Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

sir i had some problem in my 5800 regarding display
they have not gave back me scratch guard and now they are asking me what i have proove that i had screen guard on my mobiles screen

mene nokia care "korba Chhattisgarh" me waranty ke sath mobile banwane ke liye diya tha, but chek karne ke baad shoftware ka problem bataya gaya.
this complaint regarding of badnature of shop manager Mr. Herminder, poor managment of services.no drinking water, no fans, low space and keep costumer 05-06 hrs.wait for checking only.The shop manager also using bed world with the costmur.
I own a Nokia N73 mobile phone.I notice a hell a lot of probs in my phone since the day i purchased. there is a very poor customer service. i therfore request the concerned people to lookin through the matter.
I want to bring the following information to the kind attention of Nokia Management that i purchased Nokia 6300 just 2 months back and it started developed a LCD problem. Initially there was a tiny dot on LCD screen and i observed that spot was increasing day by day. I approached Nokia Show Room in kolkata t find the possible solution but they did not cooperat with me. i later on approached to Nokia Service Centre situated at Barrackpore in West Bengal. There they told your LCD is cracked and LCD needs to be replaced and your bill will be RS.1850/-. When i told them this set is newly purchased and set is under warranty, they replied LCD screen is not covered under warrany. Since telephone was in badly needed, i got it repair by paying cash of Rs. 1850/-. My sincere request to Nokia Management to reinburse the money which i have paid for repairing the set though it was under warranty. I will be highly oblige if you kindly intimate me the instructions to be followed to procure the money i spent for replacing LCD screen despite the set is under warranty at my following mail ID.

Iv bought nokia 7610 slider on 7 july 2009 and its giving me problems from day 1. battery not fine. and then phone get hung up very often. went to nokia priority shop on mumbi earla SR telecom nokia priority. they gave the phone for repair but atill giving the same problem they are not bothering to change the phone inspite of being only 8 dys now. pathetic service by them really fed up. hope u guys can impove ur handsets. and stop harrasin cust.
I purchased Nokia mobile (Model No.3110c) on few months ago. It has a warranty for one year. In the first week, the mobile became reboot/restart. Then I went to the Nokia Care and told them about the problem. They verified the history of the set in their system and format my mobile and the softwares are back.But the problem still persists after one week my cell is still automatically restart or blip.

i don't knw what are they doing in nokia care, they don't have any respect for custmer, sir/mam plz take serious action.

I'm Rakesh Kumar . It is really sorrow to say that ofcourse i have been the regular user of nokia mobiles since 2001 and have used 3 Nokia mobiles with a great enjoyment .
sir, i purched Nokia 6670 in 2006 with a great trust but a week ago on 15 july 2009 when i registered a complain against my mobile trouble, it is really sorrowfull to say that your Nokia Service Center (Mannat Telecom C-10, sec-10 Noida 201301 ) didn't take care of my complain and couldn't satisfy but harassed. They (customer care) had told me that they will deliver this mobile to me next day... but it has been 7 days or more they are still saying the same... Sir, i'm in service and it is really not possible for me to devote 2-3 hrs daily for visiting to cust. care. Now i've taken back my mobile from them and hoping for your assistance. The way they entertained me is really bad.

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. This is a sliding phone And main problem is sliding is very hard and coming voice is very low & the Sliding On the outgoing voice not going to the anybody. The phone also hangs.I m giving the phone 03/07/09 to the your care address is -O-9, Lajpat Nagar-ii Delhi -110024.But i m calling and they not giving the any answer.My Joob Sheet no is-4329. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Repair of Nokia E90

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that the handset E90 has been given for repair as it came in contact with Water.. Its been one month and we are really surprised as Nokia company doesnot provide with replacement part.. And your company doesn't even bother to supply the damaged part.. So, whats the remedy.. Please inform us.. Water has entered the motherboard..
You dont seem to have good after sales service.. its pathetic...

