    dear sir
    i was using nokia 6233 c.black from past 6 months.i have no comlpaints abt the set .but some one stole my mobile on 20/02/09 arond 3 pma to 4 pm
    imei num is [protected] .i want the same handset and have made a sincere effort to get bak the same model .to my surprise o bad luck i came to know taht its not available in the market now, , , , plz help me out i want a brand new 6233 c.black mobile phone

      hello sir,
      i bought Nokia 5610 on 8th jan 2009 ( IMEI NO.--------[protected] and product code[protected] and job sheet no[protected] / 090203 / 20 ). and since very first day it has problem .it becomes hang then display off and again after some time it becomes on, specially at the time of calling.
      i submitted it at NOKIA CARE three times but the problem is still going on .but my cell is not changed and told me that nokia never change the phone.
      now i want to know[protected]
      1. why my phone can't be changed while it has the prolem since very first day?
      2. who is responsible for the defect in phone?
      3. why customer should suffer for that economic and mental harrassment.
      4.who is responsible for wasting my time to see again and again nokia care to listen hard words and rude behave from people orking in nokia care.

        I regret to bring under your notice that i purchased Nokia 3110 classic black, on 27.06.2007 from an authorised nokia dealer
        Vinod Cell World, 632/A, Poonamallee High Road, Arumbakkam, Chennai 600 106 .(near anna nagar arch) (opp.N.S.K. Nagar Bus Stop) which has been showing technical problem regarding message option.
        The entire message option does not work when the handset is taken out of station and remains the same within station for few days and then resolves by itself.When the message option is clicked from the menu it says 'message storage memory not ready'.The inbox, outbox, create message, , drafts, sent items, saved items, delivery reports, e-mail, yahoo!go, instant messages, voice messages, info messages, service commands, delete messages, message settings entire option shows the same when clicked.
        I have got my software updated in chennai from an authorised NOKIA service centre, after which it had started functioning normally.But the problem reccurred when i had taken the handset outstation again.I have even tried by changing the sim card but without vain.Vinod Cell World has denied to accept any complaint which i had lodged regarding this issue.

        NOKIA 3110 charger — charger replacement

        Respected Sir,

        With due regards the following are brought to your kind notice & further necessary action, please:-
        1. That I have have purchased Nokia 3110 mobile one month back.
        2. My mobile charger gone out of order on 9.6.2008.
        3. That I have visited your Nokia Care Centre (Neuron technologies), Hanuman Chowk, Bathinda on 10.06.2008 at 10.00 AM, but you office opened at 10.30 AM & a Madam sitting on counter asked me that your mobile charges are out of stock and asked me to come tomorrow at 10.00 AM and collect the charger. Again I have visited to your said centre at 10.00 AM, but the office again opened at 10.30 AM and some body named Bunty sitting on counter misbehaved with me and not replaced the charger on the plea that chargers are not in stock and given me receipt No.099 Dated 11.06.2008 with directions to come on Saturday.
        It is not look like that Mr. Bunty will give me charger on Saturday also.
        It is therefore requested that necessary instructions may please be passed on to the said centre for doing the needful . Your said centre may also asked to start working at 10.00 AM, so that we/people can also attend their office at time.
        It is also brought to your kind notice that if my charger is not replaced, I am forced knock the door of consumer court.

        NOKIA 3110 — replacement of handset

        I had purchased a Nokia 3110 in sep-2007 and found it faulty on 1st january-08 and deposited the same at the nearest nokia care at Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar. After one day gave me and then after 15 days the same problem arised and deposited and they repaired and this process continued for the 4th time within May-08 but they failed to repair and lastly they swapped the set by an old used set. My question is that "whether my set will be replaced by a new set or an old used one? My original set was a new set . But I was replaced by an used old set. Their answer is that it is given by the company. We can't do any thing. I had a talk with the customer care and she told me that you can't be replaced by a new one but by an old one.Such type of answer from a reputed world famous company is not expected and also regreted me a lot. My question: Why I should not be replaced by a new set? Hope to get your answer as soon as possible.

          Hi,

          Since I need to convey a regression regarding Nokia set model 5700, I have problem with my set at the first new start itself..

          Problem description:
          1 . Hanging problem since from first use & twisting modes are not working properly.
          2 . When phone is turned into camera mode again keypad does'nt works & behaves in funny way.
          3 . When camera in use the potrait will be inverted as defualt.
          4 . When I uses set it flashes and restarts automatically in irregular interval.
          5. Restore factory settings is not working. (Not accpeting default password to restore which i never changed.)

          Hence forth I have consulted the service center before warranty period expries..

          Present warranty: Expired

          Consulted three times at two different authorised service centers.
          once at Nokia care in Pali-Marwar (Rajasthan)

          and twice in Mysore (Karnataka) at Nanies Enterprises authorised service center of Nokia (ASC No. 036_434038),

          First time visit to service centre Nanies Enterprises, jaylakshmi arcade, mysore - as per the sevice center executives, I have been informed that at present they are incapable of offerring service as per the problem so they need to send it across to chennai head office service center { total days spent on first to get the first sevice 30-35 days} but still with in one month the same problem arised again.

