Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

i am shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have recently purchased the above-noted set on 20/9/2009 which is infested with certain technical problems. The phone automatically got hangs, and after that when i switch on the phone the battery goes half, i am facing many problems due to this phone.i had visited nokia care for this problem but they are not providing me any satisfactory service and right now also i m facing this problem. Since i have purchased the phone at a very dear price, i expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Hi,

I recently purchased a Nokia E 63, two months back. I have faced numerous problems with that set. The Vibrator is not working properly, Battery takes 5 hours in charging & it is very slow. It becomes very difficult to operate two applications together.

I have approached Nokia Customer Care branch in Rohini near Depali chowk, they have not been able to correct the problems, rather they have put so many marks on my screen that it is now frustrating.

I would please ask you to kindly get my handset replaced.

Hi,

I have taken cell phone of model E63 this month 10/09/09, after taking this mobile with in 2 days i am getting lot of problems. When i try to use menu button its suddenly hanged in corner right side of the main menu its shows a line when i took this to mobile store they told me to check the software and handset . Please give me a proper solution to this product.i have completed 20 days from purchase of the date. So please help me in this regard for not loosing my contacts else replace me with new handset.

i have Nokia 3600 .my mobile is having some proble. if i store phone number in the phone memory its not storing .its possible only in sim mode.still my mobile within warenty period. now i need your suggestion immediately. shall we solve this issue immdly. and also its showing how many contacts and fress spece in phone menory all. but i cant view the name and no.whether its possible to recover the all old phone numbers and name. kindly do the need ful and give the good solutions.

Dear Sir,

Your authorised Noki Customer care center at 126 Mall, Kingsway Camp, Delhi (Durga COmmunication), is terribly bad at providing service to the customer. My experience is such bad that it made me think not to buy Nokia set in future. On 6-62009, I got replaced the display screen of my Nokia set 2630 i.e. within one year of purchase and the made me pay Rs.836.25, which is a shock for me. After four months that display again become faulted. Today I approached the same centre the complaint and the behaviour of the dealing person was shocking and shameful for the Nokia care, as she said that it would take two days because the new display screen is in lock, and the person concerned has taken the key away with him who had gone for some meeting. Where will the customer go if the behaviour of your centre is so mal functioning?
I am hopeful of a strick and quick action against the centre.

I connected my Nokia 3500 classic handset with my PC using USB data cable and it responded previously. But now though I connect them in same way they do not respond to the connection, even my PC recognises it as unknown device. How to solve this problem, please help.

I brought nokia 6131 model 15th July 2007 thinking Nokia is the BEST among all the other companies, but I was wrong and now I believe your handsets are not only Dabba, But Nokia Service is also Hopeless.

On 16th of Sep 2007 I had a problem with my camera, for which I had to visit Nokia Service Center at Coochbehar (West Bengal). I was told I will get the replacement of set within next 2 weeks. After 12 month my set create a new problem i.e. disply of set has been lost. I had to visit Nokia Service Center at Coochbehar (West Bengal). But the told me this set will be lost warrenty, no service availabe there. till date my set will be gone various problem.

I want to bettar service & replease the cover of set. Please give me a better solution about this set.

Dear Sir/ madame, i had given a Mobile set to your Nokia care service center on 16th Sep'09 .The problem is only number shown when incoming call is coming, name not showing.(Name & Number both saved in mobile set)

They gave me Delivery date 17th Sep'09, i went there & your representive said that the Mobile will go to our Head office, because we are unable to solve the issue.They give me delivery date on 1st Oct'09, then i went there the problem was still there .Now they give me next delivery date on 13th Oct'09.

I bring the phone since 30-35 day but i have not reicieve answere.The phone also hangs. we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. I purchased Nokia E65 on 15th August 2008 and after few days it started developing problems and when contacted Nokia Care at Sector 7, Panchkula I was told that due to software corruption it needs software installation which was done there and them. But the problem of restart distortion in incoming and outgoing and no illumination on key pads remained there. And when contacted again I was advised to use the same with problems intact for few more days as it is under warranty and also told that as one level of care thats is, HCL which is undertaking repairs is going to be eliminated due to bouncing of hand sets without repairs. I took the advise of nokia care.

But when I contacted Nokia care again on 19th July 2009 almost one month before warranty was going to expire I was told that it will take 5 days to rectify the problems in my hand sets. But when contacted after the expiry of 5days I was told that it is sent to L3 level of Nokia Care Noida and it will take another 15 days to get the hand set back. But it took more than one and half month to get my hand set back on 30th August 2009 and that too without any rectification of problems in it and I again returned the set within 5 minutes to nokia care. Which took another 20 days to get it back. But I was shocked when I switched it on and found that my display too is damaged instead of getting th problems removed. If this the service of L3 then it would have been better for to go to some "sadak chhap" mobile repair service giver and would have spent few rupees and I am sure that I would have got better servives in mush less time which your nokia care centre has taken.

Now, I DO NOT want my E65 (IMEI NUMBER [protected] Warranty Ref. Number APAINY[protected] hand set in such a damaged condition and want New and Fresh Hand set at the earliest so that any consumer legal action is avoided
I purchased a Nokia N95 8GB from Mumbai India through your authorised outlet in the month of May 2008. The aesthetics of the set looked good initially but within six months, the status is dilapidated with the back rubber finish peeling, all plastic silver plated parts becoming transparent and in all does not speak good volumes of the set which was highly priced then. If your premium models do not have a reasonable shelf life, it only forces people to look for alternatives. These parts cannot be changed by your service centres and they do not seem to think ' VALUE FOR MONEY' I hope to receive a response from you at the earliest regarding your suggestion. I can send a photograph of the set and probably you yourself may not be able to identify it as a Nokia model. This is the pathetic part.

I brought a Nokia 5800 Xpress music from S.K Enterprisere of Rourkela of Orissa, its headset was not working properly, I have given a cmplain for this but sorry to say they are telling that min.20 days are required, please look into it