Dear Sir, On 23rd February 2009 I bought a Nokia 7610 Super Nova from NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER, LOVIS ARCADE, HONDOMAL HAVAN, Police Bazar, SHILLONG-793001. But after using the mobile for one week I notice that 1. The Battery does not last long even after charging it fully in the morning but by evening it indicates Battery low or Battery Empty. 2. When I received the message, it does not show the correct timing.Therefore I went to the Dealer to inform about the problems on the 2nd March 2009 .They sent me to Nokia Customer Care at COMMUNIQUE, BRO-IAN COMPLEX, NEAR MANDIR GS ROAD, POLICE BAZAR, SHILLONG.At the Cus Care they checked the mobile and returned back to me by telling me it is alright. But the same problem occurred. Since then I have gone to Customer Care many times to report about the problems which keeps on repeating. Then later they told me that they will have to sent to L3 . Then after waiting for about one month, I received back my set, but still the problem continues to occur. I again tried to approach the Dealer on the 23rd APRIL to inform them about the Repeated problem but they just send me back to Customer Care without showing much concern about the problem that i am facing. Then the Customer care sent my set again to L3 for the second time. On the 24th June 2009, I received a call from Customer Care informing me to collect my set but when I went there they returned my set without the Battery which i did not accept it . TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED BACK MY MOBILE SET. IT IS 5 MONTHS NOW SINCE I HAVE BOUGHT THE New SET AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT BUT THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THE BATTERY IS NEARLY OVER. Its really sad and regretting for me to face these problems with Nokia which i have trusted for years since the first time I' ve been using a mobile. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY CONSIDER THIS MATTER. i am the marketinh head in a medical equipment company Infinity Mediquip India.I purchased an Nokia 7610 Supernova phone from Nokia outlet in the Mid of march.Since the very frist day It had outgoing sound cracking problem.

On 2nd aprill I went to Sec-3 Rohini mangalam palace -Nokia service centre with my complaint after waiting for 1 hour and the service person told me that this is the problem with the old software installed in it I have a new version that I will update and then your cracking prblem will be over.

After around 1 week o[censored]sage I found that all the people are complaining again about the voice cracking and this time the camera also stopped woking and went to stanby permanently.I stopped using the phone because it was killing my business and decided to go to nokia centre which is again a horrifying experiance.

On July mid I went to another good service centre at Kohat Enclave pitam Pura Delhi and told them that I am not satisfied with the new handset and please repair these problems.

The person told me that we can not repair this set being a hardware problem but we have updated your software and your cracking problem will disappear.he also suggested me that use the phone without camera and you can get it repaired after some time because you have enough warrenty period.(This is a stupid suggestion If I would need a phone without camera I dont need to spend 11000 Rs)

I requested them to give me a copy of the work sheet but they refused and said that as the phone is still not Ok we can not issue worksheet.After many discussions they gave me the coupen for visiting Nokia care.

I think the Nokia service centres are trying to pass the warrenty period by giving sweet candies to me.because they know every one can not go to them daily and spend his complete day wasting his time.

At this time I am not using that phone .the camera is not working and the phone has outgoing cracking problem.

I also claim that the talktime of the phone is less than 2 hours since very first day.I have a copy of my job sheet of my first visit to Nokia Service centre within 1 month of purchasre of phone.

I wish to send this phone back to Nokia and Request Nokia to give me replacement for this faulty phone.

This is with regret i have to inform you that i have been using NOKIA handsets since 2002 but now i purchased a NOKIA N81 from NOKIA priorty dealer & my set has developed problems after two months of purchasing. The Product code is 0577565.Its screen got damaged internally without anything happened to this, when i visited NOKIA Care, Lajpat Nagar, N.Delhi then i have been told that this is due to pressure but it was in my jeans pocket & if its because of pressure then its outerscreen should have any single mark on the surface but it doesn't have any single mark & still if its because of little pressure then Nokia is not giving that quality which was there before 3-4 years back.So i request you to please see my handset & ensure yoursefl about the problem & please change the handsets as soon as possible Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

1. Seven and Eight key are not working properly.
2. volume control is not working properly.
3. some times it may hang.
4. battary back-up is so poor.

i had loosen my nokia 7210 supernova and IMEI number is [protected]. wil u please search it for me and mail it for me.
I have nokia 6030 today my handset was worked properly, but after 2.00 pm when i want to call someone it shows me "Insert the seem card" error message. i switch of the mobile and try to switch on then it was not switch on properly. after sometime it switch on but again shows me "Insert the seem card" error message. when i press the calling button it shows some contact which was i calling up when i trying to call up it shows "emergency call only" message Please help me.
my micro sd card has been forgot by me. kindly give me instruction towards it