          Second time visit to service centre in Pali Marwar (Rajasthan) with same problem { total days spent on to get the second sevice was about 20days} stil problem not solved again within 5days the problem arised.




          During the running behind process for my Nokia set. my warranty period is washed away with the trust built up by the Nokia. Third time again visited to service center Nanies Enterprises, jaylakshmi arcade, mysore - regarding above mentioned problem as usually they told that they are unable to repair the set and have to send it again to head office that is chennai. still having faith in Nokia sign I agreed which ever estimated amount they asked (1500 to 2000/- Rs.) and agreed for time limit of 15 days to repair after the committed time over I enquired about set they requested for 10 days more, again I agreed next time when I called, they told that still they want a week time and again I agreed. It was abt 35 to 40 days(since I gave my mobile on 24th dec and got it back on 31st Jan) but still when I went to service center that lady executive told that set is still not repaired and you will get it with in 3-4 days, I forced them let me give my set back then she told like it have not been came from chennai some three time she went inside the repairing chamber to consult his incharge when I told them that I am going to complaint about your service center and will make it a issue, immediately she brought my mobile frm the same chamber (as I was suspecting that they have not sent it to head office chennai) and was telling like sorry I forgot it have been came some 2 days before... How irresponsive people are sitting under the sign of Nokia...? or they are playing with customers….? I tried to talk with service center head of the same but first he was not ready to talk with me, then I called to nokia care line and reported complaint against service center but still no response frm Nokia... till todays date. I spoke to Nokia care line customer care executive and they told like they are unable to repair this set... as its part and the production of the same is stopped, means Nokia will not service their own products after stopping production of any particular set? how irresponsible reply was it... and The language was used by the service center Manager was not explainable since not feeling to visit again and again round.

          And the worst thing is that I checked jobsheet status over internet and they finished my call with in two days...(24th dec to 26th dec) and in really they took 40 days. and one more thing is that they told me like they are trying to resolve the problem, but when I got my cell back the phone memory was as it is mssgs, contacts, downloaded applications everything.. means they haven't even touched my mobile and I was in faith that they are doing hard for my cell...


          I am iterated totally.. should Igo ahead and buy the set of NOKIA once again in my life, or make others to say regarding the service they have provided.


          NOKIA Service center itself is saying we are incapable of offering sevice to our own products and we are the coustomer and the language used to us was unexpalainable.

          even after informing to NOKIA CARELINE regarding the same they are telling the same thing we are incapable of doing service to Nokia model 5700.


          now what's the use of Nokia service after all Nokia phones are not getting proper service. Un qualified Un skilled irresponsive people are sitting under the sign of Nokia at Nanies Enterprises An authorised service center of Nokia in mysore(karnataka).


          now I dont know how to put down the pen to whom.

          any explanation from your side ??????????????

              but i will have to clear it by going to giving the amount of 22, 000/- rupees to custome clearance... to receive my parcel...

                i brought nokia 2505 handset from haji ali Reliance Web World, on 20th nov 08, within 24 hrs i found that cell phone have network, handsfree and even battery proble, when i went to that web world Mr.Rafi Manager of that web world told us to go to nokia service centre that is in lower parel,

                PROBLEM:
                since i have puchased it, i m encountering a strange problem that my phone gives a report of "mobile is switched off " to anyone who calls me. although my phone is switched on and shows all the horizontal lines of battery,even then it gives the message of "mobile switched off" to the person calling me.

                this problem keeps on persisting till i make an outgoing call from my nokia mobile. once i make an outgoing call. this problems succumbs. but when i do not make an outgoing call even for 1 hour my mobile again goes back to " switched off state " although i can clearly see that my phone is switched on.

                nokia dealer in bhopal admits this problem.they have asked me to send my mobile to mumbai for testing for about 10 days.i m using a reliance cdma network. i am highly frustrated because it is not a GSM phone where we can change the sim and send the phone for testing. i get all my official calls on this nokia 2505, reliance cdma phone.

                kindly reply me urgently , else might have to take the help of consumer forum because i have faced illegitimate remarks from my seniors for switching off the phone when in reality i never came to know when the phone started giving " switched off " message..

                i m your loyal customer i have nokia N-72. It never gave me any trouble.but please correct this problem

                  I have given my Nokia E65 to Nokia care (EDGE COM), Indranagar, Bangalore on 2-Jan-09.
                  with Job sheet number :[protected]/090102/40

                  stated that mobile will be rapired on 7-Jan-09 as recorded in Job sheet

                  I went to Nokia care on 10th jan 21st Jan and 20 Feb. All these while i just got one call from Nokia care center on 2-feb.

                  On 18th Feb I complained Nokia customer care also.

                  On 20th Feb, I had to shout to get the mobile back un repaired. My mobile was returned with more scratches.

                  The customer service of the care center folks was very bad. They were non polite and very poor language usage.

                  I am very upset with Nokia care center customer attitude and way they deal with customers.

