sir ipurchased nokia model 7210supernova handset in hubli karnataka from kamakshi shop at vidyanagar bill no 2749 dt.27.03.09.after purching my mobile started gvng me prblm .i gave to nokia care centre at glass house it park it went to bng and came after 15days but the prblm was not solved they replaced the emi number for new one.after all that the cell was sent again and again .i had sent for six time but the problem is not solved the service center commited to replace the handset for new one if prblm comes again .but the commintment was not fulfilled .plse help me to solve d prblm.my cell is in warrenty period.is the company liable to change the handset if problem arisefor more then 2 to 3 time plse help me sir

During purchasing mobile nokia representative conform that he will update the software (like pc shoot and others) in my mobile. but after purchasing he talled me our system is not working some system error is there.

after three days i visited the same shop but nokia representative not in shop upto 11.00 AM


Again i visited the shop and found the nokia representative in shop and i described all thing but he did not give the resopnse. He concetrate on new customer.

i unable to set up my personal mail due to this.

so i request you to solve the my problem.

PATHETIC NOKIA CARE SERVICE

To whoever it may concern

I gave my brand new Nokia X6 with an audio problem to nokia care (adressed A M Mobile Telecom Pvt. Ltd., 123, S. P. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata-700026, India) on 21/09/2010. Till date neither have they repaired my handset nor have they replaced it.The replacements being offered to me on 26/10/2010 were used ones & the staffs at the centre tried to convince me that they were new. They even spoke to me in a rude tone asking me on what grounds can i claim that the handsets being offered were used ones. On asking them to return my handset, the branch head (some lady) said that it had to be sent to Delhi to get the replacement handset in exchange. on 29/10/2010, i received a call from them informing me that my handset had been sent to Delhi for repair on 27/10/2010.

I must say that they are all compulsive liars because every time i went to collect my phone, they said to me that my phone has been sent to Delhi for repair.

I'm determined to take legal action against them and ask for compensation for harassing me & my family by calling us up several times during this entire period and asking us to collect my phone saying it had been repaired though it hadn't ever been.

I'm never ever going to buy a Nokia handset in future.
