handset for more than one month and my problem was not solved. They returned the handset as it is.

        I requested for replacement/swap of the handset. As recomended by Nokia care center executives I deposited the phone again for the third time in their Nokia care center S-10, Green Park Extn. (Near Uppahar Cinema) New Delhi-110019 with a request to replace the handset. Here again my phone was retained for nearly a month for check up of the handset. When I went to Nokia centre for receiving the phone the handset was retunred to me in the same condition and the notified defect was not rectified, after delivery of the said handset the handset has developed the same problem. The fourth time again i have submitted the phone in their Noida Care center as they said they can process my request only if it is deposited in any of their Nokia care centers. Now again the Nokia care center people are saying that it will be sent to the head office for repair.This is just unreasonable how many times do they expect me to visit the nokia care center. The phone has already been sent to the head office thrice earlier. I need an immediate replacement.I did the biggest mistake by purchasing nokia handset relying upon their so called "brand name".I could not use the phone even for a month. I spent more than Rs.14, 000/- for the said handset. Please help me in getting a replacement.
        Better off to move to consumer court if they do not co-operate.

        i purchased this handset last year and with in a span of less than a year it has been to nokia care center for 7 times. and last time i submitted my handset on february 20th, 2009 and still waiting for my handset to come. when ever i call up nokia customer care, they always say that your handset is under priority care. during this priority care my front panel has been broken.
        your company is so careless and you provide so pathetic services and claim to be best in your field. you and your staff is a bunch of lazy and careless fellows. i am sick and tired of listening the same statement that my cell is under priority care. for two months i am going out of station and who will provide me with backup set?
        Avery bad experince of having 6110 probably the product has failed despite repeated contact with Nokiacare bhagatsingh market NewDelhi the set kept for rectification since 16th april 2009 no action so far or response job sheet no[protected]/090416/35!MEI no[protected] Would any Nokia official help in the matter

          Nokia 6110 Navigator mobile purchased in Bangalore(INDIA). After 7 month suddenly, my cell not chargig, Display (Mobile)is not working.
          So, i am going the Nokia Service center many times & submitted cell but there are more then 30 day's laying at nokia service center and nokia person is called your cell is not repaired & part are not available hear. This is not suitable answer because this is a nokia product.See I bought a mobile because of the Durability and brand name but... I lost all the Hopes and confidence that they will give my mobile today... Already one month of my warranty gone in service centre and I don't you please give Warranty and Guarantees of your products...

          If in this condition Nokia service Center not able to repair my cell then where are repair Nokia cell ??
          If nokia failed own responsibilities then replace or exchange my cell.

          Nokia N-6110 — Non-display of screen

          Sir / Madam,

          I purchased a Nokia 6110 (IMEI No. [protected]) from 'The Telecom Company', Marina Arcade, Outer Circle, Connaught Circus, on 30.5.2008. It has very unfortunate and unpleasant experience to have the above model. I have been using Nokia phone for over a decade and had not faced any such problems in the past. The brief about 6110 and its performance is given below:

          1.6.08 - Sudden blackout of screen without any hang
          2.6.08 - Charging till the charging indicator stopped i.e. after 60 minute.
          3.6.08 - After use of 3-5 minute of talk time again screen was blank.

          The mobile was then submitted to Nokia care centre, 26, Bhagat Singh Road, Near Gole Market, New Delhi[protected] on 3.6.08. Thereafter on 6.6.08 Nokia care centre returned the mobile to me with the remarks that it has been repaired.

          Since on 15.6.2008 I had to travel out of station, I charged the mobile between 8 pm to 9 pm. And on 15.6.08 at 08.15 am while taking on the mobile, it again went blank.

          From the scrutiny of logs on the phone, you may kindly analyse that after charging the talktime in a day is only 5 to 10 mins. This needs to be examined from the point of view of defects.

          Now (166.08), I have submitted the mobile along with its entire kit to M/s Telecom Company, Marina Arcade with a request to either replace it or rectify the problem.

          I request you to kindly help me out as I have been already suffering due to poor product quality.

            Dear Sir,

            My mobile handset of the specifications above was lifted from my pocket while I was having a meal with my family at the following address somewhere around 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm: Chacha Jee, V3S Mall, 3rd floor, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

            On realising within minutes that my phone was missing, I called the number above from another phone. The person who attended the call at the other end first called me at a place to hand it over. When I found no one at that spot, I called him again. This time he asked for a ransom. I was amazed to hear that he also wanted me to tell him the PIN and unlock codes!