                  Nokia mobile E 65 — Terrible service

                  I had bought a Nokia E 65 mobile phone in April of 2007. This April 2008 my phone just went dead. I handed over the phone to the Nokia care center at New Thippasandra, HAL 3rd stage. This was on 16th April 2008. I was told it will take a week. As I write this, today is 29th May 2008. I have yet to get back my phone. Whenever I follow up with them, the standard reply I get is that "it is in process". Pleading, requesting and finally shouting has given no result. The personnels are the most callous set of people I have met. I am even given an assurance that they will call back and update me but, no prizes for guessing, I get no calls. I am at my wits end at what to do now. I have even spoken to the manager to no avail. I wonder if this some kind waiting game as to who will give in first!! My phone was still under warranty but was about 2 weeks away from expiring and I wonder is this the reason they are doing nothing? They must be thinking that eventually I will give up and go ahead and buy new phone. I have held out as I have a spare phone but it is an old phone and I am thinking of giving up and buying a new one. Is there anyway to escalate this to the Nokia company itself? Any advice would be appreciated.
                  my mobile N81 had sliding problem so i gave it nokia care thippasandra on Feb 14 saturday, and they gave the job sheet and number in that job sheet the expected delivery was for next saturday, so i called up on that day whether it has got repaired or not bot they told there is no stock of that component they will fix it next week so i agreed for that but till date they are telling the same i don't know what to do please help me

                    I have bought a nokia N81 normal for 14260.00 (INR) from one of the company called HOT SPOT Naraina.


                    There was a problem with my phone so i have handed over my phone to Nokia Care Centre (Krishna Nagar) Delhi-110051 Due to some problem in the Camera function on 04th june'2008.


                    On 21st June'2008 I have received my phone and when i checked it the problem was remain same then i resubmitted the phone on 23rd june'2008 to Nokia Care Center (Krishna nagar) Delhi-110051.


                    Then Mr.Abhirav Bansal (Manager) said everytime that you will be getting your phone after 15 days or you will call on call centre number[protected] bang lore.


                    Now again i received my phone on 5th July'2008 with the same problem After i get to know the problem was same then and there i resubmitted the phone back to the same Nokia Care Center (Krishna Nagar) Delhi-110051.


                    After that i called on call centre number at least for more than 50 times and i had a word with param she said i will be getting a new phone but i am still waiting for that. Abhirav Bansal (manager) Nokia care Center told me that I am trying to give you N81 8GB Mobile phone wait for few days, it’ll be revert in one week and please don’t tell this to any boby in his office and said don’t call to call center Number.

As I was unaware of the technical fault. i went to Prisol(where i purchased my mobile).But they asked me to approach Nokia Authorized service centre. I approached the circuit world Nokia service centre and talked about the fault, and i gave my number to them to contact me if need. They free serviced my mobile because of my warranty period, and gave it to me within two weeks. After that service, i came to know that my mobile had one another problem. It started to restarts every time whenever i tried to access camera. Due to my heavy schedule I was not able to give the phone to service center suddenly .then I was able to give the phone only after three weeks I was told that it was due to the software problem in the mobile by the service people. For a period of two weeks, i had not been informed anything by them. So I was frustrated and asked them about my mobile. They sweared that they would give my mobile next morning, but instead they sent my mobile to Bangalore Head office.After two weeks waiting, i went there to collect my mobile. But they gave me a shock by saying “your mobile has got wet by you”. But that isn't true. I knew that i hadn’t dropped my mobile into water. While giving to them my mobile was working well and now it is dead completely.

                        I have mentioned the fault clearly in the job sheet that the problem only was the mobile restart on the camera mode, which was filled and also ensured by your executive Mr.Tamilselvan. So I argued them and they asked me to wait for ten minutes for software updation but nothing solved.Ocne again they sent it to Bangalore head office. Two weeks waiting again, but with new fault this time called "Strip problem", and asked me to pay Rs 600.I dint know really actually what the problem is and how many two weeks a customer has to wait for a service. As farmore tolerenced guy as i am, i waited. But with no result and no response. Again they asked me to contact customer care after that I spent two days to catch the customer care representative on which I spent around Rs100 to contact a customer care person. Then I had catched Mr.Ramesh on line on 14.11.2008 2.22 Pm.He said I have registered your complaint and I will forward your complaint to our head office now itself. And also he ensured that you will get the feedback by 18.11.08 and again I called to customer care on 18.11.2008 this time I spent around Rs25. I didn’t get proper response from customer care and again no result and i had been doing this again and again and again. I know it may be bit confusing to you. What I gotta do? It’s all because of your careless customers care. The comedy is that they still asking me Rs.600 for that strip problem, which has not been mentioned in your dumb job sheet. (For your notice).Whatever it is,

                        I need positive response from you within a week, else meet you in consumer court. It’s not a threatening and I believe that it would be solved before it got escalated.

