i have recieved a message in the bahamas saying your mobile number has won 415, 000.00 pounds in the ongoing nokia uk promo claims email nokiainc(a)live.ca & call[protected]

i have received msg form nokia saying congratulation your mobile no has won 385, 000/- pounds in the on going nokia mobile uk promotion for claims call[protected] & [protected]@live.com

please advise me

Nokia — stolen mobile complaint lodged on 30.10.09 but not yet done any thing by the police

And done FIR in roorkee ganga nahar police station on 30.10.09,they send me to S.O.G ranipur ,HARIDWAR where i have submitted the formalities to find out my cell phone. Nokia — NOKIA CARE not able to diagnose and resolve

My Nokia N 79 gets heated while talking and surfing. I put up the problem to Nokia Care and have deposited the handset 5 times since Feb 2010. My phone is still under warranty and will be at least till OCT 2010. After so many submissions, my problem still persists.

Does the company don't know how to repair or they don't want to???

Nokia — Faulty Mobile

Hi ,

Iam one of the fedup customer of Nokia. I'ce purchased Nokia N-97 Mini of Rs.24,000 in Jan 2010 & after purchasing this mobile i've made one of the biggest mistake of my life.

You name the problem & this phone have it.

It hangs , It restart automatically , display goes off , battery is totally faulty & overheats continiously , data gets deleted automatically , sounds goes of without any reason.

I've showed this phone 7 times to nokia care & they don't have any solution to my problem. Please tell me what is my mistake , I think i've made the mistake of trusting nokia brand & spending huge Rs 24,000.

Iam not getting any solution anywhere & in lack of this iam forced to take legal action. Iam writing this mail to you in hope of getting any response from you guys.

Please facilitate to either get my phone rectified or issue me new phone & if both options are not possible then please give my money back.

Today i've been to nokia care & again they have taken my phone for 1 week to investigate . My Job Sheet number is[protected]/100724/3.
