Two days after purchase my mobile stopped Functioning but due to paucity...

I have purchased a Nokia 3500C bearing IMEI no [protected] on 27/01/2008. Within 6 months time it developed a ringing tone issue and the nokia care center replaced the speaker of the instrument.

After that again the instrument developed the same problem in the month of January 2009 and was resubmitted to Nokia Care on 13/01/2009. Afer 7-8 days I visited the nokia care to get back the instrument whose speaker was replaced...

I have purchase Nokia 3110 cell phone from the MOBILE STORE, Chembur branch on dated 13.02.09. On the second day i.e 14.02.09 I had problem (blinking) with the handset.