                            i hv purchase Nokia 3110 c Graphite from kullu city in Himachal Pradesh on 15/08/2008
                            IMEI [protected]. last week it automatically switch off, i bring it to NOKIA CARE
                            CENTER situated at Distt. KULLU ( H.P. ).next day they return it to me and it shows signal problem, i again submitt it same day, after 2 days it function for atleast 5 hours and again shows same signal problem.Now they refuse to repair it again, Now i m in situation to pay a heavy amount to repair it at market. pls sugeest me what can i do with Nokia Care Center Kullu. i m goin to register a case to consumer court against Nokia Care Center Kullu...

                              Sir,

                              With high degree of regret, I wish to inform you that The nokia care service centers are in a pathetic state to help out the needy ones.

                              From day 1, my nokia 3600 which i bought in august 2008, has been giving huge amount of problems.I entrusted your services and quality and that is why i was reluctant to buy any other company's phone.i have spent around over Rs.10, 000/- upon my phone and its been giving a high amount of problems uptill now and its just been 6 months to its purchase.

                              It's hardware problems which involve swtich on off button, increase volume button, radio jack, display problems and software problems which include hanging problems, loss of contacts, improper working of applications, etc.. have all been taken to my nearest nokia customer care center for approximately 7-8times for repair.
                              Two times the phone has been sent to the head office and now when i applied for replacement..your service center kept my phone for around a month and even after approx. 20 phone calls, they havent helped in any state.. have not replaced it.. and instead of proper working phone or replacement, what they have provided is just a highly degraded phone.

                              Even after spending so much of money, and entrusting your services, what i have received is just the pathetic state of your customer care service centers and a highly degraded phone...which i took with such excitement and desire entrusting nokia and i havent been able to use it upto its utility since i bought it.It remains with nokia care most of the times instead of being utilized by me.

                              Finally, after getting no proper response from your agents, getting highly irritated after visiting nokia centers and calling them up so many times and before entering into consumer court formalities..etc.., i approached you online...thereby...expecting a good and an early response from you...

                              Kindly provide the replacement of my mobile, Nokia 3600.charcoal with a new nokia 3600 with the other different colour, mehroon or provide a full value return for the same.
                              Please do the needful and oblige.

                              Nokia 3600 — Variation in Call (Voice)

                              Hi, I had purchased a Nokia 3600 in April '09. Since then, it is observed that the callers voice varies i.e. the voice sounds very feeble to the receiver and regains normalcy after sometime. This variation is persistent.

                              The plight here is that that even Nokia Care is unable to solve this issue. It's more than 4 times that I have visited the Nokia care centre and as usual, I have been asked to keep the handset for a fortnight claiming that the handset needs to be send to the Delhi office for repairs. Despite the problem being persistent even after umpteen visits there is no final solution provided by Nokia Care Centre niether are they willing to replace the handset though legally the handset is under warranty period.
                              Also, during this process of repair they have damaged the panel cover with scratches on the panel display. To hide this damage they covered the panel display with a scratch guard

                              Request urgent intervention to get this resolved..

B-06434 from your shop on 02/01/2009.And it is covering warranty period of 1 year which is yet to be expire.But after some days of purchase the set went wrong .I was unable to receive correct sound frequency from the caller or whom iam calling. That means i was unable to hear other parties sound .I made it notice of your shop and it was given for service. After service i got the set after one month.But it was of no use it again went wrong arter some days.So iam requesting you kindly to take appropriate action to replace the set with other series.I have great faith and beleive on the company so only i went for the option to buy Nokia companies set.So please dont let my faith down.I shall be always thankful to you if appropriate step is taken.If the appropriate step is not taken by you then i should move for legal aid under consumer protection Act.

                                  This is purely an issue with handset (hardware). Phone is getting switched off automatically without any notice I have given to nokia authorized service center (twice without resolution) they always blame on memory card or something else).
                                  After sales nokia does not care for issues. Today also I wasted my half of the day in customer care center without any resolution.
                                  The person who repaired is promised me that it would work fine as he updated software (Even though I clearly told him software update will not fix my issue as it is already done twice)
                                  He also gave his personal mobile number. He told me to give a call back if issue reappeared. But he never picked my call after that.

                                  Same issue has been explained to nokia customer care center 30303838.
                                  Looks like even they will not be able to help. Every time we call we get different people to talk. Need to repeat entire story from the beginning.

                                  Please help us peoples who are suffering like this.

                                  Nokia N-73 Music Edition Mobile — Problem in Mobile, No Consumer Support from Company

                                  I Mr. Haresh E. Jaiswal, Purchased a Nokia N-73 Music Edition Mobile from Nokia Priority Dearler, Jalna (Maharashtra).

                                  1. While opening camera flap, it doesnt start the camera and directly goes to settings menu
                                  2. While Dialing a number from phone book, it doesnt dial the number
                                  3. But if i restart the phone, then it works fine for some hours and same problem arise after 2 or 3 hours.

                                  after realising such problems i went to nokia priority dealer and show him all the problems i am facing, but he just cant listen what i am saying, and he tell me to goto Nokia Care.

                                  then i went to Nokia Care, Jalna (Mh). - (its Sunny Enterprises, Jalna). and handover my handset to them on 27-Aug-2007. since then there is no positive serivice from there.

