Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Hi,


From past 5 months, this is the third time I am Giving my mobile(Nokia SuperNova 7610) to Nokia Care Centre .


Everytime…my problems are not solved …inaddition I face new problems….


Last time My mobile was for servicing for more than 20 days.


Problems with my mobile are as follows:



1.Auto Switch off



2.Mobile Does not get active inspite to pressing on button after getting Switch off.



3.Low Ring tone



4. Most of the Times, No out Going Voice(My voice is not audible to the calling party/if I call someone).If I switch off and thn Switch on..thn my voice is audible).



5. Vibrating option doesn’t work most of the times.



6.After Giving to the Service Centre for the second time,

Camera Picture Clarityis been highly degraded.

Night mode option(camera Settings) is by default unactivated(cant activate it anymore).



7. End Key does not work…everytime I need to keep on press the back button to reach the main screen.



I have rasied all these complaints to Service Centre with respective Job Sheet number:[protected]/090801/41



My mobile has now soo many faults that….its hard for me to use. It's quite new piece, bought it for a dear price and now after being long enough and rough handling by service dept it has lost its originality.



Sorry to sound harsh but…I am not at all happy with your services .Everytime I face new problems when ever my mobile is with Service Centre.

Hope atleast this time proper action is taken from your end .

with in a year I have faced so many problems with this handset because of that I have bring my handset 3 times in your Nokia Care centre. Last time I have bring my handset in the month of july. But just with in a 17 days a new problem arise that its joy stick is not properly functioning as I am in a job and don’t get a time to bring my handset at your Nokia care centre. on 06/08/2009 I went down your Nokia care centre, Dharamshala and they refused to repair it. They said its out of warranty and I have to pay a sum of rupees Nine Hundred if I want to repair it.

From the class +2 onwards I have used Nokia Brand and till date I have used more then 20 models of nokia cell phone. But its first time that I have faced so many problems.

I just want to know one thing that if with in a warranty period the cell phone is repairs three times then whats the durability of the handset. Do you think is it justify if a cell phone have a problem after after less then one month when its warranty is over and your nokia care centre refused to repair it.

My main purpose of this email is just to covey the message that what the customer did In such a situation?
Does he shift in some another brand?
Does he stop product loyalty?
Does he discourage other person to buy such a kind of brand?

I would like to let u know that the gift offered by Company on the occassion of the Raksha Bandhan on mobile no. 6303 is not being given by the Nokia Phone sellers at Aurangabad (Maharashtra). You may check whether it is given to the customers or not?

I have purchased Nokia 5130 XpressMusic on 22nd July-09, and all of sudden i have lost all my contact details form my mobile, the game is unlocked and also all the default songs given by nokia is locked, when i try toactivate the song also its not allowing me to do. Please resolve the issue ASAp so that i will listen the default songs given by nokia.

Tower, Hall Bazar, Amritsar, whose ASC No :- 131_433527 outlet on dated 13/07/2009 with flash problem in my handset. Your outlet assist me to leave the hanset with him for 7 days. They have told me that they will rectify my problem and you can collect your phone after 7 days. After 7 days I talked with outlet for handset, but they told me that there is a major problem in your handset., we are sending your handset to our head office i.e Delhi for this problem and you have to waite for 15 days. after 15 days I regulary used to call with this outlet, but they are not giving me the correct and accurate status of my Nokia 6500 handst. Now a days they are misguiding me. they are not giving me proper answer. I am very much feed up with this rude behaviour of this Nokia Care. plz. solve this problem as soon as possible Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

For the last 21 days my Nokia e 90 is lying with your service centre, at your Delhi office, as informed by the local service center at COCHIN, M/S. POOVATH INTERNATIONAL. Still it is not delivered to me.

Kindly note that 2 month's back the same set was sent to your Delhi office and was returned after 24 days. Unfortunately, the system was not repaired properly.

Thus the set was lying at your service centre for more than 45 days within a span of 90 days.

Immedialtely after the purchase of the hand set, it developed many hardware and software complaints and I had to got it unsatisfactorily rectified from your local NOKIA CARE SERVICE CENTER.

Really speaking, I could not use this handset satisfactorily from the very beginning and the set was in majority of days under the custody of the service centre.

In this unfortunate circumstance I am requesting you to kindly give me the address of the person to be contacted for getting a replacement for THIS HEAD ACHE, as the warranty period of the product is expiring on this month.

I sincerely doubt that your service people are deliberately prolonging the matter to ensure that the warranty period is over, SO THAT YOU CAN WASH OFF YOUR HANDS ?????????????
