MY NAME IS RAMESH PAREKH, I BOUGHT NOKIA 6300 MOBILE ON 17/2/08, FROM ANTALIYA(TURKEY), WITH INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY FOR 2 YEARS, AND I KEPT THE SAME MOBILE IN MY CUPBOARD AS I HAVE OTHER MOBILE, NOW SIENCE LAST WEEK I CHECK THIS 6300 MOBILE, I RECHARGE BETTERY, BUT THERE IS NO DISPLAY ON MOBILE, ITS BRAND NEW AND NOT EVEN USED FOR 2 HOURS, . AS I HAVE WARRANTY CARD, I SEND IT TO NOKIA AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE IN NOKIA CARE, ANDHERI-KURLA ROAD, ANDHERI(EAST), BOMBAY:400072, INDIA, BUT THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE THE FREE SERVICE, AS THEY SAYS THAT I BOUGHT THIS MOBILE FROM TURKEY, SO I HAVE TO CARRY THIS MOBILE THERE FOR REPAIRS, AS THEY REPAIRS ONLY INDIAN NOKIA MOBILE, .
NOW SIR, AS NOKIA HAS BIG NAME, AND WHEN THEY WANT TO SALE THEIR PRODUCT THEY ADVERTISE EVERYTHING, AS FREE INTERNATIONAL SERVICE ETC, BUT NOW THE ACTUAL PROBLEMS COMES, THEY DIRECTLY REFUSE TO RECTIFUY THE PROBLEM WITH IN WARANTY OR GAURANTEE, IF I PAY THEIR CHARGES THEN THEY ARE READY TO REPAIRS THE SAME.