                                  Nokia N-73 — Useless phone

                                  My name is Divya Bhatia and I am a reporter in Magazine. I have purchased Nokia N-73 from Sounds & Image, Jail Road, Hari Nagar, and New Delhi.I have paid INR 19,700, for the sameWithin 3 months the set was having hanging problems; switch off problems, screen problems and many such problems. The phone was sent to Nokia Customer care 5 times at East Patel Nagar. Every time I receive the set after a week and I have been assured that from now there will not be any problem in the phone. However my problems and tensions didn’t end there. Finally at the fifth time, they had given a new phone to me as the old set was not repaired. And now within two days the new phone too has the same problem. The phone has not yet completed a year. Infact Nokia dont care about their services or customers feed back. There customer care executives misbehaves with the customer.

                                  I have registered the case, but heard from many people that no result comes out. The case get pending for years. How can I ensure that the case will be solved in time and the outcome should give me justice.

                                  Nokia / N73-Music Edition — Phone given for Repair Nokia is not returning it back 2 months now.

                                  I bought a cellphone of Nokia model N73 Music Edition(IMEI:[protected]), on 06th of June 2007, at a price of INR 17, 750. with a warranty of 1year.
                                  On 08th of Feb 2008 I found that the camera button of my handset is not functioning its not clicking the photos, so I visited the Nokia Care centre (authorised service centre) named Planet Cell, D.P. Road Aundh Pune - 411007. to get it checked and resolve the issue, the engineer checked the handset and said we will have to send it to the higher level dept. and they will check it and also told me that if they will find that its a mechanical fault then it will be repaired but if its a physical damage then I will have to pay the cost, I agreed to that and submitted the phone, for which they gave me a jobsheet no.[protected]/080128/8, and told me it will take 10-15 days. after 15 days i got a call from them to collect my handset, I went to Nokia Care to get the handset, there they told me that my handset was not repairable and as it was a mechanical fault during warranty, so they are giving me a fresh handset (1st time), I took that phone with a exchange note(which contains my Original handset IMEI Number and the IMEI:[protected] of the fresh phone) and started using it, but within 24hrs o[censored]sage I noticed that the phone is consuming complete battery within 2-3 hours, whereas my Original phone used to give 3 days of battery backup, I again visited the Nokia Care centre and complained about it, the engineer again checked it and told me that they will again send it to the higher level dept. when I asked him how come a fresh handset can malfunction like this, then I got to know a new thing that by fresh handset Nokia doesn't means a new phone the term they use is Swap which means they have replaced my phone as it was not repairable with another phone from their re-engineered or re-furbished stock( it was a shock to me) he asked me to re-submit it and I did the same as I had no other option, he gave me another (new) Jobsheet no.[protected]/080304/22, I aksed him to Re-open the previous Jobsheet as it was one of the option in the jobsheet in case its a repeat issue, but he excused saying that the old one was closed the moment you got a swap unit, and now the problem is with the battery consumption, I had no other option than go according to them. Then again it took 15 days to get the handset back, this time I was more careful as my trust was broken, I went to receive the handset they told me that they have again Swap(2nd time IMEI:[protected]) the handset as the one they gave me before was not repairable, when I took the handset in my hands it was not the right feel that I got, I found that the paint was chipped off and the buttons were all loose, in total physical condition was totally bad, people at Nokia Care said you take it as of now and in a couple of days they will arrange a new body(which never happened), but again after using it for 2 days I found that it has some problem if my call outgoing or incoming any calls duration goes beyond 2-3 minutes the phone makes some noises and restarts itself, also goes off anytime, as usual complained about it on 16the March 2008 at Nokia Care (planet cell-Nokia Authorised service centre) the engineer again repeated the same steps sent it to the higher level dept. on 18th March 2008 jobsheet no.[protected]/080318/3 and now they said that they are arranging for a swap(3rd time) handset because the problem with handset is not repairable, this time it will take 4-5 days more than the usual time.

                                  I hope after reading the details you must have got the idea that how Nokia is playing with me. They just have a fake Warranty policy. My Original handset for which I have paid them Rs.17, 750/- they had replaced without taking my consent saying that it was under warranty and this is the policy we have, we dont waste time asking the customer before swapping(words of Mr. Yogesh Sharma - Pune Retail Operations Executive), now when I ask to give me my original handset back they says that its not possible, everytime they give me a faulty repaired handset. PLEASE HELP !!!


                                  I have lost all my valuable information like my phonebook due to irresponsible handling by the engineer at Nokia Care, I asked him to please take a backup of my phone memory to the memory card before sending it to the higher level dept, and he said its done but when I checked the memory it has no backup and the handset was already gone. So I lost all my information which was very very important for me.

                                  Since 9th of February I dont have my handset its been 1 Month and 20+ days now so you can understand how much loss I have to bear.