            After bearing with this nonsense for a while, I handed over the call to a policeman in the vicinity. The thief then disconnected the line. Thereafter, no further calls to [protected] could be made, as I was constantly told by a recorded voice that the number was "not reachable". This indicates that the thief must have, after being threatened by the police, switched the device off and removed the SIM card from inside.

            I registered the complaint at the Preet Vihar Police Station thereafter, but could tell the cop who received my complaint the IMEI number only after returning home. The police have assured me of putting the number on its mobile phone tracker device. However, it also showed me a few months' old pending case wherein a thief could not be traced despite the police being able to trace all the calls being made from the device using a new SIM, as the thief had given a fake address at the time of purchase of the new SIM.

            My mobile service provider Airtel has been informed of the theft. It has blocked the mobile number, but pleaded helplessness in being able to block the device.

            Given this scenario, is there anyway that you can help me turn my stolen Nokia N73 handset inactive, so that the thief is forced to return the set or abandon it in frustration?

              nokia N73 free updation of software — deficiency of service

              The nikia care cell at Shans electronics in Thrissur, Kerala, India is not giving proper srvice to the customers. though i have deposited the handset to them on 4/9/07, there was no proper response, instead they r teasing the customers for choosing the nokia phone. The tecnical and front office staff of the cell is very repulsive in approach. this is the second time i receive such bad treatment from them, this does affect the reputatation of the company. try to do the needful.

              N73 Music edition — tampered phone received

              Hi, i have purchased a N73 Music edition phone from Subhiksha Bandra West branch, on 17/4/2008 invoice no 117488, and i was facing a problem of phone getting hanged & battery not lasting for more than 3 hrs in a day, so i took the phone to Bright Point pvt ltd a nokia center, who opened the phone in my presents & declared the phone tampe on FMIC on the 3/5/2008 did my phone out of warrant, i had followed it with subhiksha, & they took me they will have phone replaced & asked me to come to the HCL service centre at sani naka center as Subhiksha purchased nokia model from HCL. after we reached there & i was asked wait down as customers are not allowed in the HCL office. I received a call after 1/2hrs time from the person of Subhiksha asking me what the problem is with the handset, he will get it repaired and not replaced, i went up & spke with the manager in HCL as about the Issue & the as i was speaking with the manageer the person from Subhiksha simply vanished from there. i really dont know wht is should i do i purchased the phone from Subhiksha thinking i will get warrant or atleast it will be a tamper free piece, i paid for the phone 12976/- and now i have a tampered phone, without any warrenty.

              will Nokia & Subhiksha please take a note i dont see anyone doing anything regarding the issue..

              I bought a Nokia N73 mobilephone on April 1, 2008 with a warranty of 1 year

                    I m gaurav from pune.i have probem with nokia care(service centre) .actually i purchased a nokia e71 hardly 40 days back.2 days back i was facing some problemi.e while taking a backup from my pc suite my cell automatically switch off and don't restart until i take out battery n but it again.today i went to nokia care at f.c road, shivaji nagar pune.the previous problem was not solve and along with that my keypad got totally lose and i got one scratch at my cell.i talk to careline representative mr. ramesh.he guide me to go again to customer care.i went again to talk to those guys again.the problem was solve but not completely but this time they broke my keypad and they r telling to replace on tuesday.sir i was totally disappoint with your service and customer satisfation.i have paid rs20300 few days back and now my cell is worse position.i have been nokia customer for more than 12 years and than to they are providing such a poor service.                       I can't able to delete the inbox hidded messages

                      Already i deleted all messages in my inbox. But i check the inbox memory it shows 4.5kb memory available and 5 hidded messages.

                          A bitter firsthand experience with Nokia N82...

                          Hey friends! Beware now Nokia is losing on its quality as well as after sales services. I brought my new N82 as such two months back but it actually remained with me only for maximum of two weeks and since then it’s with Nokia Care as it had started giving trouble just after one and a half weeks of purchase and that too just with basic and very careful usage of the handset and till date things are only in air, I am roaming week after week to Nokia Care for my handset but no progress.

                          Though they had passed my phone back after keeping it for a week's time claiming that all needed rectification has been done when I had deposited it for the first time but then I had to re-submit it the next day as the problem remained the same with handset, some virus had caught it so was getting switched on & off on its own.

