Nokia C5 - 00w. Grey — Display got affected

Dear,Sir / Madam,

I have purchased NOKIA C5-00W.Grey Mobile Handset on 06.08.2010 at Scholar Stationers , Gar Ali ,Jorhat, Assam.
All of a sudden its display Got affected on 20.08.2010 which I noticed in the morning.
I had contacted The Nokia Care Centre at Jorhat, the owner of the service center refused to give the service in warranty period stating that it is a physical damage. I would like to bring to your notice that my Mobile Handset is very much Intact, not broken from outside.
I dont know the reason why the DISPLAY GOT AFFECTED.
The Display got damaged within the span of 15 days after purchasing the Mobile Handset.

nokia N86 8mp — battery not working

Nokia — Disappointment with my New N97 mini-Service and Deliverability

Hi All,
It give me great disappointment to write this email to Nokia, As I have been one of the great lover of Nokia phone and have been using it for more then a decade now, But it seem as Nokia is getting older into the smart phone market in India it service are getting bad like all the other competitors and it seem there is not escape for the customer.

I have brought a new N97 mini not even 10days back and have already visited Nokia care center twice. This phone has given me all sort of problem which are un repairable by your customer service and all they can say as a solution is that it need a reset. I fail to understand that how can a phone reset fix up all these issues. Infact when I spoke to the supervisor at Nokia care Lajpat Nagar(New Delhi) she also confirm phone as something really wrong. Now I don’t want a 10 days phone to be open from all the ends when its under warranty.

Major Issue
• Network Issues
o Frequent call drop
o No Network signal where are other phones show full signal strength
• Motherboard issues
o Phone hang up on open any application and even phone book
o Automatically get switch off
• Internet Issue
o WIFI get disconnected
o WIFI connected but internet not working
• Others
o Phone doesn’t not ring at times when an income call is received
o People on the other side complaint to me about bad voice quality

Above are few issues which are which are totally fatal and I am sure can’t be repaired just by a software update or phone reset. Do let me know if you think you have any permanent solution to fix these issues.

As per Nokia policy and my understanding as a old customer of Nokia phones, any phone which has so many issues to which Nokia as no complete fix and is within first 15 days is replaced with a new phone. But it seem that Nokia customer service is either making fool of the customer or trying to escape the cooling off period.

I would appreciate if someone at nokia care center or sales and service center could provide a solution or get my handset replaced at the earliest.

PS- With the medium of this email, I am informing Indian Consumer complaint form, I would wait for a action on this till 27th Aug 2010 otherwise would take a serious action.

Hi my name is dinesh.my mobile no is [protected]. I by n73 mobile 10 month ago i am facing problem of mobile very very slow since 5 month, when massage come its takes more than 30 second to open sometimes not showing anything, some time suddenly i got miss coll but phone not ringing and even vibrate, my phone is always at general mode . all are complaint that i am not receiving calls .I show the mobile at nokia service centre of vile Parle 2 times but still same they done formatting of mobile that time i loss my contacts, it’s very difficult without contacts. Then i take mobile to lower pale nokia gallery they also done formatting of mobile and memory card, but the problem still same, now i have only one month to finished the warranty .at warranty period three times i repaired my mobile but still not repaired .when i will be happy with my nokia mobile .if the problem of handset please tell me i will change it .This type of service is not good for your Nokia client. Nokia market value is very good .please do not break it .and if possible give me right direction. .

I had submitted my mobile set, Nokia-6500 Slider with IMEI no. [protected] puurchased on 10/09/2010 from The Mobile Store, Shop No. 5, Leela Bhawan, Adj New Reliance Web Portal World Patiala. But due to some problem, I had submitted the mobile with NOKIA CARE, PATIALA in the month of July 2009 with a promise from Nokia Care executives that the mobile set will be repaired and delivered to you within 3 days. After the said period I visited Nokia Care Centre, Patiala for 3-4 times during which the Manager used to tell that the mobile set is still unrepaired and is under processing and told us to visit after another 2 days every time to get the possession of the repaired mobile. After about 15 days the Manager told us that the mobile cannot be repaired and it is being sent to Gurgaon- Delhi for replacement and we can get the replaced new mobile set within 15 days. But to the sorry state of affairs, the mobile phone could not be delivered to us for more than 7 months. We approached NOKIA CARE, PATIALA for innumerous times during the aforesaid period but did not get a satisfactory reply and every time it was told that the set has not come yet. The manager made several excuses and never gave satisfactory reply. It was only in the month of February 2010 that the set was finally delivered to us that too due to our initiatives and regular interactions. The harrassment and loss we suffered over 8 months can not be explained. In this regard, suitable action may be taken and we shall be adequately compensated for the loss – monetary as well as mentally suffered. Otherwise I will be forced to take up the case in the Consumer Court Forum.

I received my NOKIA Mobile set on replacement basis with IMEI no. [protected] in place of Mobile Set Nokia-6500 Slider with IMEI no. [protected] nearly in about 8 months on 5 February 2010. But again some fault has taken place in the replaced mobile and we again approached NOKIA CARE, Patiala on 10 July 2010 and told them about the problem. And also told them that we have received the mobile under SWAP in February 2010. But they again failed to give a satisfactory answer and asked for bill. When we expressed our inability to present original bill / copy of bill for our bill copy at Ranchi ( due to my recent posting and shifting of residence to Ranchi), they advised us to contact NOKIA Care, Ranchi for solution of the problem. And when we approached NOKIA Care, Ranchi ( Poddar Telecom, Ranchi) with original bill for purchase of mobile in August they told us that we should contact NOKIA CARE, Patiala for they can not entertain any request related to Patiala Nokia Care as they do not have any knowledge/documents for this Mobile Set. I told them the whole problem but they neglected the same. Rather they advised us that Warranty for the mobile set had ended on 27 July 2009 itself and did not bother or pay any attention to our request. They arrogantly said that the case be taken up with NOKIA Care, Patiala and they do not know anything and can not help us in this regard. When we said to give this thing in writing they denied to do so. So again we were harassed by your NOKIA Care Centre.

I have purchaged a mobiel nokia2700clasic on 14/12/2009 from mobiel expo kankarbagh patna.
The emei nin. of mobeil is [protected] and receipt no 1436 dated 14/12/2009. In this time a my mobiel set gets low lights from screan, so I came to nokia care dakbanla patna for solving problem in gauranty period. The machenic of nokia care told me that if I want to solve problem in gauranty you face delay minimum 10 to 30 day, problem solve quilcly after paiment of amount 800.00 for desplay changing.
I requested to machanic again and again but no answer given by him I feal measbehaving and downfall my personality by this nokia care. I came back residence. I therefore request to take a action against nokia care and solve my problem.

Nokia 3120 Handset — headset not functioning & nokia care unable to solve the problem

yesterday i submitted my nokia 3120 handset at nokia care situated at rani jhansi square nagpur. i explained all problem to them & they ready to solve it in 2 days with a nominal charge of rs. 650 which i ready to pay.
but on a very next day one of her executive call me and told that the promblem can't be solved by anybody.
i don't understand the negative approach of your engineers . this lead to doubt on the quality of engineers of nokia.if outsiders can solve the same problem in just chrarges of rs.250 then WHY NOT NOKIA ENGINEERS? although they are having all sophasticated devices.
please solve the problem as soon as possible. i TRUST on nokia.