                                  I have lost my time, my money, plus I have unnecessary tension, everyday I have to call them to please give me a solution but only reply we are arranging a swap handset for you it will take 4-5 days, other than this we cant do anything, we cant speed up the process, you will have to wait, No satisfactory answer nobody is ready to take any responsibility when I asked that what is the guarantee that this time the swap handset you will give me will work fine because the previous two didn't work(cause they were repaired) whereas you said we only give swap handsets after checking them properly after keeping them under observation and quality checks, the reply I got is that no guarantee you will have to check once you get it back and if you face any problem again come back to the Nokia Care centre and submit it we will again arrange for a swap unit, I dont know what they are upto and what do they mean by warranty. If I ask to provide me any escalation point or I want to speak with a senior and responsible person they says we cant give you any information about Managers at Nokia.

                                  Finally I had to call your Singapore office and Finland office from where I got some contact numbers but they are also silent - Its a request to kindly give me back my original handset I dont need any support from Nokia.
                                  I am also using N73 since last one year and at least thousands of time I think I should throw this handset and I bought it at RS 21500/-. This is the worst handset I ever seen. Lots and lots of problems are there with this handset. I also just you people not to go for Nokia or at least Nokia N series.

Till today I have not received my handset after duly repaired or status of my handset. After so many telephone and even visit to Center, I have not received any proper response from the center.

                                  You are requested to kindly look into the matter and if the handset could not be repaired, please provide me new handset.

                                  With due respect, i want to say that i purchased Nokia N-73 in the month of October 2007. After 5 days the battry was very hot and it switched off many times. then i showed to Nokia care at Kohat. They suggested to show to East Patel nagar office.
                                  Then the problem came in camera, it ws so loose that it always causing problem in clicking the pics.
                                  Then the problem came in messeges. The messeges were not coming and after sometime they started coming bt not opening.
                                  Nw the problem came in software. The photoes wer all converted in virus..i dont knw and all have gone. They were so important for me.

                                  I have showed to nokia care in rohini. and again when i received the camera is not getting opened.
                                  Please sir, its a request that kindly see the problem of mine and if it can be replaced it is better for me.
                                  Phone is either with nokia care or with me lying idle. i am not able to use it properly.
                                  Even the joystick is also not working after 2 months of purchase.

                                  i have purcheshed N73 on 7/11/2007 and from this i have given 6 times for bad sound effect in your service center at shree communication at matre bridge pune but i have not get handset replacement and propoer sound quality.
                                  Nokia Service is a crap.
                                  You ask them questions, they will either not answer it, or they will give some other answer or they will say they can't do anything about it.

                                  nokia people, they don't know what are the terms of warranty, they don't know a thing about customer satisfaction and they don't care if the money you spent is wasted.

                                  nokia has one policy, sell sub-standard phones and then deny customer any service. have you noticed the customer is not heard, the calls of customers are not escalated, the customer is never given the right information, what are these policies???

                                  wake up people, all those who have experienced problems with their handsets, file a case in consumer court, and whosoever misbehaves could be directly named in separate lawsuits. Easy way to file a case is through the following site http://www.icrpc.org/icrpc.org.procedure.htm. Cost of filing the case is 250 - 200 Rs, and the rest they will take care for you.

                                  about Mr Yogesh Sharma, retail/repair opearations executive, he will talk to you as if he is your boss, I think he gets his salary from the purchases made by us, the customers, and he thinks he rules over you.

                                  If you happen to get a call from him or wish to call him then be prepared, he will provoke you into a confrontation. I wonder if nokia is recruiting people from the pune mental hospital. This guy, he is super fighter, he will call you, will fight with you, u ask him what are the terms of warranty, he says it is written in the user manual, u ask him which page number, he will say, he doesn't know, will tell you later, then he will pick up a fight with you, and then he has to never answer. i[censored] don't want to answer his call, he will call u again and again till u pick up the phone, then u disconnect, he will call u again.

                                  Friends, please send him get well soon messages.

                                  Senior management is either non existent in the company or they don't care, anyways phones are selling and we are fools who are buying them.

                                  want to stop this menace, then stop buying nokia phones, there are other good alternatives available, Sony gives really good service, my experience with Sony World and Sony service center is extremely good. Also friends their phones are really good. Even Motorola phones are way better.

                                  This is to inform you that My Nokia N 73M was malfunctioned three times within the warranty period At first fornt camera doesnot work within one month of purchase which was then handed over the care centre and then they repaired .After few months, my phone automatic switch off and i again handed over the same to Care Centre which they said that it was virus affected and they flash the phone and then it is working for few weeks and again same problem arise i again deposited the same in care centre and after one and half months they returned my phone with the condition not to use the memory card initially but in course of repairing they damaged my navigating key and as such i refused to accept the phone and they them to get the navigating key ok.Moreover, the dealer take from me extra Rs 500 in the name of software installation at the time of purchase and after that he inform me to load some mp3 files since all kind of software are available in the phone just fool me and take money.I am very much upset with the working of the Silchar Nokia Care Centre and with the behaviour of the Dealer

                                  My phone restart again and again while calling sometimes. I told this problem to NOKIA CARE Sector 22, Chandigarh. They told some hardware problem and they have fixed it. But nothing is fixed till now. I've given my mobile set 5 times to repair but it is wasted totally.

