Nokia — malfunctioned my bluetooth at the time of servicing
i given my nokia 5800 hanset for software upgradation the service cente people solved my all problems but when i came home within a hour i found that my mobiles bluetooth is not working so i once again visited the service centre first they simply refused to get it fixed when i shouted on them then only they checked it then they tried all defence my point was that before i give my handset the bluetooth was working then why its not working after servicing . the thchnical people tried to convince that it could happen with any fone i am demanding just one thing fix my fone as it was when i given to them thats it . please look in to the matter Hi

I had purchased Nokia Mobile Model No.C1-01, IMEI No.[protected] on 13.9.11 from B N Traders, Ashoka Market, Unit : II, Bhubaneswar. On the same day while connecting the charger for charging the mobile, I found the charger is not working. Then I reached in the shop who refused to see and behaved with arrogant manner that this is not our duty and go to Nokia Care, Ashoka Nagar, Bhubaneswar. I also met them they replied me that - come with xerox copy of bill, next day come with the mobile, next day come after one week. In this way they are harassing and I feel they do not want to change the charger as if it is not their duty. Is it NOKIA Company's trick to care for the customer ? If so, I have no other way to tell. But if not then try to help me to replace the charger and instruct to your Nokia Care, Ashoka Nagar, Bhubaneswar people to help people not to harass them any more. Otherwise day will come you will be away from people's interest. Call me on my mobile No.[protected] what is your decision.

really fade up with the dates and poor service of yours, my son bought a phone NOKIA X6. he got a problem in the phone then he submitted the phone at customer service center at lajpat nagar in delhi, as the mobile was in guarantee period . they asked for 5 days to repair the same . they around 7 days after they called up and said the mobile need to be send to Bangalore and will be prepared within 7 more days . but till date nothing is done . the staff who call to me is also not talking in a proper manner.

1)I have purchased a nokia C3-01([protected]) Phone at Bigc Mobiles Pvt Ltd Dilsukh nagar Branch on 28 th april 2011 from purchasing on words I am facing lot many problems with this phone, in the month of June I have given the phone for the Repair and I said about the problems (NET WORK DROPPING &INCOMING VOICE DISTRUBENCE WHEN PHONE IS RINGING &Touch pad completely not working and major problem is I am getting Some explode sound in between the ringing sound )They said that it’s a software problem we clear it with in two days time and I have given for the repair at NOKIA CARE Center SS ELECTRONICS SHOP NO G22, 23&24, HARDY COMPLEX, MG ROAD OPP.CHERMAS, SECUNDERABAD 500003.After three days They called me and said that your Handset is ready and I went there and taken the hand set,
2)exactly after fifteen days again I faced the same problems I went back to the same Nokia care centre shown the mobile they took the phone said me to come back after three days. I got the call after 4 days saying that your hand set is ready than again I went back to the Nokia care Centre They have given the repaired hand set but the phone is not repaired in front of them only I have shown the problem they took back the phone immediately and changed the touch pad given back to me.
3)Again in the month of Sept 2011 i faced the same problems (NET WORK DROPPING &INCOMING VOICE DISTRUBENCE WHEN PHONE IS RINGING &Touch pad completely not working and major problem is I am getting Some explode sound in between the ringing sound ) and complained about the phone in the same nokia care centre Ms.Anuradha Has took the phone and said that I am going to get the replacement after four days I got a call from Nokia Care centre Secunderabad Branch saying that your hand set has come, please come and take I went there but the phone is not ready They said we will cal u once we receive the hand set after 15 days I called and asked about the phone the people said that we are doing the repair not the replacement I went back and asked about the phone She said the phone is ready wait for ten minutes She came and given the phone saying that your replaced phone but the phone is not replaced the same phone they given to me and the repaired one also has the problem I phone key pad is not working and in front of them I complained again.
They lied to me saying that this is the replaced phone.i did not took the phone because every time I am facing the problems with this phone
Now I need the money back or a new phone otherwise I will go to consumer Forum

I have had great regards for your products and have genuinely believed in them until recently. I bought a brand new Nokia E6 shelling out quite some hard earned money. It was slow at first but later started hanging between operations. Within just 2 weeks of purchase it now is now completely hanged and goes not start operations even if i switch it off and on again. Very bitter experience... I feel cheated. I have written twice and have had no response from your end. I really hate getting into a drastic fight but i feel the cell u sold me has a defect with the software or hardware. Please look into the issue urgently or at least let me know who is the right person to look into the complaint. I continue to believe in your service though s little less in the product as of now. But if this continues i will for sure change brands and even advice all close friends and family and every one i encounter to avoid your products for the rest of my life... believe me.

With due respect and humble submission I would like to inform you that I had purchased one Nokia n series C6 mobile before 2 / 3 months from your dealer named M/S NITU BROTHERS which is located at KUNDIL NAGAR BASISTHA, CHARIALI BELTOLA GHY .The above said mobile has some technical short comings i.e. touch, volume, battery, camera which I am not able to use it properly from the day I had purchased it. When I complained to the concern people against it they set my mobile by manually but though they set it again it was not working. when I complain it for the second time on 3 sep they send my mobile to the customer care and I get back my mobile after 10 days on 13 sep, but the problem is still same as it was before. I complain it for the third time on 19 sep and they returned me on 27 Sep. inspite of solving it, the problem is increased more and now it is not working. I cant understand though I complain against it frequently but my mobile is not still get back to work, and also one thing as I am facing such kind of problems in this Brand new mobile you could have atleast replace my mobile with another handset but none of them was able to solve the problem, their service to me was so poor and for this reason lots of disturbance is occuring on my business also. I am really very surprised that such a big company like NOKIA can’t able to solve this type of small issues in short period.Our group has faith in Nokia but after suffering from this type of services we are depressed by NOKIA. kindly look into the matter and give me a proper solution asap so that I can enjoy the previledge of being with NOKIA .I tried so hard to get back work my mobile, there is only option now either you replace my mobile with another handset or else kindly make it in a proper basis so that I can use it nicely. without any fee.
Eventhough i argived with Nokia care center about Rs.50/- the Brainless
people Ruddly telling that they can't check the mobile with out Rs.50/-.
After paying the Testing Fee Rs.50/- evenafter one day also they are not
even giving the Status about My Mobile. How many days take the Nokia Care
Center to reslove the problem.

This is my Warm Request to NOKIA Customer Center.
When i was reached to Nokia Care Center in Elephant Towers they are
not inform about the problem with out testing fee. If customer will pay the
Rs.50/- then only they will be check the mobile and inform the problem. Now
a days in market a small service center also they are testing the mobile
without any fee.
Eventhough i argived with Nokia care center about Rs.50/- the Brainless
people Ruddly telling that they can't check the mobile with out Rs.50/-.
After paying the Testing Fee Rs.50/- evenafter one day also they are not
even giving the Status about My Mobile. How many days take the Nokia Care
Center to reslove the problem.

I am Zaid Zafar, i purchased the Nokia handset Nokia Express Music 5130c-2 Red on 3/11/2009 and the IMEI No. [protected], In my Handset there was a starting problem during initial days and after 26/07/2010 it had stopped suddenly and never started again so, i visited to nokia service center (Bokaro Nokia Care in Jharkhand) at 16/8/2011 but they assured me that it will be repaired soon at first but after some days the scenario had been completely changed and they had clearly said that sorry, we are not able to do anything else. But one thing is noticeable, when i gave my mobile there was no physical damage in it externally.
They (Bokaro Nokia Care in Jharkhand) haven't given any positive response so far but they said that we have given the email to nokia head office but its not working and they just passing their time so give me your help and your support plllzzzz. I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.