                          And since then every time I call or visit Nokia Care they say it’s under inspection to check for the problem completely and finally after one month I get to know it’s out of repairable form so it would get a swap handset and to my utmost surprise I won’t even get a new packed handset which I should have, being my new handset giving trouble from the beginning, but I would be getting same model but not a packed one from their unit but even that commitment has not been met till date as every time I visit them after each week on the due date they claim to be running short of stock so it’s getting delayed.

                          Now I am waiting for the next due date which is going to be next week, hoping if I could get some value back in that handset for the twenty thousand rupees spent by me on Nokia N82.

                          Had been just one case I would have been Ok, but one more handset of Nokia, 6500 slider my aunty had, was giving some trouble from second month onwards and similarly got back to Nokia Care and just few days back she got a replacement of the same, a second hand used same model handset.

                          I used to be a big fan of Nokia and its products, was a loyal customer of Nokia from years, used to never make a try for any other brand but this experience was so bitter that I don't think I shall ever go in for Nokia again.

                          As such its a technical product which can come up with a problem but had they handled things well, I would have not turned so much against Nokia.

                          So, I would recommend please give some second thought if you intend to go for a Nokia handset purchase next time.

                          I have a concern which I need to put forward. My name is Julie Mascarenhas I was gifted a handset of my choice and very soon happend to be a proud owner of a N82 handset .Its been 10 years now I have never compromised on any other brands other than Nokia as it has always been my priority and it has given me 100 % satisfaction, and till the last year I didnt face any issues with any of the previous Nokia handset .Sorry to say this time im totally taken aback as it is the first time Nokia has created a piece has made me to think twice in future if would continue to go ahead n rely on the quality of Nokia products . I have gone through a lot a torture n pain the moment I got the N82 handset in my hand .

                          The handset was purchased from FONEMAN- at address 17/18 Mangalkunj, Opp Indraprashtha Shopping Center, Borivali West, Mumbai 92.with Invoice number as 2642 dated 16/8/2008 .It has been six months that I owned this mobile, but have hardly got an opportunity to use it continously., Most of the time it has gone for repairs in the service center.and I get it back only after 15 days .The issue I face with this handset is mostly no display and hanging issues, and headset unclear. The headset has been permantly rectified after giving it once for repairs, but mobile hanging and display still continues to exist.When my phone use to come back from the service center I personally tried all posibilities to avoid my mobile from hanging, like tried not inserting my memory card, not going to any site thru my cell etc, but still problem continues to exist. There are times I have to continously remove and put the battery back again inorder to let it work in urgency. It has been the 4th time this piece has gone for repairs with the same issue .My warranty period is almost getting passed away with no results till date. I am a working woman with busy scheduled so have to wait for my days off inorder to get my phone serviced. Most of the time my phone is lying dead till my next trip to the service center. My detail of complaint are as follows:

Im completly frustrated using the N82 .and would not want to go time and again to the service center .hpe u will consider this case with high priority n either give me a refund or replace it with a new cell with new warranty period . Please make sure if N82 handset that ul created is still goin to have the same issue again please suggest or send me a different model. l will be more that happy, as I would not like to go through the same thing again as its very frustrating.Since.my cell is again gone for repairs I continue to use my old cell which is a nokia 6270 which has been repaired only once and not given any major issues.                               Nokia — Defective Nokia Cell Phone N-70 M

                              I had purchase nokia N-70 M edition from Mobile store from Sarojini Nagar New Delhi on 30.05.2008, But its blue tooth USB cable as well as Memory was not working properly. After handover the same at Nokia care Centre at Green Park New Delhi on 05th or 6th Sept.08 The same was return to me on 10th Sep08 with another defect which was not at the time of handover the same on first time vide Job sheet No.[protected]. On the same day I again went to Nokia Care Centre as the front camera was not working and this they have given me Job sheet No. [protected] But it is very shocking that the two Mobile Nos given on the job sheet i.e. [protected]/[protected] always remain switch off and also the helpline Nos [protected]/[protected]/[protected] never connected and from the last two days the computerised no. from Delhi[protected] is also not working from the last two days. from the date of handover thecell phone i.e. 10th Sept.08 till to date the same has not been repaired I am requesting you to kindly get my cell phone repaired immediately and over to me .

