Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Nokia Mobile handset 7210 on 12.06.2009 vide Bill No. 30102
from MONA TRADERS, Nagpur 440010 (MS) India. At the time of purchasing
the hand set one of my colleauges was with me. I was little doubtful about the series
and therefore requested the Dealer to change the handset. But refused to do any favour.
My handset is out of order and for that I made a request to the dealer to get it repaired
from their end on 17.08.2009. Till date I have not received any favourable reply from them
On contrary owner of the shop gave me understanding that it will take 30 days to get it
repaired. My hand set is only two months old. I am confident that the hand set which was
given to me is not undergone quality check. I m fade up with the attitude of the dealer and
also of the Nokia service provider from Nagpur City. Can you do some favour in this regard,

my name is nishant. i purchased nokia 6300 in april 2009.it was slipped from my hand and got switched off.when i switched-on my mobile the MMC(Mobile Memory Card) was not working.still ph is not reading the MMC and battery get discharged again and again.i gave it to Nokia Service Center(jaipur) but after keeping it 1 month they returned it to me and said it is not repairable.if company won't repair it then who will repair it? please help me and give me solution of this problem.thank u

i m not setisfied with your services as i submitted my nokia handset model no. 6300 (underwarranty) for repearing at your nokia service center job sheet number :[protected]/090828/34 date : 28 august 2009 address is Care Solutions, malviya nagar bhopal. they have given me three days time period to reture back. but still they did not repaired my mobile so i m in trouble and requesting to you please take any necessary action. and one more think i have call at your benglore toll free number and they told me that we dont have my jobsheet status. this is very careless job. if within 24 hours my problem will not be resolved then i will go through the replacement of my handset from nokia company.
i dont know what is the problem my handset.
your care center executive person said your mobile will received towmarrow means 29th august. then he said you mobile is repairing condition and i will given your handset at 4th september.
then today he said your handset will recieved to you on monday ...!
this is not a way...!!!
so, what am i think ..?
his totally botheing to me..?

Re:- Volume key is functioing Nokia 5310

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infected with volume key and software problems. I submitted my Set in Nokia Care Centre at " Gee Mobile, Mohinder Chamber, Opp DC Office, Distt Court Jalandhar Punjab" dated 13.08.2009 for repair. Sir, there is no action taken on my requested problem till date. My job Sheet (Complaint) No. is 2100. I visited to the care center sevral times but no response is given to me yet. Care Center rep is not attending my phone calls. Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, I expect full value for my money and ask you to replace/repair the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that my faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

with due regard and deep sorrow i would like to bring this fact in your kind notice that i had given my nokia handset model no.6500s-i.(imei no.[protected], ) to the Nokia care, lucknow namely aryans communication on 11-Aug-2009 for repairing of the same.
but i am regret to say that the aryan communication is passing the buck instead of giving the delivery of my handset.the nokia care is frequently changing the date of delivery. it is surprisingly enough that third time the date of delivery has been changed which couched anxiety to a bonafide customer like me.
therefore i would like to request you to take the matter very seriously and sort out the problem from your level as earliest as possible.

Re:- Request for replacement of handset Nokia N 5130

With Ref to the above I have purchased N 5130 on 7 th june 2009 from Telephone Shopee Pune, In this respect I have to say that whil;e Operating the key pad locked and didnot open on 19th Aug 2009 the handset surrendered to Shree Cummunication near matre Bride Pune, their Job no[protected]/090819/45 dated 19 the aug 2009 and they gave me target dilivery date 20th Aug 2009,
When i approach to the above care Center it is noticed that the handset is not repaireable at pune care center and it is to be sent to Delhi for the repaire purpose On the discussion with Shree Cummunication member the handset has having hardware / Software problem and hense the set was sent to delhi for repaire purpose on 21 Aug .

After chasing the complent and to many times on phone at your delhi office they told us the set is under repaire and will be diliver to you after 15 sept

In this reguard upto one month set will not be repaire

under such a circumtenses i request you to kindily arrange to diliver a new brand handset instad of my faulty hand set

I am sure thet you will consider the new handset without any hesitation because the period for repair is very log and a am not sure that old handset will give me satisfied survice Hense i request you to replace the same without any hasitation

Hi,

I purchased Nokia 3600 (I), 3 months back and getting continuous problem. Every time when I visit to Nokia care, they people have same answer for every problem – “this problem is due to swatting” and ask to pay for service. I am also using Motorola from last 5 years and Nokia from last 3 year (another handset) but could not get any problem of swatting. They are not their for customer care while they are for make money out of this. It’s completely rubbish!

