My Nokia E 90 hand set with ESN/EMEI NO. [protected], PRODUCT CODE 0544491, is lying with your service centre at New Delhi, as informed by the local NOKIA CARE service centre, M/s. Poovath International, Banerji Road, Cochin.
Just before this, the set was sent to your Delhi service centre and returned after 24 days. Thus within a span of 90 days, the hand set was under the custody of the service centre for more than 45 days.
Kindly note that the hand set developed software and hardware problems, immediatley after purchase and the system was given to ANOTHER LOCAL NOKIA CARE SERVICE CENTRE. They also repaired it unsatisfactorily for more than 3 occasions.
You must be knowing the frequency of compaling from your ONLINE SYSTEM.
The warranty period of the product is expiring on THIS MONTH. Hence I have to doubt that your service people are DELIBERATELY PROLONGING THE MATTER FOR ESNURING THAT THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS VERY COVENIENTLY OVER, SO THAT YOU CAN WASH OFF YOUR HANDS.
In this unfortunate situation, kindly provide me the Name and address of A RESPONSIBLE PERSO OF YOUR COMPANY WHO I CAN CONTACT for getting a REPLACMENT FOR THIS PERMANENT HEAD ACHE TO ME.

I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA N-72 MODEL IN THE MONTH OF SEPT.2008 FROM PATHANKOT. SINCE THEN I HAVE A PROBLEMS OF POWER BACK UP I.E. DISCHARGE AFTER 2 TO 3 HRS. From date three i am facing problem with N85 purchased. I gave my mobile for service for more than 6 times. But my proble is not solved. I am facing problems like mobile over heating, automatic restart, USB malfunctioning, tower problem.

I gave money and repair my set. on 21st July 2009 but they no give any slip. After some days again same problem occured and i againt went to customer care service and he said ur set is wet from water and no sollution for repair. and he behave very harashment and rudly and said get out from my office. and he said why u come at my office go to other office. I feel very bad that ur company people say like that no respect of customer.
You are requested to please solve my problem and please take action against customer care service owner.

Please note that I pruchased N-81 in March 2009, and after a couple of months, I started facing problem with its keypad. The keys did not work properly so I gave my mobile to Nokia Service centre in Gurgaon. i bought the mob of nokia 1202 at the date of july 15, for Rs. 1250
from the date of purchase itself, , the mob was not good, , , whenever the mob is even in idle, , it getting restart itself and not the process is very slow, , i went to nokia service centre, and they told tat, , dis s an software problem and requested to come to a day when they given a date to receive my mob to get solved.//
but after getting the problem solved also im getting the same problemm... i went for 3 times with the same problem
but the response is SOFTWARE PROBLEM.
its not even an luxiorius mob, , its just a mob to speak and sms.. tats it.

i'm totally disheartened after purchasing N86 on 18th Jun2009 as i have been facing several problems since the beginning .Its not been even a month now.
1.firstly, the PC connecting cord is not proper.its does not swiftly enter the port .And sm times its little hard to pull it out.
2.the video recording shows sm sort of waves on the screen .
3.on th third day itself it started to hang. now it does hang sm times and even after restart.
4.The video playing many times jst gets black-out!!! theres absolutely no display????

I would like to draw your attention towards the carelessness attitude and apathy towards your customer. You will be surprised to know that Ms Deepali Dass, , my colleague purchased one 7610 Supernove on 11 Feb 2009 from your authorised store. It didnt work satisfactorily as it used to hang and some times used to drop calls etc.so she returned the same to your Nokia Micro service Centre Kalkaji, complaint no. 1-[protected] dated 2/07/09 AND 14/07/09. After keeping few weeks for repair it was returned. Again she complaint for its malfunctioning. Like that she had to come your service centre 15 times for repairs. Everytime it was promised that they will replace this set but till yesterday the same set was again handed over to her saying that this has been repaired and it will work now. The condition of the set is such that it now looks very old with lots of scratches on its body, keys are pressed probably of repeated trial and testing. Your Tech person Mr Punit replies that the set cannt be replaced as it is companys policy even though it becomes second or third hand. All this repairs shows the reliability of your repaired handset. The handling of this case in such a bad manner by such a reputed company that too by your own people. You will be surprised to know that 90% of the time this handset remained in your workshop for repair. UNDER THIS CIRCUMSTANCES HOW YOUR CUSTOMER REMAINED SATISFIED WHO HAD PURCHASED A NEW HANDSET WITH SO MUCH ENTHUSIASM. YOU SHOULD HAVE REPLACED THIS SET IMMEDIATELY WITH A NEW ONE.
