Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I have taken cell of model 5800, on 1 april 2009 in 5 months i have visited 5-6 times to nokia care after taking this mobile i am getting lot of problems. fierst 2 months gps work proper but for last 1 month sharges start cutting.two times it gone to service center as it it doesnt switch on now its upper speaker doesny worki came to know its BPI CASE, many its switch off atomatcly, alarm doesnt work many time when i open the lock then alarm ring, songs doesnt play.I HAVE FRUSTATAD O[censored]SING THIS DUMB MACHINE AND I WANT TO CHANGE IT.i am not satisfied at all with this mobile.its IMEI number is [protected] u can chek out through it how many times i got job sheetresently i have job sheet no.=[protected]/090817/28

i came to know that nokia care can not do nothing in BIP CASE so do something give me the refrence no as fast as you can.

declared dead/irreparable by your Service Centre Nokia Care, PD Electronics, Benachity, Nachan Road,
Durgapur-713213 vide their Job Sheet Number[protected]/090813/64 dated 13.08.09 . It is quite
unbelievable that a Mobile set manufactured by the Renowned NOKIA Company gets dead/ irreparable
within one year of its warranty period .

The matter may kindly be looked into and oblige.

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have purchased the nokia hand set N-Series the model no of the same is N73 which is infested with certain technical problems.The bill date of the same is 05/10/2008.During last 10 months i have gives more than 10times this hand set for same problem to the nokia care centre.The big problem in this handset is with the joy stick, the joy stick doesn't work properly, problem with key pad & the phone also hangs.Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

on 18/8/09 i have given my set to kalkaji nokia care for a small prob of on/off swich which was not responding that time.
after repairing the set when my set handover to me i came to know by centre repersentative(who handovered the set to me ) that my speaker n someother parts where replaiced without informing.
but after repairing work there where new prb where arouesed for ex:-
1)bad sound output.
2)fm station serching problem.
but this bad patch doesn't over till now when i again go n raise my issue there in centre. two engg n mng r going to pysical with me n said do whatever u wanna do, go whereever u wanna go, we don't repair ur set.
i am stunned with such a bad behavior in such a big multinational customer relation end.
plz do smthing fast n strict for above mentioned critical issue's coz i m feeling harrased n depressed.

Dear Sir,

1. A Nokia handset model No 5800 IMEA No-[protected] which had been newly launched was purchased by me on 11 Jan 2009 (photocopy of original bill att). The display of the phone was defective hence I handed over the set to Benz India Pvt Ltd for repair on 20 Aug 2009 vide job sheet No[protected]/090820/5 and they promised delivery on 22 Aug 2009 .

2. Despite making repeated calls which are not attended to, and three visits traveling 80 Kms, the set has not been returned to me nor Nokia Care has been able to tell me the status. I am a serving defence officer and my office timings do not permit me to make so many visits. I have suffered a lot of inconvenience and mental agony due to this. Nokia being a Internationally reputed company I had hoped for better quality handset and good service.

3. The response of Nokia Care has been very poor and they don’t even attend to telephone calls/customers. Unable to carryout my official work I brought a new SAMSUNG handset on 25 Aug 2009. Such poor response and mismanagement was not expected from Nokia and firms associated with you.

4. I am writing to you with the hope that the above problem will be addressed to and my Nokia set will be repaired/replaced immediately. I would request your personal attention so that the name of Nokia doesn’t suffer an irreparable damage.

It really makes me feel so sad looking at you people having faith in Nokia still. Nokia has lowered its standard a long back. It does not bother about customer relationship anymore. It is least bothered about customer feedback... and a thing called "testing" which is supposed to be done before a new product is introduced into the market - well nokia has no testers at all. They want to save on that front. I wonder why they still have their prices so high when their product quality has gone below the lowest levels. I can say that today you can buy any mobile from grey market (things made cheaply from china or other countries) and you can rely on their quality but not on nokia quality.

Stop buying nokia products.. in fact dont go for any high-end mobile at all. And if you dont mind wasting thousands of rupess to just show off for a few days then please ignore whatever i have written

am nithin from bangalore purchased nokia 5800 handset from univercell, i purchased it on june 29/09 and within two months its not working due to some hardware problem which is not from our end. and when i came to nokia customer service (#319/53, 59thcross, bashyam curcle, 3rd block, rajajinagar, bangalore) they insisted me to repair the handset which i was not willing to. because paying 20, 000 and within two months the mobile is not working due to manufacture problem doesnt make sense, i need a replacement.
Now I am fully dissatisfied with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my

amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with

the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services

and inconvenience faced due to non availability of my Phone


and the employee over there is not communicating properly which is not appreciable. its a kind request when the problem is arising from your end after the purchase of of 2 months. please ensure me that my set will be replaced.
i was shocked when they refused to replace the handset. before i go to consumer court i request you to help me in this situation.
ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

I bought a New Nokia 2630 Phone31-12-07, But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly(internal problem) and also I am without a phone for past 20/08/03, which is a basic need for life.
I submit the phone to Nokia care, 279, netaji subhas chandra bose road, garia kolkata-700047, on 21th Oct09 but their the handset is not repaired. I visited many times to nokia care center But still my mobile is not sent for service . Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. . My job sheet number is [protected] given by Nokia care. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services .I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for past 10 days .The customer service person at this nokia care center is so rude also not responding if anything is asked, she was always doing her personal job making the customer to wait at Q.they worked 3 days and give me tha set but same problem in 1days past.they lost my battery ans denied it, set fully not working they holding there hand.they chared 350/- after repair also the same problem continued and now the nokia service .can u please help us by responding and telling the true story to save our harassment. please respond soon.