                                03/10/2009 over telephone with Mr Rupesh, he told that handset has been repair and it will be dispatched soon, you will get the set by 06/10/2009

                                06/10/2009 talked with Telesolutions Nokia care Salt Lake Sector V, they told they have mailed reguarding the set to the company and they are waiting for reply.
                                On the same day talked with Gita, she replied very rudely and told to call on 06/10/2009 evening

                                  I have bought Nokia 2760 on June 2 of Previous year, and I faced a self switching off problem in October. I went to Nokia Care Centre, JALANDHAR. They checked out my problem and returned my cell after 25 days. But still I faced the same problem again 3 or more times. And at last they swapped my phone.


                                  The swapped phone they gave is an old one. The Nokia Company provides a new cell phone but they provided me the old one. In swapped cell phone, a new problem is there-No battery backup is there. This problem was faced by me on the same day when I brought that cell phone to my home.
                                  I told about this at Nokia care centre-JALANDHAR. But they told me that your cell phone is alright and you have problem of Battery. They changed my cell phone’s battery, but still the problem persists till now.


                                  Then I went to Nokia Care centre-LUDHIANA. One of your employees told me that they had given me the used-old cell phone and the battery provided to me is not of new series.

                                  I also want to complaint against your employees which are working at Nokia Care centre-JALANDHAR,

                                  I got a 5800 xpress music 30 days bac & 'm xperencing prob already. so i went 2 nokia care near mahalingapuram bridge and asked dem 2 service d cell. i collected it after service & had d same problem d very evening. After dat i've been der 4 abt 10 times and still dey hav not rectified d problem in spite of sending it TWICE 2 Delhi (head office) holding it for 10 days almost. i've experienced very horrible service and i choose not 2 buy nokia mobiles henceforth 4 d poor service. at d end of 30 days d usage has been 50hrs only.
                                  I have purchased a Nokia Set bearing Model 6085, Black Color, IMEI No.[protected] from your authorized dealer M/s S.S.Marketing, Khuda Alisher Road, Naya Gaon, Distt. Mohali (Punjab).

                                  Due to some problem, the above said handset was got repaired from Nokia Care Centre, SCO No.2901, Sector 22, Chandigarh. But the same problem is still there. After that I visited Nokia Care Centre for 4-5 times and they said that we will consult our Delhi Headquareters and it will take 2-3 months. Then I visited Nokia Care Centre, Sector 35, Chandigarh and they have also not given any response. Again I visited at Sector 22 Nokia Care Centre and they told me to get it repaired from some private agency.

                                  You are, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter and I may be advised accordingly.

                                    I had buyed a product of Nokia SuperNova 7210c on 13/12/08 with warranty ref no.:APAINY[protected] & a Product Code : 0572571.I have used the product for just 2 months it has totally failed & the power is not being Swithed-on.I have reported to the Nokia Service Station.on 05/02/09 at Time : 10:19 am. They have told me It will take 15days.The time period has overed now, they are not reponsing by either not accepting calls & again saying will take another 15 days. As you no, its very difficult in the world if a communicating device doesnt work.
                                    So, I would rtequest you to take some step regarding this.

                                    I am one of the Nokia mobile users for the past 7 years. All my family members are using only Nokia mobiles and I also recommended my friends & colleagues to go for Nokia.
                                    I had trust on it before but not now… I am sorry to say that…. Because you people made me to do so.
                                    I am really Sorry to say that I lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA..
                                    I never had such a worst experience from the NOKIA CARE..
                                    Let me explain the problem..
                                    " I purchases a New Mobile NOKIA - HANDSET - 6500s - from one of your vendor "vinayaka telecom at gumla (jharkhand). on july 15, 2008. after 2 month it starts to give ploblem (like sliding ploblem, network ploblem, sound ploblem and camera is going on stand by mode). then i took the mobile to the vendor where i bought, they redirected me to NOKIA CARE at poddar telecom ranchi. i went to nokia care ranchi (hariom tawar) on 24 november 2008 my (Job Sheet Number:[protected]/081124/31).
                                    At first they checked it and told it was a Software Problem . they took the mobile and ask me to come after one week. after some days i got a call from your nokia care that - "SIR YOUR HANDSET'S REPAIRING COST WILL BE RS 1500 IF YOU WISH TO REPAIR THEN PLEASE TELL" the i enquired about the warranty on it, the they replied it has the warranty but your "HANDSET PROBLEM IS NOT UNDER ANY WARRANTY IF YOU WISH THEN WE WILL REPAIRED IT." then i told the to repair but after some days i have got a massege from your nokia care center, " DEAR SIR, YOUR HANDSET NOT REPAIRED PLEASE COLLECT FROM NOKIA CARE, HARIOM TAWAR FROM NUMBER [protected] ON DATE[protected] Then I got annoyed and lost my control and went to the deler VINYAKA TELECOM GUMLA. he said i will enquired about it. after that i went to vinayaka telecom and nokia care many times but i didnot get any solution they always told - "WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING." only i have wasted my time and money over it. i felt very guilty to be a nokia customer because of very raugh behave and irresponsibility of both vinyaka telecom and nokia care (poddar telecom). (because i am a doctor by proffession at gumla which is 100km away from ranchi and it takes 3hours to cover the distance).
                                    because of mannerless behaviour and irresponsibility of both vinyaka telecom and nokia care (poddar telecom). i send a legal to the nokia care but there is no responce from your center.