                                  Nokia N73 Music edition switches off automatically, even though the battery is full, in a day for more than 15 times i have to switch on my nokia N73 Music edition mobile phone, which switches off automatically with out any notice, this is causing me major problems, i am missing out important calls, i have spent around 13500/- rupees on purchasing nokia N73 Music edition, brand new box piece form e-zone in Gopallan Mall, Mysore road Bangalore. I am having the bill for the same. Any body please let me now what the solution for this problem, as i have spend around 13500/- rupees, this defects occurs even if you are keeping your mobile in your pocket, with out performing any operation, when you take out your mobile from your pocket to check the time or to make a call, you see that your Nokia N73 Music edition mobile phone switched off, which is irritating very much, please raise a voice against nokia N73 Music edition phone and seu this company in the consumer court.

                                  I had purchased N73 Music ( IMEI :[protected], Battery – 605081) from Nokia AUTHORISED DELEAR but I was facing some problem with this handset, battery was drained automatically and phone was getting switch off .therefore I had given the handset to Nokia care center at Lower parel Mumbai. And they had returned the hand set saying it is repaired and there was some problem with battery so they replaced battery but in actual problem was not solved. Within one year of warranty period total 4 times I had given the handset to NOKIA CARE but every time they return the hand set without clearing the problem. But one thing I would like to point out, that is after warranty get expired when I had again given the handset to Nokia Care this time they accept that THIS HAND SET IS NON – REPAREABLE. And answered that they are helpless because warranty is over.

                                  After all this again I had purchased new N73 Music ( IMEI : [protected]) from Authorised shop but again I am facing same problem even in this handset . in the month of July 2009 I had given the hand set to Nokia care and again this time they answered the same as earlier. And ask me to replace the Battery. But even after changing battery ( Worth Rs. 550/-) I am facing the same problem. Again I had submitted my hand sent wide Job sheet no.[protected]/090926/61. This time I hope it is repaired.

                                  I HAD PURCHASED NOKIA N73 TWO TIMES WIHIN LAST 1 ½ YEARS considering brand name ( 1ST Handset at RS. 16118/- AND 2ND at RS. 12800/-)

                                  Is there any value of peoples money who purchase your brand expecting proper after sale services ?

                                  Are Nokia Care peoples are waiting for warranty expiry date ? so that they can charge for there services ?

                                  Nokia N73 — Accessory (CAMERA) not working after served by NOKIA CARE

                                  I had given my mobile N73 model for repair of defect in my handset charging point and to upgrade software of my mobile to authorised NOKIA Care center on 07.12.2009 and I got delivery of the same on the same day and I was asked to check the mobile whether the complaint is ressolved or not. and accordingly I have checked that charging point was OK. After few days i.e. on 11.12.2009 I have found that the CAMERA flap is not working and I have asked NOKIA CARE TEAM for the same but they have denied that you had to check at the time you had received your product and because I dont had problem before for CAMERA how can I check so I hadnt check camera.

                                  Kindly lodge my complaint and do the needful as they are dening to accept it.

Now they are saying that Nokia has stopped the production of N-73 you can take any other handset. When i said them to replace it with N-79, Care Center manager Mr. Charanjit Singh demanded Rs. 5000/- for replacing my handset with N-79. now he is demanding Rs. 3000/-. Is it the policy of Nokia to harass a customer. I have called so many times at Gurgaon Corporate office also but all in vain. Now i will lodge a case of Mental harrassment against Nokia and also will demand for Rs. 100000/- for compensation.                                   I am very sorry to say - The service Nokia is providing are worse than the Government Service.. It is not satisfied the consumer but you are forcing the consumer.

                                  I have not taken the replacement handset from the Nokia Care RT - Nagar, and I will not take until I Get a New one,

                                  If Nokia is not taking this seriously, I should go through the proper channels. I will be wanting a acknowledgement from the Nokia Care on the letter.. (which has the same thing written) and we take it to the consumer Court. Also if I don’t get a reply within 2 days I will start sharing the same in the websites. Blogs.. Etc.. And beware ppl on the nokia and the service of the Nokia.

                                  I have purchased new handset nokia express music 5130 during the month of june 2010, but i regret to inform that it has poor service this phone does not work from the very beginning, i didnt understand why it has poor service, please register my complaint and replace my handset.



                                  I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.



                                  since the then time the mobile set is hanged problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.



