I want to make sure that mobile must not be in use so kindly block the IMEI No so it will not be misused

I have purchased two Nokia N 95-1GB hand set IMEI NO. (1) [protected] (2) [protected] from Shree Mobile Wala, Apsara Complex, Motijheel, Muzaffarpur (Bihar) vide Retail Invoice No.1884 and 1885 dated[protected] . When I faced the problem of slider jam camera shutter jam in my first said set then I went to Nokia Care, Ganpati Mobile Bank, G-1, Usha Arcade, Near Lalita Hotel, East Boring Canal Road Patna 800001 and deposited hand set vide Job sheet No. B 972 dated[protected] with the expected date of delivery[protected]. I frequently went to Nokia Care for getting back my hand set but they did not give my set. After one and half month Manager of Nokia Care said me that your Mobile has lost and offer me a too old repaired set which is unacceptable to me because my set was as good as new and there were many of mine personal data like data related from bank and from my job was in that set which can be used by antisocial element or criminals.
I also faced the problem of left key jam in my second hand set then I went to said Nokia Care . It was told me that said problem does not cover warranty I agreed and paid Rs. 2500 vide Cash receipt no. 123 of Nokia Care dated[protected] for repairing of said problem. After one and half month my second hand set become dead automatically then I went to Nokia Care to solve the problem, it was said to me that said problem does not cover warranty then I asked for contact No. Of Service Engineer from Manager of Nokia Care, He didn’t give me and also offered Rs. 4000 to sell the hand set, I refused his offer and deposited my hand set for repairing vide Technical verification Receipt No.1330 dated[protected]. I would like to inform you also that both hand set is under warranty.
Behavior of Nokia Care Manager and some staff are intolerable and suspicious. For my first set Manager made me helpless to file a case at consumer forum, patna and I left the second set at Nokia Care for the sake of god. I am 28 year old unmarried young man .Now I have become the patient of blood pressure from the behaviour of said Nokia Care.
So it is my personal request to you to take necessary action as quickly as possible for getting back my first set and for proper repair of second set.

Now it is about 1.5 months that i am without my handset. The nokia care people always tell me 2-3 days you will get your cell but i didnt get my cell. now it is 1.5 months that i didnt receive my cell. they sometimes say that your cell is send to IMC i.e. head office and sometime they say that you will get back in 2-3 days. I dont know what the hell is going on with nokia care people. I am really very disappointed with Nokia Service.
And I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...Now i am planning to do go consumer court to get back the due amount or the replacement of the same..

I purchase nokia 6303 classic last week. But I am facing some problems.
(1) The alarm clock rings very very low sound, So alarm no use
(2) I am bying this phone because its camara is 3.2 mp. But its image is very bad I didn't think it is

Nokia 5800 xpress music — Customer Care
Three days after the purchase of my Nokia 5800 Xpress Music (purchased in the first week of october 2009), the software started having problems. I went to Nokia care to get it corrected. They said it will be rectified by re-installing the software. I gave them phone right then.Now, software installation doesn't require the opening of the handset. However when they returned the phone to me, the front camera was clearly misplaced and was out of its position. And also there are finger prints on the inside of my screen, which can only exist, if the phone was opened.
Why was my phone opened, when it only required a re-installation? It clearly suggests that the phone was tampered with.
I am very serious about taking this issue legally.
i have given my nokia N73 for repair in sri sai mobiles yalmeli complex, gurukul road, BIJAPUR-586101.ON[protected], Target delivery date given by them is[protected] but when i visited in the evening they told me to come tomorrow, when i visited on the next day, they had taken my job card, and returned i kept waiting that they will give my mobile but after one hour i asked them what about my mobile but they told wait for 30minutes, and i returned from their and they also hasn"t mentioned the job sheet number inservice job sheet, and also i called nokia care number [protected]&[protected] but i didn"t get response from them also, hence the complaint

NOKIA / 6110 NAVIGATOR — NOKIA CARE IS NOT FIT TO CUSTOMER CARE
I am owing nokia 6110 navigator. I have got a problem with the incoming / outgoing voice hearing problem through handset mode. I gave it to Nokia care center (Raksha Impex, North usman road, Chennai) they promised to get it repaired on the same day. but failed and bluffed me saying that the problem is getting repeated and will get it done next day evening. In the evenign they came back with a reply that they have no spare parts to replace it and asked for another 2 days time. Finally they told me the handset is ready. I sent my person to collect the same and today when i checked everythign is fine, i found the voise is vibrating and not clear. I dont know what this Nokia care is ment for?????onemore thing, since the panel was old, i asked them to change the panel. which they are not able to do and told some reason for the same.
We are going to the authorised service center anticipating good service and clear the problem with out any issue, But found that Nokia care is not fit to clear the repairs and satisfy the customers.
what shall we do with this kind of service and who is goign to pay us for the pain which we are undergoing by this way of bad service.