                                    See I bought a mobile because of the Durability and brand name but... I lost all the Hopes and confidence that they will give my mobile ... Already four month of my warranty gone in service centre and I don't you please give Warranty and Guarantees of your products... I hardly used the mobile for less than 2 months only... but I had terrible and bad experience in customer servicing with the Nokia...Care... Not only me I found most of the people who come for serving face a terrible experience...Like no proper response when we give a call... or they disconnect the call while speaking... They spoil the name of Nokia...

                                    Note: Important: If I don't receive proper response from this Mail I am going to take severs action against the company through legally and also I am going to publish an article on all the local magazines and media. And I going to forward this mail to all the over web and also to all of my colleagues.

                                    Nokia care service is absolutely useless in Italy and UK too... here my experience.
                                    In october I bought 2 Nokia mobiles N95 8GB RM-320 for the little amount of 888 in total from the italian Chain Euronics as gift to my kids..
                                    after 5 months about one of them get faulty (the mobile hangs on nokia logo and don't start any more) and I took it immediately to the closest nokia care point,
                                    After a couple of weeks the mobile came back unrepaired as they say the mobile been repaired by an unauthorized centre!!! I get mad and, living in uk, I ask my ex wife to send me the mobile to be serivced in UK confident been just the famous Italian lazyness to be reason of the matter.
                                    Sent again the mobile to nokia and got it back again unrepaired.
                                    I call the call centre and after about 7 hours a person been able to answer me and understood I bought the mobile sealed and the mobile never been somewhere else apart nokia centre ask me to send the mobile again for fixing in freepost and it should be repaired in warranty anyway.
                                    I got the mobile back again unrepaired with the same giustification and since then (4 weeks now) I have no chance to talk to someone of the aftersales and nobody is answering to my messages on their website about.
                                    I think is a shame a brand like nokia threat his customers as they do.. now i have a nice decoration on my desk costed 444 euros just because they decided to don't fix it giving justifications nobody can deny just as to do it I shoul really take the mobile somewhere else to be opened and then temperd as they try to blame me have done.
                                    I won't buy any more a Nokia mobile in my life and I will never suggest anyone to use this brand any more...
                                    I feel ripped, abused and I'm wondering about put everything in the hands of an advocate just to have repsected my rights as they should.
                                    A small suggestion? Don't buy from them.

                                      This is not a complaint against Nokia per se, but I feel that when such expensive products are sold there must be some mechanism to block IMEI's or with service providers (Vodafone in my case) to help track the phone while it is still ringing.
                                      I have purchased a Nokia E71 in Pune on[protected] and lost it in Mumbai at 7-rasta (Near Mahalaxmi) on[protected] evening while getting off from a Indica Cool Cab. I had taken the cab in front of Leela hotel near international airport. I did not note down the registration number of the car.
                                      I registered a complaint 2-3 hours later on same day in Agnipada police station after trying to reach my cell # several times and no body responded. I have taken the matter to Taxi Union office as well, who tried to help me but in vain. The indica was driven by a youth (25-30 yrs), apparently from north india (he took a couple of calls in between on his cell phone while driving/waiting at signals). Only thing I remember about that cool cab was that it's steering was a little too noisy while turning. Please suggest if its possible to track it in anyway.

                                        sir/madam, the data that i try to receive from other mobile phone via bluetooth does not go to my memory card rather it goes to the phone memory and sometimes when the data is more than say about 5mb the opration fails.kindly let me know as to how i may be able to receive this data. i have nokia 6300 handset with 1gb memory card.
