Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I got a nokia 5130 on[protected], and from first day itself it got some probs, what shall i do, reply soon.
i want to stop my phone funtioning because i lost it so nobody can use it or misuse it.the phone i lost is nokia 5130-c2.what should i do to stop funtioning.phone IMEI no:[protected] and no.[protected]. i request you to help me.
I had Bought nokia 3110c mobile on 08-11-08, it's work complete for three weeks then after musicplayer will'be automatically stopped, So replace me my nokia 3110c.

I bought a new nokia 7210c and its still in warranty period. Once I send it to nokia center because its key 7, 8 and 9 were not working.I received my phone after 18 days. But the problem started again and my complain was repeted in the same job sheet no[protected]/090728/23). But now if the same problem continue I want a replacement inplace of my nokia mobile 7210c, Warrenty reference no. my nokia 5220 switch off automatical the screen got blank and when i remove battery it start after 12 hr after inserting battery.
Dear Sir

I purchased a new Nokia N79 handset (IMEI: [protected]) last December. After about a month or two, it started giving some problem.

The screen goes blank, no display is there and the stored contacts count changes each time I view it. I visited a nearby Nokia Care center and they try to fix it, but the problem continues. The problem appeared for more than four to five times during these eight months and my handset was there in the Nokia care for about four months. Each time they do some repairing but again the same problem reappears.

I must admit that my experience with Nokia has always been good, but the last few months has been terrible for me. My handset is still in guarantee period, and I see no reason why it should not be repaired or replaced.

I therefore request you to replace my handset with a new one. I don't want to take any legal action but if you leave me with no option I have to move to Consumer Court.

I want to end this on a good note. Please reply as soon as possible.

I bought the Nokia 5220 on 17/09/2008.Initially i got the

blank screen display problem rarely it will automatically

rectify itself after a few seconds.

But for the past one month i got the problem (Blank screen

display and automatic switch off) often. I gave it for service in Nokia care "Ashok pillar branch-chennai".Like this i have given to service 4 times.The jobsheet#, warranty ref# details are mentioned above.

As of now my mobile is in Nokia care center, i requested

for the permanent solution or replacement.

As my warranty gets over by today(17/09/2009).kindly

considered my request and gave me the feedback as soon as

possible.

I brought Nokia 6130 (XpressMusic) on 13th Sep (Sunday) and within the first day the phone got restarted automatically and again the same thing happened on next two days, every day one time.

I understood that they is some problem and reported the same thing to Delar, he routed me to Nokia Care center and I informed him the problem and Nokia care center informed that he will do the service

I asked him that when I brought a New Nokia phone, it gave the problem with in the first day why should you service and give it to me instead not replacement, he did not care my words and told me that only solution is to get it service and very very bad thing he just flashed my phone

I will wait for your respone for couple of days else I will go to Customer Court.

This is Anupam Roy residing in Guwahati Assam, big fan of Nokia mobiles and always believes in nokia mobiles.I donot buy or prefer other than nokia mobiles.Its a very unbearable fact to me that I have bought a new NOKIA-1661 from nokia priority (Tirupati Communications, address - G.S. Road, Opp. Bora Service, Guwahati-781007, Ph: 2462075) Purchased dated 14.9.09. They have taken Rs1800 inclusive 4% VAT where as other stores are taking Rs1750 which is the exact selling price I came to know.It is also written over the cover that a pre paid connection is free with talktime Rs.10 for local/STD calls to any phone, which they didnot gave or offered to me.I came home and seen and surveyed all this matters which is like a disappointment to me.If i donot get any perfect reply or action towards this matter than definitely i am not going to buy any further nokia mobile phones and it is also sure that i am going to understand this matter with more details.

nokia 7210 — Battery weak

hi,

am really facing problem with my nokia 7210 as the backup is very poor.in my case if i put charging point to mobile it is showing charging as well as battery low i dont know how come this is happenning.and one more complaint is i have given it to nokia care 3 times and they send it to Nokia center also....but still they did not solved the problem.Its only 4 months that i bought this mobile.Am very much annoyed with this performance from nokia mobile.I want to complain about this to nokia higher officials.They are not replacing the piece also.Send me reply so that i can do something on this.

My warranty will expire on dated 26/09/09 .From last 2 months my set is lying there in the nokia care and the Mr.N.K.Sharma(owner) over there has just wasted my time & money .If my set is not exchanged or repaired before 26/09/09 my waranty will expire.
