Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I have given a handset at Nokia Care, Jail Road, New Delhi-110058 on 25.06.09. Model number is 5220, which is in warrentee. I was told that I would get my phone in two-three days time.

But till date i.e. 14.07.09, I am not able to get the mobile. The service center phone remains busy and no body is able to give exact date as to when I will get my phone.

The incharge of service station Mr. Balvinder, Mobile number [protected] neither listen to the complaints nor is in his office.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased nokia 6208c model last month.But there was camera result is not very clear.I already complained my problem to nokia care haldwani(uttarakhand)centre.But according to them there was cracking in lense cover so to solve this problem i have to pay the cost of changing the regarding part under warranty period.So suggest me what I have to do.I already pay a good value for this mobile, so how can i make trust with this cellular company.
why do you buy nokia phones if you are fed up? There are other companies which make better phones.

Sir,
I am using Nokia mobile 2100., a new phone since last four years and the battery supplied with the phone was functioning upto June 2009. When the cell started giving trouble I thought that the battery has outlived its utility and went to the Nokia Priority shop at 4th line, 7th Cross Road, Brodiepet, Guntur (AP)-422001 and purchased a new battery, after getting confirmation from the shop that I have to change the battery.

I am having the receipt / cash bill bearing TIN No.[protected] of the Nokia battery purchased on[protected] with S.No..BLD-3, .[protected]for Rs.750/- (Rupees seven hundred and fifty only)..After replacing the battery to my surprise the battery worked only for 10 days and my phone started giving the trouble. .Again when I went to the above Nokia Priority shop where I purchased the battery they have seen it and informed that the battery is swallon and not working. When I questioned that how a new Nokia original battery will go out of order with in 15 days, when I purchased it at Rs:750/-; they started giving irrelevant replies stating that they will not replace the battery and it is not their fault.

Sir, how is it possible that a new guaranteed battery works only for 15 days and the franchise shop owner not taking the responsibility to replace the same with another one.This only shows either the franchise people are not keeping original batteries or they do not own any responsibility for the act of omission actually due to the manufacturing defect. This will not only blot the name of Nokia and the customers will loose confidence in the primary and foremost superior Nokia Brand due to the irresponsible franchise owners.

I therefore request you to kindly take necessary action as to replace my battery which was faulted within 15 days of purchase and such other steps on the franchise owner.

I purchased a nokia 6233 dtd on 25/07/08.Last Two months I am phasing a problem of one speeker not working & complained your customer care in calicut but they replaid that it's warranty is over.& have to pay for new speeker, It is very shocked & disgusting for me.Please do the needful.

i bought Nokia N95 six months back for Rs.20000 and after only a month i got a problem with it.The phone automatically restarts for which i brought the phone to the nearest modcad centre in Faridabad(A-21, Nehru Ground, N.I.T., Faridabad 121001, Haryana).They said your phone will be okay but you will have to leave it for some days.I said, fine.After few days when i received the phone, i think it wasn't repaired correctly, because the problem continued.i again reached NOKIA service center, this time they said that they will send the phone to the company(Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi) to rectify the problem and after 25 days i got my phone back, but the same problem still continued and again third time i gave the phone and received it without any solution.And now 4 days back, for the fourth time, I gave the phone to the service centre with a hope that they will solve the problem or hopefully give me a new phone as it was in the quarantee period.My phone IMEI NO. is [protected].
Following are the 4 job sheet nos. which I received in return of my complaints:-

Nokia care @ mulund west near station is the worst customer care i have ever been to ...i bought an N-95 6 months back and its terms says warranty for 1 year ..however my keypad stopped functioning 2 days back out of no reason...i went to this care center @ Mulund ...the engineer over there opened my cell inside his repair room with me waiting outside in the waiting room and called me in saying rain water has logged inside ...this was total rubbish never ever i got my cell wet in rain as i travel by car and always have it inside nokia cover and again wrapped in plastic cover so no chances of getting wet ..and he says drenched in rain...later he said sweat must have percolated inside through keypad...which i though might be possible... so i kept it there and asked fr charges of repair...next day i received a call quoting and expence of Rs.3000 for some key strip ...i again visited this center and met the manager ...manager says me SWEAT WATER NEVER ENTERS CELL THROUGH KEY PAD...AND IT MUS HAVE BEEN IN RAIN ... i was furious ..i took back the cell put my batteries in it and switched it n to check if these people have further tampered my cell ...surprisingly my cell was functioning properly no keypad problem ..i asked the manager how come my cell is functionin properly even without changing the so said drenched key strip he had no answer for that ...to summarize this was a horrible experience where customers are LOOTED claiming false damage remarks and stating out of warranty ...Beware people next time u buy a nokia /visit a care center ...

i am a nokia deler in bangalore i had a custmer by name sameer he had purched no1650 from my shop after sum days it was not onn so i had sent him to nokia care of STAR ELECTRONICS my cust had went and gave his hand set and they told it tahes 2day then he came back after that they have charged 550rs and they have told it was water damage and the board was damage and my cust paid 550rs and cane near me when i saw it tha board number is chang and tha hand set number is change
tha hand set number is [protected] and tha board number is [protected] wheh i went to ask they told if ic is changeb tha IMI number will be changed how it can be replay soon other wise i will go foe coart and media ian having purchen bill and sales bill and i nead new hand set for it
We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the Nokia 5130c-2 V 06.65 set from MObile store of GOMTINAGAR, LUcknow and provided by the data cable but no software cd 2 bkup my contacts details though my windows detected the phone and I got installed the Nokia PC Suit but then also phone is not connected showing in the software. PLease guide me so that I can bkup my important details of the phone on my PC.

i have nokia 2630 phone. bought this on may 2008 from Thalaserry, Kerala.. before last week i havnt any problem with tihis phone. But now i change my sim card(Vodafone) from Mumbai.Pevious one was Idea. with my new sim (vodafone) card it doesnt work. But when i insert the previous idea sim it works properly. It is very urgent. Bcause now i am in mumbai. Plz help me. thank you.
