Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

hi this is santosh from warangal, i have purchaged one nokia 1203 mobile in the month of may 2009 for the purpose of easy recharging from the date of purchage i was give in nokia care for about 6 times then i contacted the care in phone said that we will forward your mobile to higher authority. problem was solved for 10days then same problem raised i.e WHILE EASY RECHARGING AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF .and they r telling the same once bring ur mobile . i want my mobile get replaced or am ready to pay the extra amount if you give any high cost mobiles which suits for easy recharge purpose.

Nokia India — MEMORY CARD REPLACEMENT

I HAVE GIVEN MY NOKIA N73 MOBILE "MEMORY CARD" FOR REPLACEMENT WHICH WAS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD TO THE NOKIA CARE, BHARUCH(GUJARAT) BRANCH SINCE 21/ 02/2009. TILLDATE THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ME THE SAME
When i switch on my nokia 7210 and approaches to contact detail it hangs automatically and after 10 or 15 minutes it become normal what to do.
I Sympathiz with u. I too had purchased a Nokia express music and after 50 days o[censored]sage the cell is was not displaying properly. the nokia CC exe said that they would replace the lcd screen within 15 days. but till date they had no curtrsy to call up and inform the about the delay. wen we called up they said that it would take more 7-10 days. Now reading all the grievances here i think i too am going to face the same problem what others are facing because of the casual attitude of the Nokia Customer care. My cousin too had purchased a 5530 which is already giving problem. Now she too is in dilemma. I think instead of enjoying the mobile benefit we are just been made to face problems and just waste time and money

problem creator, on Sep 05 09 I have deposited my handset to authorized service centre named B.K COMPANY/
NOKIA CARE NAVAL KISHORE ROAD LEELA MANSION LUCKNOW U.P with KEYS problem. I was tracking up the progress of repair
personally and telephonically. Today when i personally call them to check the status of my phone, then i was told that phone keypad some part is been corrupted and will get me repaired after 15-20 days, till then the customer care was not bothered to inform the progress of repair, and to me surprisingly when I called them today the executive on the phone was not talking and listening to me properly and was really absurd towards me and that was really insulting for me, I have never faced such problems and humiliation in my life, so it’s a request to take some strict steps and trained them how to deal with your clients, however it’s already 4-5 days since I deposited my ph and I cannot wait for that much time, as I have to leave for Delhi, so first of all kindly fix and arrange to deliver my phone with in 1 or 2 days to me and secondly take the necessary action against the executive for insulting me or either I have to take some legal step against the Service Centre or the Company.

And for your kind info am a old time Nokia phone user and a big fan of Nokia Phones.
So your kind intervention is requested for resolving this issue.

Nokia Handset 7210C not working properly which is under warranty.

I have purchased one Nokia set 7210C on 28/06/2009 from Shri Ram Communication, 5 NIT, Faridabad. IC Number is 661u-RM436, this handset is totaly faulty. within 3 month 3 times repaire but still problem open. Nokia care people not responding properly. As per nokia care people battery is faulty.. some time nokia people saying handset is faulty... atleast all responsibility of Nokia care but custome trouble... This is big problem for me... I have Nokia 5320, so when i press call accept, 1, 4 and 7 key then open camera, contact list, radio and write 7 and delete it autometically respectively. Please give solution for how to set original key functionality.

sorry to inform u that very recently i bought a 3110c mobile from mobilestore, jalpaiguri, wb, and 5130 from another shop...as both r giving trouble...so being bound i went to NOKIACARE, JALPAIGURI...5130 model had one drop of water inside...so i requested them jst to clean the water as it was within waranty period..bt they argued it to be out of warranny criterion and charge 100 for that...if this simple problem falls outside the warrantee provision, then what good r they serving to their bonafide customers...again for 3110c, they declared it to be dead and claiming 250 as they are arguing that the set got some hit thou as a matter of fact it only got a cratch by a wall...and they didnt allow it to treated under warranty and they have blocked the set nearly 4 two weeks.so, we r in real trouble with ur CARES...actually, they r not ready 2 do anythng free of cost...PLEAS PUT ME TO JUSTICE...so me way to deal...eagerly waiting 4 ur reply...thank u suman chakrabarti
