nokia 7210 supernova — misbehave at nokia care
I bought a nokia 7210 supernova IMEI:[protected] in the month of may2009.on 18aug my cell switch off. i went to customer care center kohaat encleve pritampur new. delhi.they receive my cell and told it take approx ten days . next day i recive a maasage from customer care your cell is ok.i bought my cell from c.c. in the evening same problem with cell.today i went to c.c.now they misbehave me and told me your cell panel is broken so we charge 1200/-rs. i say cell in warranty period and you receive same cell two day ago.they gave me the answer that is our mistake we recived ur cell.so kindly tells me is it justify that in warranty period customer care demand from me 1200/ rs.nokia/nokia phone 3120 classic — no support by nokia care
Hello sir,I am one of your customer and would like to bring my issue for your action.
AS I bought nokia 3120 classic on 17/09/08, but after some time my phone starting to show blank display many times .I didn’t see numbers of my callers . so.I submitted it nokia care, jaipur. your executive told me tat ir will be ok in 2days but I recieved my mobile after 2 days but after some time I have to faced same problem.Then I went again to nokia care, they again told me it, ll be ok in 2-3 days and i received it after 3 days but again after some time I have to faced same problem. what can i do.I again went to nokia care, they told me, it have to send delhi head office, it’ll be ok in 15 days but they gave me my mobile after one month but after some time my showing same problem.it is third time repeat.
My simple question is that, is it crime to bought nokia mobile, is there no responsibility of company to secure his customer for this kind of problem. Now I can’t see phone numbers of my callers.
I don’t think it’s difficult to provide coverage to customer in such case when customer is genuine after your enquiry because company have good brand name.All necessary details like job sheet no., bill copy provide you laterwhen you required. please try swap my mobile.

is this the rising attitutide of being number one in mobile market, i beleive with every passing day nokies customer care relation centers r feelig the same, its not onces or twice, i have face this problem of ruff behaviour from this people o various interactive occaation, first to start with nokia over the ears have still not come up with any solid solution for its customer service centers, first they gave thire repair centers to HCl { to my knoweledge} who had very few centers in mumbai, customer has to wait for hours to get there turn, over and above they have to face eratic behaviour of staff, . then agaiin i remember they centerilized there the entire service center at Lower parel Phoinex mill compound, again a keotic place, u use to find people form all parts of mumbai, that place use to be like a fish market and again no proper hearing for customers by workig employes
Resently again i came to know they have decentrilized the activity, indivisual centers has been open in suberbs, for which i m narreting a insidence, After checking the working hours timings from the net, which is from 10 am to 7 pm, i reached there adheri east center by 6.40pm twenthy minitus frm their official closing hours, as i enter the store i didnt find any reciptio where in can enquire or take guidance, some how i dared to ask a service counter executive, i would like to show my E90 model, he stright fwd said time is over & u have to come on monday, when i registed my voice and asked him to issue a token number, he said we stop issuing token by 6 only, and only sitting customers with token numbers will be intertainesd, then i gave reference of the web side saying that it does not mention the said rule, i argued by saying that tokes has to be given till 7 pm as its officially mention on their web page, when i said i would like to speak to there center manager he called Mr. Moisen, who iterned started takig side of his customer executive.
when again i raised my pitch and asked that as an previllage customer of Nokia {E90} there should be a seprate counter, then he replies by sayig we dont have the person right now & couter is closed, he also give a reasoning that at 7 our systems get closed so v cannot entertain u, some how he fwd me again to his counter 1, guy instructig that if before seven u get free pls take up his complain, the guy at counter 1 was so addmiment, arrogent & rud, that he strigh fwd said E 90 takes 1 hour to check up & we r closed so u come on monday, when i asked them were to put complait he refused to reply.
is this nokia stand for ... i beleive no
if with the time they r not putig ther house in place, there debacle is not far as me r seeing for motoroller.

Then after removing and reputting it, the datas come back. The phone also hangs & automaticaly switches off for 2-3 hrs. We visited to Thane nokia gallary, the executive repaired it, but problem still remained. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money. i bought a nokia 6500 slide phone in December 08.
i have been encountering a very strange problem with my phone.
whenever i use an image/song as the wallpaper/ringtone on the phone, it automatically disappears and goes back to default settings after some time (generally 30-60 minutes)
the screen goes white and the ringtone changes to the nokia tune.
the rest of the functions are working fine.
please let me know if it is a technical or software or some other problem and whether it can be rectified. if yes do let me know how.

Replacement of Nokia 5130
We are shocked to bring to your notice that at June'09 i had purchased the above Nokia Model No.5130. Now we cant use the key pad and the Phone is tottaly hanged. I took the phone to the nearest delaer at Kochi Kerala and the Dealer name is Poovath International, when checked they said it is a software issue and you please come on next day. The complain was looged in on 17th August'09, i went the next to collect the phone and by suprisingle again the same fault it showed me. They said they need to send this phone to Delhi to check and you give me a call on 25th. When contact at 25th They said they will call me back within 20 min for the status, i waited for an hour again contacted they are telling me the same story, but not informing me about the status of the phone.
Please repleace my handset with the new one because i dont want to have a trouble handset as i have trusted nokia and dont disappoint me with this incident.

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the above-noted set from THE MOBILE STORE LIMITED, SHOP NO. 565/5 BIIX, FOUNTAIN CHOWK LUDHIANA PUNJAB (ph.no.[protected] which is infested with certain technical problems. The Key pad was suddenly not in working condition and automatically swiched off the phone.Then after going to nokia service centre they told me that some internal material of the phone are duplicate.Furthe when I contact to the shop owner he use very abuse language & told me that you can go any where and refused to coperate with me. Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, I expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest.
