Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Hi, I ahve brought this Nokia E63 mobile, two days back.

Now sometimes I get a pop up saying, "remove memory card and press ok"
And suddenly all the memory card content. is vanished.
Then i need to remove it put it agian to view the content. In this two day i have atleast done more than 10 timee the same thing.

PLz i am frustarted with this.
PLease Help.

I have purchased the above set on 23.7.2009 at S.K.Communications, Adyar

I am surprised that the cell is not worked properly, which is infested with certain technical problems.

The settings in the above set is automatically changed and the locking system has not been working so far.

I have repaired the set in the nearby Nokia Service Centre, LB Road, Thiruvanmiyur on 27.7.2009.

Again, the same problem is continued.

Kindly do the needful immediately.

Hi, I have been a Nokia subscriber since 7 years now. For the past 6 months, I have been using E-71, and suddenly facing a problem in sending "sms". For the rectification of the same, I have deposited my set in "Aryans Communication, Park Road, Lucknow" thrice in past 15 days for same problem. Today after getting the delivery after 13 days, when again I faced the same problem, I called up Mr.Praveen, the Customer Service Manager over there, and was asked to contact Consumer Forum for further procedings. Such unproffesional attitude is totally neither expected, nor accepted from as BIG brand as Nokia. Request your empathy in this, as being in effects your brand name as well as goodwill. Also I would bring to your notice that while visiting the "Aryans Communication", I found the "Feedback Form Box" opened and all forms were lying here and there, secondly there was no name mentioned, whom to contact for customer service (Photographs can be mailed, if required). I bought nokia 3110 from kerala on previous year last month. we bought it by it after spending considerable money.My trust in the brand nokia and its services, made me buy that model i have bought it from a nokia showroom. In my mobile ear phone not working properly, speaker not clear ( ear phone and loud speaker) .This continued harrrasment of last 7 months by the brand NOKIA was not expected at all. In fact buying the brand NOKIA was to escape the inconveniences we are facing today. kindly help me out of this everyday torture and the great loss of money, as now the prices of the same model has also fallen. we were told that nokia has an international warranty, even if not .. can u please help us by responding and telling the true story to save our harrasment. please respond soon.

this is vijay and i am using nokia5610 model. i regret to inform u that the persons working in your nokiacare centers are , it is reflecting your worst maintainance and worst responses to the costumer. am sending this because the behavior of your person working in vashi nokiacare center (newmumbai) with name Mr. Mahesh (CCO) is not quiet good. please look after this and try to resolve it. your people had damaged my mobile from small repairs to critical condition, this is really very bad on your part. for any further information u can contact me in [protected]. plz try to sort it out early else i'll place a complaint on nokia.

i have bought a Nokia 5130c express music
IMEI NUMBER:[protected] ON 21/05/09 FROM UNIVER CELL-CHENNAI.
the mobile is manufactured from the chennai factory. within 1 month o[censored]sage i started observing display problems. Initially the display used to turn white in colour for few minutes, then come alive to the normal screen after some time . Then eventually i started seeing that the display used to flicker like a tubelight and then the screen would go plain white . Again it used to return to normal after few minutes. Then while typing messages again the screen would go blank.I went to a nokia care center, where they diagnosed the problem, they showed a small spot the size of a drop near the display chip, they told it is a fungus formation due to sweat...and this was the cause of the display problem .They told it does not come under warranty .
Now i want to know is is the quality of the nokia phones produced nowadays is so cheap, that a mobile set worth 6200 rupees gets a fungus formation, due to SWEAT SEEPING INSIDE AND AFFECTING THE CHIP???? now i want to make a fact clear that i have been using NOKIA MODEL PHONES RIGHT FROM THE 3310 MODEL, those which are imported ones, i have also used 1160, 1100, for 4 years, and i havent faced a single problem till date. But i buy a mobile for Rs 6200 made in chennai, and this is the quality i get from NOKIA?? sweat seeps inside, then what kind of protection it has, i am not askin for water proof or water tight integrity... and in one month time the chip gets a FUNGUS ATTACK??? the treatment metted out to me by your staff at NOKIA CARE -T.NAGAR BRANCH OF CHENNAI was very bad, they ask me to go to other 13 outlets of nokia care in chennai to verify my problem. NOKIA advertises that we customers are the reason for nokia being VOTED AS THE MOST TRUSTED BRAND, but with problems like this where a phone which costs so much fails so miserably in one month, i think the trust seems to be leaving us..
The people at nokia care have asked me to shell out 650 rupees for changing the display, but i request you to kindly look into this matter and help me, because i understand if i have dropped the mobile in water and water has entered due to rain, there would be a massive damage to the phone, but that is not the case here, the people at nokia care say that the fungus is due to sweat.
i again bring to your esteemed notice that it has been only one and half months as of today and the problem started a couple of weeks back ...
i kindly request you to look into this matter and do the needful.If the display can be changed under the warranty i would be grateful to you.