They people don’t have sense, how to behave and look like frustrated with their job. They even don’t have problem solving attitude just want to shift their work load. I don’t know how to make convince them that - their may be some other reason for this problem, there are 2 handset in my pocket and only Nokia get moisture.

I have been fade up with Nokia hand set and customer care this time, I would love to suggest “Not to go for Nokia”

I have purchased Nokia 5220 Xpress Music handset which get hang while running songs countinously. Sound was interrupted in between while running radio.18 days before my mobile get switch off automatically and not switched on laterly I have given it of service but it was not repaired within due date of delivery.

I am forced to post this comment which is regaurding the above mentioned handset i purchased in august 2008. The following are problems i faced and would in future consider them while buying your products,
1-> The phone hangs since i have purchased the phone and have submited the phone to nokia galleries more than 5 times, but its useless. After every month or two some or the other problem arrises in my phone and i have to run to your galleries which is horrible
2->The last time i submited my handset was 13th july, 2009.

I was told to wait for 20 mins at gallery by the attendent and then after half an hour was told to wait for another 1hour,
Got my handset and after 2 days same problem (problem: ringer worked sometimes and sometimes it didnt thanks to nokia)
17 july, 2009 i returned handset. I was told would get back handset in 6days or maximum within 14 days. I used to go to the gallery after every 8days and was every time told that some part was unavailable and my handset was pending. I got it on 28th, august 11am.(45 days to be noted with nokia gallery)
3-> 28th, august 11am. handset had a new problem : keypad dint function after 2 hours.
Again submited my handset on 28th august, 2009 time:3pm
I was told would get it on 5th, september 2009 evening 5pm(saturday). I went to the gallery, MY HANDSET WAS AGAIN PENDING. Was told come on monday(7th september, 2009).
I got replacement handset today 7september, 2009 at 7pm after waiting for 1hour.
4-> Surprise, replaced hanset serial no: [protected].
I have discovered its again faulty thanks to nokia! keypad lights dont function at times and the handset gets heated when on call. (more problems to be discovered)
Can someone PLEAZE help me out, what should i do with this handset.

At a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. please help me or advice me what to do? I AM FED UP OF NOKIA 3600 SLIDE AND YOUR SERVICE. Do i have the right to uproach consumer forum? please help me.please...

Dear Sir,

This we want to bring to your kind notice that, I had purchased Nokia 6300 phone from mobile shoppi Nerul, navi mumbai. The cell was really very good in working and no compliants was over there . But in the month of June-09 due to network complaint I gave the cell to repair at Nokia care centre Ghatkopar they changed IC and flashed the cell. when it got repaired another problem get started like switch off. When I showed the cell to Nokia care centre, Chembur (Mumbai) they refused to repair it (saying that someone is worked on). Again I went to Nokia care Ghatkopar. I shocked because the guy who repaired the cell left the nokia service.When I contacted him on cell No.[protected] (Ganesh) he told me that one software of your cell got corrupted.

I requested him to repair my cell because I am poor fellow but he refused to do so.

I beg to Nokia that I am not a rich one and please help me to repair my cell phone nor please replace.

Dear Sir,
I Iqbal Singh have a very serious complaint about the working of your staff members.
I have some problem in my handset (5310) & visited to your nokia care centre on 02/sep/2009 at 10:00am at bishan swarup colony, panipat.
After receiving the handset on 03/sep/2009, i found that its body have some marks & lock were damaged due to which there was a gap & it was not shut properly, but the excuse given by the executive is that the locks were not available, when it will be available they provide without any charges.
Secondly, the keypad was hard in use, they said that when you regularly using it, it will be smooth.
But the main reason due to which i had write down this letter is that:
" The bill/sales invoice having no.476 given to me against my complaint closed has marked 02/aug/2009 instead of 03/sep/2009.
I respond to them above given problems by mail as per their given customer care email address but they were rejected by the network
Please look into this matter and take necessary actions and provide me the right bill on the below given address.
