The Software of Cell vanishes out and functioning break down .and switched off, create problem in switch on Then after removing and reputting it, the datas come back. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

I bought nokia X 2 from rajasthan on 25/02/2011. we bought it by it after spending considerable money.But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly(Battery backup & automatic switch off problem) and also I am without a phone for past 4 days, which is a basic need for life.
I submit the phone to Nokia care, simplax service center sardarpura, jodhpur, rajasthan -342026 on 21st MARCH 11 & 28th MARCH 2011 but their the handset is not repaired. I S.K.Arora, purchased a N97 Mini(White), on 15/4/10 I have been facing the problem with the handset for long period of time, my first complain was on 7/5/2010, for touch panel but it went for a software updating. Second I gave it on 10/1/2011 it was again touch panel problem which took 15 days to get repaired then again the problem occurred on 24/2/2011 again the problem was same.
Even today I am facing the same problem. I visited to NOKIA CARE and after that they told me to submit the instrument again and they will send the mobile instrument to the NOKIA HEAD OFFICE NEW DELHI.
Now the point is for how many time do I have to get it repaired, second every time such things happens I lose my data which causes a great lose in my business, I’ am very disappointed with the handset, is a defective piece was given to me or what is the problem? In all this I’ am suffering a lot. Why every time same problem is occurring just cannot understand?
Kindly replace my handset or else I have to apply to consumer court!

My N70 was shsowing `Memory full' and your Service Centre, Saksham Services, Acharya Niketan, Mayur Vihar-I, offered the help. They claimed to have reloaded the software in the set and charged Rs.450/- whereas in the Bill the amount was shown as Rs.125/- only. On my query, they informed me that this is the system followed. They also did not provide me a cash receipt for the payment or the job sheet ref. no.

I’m Loganthan from chrompet in Chennai. My brother present a new mobile Nokia c5 for my birth day. It too nice to work my friends told me to upgrade your software hence I went to Nokia care at Tambaram for updating software by using warranty after 3 months .usually if we go any mobile service centre for updating software it will take maximum 20 minutes but they told me to come after 3 days .I went to Nokia care end of the day but they didn’t touch my mobile and also they shows my mobile my key pad are scratched please do something for that while giving that my mobile not like that. They replied that we are not responsible for that it. It may happened while servicing. I’m waiting for 2 & 1/2 hours I asked many times please tell me the status of my mobile but they did not respond well. After that they told me your cell has a technical problem we cannot able to repair your mobile here please come after 15 days. I went to Nokia care after 18 days again they told me still we did not get your mobile it is in head office please come an after 7 days. I don’t know what to do. I think my brother bought mobile for Nokia care. Whenever I go to Nokia Care I just call them even if I call 20 to 30 times it says that number not in use or number busy. I’m don’t have another mobile to use. I need my mobile please do something to get my mobile. Please take my complaint as serious. I’m an employee now a day it is very tough to manage without mobile.

I m Sijo Moses from new delhi, I m using an E5 nokia handset, I purchased the handset on 26/02/2011 IMEI number of the hanset is [protected] after one month of purchasing the handset i faced a problem with my device, my application were running slow, I called the nokia customer care they informed me that i can go to the nearest nokia care, issue with the handset will be fixed, they even updated me with the address that was F13 BHAGAT SINGH MARKET, GULATI COMMUNICATION, GOLE MARKET, NEWDELHI110001, I went to the nokia care centre and informed them about the issue after checking the phone they informed me that there is a need o[censored]pdating the software of the phone, in there centre it will take around 30 days for updating software and advised me I should go to some other Nokia care centre as in there centre It would take 30 days, It was hard for me to beleive that a software update would take 30 days as I work in DELL COMPUTERS, but as it is a new phone as I was not able to use the application I went to the nokia care centre in karol Bagh in front of the gurudwara, DELHI, I did informed them that i was been sent by F13 BHAGAT SINGH MARKET, GULATI COMMUNICATION, GOLE MARKET, Nokia care centre as in there centre for updating the software it would take 30 days, after hearing this karol Bagh, Nokia care staff, informed me that i was been lied by the F13BHAGAT SINGH MARKET NOKIA CARE CENTRE, representative and i should go back to them, But looking at my inconvenience they updated the software within an hour, after this incidence I really felt bad about the company as I was been misled by The people who are representing the company, and i was made to travel to a longer distence, As with the dissatisfaction of the service by this particular Nokia care centre, I called the customer care helpline and informed them how I was misled by F13 BHAGAT SINGH MARKET, GULATI COMMUNICATION, NEWDELHI.As a customer I felt that right to inform the Nokia authorities about inconvenience been faced due to irresponsible behaviour of the Nokia care representative, after a month or so again i faced troubles with my nokia handset, I was having flickering video in my handset as well as the lead of the earphone was coming out of the rubber holder on its own and there was problem with its functionality, again I went to the F13 BHAGAT SINGH MARKET, GULATI COMMUNICATION, NOKIA CARE CENTRE, NEW DELHI 11001, They checked my phone and the earphone for the flickering video they told me that in there centre it would take 25 days and for replacing the earphone it is a 7 day process, if i want the repair and the replacement of the earphone to be done right away I should rather go to other nokia care centre, as before also they sent me to other nokia care centre with wrong information and it is really a big inconvenience and i dont know after knowing that, I was been sent by this nokia care, they will handle my queries and its been 3 months one after another im facing issues with my handset, I was very dissatisfied with the services in the nokia care, I called the customer care helpline number and asked for the replacement of handset as Im unhappy with performance of my handset as well as the level of service provided by the Nokia care, he listened to my complaints and informed i should go back to the nokia care centre and i should deposit my phone over there, they will check it out whether it need repair or relacement and provide me with the complaint sheet, when i asked him if Nkia care centre staff dont accept phone to deposit, the customer care reprentative will let me talk to the supervisor and the issue will be escellated, again i went to the BHAGAT SINGH MARKET, NOKIA CARE CENTRE when i reached there and informed them that I am been told by the customercare representative over the phone to deposit my handset, she refused and told me I was told earlier to come after 25 days or go to any other nokia care centre, she was not even listening to what i said, being frustated so much i called the nokia customer care they were really helpful I even had a word with the floor supervisor MR SATISH, He was very supportive and informed me the issue will be escellated to the higher authorities, I dont want a replacement but someone should provide me with right information and not to create inconvenience by misleading me with wrong information, I m writing this email so that this issues should be escellated to higher authorities, as noncooperation by some official of the company is breaking the trust of the company as well as putting down the name of the company,

nokia model x2-01 — don't give value of end user
dear sir,i bought a x2-01 hand set for use as a modem for net connection in my pc. but unfortuenetly when i try it, it failed. for some unknown reason it cant connect with the pc suit. very next day i went to the nokia care. and ask them for the problem. they give me job sheet[protected]/110524/26). and told me they make the solution with in 24 hours. but next day they told me i can get back my phone after 25 days.
i want to ask a humble question if any customer bought a handset from your any outlet and say i will pay you one hour later. would you entertain it?
it is next to impossible for me to understand how your company (with so much high reputation) make
us fool like tat way.it is your job to make sure the product is well checked before make it available in outlet.
dear sir, i made the full price so i wish to get back the full toll.i demand you should replaced my hand set with newer one. i think it will help you to keep your image clean.

At the purchasing time they promise me to service the mobile, but Now when I was asked for repair my out-of-ordered mobile, they did refuse to give service and did lot of misbehave to me,
