Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Hi,
I have taken cell of model 5235, after taking this mobile i am getting lot of problems.when i try audio poor outgoing audio quality.when i took this to customer care they were formatting the software and again reloading software.
but my cell not worked properly.so i am unhappy to your service.
so plz tell me when my phone worked properly/replaced.

Hi,
Is there any one who can resolve my issue or I just leave my hand set at the Nokia Care Center itself as its been 45 days my hand set is lying with them and there is not even a single call from them updating the status to me; I am really surprised and worried about the service that I am receiving from Nokia

I am facing this problem since Apr'11 and till now there is no resolution...

Look forward to hear from some one and get the resolution

I bought a Nokia X6 mobile (8GB), IMI No. [protected] from Nokia Priority at Shipra mall, Noida.
I initially faced some problems with its hands free (earphones). I complained to the same Nokia priority and I have shown the earphones at Nokia Care, Sector -2, Noida. They replaced my handsfree with another one in black colour after two weeks.
But the problem still remains to be resolved and some new problems have been observed. There are still some issues with the new earphones given to me. I can not change volume, FM channels and songs through it. Also, there is difficulty in accepting/rejecting phone call through it. Therefore, this product is not of satisfactory quality. Moreover, there are problems with the touch-screen sensitivity and there are also some problems with its speakers. I just want to know that what is the use of having such a costly handset that is having problems in more than one features.
I have given it to the Nokia care many times and they did not take it seriously and it has been one month since the date I gave it there (9th July’ 2011) that no action has been taken.
I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem asap. If no action is immediately taken from your end I will be compelled to approach the consumer forum regarding this issue. Treat this mail from me as my last one regarding this issue and do the needful asap. I can be contacted on the phone number [protected].

Whomever it may concern

I bought a Nokia handset C-6 on 07-June-2011 for Rs.12, 000/- from Nokia Priority dealer, Koramangala Bangalore.
But, I was not so lucky, I just used for 20-25 days and it got problem so I'd given the phone to Nokia Care and still not receive.

So my concern is,
Do I really worth to pay Rs.12, 000 in that phone to use just for 20-25 days?

respected sir this is naushad alam purchased a nokia C5-03 brand new and from the next day itself i am having a huge problem with the memory card slot as i am inserting any MMc its showing error and no applications can be operated like messaging, phone book etc.. i have given in your service station in CITYTEL SERVICES, PII, CIT ROAD, SCHEME-LV, MOULALI KOLKATA- 700014, after 10 days has passed they have called and gave back the handset but again i am having the same problems.. again on 12 aug 2011 i have given it in the service station with the job sheet no[protected]/110812/17, the mobile ESN/IMEI NO IS [protected].. KINDLY REPLACE MY HANDSET OR RETURN MY MONEY BACK AS I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.. after spending a sum of amount, if a person suffers with the problems day by day, its better to have a local phone rather than a branded nokia set..thanking you and looking yor kind cooperation with me..

Nokia Telecommunications Ltd. — Poor performance of N8 mobile phone

I have purchased N8 Nokia Mobile phone from Croma Electronic Store, Crown Interiorz Mall, Faridabad on 14th May'2011.
Just After one & half month it start giving truoble, like hang, deleteting the messages, deleting the call list etc...., I contacted service centra at sector-15, faridabad & they upgarded the software as they said.

Ever after upgrading the software, this is still giving hang-up problem very frequently & it got hanged 4 times in last 3 weeks.
I want this instrument to be changed or refund my money immediately as I canot tolerate the non-sense of this poor quality mobile set any more.

i have purchased nokia c5 on 07.09.2010.

from the purchase date i am facing so much problem like hang on, low sound, switch off, slow processing, connection problem with GPRS with computer, every time GPRS connection with computer automatically down cut off...

sir i am fed up with this set...

sir please replace if you can...

sir i and my family using nokia since last 8-9 years we never uses any other brand besides nokia ...

and you cant believe that i pay Rs 200 more for this nokia c5 and facing problems...

Display of Nokia Mobile 5230 is out of order in less than 6 months.

Authorised Outlet in Gandhidham not ready to entertain the complaint.

Pls do the needful.
I also agree that .. NOKIA CARE is use less.

I have inquire to yagnik Road Rajkot Nokia care center,

but I did not received proper answer from nokia care.
even they do not bother to inquire and check for the availability.

I found very rude behavior and unsatisfactory answer from YAGNIK ROAD RAJKOT NOKIA CARE.

From day 1, i am facing a lot of problem eg.call disconnects frequently, it gets hang, touch screen stops working, lock does'nt open etc i contacted IT_GAIN MEERUT(Nokia-customer care) my handset was sent to chennai and i was told that it shall work now...my all important contacts were lost.but still all aforesaid problems still persists.mean while memory card also got corrupt and i had to purchase a new memory card which is not compatible now with my handset.i am facing a lot of difficulty in my routine work and i incurred a huge loss due to technical fault with your NOKIA-3-01 after few days so called warranty shall expire ...? why i shuld get penalized? i request to replace my set... as it is your mfg defect and ask yr te

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I had recently purchased the above-noted set which is not worked for certain technical problems. It also not started to ON mode and I had keep this the knowledge of Nokia Care, Bargarh (Anil Associates, Bargarh). But they said the mobile can, t be repair. Advice me what will I do.

As i submitted my mobile to sky communication(N-97 Mini) on battery backup problem & overheating problem, On next day I recieved repaired set but after some days same problem occurs again, then I again submitted my handset on sky communication, he suggested me that your handset will sent to higher level for repairing.
After some days I recieved set in repair condition, but this problem not solved.
I again submitted my handset on same problem & they repaired the handset & delivered to me.
I again submitted my handset at sky communication & they again committed for sent to higher level for repairing.
Now, when I come to sky communication for enquired about my hand set they told me that your hand set is not repairable.then I dont recieved my handset without repaired condition.
I want to repaired my handset & if it will not repaired then please exchange my set.
I also extend the warranty of Rs.1414.00 for this handset.

c2-03 and c2-06 — not received items

sir i have order three items from your site ist number c2-03 and c2-06 two pieces i have only received c2-06 one piece and the rest of two i dont know wheer they are when calling on the bill number which i got with the one c2-06 mobile they said that i will get one more c2-06 within days but they said that they dont have any infomation about c2-03 they have not got order from india plaza tell me what to do and in my accout it shows that products has been delivered butt i have not received all of them .please tell me what is the problem

my nokia c3 under warrenty and one dent appear on sealed when i set my battary but cusoter care executive demo to how it come and dented few area.now saying its not covered under warrenty.
TRC and CCO(damandeep singh and adesh saini) at lajpat nagar service center force to me for paid.they given me job sheet number[protected]/110914/96 given me but he cancelled on own record and they both are trying to me show his monopoly and they will decide when we will consider under warrenty.

Nokia service center now showing HOLY-SOLY in the market and no senior person trying to retrive to customer his poll.

Nokia minimum loss one customer for ever.

Nokia product and service totally distroyed company prestige as well as customer.now i m thing to go on customer court and want personal action against TRC and CCO.
