But today it has been proved that nokia also has given authorization to repairing centers who cheat people like I have been cheated. Please dont take my case lightly . If I will not get justice i assure you that this will be the end of nokia cheating poor people of india. I am going to take this matter to the media and also i will send details of this cheating to each and every person of India through Facebook, forums, and through whatever I can and I will spoil nokia business in the world. I am sure you will take my case seriously and punish the nokia care the details of whom I am mentioning below and give me justice.

Due to some problem in the handset (Nokia Mobile phone E-7, IMEI No. [protected]) the undersigned had given it at Gulati Communications, F-12, Bhagat Singh Market, and Near Goale Market for repairing in the month of January-2012. The experts at the Nokia care Centre (Gulati Communications) checked it and said that the mobile has some liquid damage. Since liquid damage does not cover the warranty period the undersigned had to pay Rs.5200/- as the repairing cost as demanded by the Nokia care center. (Job sheet no. and other exact details of date etc. may be found at Gulati communications.)
After 15 days the executive at the Nokia Care Centre handed over the mobile to the undersigned without even bothering to check in front of the costumer. When the undersigned asked for its check they said, since the battery is not charged it is not working now but company has made a quality check and be sure of its functioning. The undersigned did not doubt about it considering the brand value of the company.
Back home after charging the battery the undersigned found the phone was nonfunctional and was creating excess heat at the time of charging and automatically switching off.
The undersigned again visited the Nokia Care, cited the above problems and handed over the phone on 6th march, 2012. The said Nokia care center as per the job sheet no.[protected]/120306/31 had given the target delivery date as 13th March /2012.
So far the undersigned has already visited Gulati communication at least 5 times and has made phone calls at least 50 times to get the phone repaired and delivered. The said Nokia care has given the undersigned several dates for delivery and failed to do so.
The matter has been brought to notice of the Nokia care center through several phone calls to 30303838 and through several e-mails (Service request number 1-[protected]). The matter has not been solved despite of the assurance and phone conference from Nokia care support
The undersigned as per the suggestion of the Consumer helpline submits this request for redressed and hope things will be sorted out soon.

I have purchased a new mobile NOKIA C2 DUAL SIM along with blue tooth nokia BH-108 on 31/05/2012 from Ajmer Rajasthan. And return to my home Katni (M.P.). Dear Sir,
I had submitted my mobile phone model nokia E5-00 for service in warranty to Shanti Merchandise, Siliguri, W.B. for the problem of KEYPAD NOT WORKING. I submitted my phone on 15.06.2012 which was returned to me on 26.06.2012 stating that it is in proper working condition. After using it for 1 hour I found it with the same problem of keypad not working entirely.