                                  I REQUEST U TO REPLACE MY HANDSET BECAUSE I M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF NOKIA EXPRESS MUSIC EVEN FOR A SINGLE DAY.                                   n-73 — Bad Service with Nokia Service Centre : Thane

                                  I had a very serious complaint regarding my handset N-73,
                                  On 15 Mar I visited Nokia Service Centre at Thane Add: Jain Building, Nr Tembhi Naka, Thane West, the very first day they checked my battery and confirmed to me that battery is good condition and problem with the handset, they kept the handset for nearly 2 weeks and they called me saying your handset is ok and you can take the delivery, after taking the delivery with in the span of 1 hour it got restarted for nearly 5-6 times and 2-3 times switchoff, again I have to hand over the handset to the centre for further observation. Again after a week they called me saying you cell is repaired you can take it but this time I checked in the service centre itself and same problem exist, after some time they are giving me the diplomatic answer as “Your battery is faulty” this is ridiculous on the part of Nokia that after 20 days they are giving me such an childish answser,
                                  It is clear that they could not repair my cell and they are giving me such an excuse I took the mob with me and check with my friend cell , I inserted my battery in his handset N-73 and to my surprise it was working fine for 2 days with out any problem (No switchoff /Restart)

                                  Due to work schedule I was out of Bombay for 4 months and that was reason I could not get in touch with you guys, Can some one please look in to the issue on high priority

                                    Hi..

                                    When I remove and then insert my sim card and trying to Switch it on, but all in vain. It is switching on. It just give blinking of Nokia logo.

                                    Just tell me what kind of problem it is. Is there necessary to format the mobile handset?

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I and my family have been a Nokia customer from the last 9 years now and it has been a smooth journey. But the experience and services which I have got with my Nokia N82 are not very pleasant.

                                      I bought this Nokia N82 phone on 31st may 2008 from your Nokia priority outlet in Jorhat. And after just 3 months it was having problems with the display. There used to be multiple lines on the display and I had to take the battery out or sometimes I had to remove the memory card. The problem would solve but only temporarily and because of this repeated removal of memory card the MMC cover of the phone also got broken.

                                      Then I submitted my phone at Nokia Care centre at Gurgaon on 26th September 2008. I got the phone back on 10th October 2008 and they told me that the display has been changed. I checked the phone and everything was fine. On 12th October 2008 I left for my job in Nagaland and after a few days the same Display problem resurfaced.
                                      After some days I was not able to open the Messages option in my phone, the Bluetooth was not functioning, only one of the two Speakers was working and the phone was Hanging very frequently.

                                      I again submitted my N82 in your Nokia Care centre in Jorhat on 2nd January 2009, and explained all the issues to your Customer Care executive. The Executive at first was not ready to accept the phone as the MMC cover was broken, and it took a lot of effort (and it includes speaking with one of your executives in Nokia Care, Guwahati) in explaining to them that the MMC cover got broken because I was forced to remove the memory card very frequently because of the display problem. Finally they accepted the phone but only after I gave them in writing that the MMC cover was missing at the time of submitting the phone to Nokia care. I was told that I will get my phone back within 25 days. The same day I had to purchase a new phone and I again went back to the same Nokia Priority Centre in Jorhat and bought a Nokia1650.

                                      After 25 days I called at nokia Care Jorhat and they gave me 1 week’s time. I called after 1 week and they gave me another week’s time. I finally got a call from nokia care on 17th February 2009. I went to Nokia Care, Jorhat on 18th Feb 2008 and checked my phone. The first thing I checked was messages and guess what!! The messages option was still not working. The Bluetooth also was not working and only one of the two speakers was working. The display seemed to be fine but I was not sure.

                                      So sir after 1 and half months in Nokia care if the phone comes back with the same problems what should a customer like me assume. Also the contacts, previous call data and the photos were intact in the phone memory. This shows that the phone was not even restored to factory settings. When I asked these questions to your Nokia care Executive in Jorhat they had no answers. They spoke to their counterparts in Guwahati but the answers were not satisfactory.

                                      Then I spoke with the Executive in Guwahati and he told me that if the Bluetooth and speaker are still not working then I had to submit the phone again. They will try to repair and if its not repairable it may be replaced but I had to bear the cost of the Broken MMC cover and it will take a minimum of 1 month’s time. I agreed for that and submitted the phone again on 18th February 2009.

                                      Sir I had already waited for almost 45 days and the results are zero. Now again they have given me 1 month’s time. I had spent 19, 500/- rupees on this phone and I am not getting the value for my money. And is it justifiable if I had to pay for the missing MMC cover which was broken due to the problems in the phone itself.

                                      So it’s a humble request that you look into this matter and resolve it as early as possible.

                                        I submitted my mobile in nokia care in last bebruary in first week in NOKIA care center (MICRNAS TELECOM C-4, SECTOR 2, NOIDA UP)with the problem of display only i was charged for RS. 1409/- this prob, but when ideleverd my moble there were a lot of probs in the phone keypad, ringer prob, kack oc network week incoming video recordin, audio recording than i resubmitted my mobile. They delverd the mobile me, but the phone was not working properly and i submitted the mobile one again, between this the IMEI NO nubber changed, they told me NOKIA chand this no. If nokia did this han ok i want a proper documet and reply on my email add. last weak they call me to collect the phone but i went there, it happen many times the manager of the center making me fool and the they misbehave with me that do all that what can do where can you complaint. Your customer care manager named AKASH and ANTRIKSH making me fool since last 1.5 months. sir told me what i do is the process of nokia to bother a customer, is the sigle custmer is not important for nokia.
