Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Hi,

I want to share the happening to me when I visited the N-care store at Gupta Associates, HIG-16, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, India. As I visited the store with a problem in My C7-00 handset with a problem in makingba video call. The N-care told that in My C7-00 smartphone, the front camera is broken. A new handset is already replaced by Nokia due to this issue & a new handset of C7-00 is delivered to me in June'11.
During opening my handset, My Main camera of 8MP was faulty, which came to my notice when Gupta asociates delivered My handset. Thereafter I requested the Gupta Associates rep. to pls. rectify this issue, as it is generated by you & during handling My handset. They had denied for such occurence & I requested many times that pls. rectify it as on the time of handingover the handset to Gupta Associates, My 8MP camera was working. After an harrashing exchaange of words they had commited there mistake & My Main Camera of 8MP was rectified after harrashing me. Then, as a revenge, the Nokia-Care rep from Gupta Associates, made trouble to My handset & when I returned back to my home, I found that My C7-00 Mic was not working. Thus, I called to the Nokia care nos. m, ultiple times & they didn't pick the phone. Thus, I made many calls today also to the Gupta associates had no replied nor I got any response.
I had only one handset with me, so I am facing a lot of difficulty as I am disconnected from the world & My family, relatives, colleagues & other peoples.

Pls. help me to outcome of such Nokia-care representatives. I am the one but there would be many peoples may be going everyday as a victim of Gupta Associates & finally polluting the Image of NOKIA.

Pls. help me & other customers of Nokia from the agencies as of Gupta Associates.

Hi Sir,

I bought Nokia C3-01 from Nokia Priority Partner 4 months back in Rs 8200.
As it has both touch and type, it is useless as because their is no scroll bar on the type pad.So niether it is fully touch nor fullly type.
After sometime i saw some type of moisture cuming under screen guard.I thought it is due to whether change.But after 10-15 days the touchpad stops working.When i took it to nokia care, the expert says the touchpad has left it's base and has moved out of the panel and the gum was looking like the moisture on the screen.
The experts at nokia care didn't considered it under guarantty and charged me Rs 1100.Experts says it was user damage, how it is possible when i keep the phone under hard cover bought from Priority Partner at Rs 400.Niether it fall down nor anyone pour water on it, then how it is possible that damage is done by user.
This was the manufacturing defect which they didn't agree and i was forced to pay the money.

I want to give one message to Nokia lovers that never do blind faith on the brand Nokia as I did.
You should always explore the market before spending money.This price rise has affected Nokia a lot so they are degrading their quality and never have blind faith on the brand name.
Worst nokia care centre setup (Experinced from Kalyan Nokia Care Centre (Mrs. Brijesh)...Lots of technical problem, Nokia policy only to sell the product & provide services with unqualified staff with poor communication skill, no respect for customers...& very expensive service charges...Aditya

the workers charge rs. 2750rupees (1100rs for out body & 1650rs for mid body ). they said to me that it is original body but i dont think that it is original because the simcard port of this body is already burnt and the memory card port is also damaged ans the barcode is already screched even the color of body starts become colorless. the workers also dont provide me any recipt or any cashmemo to me of changing of body. the body wich they give me is also efected badly on my battery and softwares . so i request to u kindly take necessary & usefull action . because i respect the nokia and i also understand the worth of my money . i m fully dissatisfy with these type of activites & want to my money return or original body of my cellphone

I have purchased C2 Nokia mobile from the M/s Prime Retail India limited vide invoice no RN/6836/2011dated 07.09.2011 but from the day of purchase, I am facing problem that either one of the SIMs two not activated in the same time alternatively or both of the SIMs not ready for use at the same time. As per advise of the retailer I went to the nearest Nokia Service Centre M/s Everest Mobicare, 10 Lenin Sarani and registered my complain and returned it after rectifying the some software problem as informed by them. In the next week I am facing same problem and further registered a complain to service centre.They sent the set to Delhi for rectification some mother board problem vide device serial no [protected], registration PIN [protected] registration date 08.12.2011 and I got it after 10 days later.Again I am facing the same problem. As per suggestion of service centre I further extend warranty period at cost of Rs.150/-.

I purchased a NOKIA C2-3 model at Bangalore from CROMA outlet on 18-12-11.Within 2 weeks it stopped working.As I was travelling, the unit was given for service at NOKIA CARE at Aluva near Cochin.Unit was repaired [job sheet[protected]/120104/29 dated 04/jan/2012.] but it again stopped working with in a week.I am really disappointed with this product and want an URGENT REPLACEMENT of the set.My contact mobile - [protected].
