Nokia 3110C — not able to listen caller's voice
It is not than 3 months I have purchased this phone, and I am facing the problem of not able to listen the caller's voice.Pls help what is the solution?

I want to bring to your kind notice that my Nokia N 72 model (purchased on 14- May-2008) developed trouble. ‘Switch on’ and ‘switch off’ used to occur automatically. For removal of this trouble I approached your authorized care center which is at Taskand Marg, near Patrika Chauraha, Allahabad today near about 12 noon. At the center one Mr. Ranjeet Kumar took my aforesaid Nokia N72 Model and went inside the shop and told the applicant to come after 2 hours so that necessary repairs be done. When I approached again after about two hour then aforesaid Ranjeet Kumar told me that the display screen and key board are out of order and they need replacement and will cost near about Rs. 2000/. When I told him that both were working accurately when I handed over the set to him for repairs, only as aforesaid, “switch on “ and “ switch off “ were creating trouble the aforesaid Ranjeet Kumar misbehaved and I was forced to leave the shop. Then, I showed the set to a private mechanic then he told that display screen and keyboard have been changed with damaged one, that is why display screen has now stopped functioning, which was in functional order when the set was handed over to aforesaid Ranjeet Kumar for showing the defect to the System Engineer at your aforesaid center.
You are, therefore requested to look in to the matter and take steps to check the aforesaid fraudulent mentality and behavior of your care center at Taskand Marg, Allahabad, otherwise customers’ confidence regarding your company will be badly and adversally effected.

I had purchase a mobile 7210 model. I found a problem on that the mouther part was not working proprly. When I call any one they can not listen my voice whereas I response their voice. I went to your coustomer care center in chandrashekharpur Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Wher in front a guy sitdown, who recive my mobile and told me come after 2 ot 3 days when I recive the sent its fine work properly. when I traied for a new number the set can not response. The keypad of the set not functioning the number basically 9, 8, &7 was not working then after I again deposited the set on the centre and backed. Till date I had not taken the set of mine.
Here the problem of mine is start up. First transaction was held without jobcard and any recipt.
One important thing to be told by me, all the thing of the nokia priority customer center taken without any recipt. Till date the centre can not returen the mobile set nor the jobsheet.
The perticular fellow of the centre is MR Pani who therten me that I am the local boy. I am hope what can I do for the mobile. Another thing is notice by me the bag of Mr pani packed with other mobile like LG, Samsung etc. The same fellow change the battry of my elder brother of Nokia 5310
I am kindly requested to you sir please help me by return the mobile set to me. I try my leble best to repair in outside other than the nokia care. I am help less.

I bought a Nokia N-82 set from a local retailer in the month of December 2008. I got defect on its LCD in the month of July28th 2009, according to the bill it is in warranty. But while reached at Nokia Care at Begusarai in Bihar I got shocked because the warranty period of the set was already expired on 27th July 2009.While according to the bill it was only six month old. Therefore it is request please change the LCD of my Nokia N-82 set. Serial number of the set is- [protected]. I am Civil Judge posted at Begusarai.
