Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

hi i am mayank chaudhary i bought a nokia 6300 but today my phon hase been dad in my pocket.
Dear Sir,
I am deeply pained to non-responsive attitude of Mr. Prabhakar, NOKIA Kotwal Nagar, Nagpur.
My faulty charger has not been replaced by their Dealer Mr. Balaji Enterprises, Shradhanandpeth, Nagpur and he impounded the charger and not refunded Rs. 475/-, issued a kutchha bill with no CST, BST No. I have submitted my written complaint to Mr. Prabhakar, with all proofs for his follow up with the dealer but, in vain. I have served 2 reminders, but no avail. My repeated requests to contact / write /visit their dealer has not served the purpose. On the contrary, NOKIA Nagpur KotwalNagar Center has asked me to produce Pucca Cash Memo ( Which the dealer is not ready to give in the first place.)
I am fed up with constant apathy, indiffrence of the NOKIA CARE CENTER, KOTWALNAGAR, NAGPUR and the dealer.
Can any one kindly post the NOKIA higher office e-mail for taking the matter further to courts.

Dear Sir,
I bought a New Nokia 7210c Phone, But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly and also I am without a phone for past 40 days, which is a basic need for life.
I submit the phone to Nokia care, Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh -271801 on 15th June09 but their the handset is not repaired. I tried to contact Nokia many times through different medium i.e. Phone, through internet, I also visited to Service Centre six times in 40 days to check the status of my report. I visited many times to nokia care center But still my mobile is not sent for service . Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. . My jobsheet number is[protected]/090615/27 given by Nokia care. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced. The customer service person at this nokia care center is so rude also not reposnding if anything is asked, she was always doing her personal job making the customer to wait at Q. so please help me in this regard

Hi NOKIA,
I have many problems in my nokia 3110c. Within six months of time we have visited five times to the Nokia Service center in Chittoor and Tirupathi. But still the product is not working and the service provided by the Nokia people are very poor. We are verymuch worry about how people will continue to purchase Nokia products if quality and the service goes like this. Please think abt NOKIA and Customers as well ;-( . I can understand about electronic goods life time. But it is not only with my mobile and similar problems with my friends mobiles as well.

I am providing an IME number for the reference of Nokia people, if by any chance they realize and extend their service qualities and product qualities((.IME#[protected])

I hope i will get solution if really NOKIA stands for Connecting People(atleast in services :d ).

i have seen a such worst service in my life... in annanagar west, chennai. just want to repai ma ph volume key. for that i waited for such a long time ... and after 1 hour i asked them about the phone and they asked my name .. after that they said ok your phone is ready ... aacctly they told me my phone will be ready the day before .. after that the way they handel the customers were worse.. they are very rude.. and they cant even wait for what customer is asking about... i was talking to them but noone stood before me everyone went just like that. its really bad... just fed up wit their customer care.. the problm is not only me who suffered everyone sitting over there were in trouble with customer service... kindly take some action regarding this ...

I bought a New Nokia 7210 Supernova Phone on 21 December 2008 from Univer Cell, parry’s, Chennai 60001. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly (Battery doesn’t full & phone hanging ) we have purchased Nokia 7210 Supernova Phone thinking the best model & brand name in the market .

But with much regret to inform you that within 60 days of purchase its starts hanging so that we gave to your service centre they repaired & promised that it will not happen again .but now within months again it starts giving the same problem .

We gave it to your service centre they promise to give within two days but now they telling that it will take another 10 days this cannot be allowed and also I am without a phone for almost 2 days
which is a basic need for life.

It seems this particular piece is not up to your mark & according to your reputation

We paid full amount to you and in return we want good material.

How can we accept this faulty piece?

Kindly deliver us brand new piece we are not interested in repaired cell phone

sir I have the nokia E 90 - purchasedd in dec 2008 . But sadly ringer was not working properly . despite many visits to nokia customer care Ludhiana . New ringer is not available with them the keep on saying that it will come next week . sir as there is very litle time left for my guarntee to get over i want it to replace as soon as possible tell me what can i do . can u send them directly to me .

I would like to inform you that my cell nokia 3110 c which i have purchased on[protected], is not functioning properly, the problem is as follows:
1. the cell is getting switch off automatically,
2. and when iam restarting it, it is getting power on but again switch off.
3. now it is the problem, always occurring,
4. one of the battery connector pins is broken automatically,
so i kindly request you to solve my problem as per warranty policy. i have shown the cell in nokia care khammam, andhra pradesh, but they said that it would cost me 600 rupees, i am in shock that why should i pay the amount as i have warranty. Kindly do the needful san.

Iam having a Nokia 6300 which has been gifted from my Brother and purchased from Dubai (UAE) 17th july 2009. After receiving the handset, when i started the display contrast is very DARKENED. While going through all setting and applications, i didn't found any application to make it lightened. So, i did visited to Nokia Care, Pratap Nagar Branch, Nagpur Centre Manager - [protected], with Token No:22 on Dt: 24-July-2009, where from Counter 1 Premium Counter CSD checked in system and shown that the handset is purchased from UAE and hence the service for this handset is available at that country itself and none from other countries. So, How could such a big company with brand name NOKIA advertised connect GLOBALLY and how the company is declaring that the company is a WORLDWIDE GLOBAL.
Is there any better reply i could hope from the company who can resolve the issue. Waiting for earlier response.
