Nokia 5230 — pathetic services provided by nokia care executives
Dear sir,I gave my nokia 5230 in Laxmi nagar nokia care center as its audio quality was very poor after some time they upgraded the software and told me that my phone is working properly now but when I checked it was not workin properly
and then I told them that my handset is not working properly as well ...they behaved me in a very rude way and told me that we cant do anything now...I argued them that my phone is not working properly then how can u say that you will not repair it....then they took my phone back and told me that they will send my phone in Nokia factory...after 10 days I went to laxmi nagar nokia care to take my cell back then they told me that my phn has been repaired but when I checked it was working like hell..and they created touch screen problrms as well in return...now my phone's touch screen is also not working
and I dont trust to Nokia care thats why I dont want to give them for repair...
I am harrased by their poor services and by their behaviour as well...
now tell me what to do?

1. That I had purchased Nokia C-7 Mobile Phone from Mobile Store, Model Town on[protected] at about 03.00 p.m Vide the Invoice No DL/81074 .dated[protected]..
2. That from the very first day the said Nokia mobile phone did not work properly and there is a problem in system related to on/off of the mobile phone due to which the phone automatically used to shut down and one has to start again and again to the restart the phone .In respect of that I made a complaint to Mobile Store, Model Town of the said defect in my Nokia mobile phone (i.e starting problem in the phone) and the employee of the Mobile Store asked me to bring my mobile phone, then the mobile to be submitted in Nokia Care (Durga Communication)
3. That the executive from Mobile Store stated that my said Mobile Phone has been submitted by him on my behalf at the Nokia Care i.e Durga Communication, 123, Kingsway Camp, Delhi, vide Job Sheet Number[protected]/101110/22 at 02.31 p.m .
4. That on[protected] when I made a call to Nokia Care ( Durga Communication) at [protected] and [protected], Mr Anand at Nokia Care (Durga Communication ) stated that due to Festivals the staff at Badarpur Nokia Care is not available due to which the problem related to my Mobile is not dealt with and it will take 2-3 days to deal with my Mobile Phone and if I have any more query then I can enquired at Nokia Care at 30303838.
5. That on[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] respectively the same story was told by Mr Anand and Miss Kushi of Nokia Care (Durga Communication) .They had been rplying in the same stereo type manner that it will take 2-3 days to rectify my problem in my Nokia Mobile phone. I made a call I again to Nokia care (Durga Communication) and Miss Khushi attended my call and answered me that it will take 3-4 days in relation to my nokia phone .
6. That on[protected], I made a call at Nokia Care line[protected] Mr Milteshwar who attended my call and replied that the Nokia had issued a New Mobile Phone in place of the said defective phone and the said new phone was dispatched on[protected] .He further stated that the Nokia Care(Durga Communication) had received the said phone and suggested me to visit Nokia Care(Durga Communication) and if they don’t delivered me the phone then make a call to Nokia Careline at 30303838 for assistance .
7. That on[protected], I visited the Durga Communication Nokia Care, at 126, Kingway Camp, there Mr Pankaj attended me. I asked him about the status regarding my mobile phone . He replied me that it will take 2 days more as my phone has not reached to him .Further, when I stated that I had spoken to Mr Milteshwer at Noka Careline at 30303838, who had told me that a new Mobile Phone has been dispatched on[protected]. On this, Mr. Pankaj got agitated and became very aggressive, abused and manhandled me and asked me that if I had spoken to Milteshwer (Nokia careline Executive ) then ask Mr. Milteshwer to deliver my phone. .When I further asked him that the said mobile phone which is deposited/submitted before him was not in good condition and bears scratches thereon. He replied that its none of the headache of the Nokia Care and but it is the headache of the customer .
8. That the conduct of Mr Pankaj who is the owner of the Nokia Care (Durga Communication) was so bad that I had endorsed my storng protest on the Job Sheet Number[protected]/101110/22 i.e “Misbehavior on the part of Mr Pankaj (Owner of Nokia Care ) and that I am taking the mobile phone under protest”
9. That the above misconduct and poor service of the above Nokia Care (Durga Communication)amounts to inefficient and deficient service as I had paid Rs.19574 /-for the said Mobile Telephone but I could not use at all as it was not working and I been without phone for about 25 days, therefore, I had suffered professionally as well as acute mental pain, agony and mental torture for which the above said your said store, as well as Nokia Care i.e Durga Communication. Therefore, all of you are legally liable.

I had lodged a complain through Nokia care to de-activate the device. But they are saying that they dont have authority to do that. But i remember previously they did this when i had similar case earlier. if Nokia people cant deactivate, then who can do that. There should be some protocol for the customers.

Nokia / Nokia 5800 mobile phone — Frequent complaint in my Nokia 5800 mobile phone
Dear Sir,I have a Nokia 5800 mobile phone. I purchased it for more than Rs18000/- from Chroma store (Centre Square) in Vadodara. I regret to inform that it has been giving me frequent complaints from long time now. Unfortunately, the complaints increased after the warranty expired. Writing to Nokia and talking to Nokia care shops did not help as they declared that since the mobile phone was not under warranty, all repair works will be charged.
In July 2010, I had to get the display replaced from authorized Nokia care shop. Nokia care shop gave a bill and said that warranty of this display was valid only for one month! It cost me Rs2000/-.
In November 2010, I had to get the touchpad replaced, again from the same authorized Nokai care shop. This time also, they gave a bill and said that warranty of this touchpad will also be for one month. However with 2 days, the touchpad complaint resurfaced. This also cost me Rs2000/-.
Above episodes have seriously dented the image of Nokia, Nokia products and Nokia service capability in my mind. Totally, I had to shell out Rs4000/- in addition to the purchase price exceeding Rs18000/-.

I had ordered a cover of 3600 charcol on 23/10/2010 bill no 041 in the nokia care authorised service centre " Konark communications".shop no-12, arihant complex, near aurangabad royal silk mills, kranti chowk, aurangabad, maharashtra.Its more than a month now and I am getting the same answer that its not available in the nokia company now it will take time, Its very sorry to hear that such a big world wide company is lacking behind in services in such a period of competition.If such worst service is given by nokia i will urge costumers to opt for some other company while choosing handsets other than nokia.

The Phone Is Not Working and it is under warranty. i recently visit the NOKIA CARE, they look my phone and they totally disappointed me, they are telling it is a burn case and it is not counted under warrenty but it is written on bill that NO WARRANTY AGAINST BREAKGE AND IF LIQUID GOES INSIDE THE HANDSET only . My Phone is Burned, but its charger and battery are still working .it shows that there is some internal problem of handset . i put my phone on charging some day ago, after some time when i look into the phone no action take place no lights, nothing happening i switch off the charger and visit NOKIA CARE, Because my phone is still under warrenty they are telling it is a burn case and not counted under warrenty i m not satisfied with their reply...? please take some action and reply as soon as possible.

I bought Nokia Hand set nokia C3 on 01/11/2010 after spening considerable amount of money. The set just functioned for one week and after that developed techincal problem.
The set was purchased from meerut. I returned the set customercare on 07/11/2010 but nothing has been done by the company to alliviate my problem.
